Hey, fairy tail fans, and welcome back to a fairy tail re-told; the war with Tartaros continues as Mard Gee reveals the true nature of Tartaros' plan as more FACES have appeared all over Ishgar once again, putting our heroes on a timer until all magic is wiped from the continent and maybe even beyond. "I," Minerva stood up, looking back at Erza, "for as long as I can remember," Minerva whispered. "I've been fighting," she whispered.
'strip your clothes. You do not deserve them,' Jiemma had told her as he left her in a forest. 'I will return in one year; if you survive, I will welcome you to our guild.'
"I was only four years old when he did that," Minerva laughed "don't you see Erza." Minerva laughed "this is how it has to end," she said "without magic, the fighting will stop," she said, "without magic, there will be no more pain" she laughed as she tried to stand up
"Minerva," Erza whispered 'is this why Sting is so desperate to save you' Erza asked 'you hurt the people I love more than anything' Erza looked away 'I can never forgive you, but' Erza looked away.
"This is a fight to the death," Minerva said as she tried to get up, "and I know that," Minerva said. "I won't beat you," she whispered, "so that means I will die here" she laughed as she fell back as Erza walked up to her with her sword in hand 'so this is how it ends,' Minerva muttered 'I'm going to die alone' Minerva muttered as she raised her head showing her neck 'this is my fate' she smiled "make it quick," Minerva said as she showed her neck closing her eyes waiting for Erza to deal the final blow as Erza slammed her sword into the rock next to her "what."
"I won't be killing you," Erza said, "your guild," Erza said, "they're still looking for you," Erza said, "They want you to come to them," Erza said, "They want you to come home," she said
"what, why" Minerva muttered.
"because your there, comrade," Erza said, "we may not have similar lives, but I understand the feeling of being alone" she smiled as her mind went to her friends, "but sometimes the thing we're looking for is right in front of us."
"you're lying to me," Minerva said, "just kill me and be done with it." she was stopped when both heard the clapping sound as Erza turned to see Mard Geer, now freed from his petrification, smiling at them.

"This is why I despise your kind, so" Mard Geer laughed, "bad enough you are born and die and rot," he said, "but you talk about life and death as if it some joke" he smiled "makes me sick."
"do I know you," Erza asked 'wait, I know this voice' Erza wondered 'he's the underworld king, Mard Geer.'
"the nerve of the celestial king," Mard Geer whispered, "wiping away my beautiful curse so this pest can pop up like weeds" he sighed "guess I will have to do it the old-fashioned way," he laughed as he fired off an attack.
"What is this" Erza shouted "what kind of curse."
"I'll start with you," Mard Geer said as he fired an attack at Minerva
"Minerva," Erza screamed
"goodbye," Minerva smiled, "cruel world" as the blast hit her, creating a large explosion.
"That was close," a voice called as Erza looked in shock, "just in time."
"naw, man, you and I both know we're fashionably late," another voice said. It was Sting and Rogue. He looked down as he held Minerva in his arms "there you are," he laughed "come on, I'm taking you home."
"you belong at Sabertooth," Rogue said
"I think so too," Frosh shouted, "and never leave us again."
"don't worry" Sting smiled
"the Sabertooth guild has your back fairy tail."
Tartaros arc Part IV: A young boy's tale
"it's good to see you, Sting," Erza said "glad to know my letter reached you."
"Yeah, sorry about that," Sting said, "had to rally the troops then with all the council members being hunted" Sting looked around "something here is blocking our communication to the outside world," he sighed.
"hey," Lector said, "not to be rude, but about that letter you sent us."
"oh yes," Erza said, "with everything that has been going on, I guess I forget about it."
"well, it was weird," Frosh said, "psycho."
"It did look like a crazy person wrote it," Lector said
"poor Yukino," Frosh said, "when she tried to read it, she almost passed out."
"in the end, only Rufus could decipher it," Rogue said, "and even he was nearly driven insane."
"say no more," Erza said, her cheeks turning red 'my handwriting isn't that bad.'
Sting laughed as he looked at Minerva "come on, Milady, I'm getting you out here."
"why," Minerva whispered. "I'm nothing," she said, "no matter how hard I try," she said, looking down, "but a weakling," Minerva said, "my father was right about me," she said. "I don't," she stopped. "I don't want your pity."
"it's not pity," Sting said "it's called being your friend," he said as she looked down. "someone I looked up to told me something," Sting said, "she told me that we don't cry cause we're weak we cry cause we've been strong for too long," he told her "so I'm taking you home,"
"she can go where she likes," Mard Geer laughed "it doesn't matter; you will soon be in a world without magic."
"what," Erza asked, "what do you mean."
"thousands of FACE statues have appeared," Sting said, "there is no official count yet."
"But we have confirmed that they are active," Rogue said, "you slowed them down, but we're not out of this yet."
"There is no way out," Mard Geer told them "in the end, this world will be without magic, and the age of demons will begin"
"you must be out of your mind if you think we're going to let that happen," Sting shouted "we're taking you and your creepy demons down once and for all." this got a smile out of Mard Geer.
"you really believe that you can best the might of Tartaros in one hour," Mard Geer asked, "one hour that all you have until each and every one of those pulse bombs goes off" he smiled, "and the era of magic will come to an end, and the age of curses shall begin" he smiled "take comfort in the fact that it wasn't your failure," he said "there was simply nothing you could do to stop it" he laughed "it was your magic councils arrogance and paranoia that lead to this outcome."

"Take this," Natsu screamed as Tempester jumped away as he landed on the ground; Tempester backed away, his face unchanged as Natsu tried to hit him again.
"glug," Tempester said as Natsu started to sink "you have no hope," Tempester said, "you will die."
"not on your life," Natsu screamed, "{fire dragon: brilliant flame}," Natsu shouted as he got free.
"drip drop" Tempester shouted as a large wave of water put out Natsu's flames. Natsu came from the smoke hitting Tempester, who backed away as he jumped up, punching him in the face "you have no hope for victory," Tempester said, "just give up."
"I'm going to rearrange your face," Natsu shouted.
"Take this," Natsu shouted as he and Torafuzer slashed each other as Gajeel fell to the ground "damn, what is this guy made of," Gajeel asked.
"you're an Iron wizard," Torafuzar asked "just one look at your face, and I had your powers figured out."
"shut up, you" Gajeel screamed "{Iron dragon: club}" he shouted as Torafuzer caught it, throwing him into the wall.
"The weakest dog barks the loudest," Torafuzar screamed,
"so that's why you won't shut up," Gajeel screamed
"{water: slicer}" Juvia shouted as the attacks went through Keyes. Who laughed as he went around her "damn it," Juvia whispered "his power is much like my own," Juvia muttered "never imagined I would have to fight against myself," Juvia said "it's a weird feeling," shaking her head as Keyes stared her down making her uncomfortable?
"you humans shave such interesting tales," Keyes muttered, "Seilah says, you humans have such boring tales," he said, "but you lot," Keyes said, "such interesting stories that somehow overlap," he said as Juvia backed up "how interesting."
Lucy tried to get up. What happened to Aquarius was still fresh on her mind.
"Lucy," Aquarius said, looking at her. There seemed to be a distant look in her eyes, almost as if she was taking her in one more time. "I 'can't beat them. none of us can" she looked away as Jackel tried to get back to them. "I can only slow him down, so listen up," Aquarius said "we barely have time for me to tell you this once," Aquarius muttered, "but he can," Aquarius muttered, "your strong, Lucy, strong enough to summon three gates at once strong enough to use regulus metria," Aquarius said "and strong enough to summon him," Aquarius said "the celestial spirit king."
"that's possible," Lucy asked.
"I wouldn't be telling you if it wasn't," Aquarius said "his strike from the stars will anything this place ins a second," Aquarius said
"but he doesn't have a key," Lucy said
"I know that," Aquarius said. She knew Lucy wouldn't like this part, but they were out of options "the only way to summon him is by breaking a golden key."
"what," Lucy asked. "That would mean."
"and not just any key," Aquarius said, "the key you break has to have a strong bond between wizard and spirit" she looked at Lucy.
"no, there has to be another way," Lucy shouted.
"there's no time," Aquarius shouted. "I'll be honest, the only thing I trust you to do is screw up," Aquarius laughed, "but I think it will work"
"no," Lucy shouted, "you're asking me to."
"save your friends," Aquarius reasoned "they need you, Lucy."
"I need to keep going," Lucy said, "but I barely have the strength to stand."
"There are thousands of those things," Erza asked "why," Erza said 'what was the council thinking' Erza asked herself 'why was there a need for multiple FACES," she asked.
"and we only have one hour," Rogue said, "that's all we have."
"if that goes off," Frosh asked, "would that mean no more flying."
"worse than that, bud," Lector said, "think about how many things in the world rely on magic to work," Lector said, "not to mention what will happen to all the guilds."
"you could barely operate one FACE' Minerva asked, "how do you plan to operate them."
"the former chairmen can control FACE," Mard Geer told them. "while I normally would like to avoid all contact with humans, the chairmen has proved his worth."
"then your underlying shouldn't have killed him," Minerva said
"But you forget, my dear," Mard Geer said, "we have a necromancer on our team," he smiled. "and thanks to his power, the chairmen is hard at work activating FACE for us."
"necromancer," Frosh asked
"they control the dead," Lector said
"you heard him, Erza," Sting said, "you need to go shut this thing down," Sting said, "let me and Rogue handle this."
"right," Rogue said, "take the cats and Milady with you."
"Are you sure?" Erza said
"we'll be fine," Sting said, "We gotta take this jerk down."
"now I dislike humans," Mard Geer said, "but you can be so entertaining," Mard Geer said, "you believe that you best the underworld king."
[##white and shadow dragon ost##]
"Take this," Sting shouted as he attacked Mard Geer. He dodged his attacks as Rogue turned into a shadow running behind him, grabbing him and tossing him back. "Erza now," Sting shouted.
"get going," Rogue shouted
"be careful," Erza shouted
"this clown," Sting laughed, "he's got nothing on Natsu" Sting laughed
"stop FACE' Rogue said, "we can handle this."
"yes, sir," Erza smiled. Natsu had told her that Sting had changed, and she could see it. "I'm sure Natsu is rooting for you, Sting," she called.
"their fools," Minerva whispered, "but" she looked back, "their brave fools."
"I want to help too," Frosh said
"not now, bud," Lector said as he dragged his friend away "we gotta stop this FACE thing."
"right," Frosh said as they left.
Mard Geer smiled as he blasted both Sting and Rogue back as. Sting landed on the ground, a smile on his face "{white dragon: roar}" he screamed as Mard Geer swapped it away as Rogue appeared behind him.
"{Shadow dragon: slash}" Rogue shouted as Mard Geer stepped to the side, grabbing his arm and throwing him into Sting.
"your power," Mard Geer asked "it's interesting you two wouldn't happen to be dragon slayers, would you," he asked "such power. I would never have imagined humans of today's age could handle such power."
"you're not taking us down," Sting said
"Take this," Natsu screamed as Tempester moved out the way; as he jumped at Tempester, who punched him away.
"what's the matter," Torafuzar asked "are you out of energy," Torafuzar asked as Natsu slammed into Gajeel and landed on the ground.
"what the hell, Salamander" Gajeel screamed, "why'd you go running into me."
"you were in my way," Natsu screamed
"so then say you're sorry," Gajeel shouted
"Now is not the time," Juvia shouted as Torafuzar punched them away
"they're quarreling in the middle of a battle," Tempester asked. "I will never understand you, humans."
"maybe we should save this for later," Gajeel muttered
"that hit did hurt a little," Natsu muttered
"Alright," Gajeel said. "Let's settle the score later," Gajeel screamed
"Sounds good to me."
"Those two are going on about settling the score," Lucy whispered, "but never do."
"your tale, I wonder," Keyes muttered, "how will it end."
'I need to focus on the fight in front of me," Juvia whispered, "but I can't help but wonder what my Gray is going through"
"what," Gray asked, "there are thousands of those things." Gray asked as he stood up "what was the council thinking" he muttered as he stood up, glaring at Silver Gajeel and Natsu's comments lingering in his head. "Okay, what else," Gray asked. "I know you didn't bring me out here to tell me that," Gray asked.
"yeah," Silver laughed, "you could say that." he laughed. "I wanted to see the look of despair on your face."
"Sorry to disappoint," Gray said
"too bad," Silver muttered "killing you outright would be so boring," Silver said
"I know you don't I," Gray asked. "I recognize your face and your voice," Gray said, "so tell me who you are now," Gray shouted, "cause there's no way," he called.
"you know who I am," Silver laughed. "I'm your own flesh and blood," he laughed as Gray glared at him.
"your right," Gray said. "I don't believe you, old man," Gray screamed "my father is dead," Gray screamed as he rushed to attack Silver, who shot the attack away.
"it's true, Gray," Silver said "my name is Silver Fullbuster, and I am your father," he said as Gray tried to punch him. He grabbed his fist, sending him to the ground "look in your heart, you know it's true," he laughed.
"my father has been dead for seventeen years," Gray shouted. "who are you."
"come on, Gray, think," Silver asked. "I had just as much of an impact on you as he did," Silver laughed.
[##Erza's road ost##]
Natsu, Gajeel, and Juvia rushed at each of the demons, who jumped back as Natsu grabbed Tempester. "Gajeel," Natsu screamed.
"right here," Gajeel screamed as he grabbed Torafuzar, slamming the two into each other.
"ground" Tempester shouted as Natsu and Gajeel were forced to the ground as Torafuzar slammed both into a wall.
'my Gray is in danger,' Juvia said as Keyes floated around her. 'I need to take care of this guy to be by his side.'
"guys," Lucy called as she tried to get up "please, I can still fight," she begged.
"you've done enough," Natsu said
"right," Gajeel said, "besides," Gajeel noted, "there's a smell in the air" he smiled.
"yeah," Natsu said, "smells like back up," he said as, over the ruins of the cube, the remaining wizards were rescued by the arriving members of Sabertooth. helping the wizard with any demon that survived the crash of the Plutogrim
"you humans," Mard Geer laughed, "I think I'm starting to understand," Mard Geer said. "I punished her for it, but I think I get why Kyoka loves playing with you humans so much."
"what are you talking about" Rogue asked
"We came here to fight," Sting shouted
"your emotions," Mard Geer said, "they make you like lambs to a slaughter," he laughed.
"man, this place is a dump," Lector muttered. "I know demons live here, but you think they'd clean up the place."
"I think so too," Frosh said
"Erza," Minerva whispered, "thank you."
"don't thank me yet," Erza said, "we have to get out of here alive." she said, "can you tell me who to get to the control room from here."
"I don't know," Minerva said, "everything been damaged beyond recognition."
"hold up," Lector said as Lily and Happy came up to them
"Lily, Happy," Erza said as Minerva stood up, "am I glad to see the two of you."
"How ya been, buddy" Lector smiled
"it's so good to see you again," Frosh said
"that nice look for you, Happy," Lector said, gesturing to the mushroom on his head."
"yeah, is it a silly hat," Frosh asked.
"This is an interesting developing," Lily said, "what is the situation," Lily asked.
"a whole bunch of crazy stuff is going on," Lector told him
"understood," Lily said as Minerva walked up to Happy, who backed up in fear "umm, Happy, did you offend Minerva at some point," Lily asked
"Not that I know off," Happy muttered as Minerva glared at him "whatever is, I'm sorry," Happy screamed as Minerva grabbed the mushroom ripping it off as Happy screamed in pain
"we pulled and pulled at that thing, but she made it look easy," Lily shouted
"This is a rare mushroom," Minerva said "it's worth a lot," she said
"how much" Franmalth screamed as Minerva clutched him in her hands
"that depends on how it talks," Minerva growled
"yay, Minerva's back," Frosh cheered
"Nice catch, Happy," Lily said
"unintentional bad guy catches are my specialty," Happy laughed
"you're the picture of smug" Lily laughed "you know that"

"who the hell are you" Gray screamed "explain yourself now," Gray called as Silver blasted him back.
"where would I even start with that" Silver laughed. "I guess I should start with my appearance," Silver said "this body is just a vessel, and I must say that I've grown attached to it" he laughed "you know that every member of Tartaros is a demon, right," Silver asked "I am too, my true form isn't even remotely human" he laughed "but you can imagine how hard it is to go into town when you look like that" Silver said "of course when the time came to pick one I had to pick one that still had all the body parts," he said "I had no ulterior motive," Silver said "but it's what allowed you and me to come together again" he smiled "and I've been hungry for the taste of your blood."
"I don't even know who you are," Gray shouted.
"oh, but Gray, how could you forget me," Silver asked. "I certainly never forgotten you," he said. "I'm going to kill everyone that witch Ur cared about," Silver laughed as Gray looked at him in shock. "So, have you figured it out," he asked again. "I'm the one you're looking for! I am Deliroa! Don't you remember me, Gray?!" Silver screamed, "the one you master put on ice for ten years," Silver screamed.
"What, no," Gray said in shock "that's impossible," Gray shouted. "Ur killed Deliroa."
"I was dead for ten long years," Silver laughed, "but once I was freed from that Ice, I was able to get into Hell's core, and thanks to that, I was revied" he smiled "now, my chance at revenge."
"revenge, huh" Gray growled as he looked at the demon in front of him
"What, you don't believe me" Silver laughed. "I can show you," he said, "the monster from your nightmares," Silver shouted, "the one who killed your whole family."
"Something wrong," Juvia whispered. "I need to end this fast, so I can rush to my Gray's side."
"Gray," Keyes muttered, "so you two have an intermingled relationship," he asked as Juvia started to blush as the allegation "sweet, but like all tales, it must come to an end."
"what do you mean by that" Juvia asked
"Gray's tale began the day Deliroa turned his world upside down," Keyes told her, "and now it will reach its conclusion," Keyes said, "this will be the end of Gray Fullbuster."
"and his tale of tragedy."

Silver has revealed himself to be the rebirthed version of the demon Deliroa the same demon who killed Gray's parents and was the reason his master Ur used the iced shell. Meanwhile, Juvia and Keyes begin their clash, but there is something more sinister going on between the two. Will these heroes be able to overcome this battle, or will it indeed be Gray's end?
