"This just in...Moscow is under attacked by terrorists." everyone quickly looked at the tv to see a video of moscow on fire
The camera then showed armed men battling the police in the streets, another video shows another group of terrorists battling the ground forces of the russian army, the sky was covered in jets fighting each other and also was filled with exploding anti air ammo and missiles. Civilians both local and foreign are scrambling to find shelter from the attack.
As the camera changes angles again this time it caught a sight that angered all six people, the sighting of Monkey Fist along with Kazimir, yet they all didn't know yet.
"Monkey Fist..." Ron said his eyes dangerously turning blue, he was gritting his teeth so hard everyone could hear it
"Who's the man with him." Shego asked
Sasha squints his eyes, the man kinda looks familiar, his eyes then widen with worry
"Wait a minute..." the russian said
He dug through his stuff to retrieve a picture, the video feed was still showing both men, Sasha then hovered the old picture of a young Kazimir next to the current one and he paled
"Oh god..." everyone felt a cold sensation go down their spines after hearing that "...it's Kazimir."
"So he's at play, after all." Ron said still angry
"It appears..." Sasha felt his own anger replace his fear
"Looks like we need to hurry the fuck up." Betty said
The group then read the document that was inside the box, Ron handed the folder to Sasha
"So the next key is in Kaliningrad. Was not expecting that honestly." Sasha said placing the documents down
"Uh, so we're going to russia?" Ron asked
"Technically yes and no." Betty said
"Huh? Why'd you say that?" Ron looked at the leader of GJ
"Ron, Kaliningrad is part of russia, only thing is it's far away from mainland russia." Shego said while wrapping her arm around Rons
"It's in between poland and lithuania." Betty finished
"Oh, so it's like hawaii and alaska, also like the territories claimed by nations in the south pole. Okay I get it." Ron said
"Yeah, you're correct on those Ron." Shego said before kissing the blonde boys left cheek, everyone let out a laugh, seeing Ron blush.
After placing things back in the box, Betty contacted agent Alexandra, Betty asked what the situation was in moscow, Alexandra said that the russian armed forces and police along with the russia branch of global justice, fought the terrorists on land and in the air. There were multiple casualties from all sides.
As of now the terrorists were broken up and majority of them retreated back north and the rest were arrested. Betty then told Alexandra to give aid to those affected and to investigate the man known as Kazimir.
Two days later...
The group were now in Kaliningrad, they didn't spare any time and quickly got to work looking for the key. Eventually they went to a government building, with Sasha and Nadia's status, they all entered with no problem. They then spent up to almost twelve hours of reading and searching to find the location of the key. After those long hours they finally found the location. It was in the basement.
"We spent all those hours, just to find out out it's beneath our feet the whole time..." Ron complained
Everyone lets out a laugh, they then proceeded to go down to the basement. When they got down, the basement was big, they all had a look of "you gotta be fucking kidding me", so they just checked every box, every documents, records, etc. They spent almost close to five in the morning when they finally found the key.
"About time..." Betty said
"Yeah. So where to next?" Shego asked
Betty handed the document that was with the key to Sasha
"Hmm, well this is good. We don't have to find another key anymore." Sasha said
"Are you saying that, that is the last key?" Shego asked
"Yes, the document is telling us the dimensions of the place. From the description it's a bunker and it's underground, yet a building is on top of it."
"Oh cool, so we don't have to wonder in some forest or something." Ron said
"So, where is it located?" Betty asked
"Definitely not in the motherland..." Sasha said as he squints his eyes "...we're going back to where the nukes were made...it's hard to read since the writings been intentionally messed up."
"Then let's bring it to the poland branch of global justice, all branches have the same techs." Betty said
"Alright then, but can we stay for a week here? The weather is nice this time of the year." Sasha said
"Alright, let's take a break, Alexandra has not yet reported anything about Kazimir yet." Betty said
As they were walking out Betty's phone vibrated, when she checked it, she raised both her eyebrows.
Two days and ten minutes before news of the attack happened
Kim was in her cell, she was no longer bound, she was currently sitting on the edge of the bed in her cell. She was still but from time to time, her right shoulder would flinch. The guards that are doing their rounds, whenever they pass by her cell some show sympathy for the former hero. Some of them even joined global justice, because she was in it.
"Kinda sad to see her like that." a guard said to his partner
"Yeah, hopefully she gets help." the other said, both guards then walked away
Kim then placed her legs her feet on the bed, pressing her legs to he chest, as she let's tears to stream down her face
'What have I done...'
'I let my pride and ego get the best of me. My paranoia as well, I deserve to rot in here.'
In the center of the prison was a jumbotron, it was currently showing the news, for the duration of Kims imprisonment, the news was nothing but her and her downfall. That made Kim want to destroy it.
Kim was continuing to contemplate what she had done and was surprised by hearing breaking news come from the news reporting channel. The guards, inmates and Kim all watched the video of the attack in moscow, Kim wasn't affected by it, but as soon as she saw Monkey Fist, her blood started to boil.
"Fist..." Kim angrily said while gritting her teeth "...you fucking piece of shit."
Kim was shaking with anger, she had realized why Fist made her steal that device. She then started to walk around her cell thinking of a way to get back at Fist, and probably fix everything with everyone, if it was still fixable. She then walked up to the force field keeping her inside
"Hey guards!" the redhead yelled and a guard came to her
"What do you want?"
"I need to talk to your boss."
"That's going to take a while, we need to ask the warden first."
"Please..."
"It's got to do with what's happening, huh?" the guard asked and Kim just lowered her head
"Yes..." she said
"I'll see what I can do." the guard then walked away
Present...
Kim was escorted to a room where mounted on a wall in front of her was a big screen tv. She sat in the chair patiently waiting. On the day she asked to talk to Betty, the warden was just as surprised as Betty, so the warden was curious as well, so he allowed for it to happen. She was waiting for the connection to happen, she was hoping that they would give her a chance to explain. After a minute the screen showed a connection, Betty's face appeared on the screen
"I'm genuinely surprised you wanted to talk to me after our last meeting." Betty said
"I know." the redhead said
"So, what do you want to talk about?" Betty asked
"It's very obvious what I want to talk about..." she gritted her teeth "...Fist..."
"You want to get even with him, huh?"
"Yeah, I don't care if that doesn't change a thing about what I've done. I just want to give him a piece of my mind."
"You know that a lot of people will be unhappy to see you running around."
"I know, it's a long shot but...it's just..." Kim fell silent and just looked down on the table in front of her
Betty was silent as well, she watched as the woman looked down. She was torn at what Kim had done, before she was proud of her but after the events of the past months, she just couldn't put her faith in Kim no more...but maybe
"I'll have some of the doctors help you, but you'll be under constant watch..." Kim looked at Betty with wide eyes "...once they're done, you will be escorted to our location. Before leaving the prison, you will be deprive of your senses to keep its location secret, do you understand?"
"Y-yes." Kim said still not believing what Betty said
"Are there any other things you want to say?" Betty asked
"Does telling where Fist's hideout help?" Kim asked
"You know you're snitching, right?" Betty replied
"If it's Fist, I don't give a shit." Kim said
"We can do something with that...anonymous information. I'll talk to the warden after this."
"Thank you."
"Don't thank me, yet."
Monkey Fist along with Kazimir were in a war room in the warehouse, the two keys Fist had were laid on the table in the middle of the room. A map of europe was on a wall, along with a map of the US. In europe a circle was around geneva, in the US a circle was in new york.
"What's the status of the vehicles?" Fist asked Kazimir
"They're being field tested as we speak, the west won't know what we're going to do to them." Kazimir said
"Good, I have a feeling global justice knows what we're up to and probably have the other keys."
"Da, what will we do about that problem?"
"Don't worry, I have a plan. I'll be needing one of the vehicles when they're done being tested." Fist had an evil smile on his face
The pair then walked out into the workshop to look at armored fighting vehicles being reinforced with tech that Kazimirs organization had stolen over the years.
"Remind me again how that shield works?" Fist asked the russian
"The shield works by using advance radar detection system inside the vehicle, it can process an infinite number of data to project a blue force field to incinerate all form of ammunitions. Do be careful when placing a limb on the vehicle and it gets activated." Kazimir said
"Noted."
"How long will the field test be?" Fist asked quickly
"A week and two days, don't worry whatever deterrent you have planned will go smoothly."
"Okay then." Fist said and the two of them went back to the war room
Hana was busy finishing up an assignment that was due in two weeks, yet she had a lot of free time so she did all her school work, in total she had done about ten assignments, which makes her whole month free of assignments. Her phone vibrated and she looks at it with an annoyed face, ever since the first call from her parents, they would keep calling her everyday. Hana doesn't even know if she'll do the promise she said to Ron.
She glanced at it to see her mom calling, she let's out a sigh and ignores it. After the attempt had ended she lets out a frustrated sigh. The asian girl, went back to her assignment and after two hours of work, she was done.
Hana then decided to go out. She grabbed her wallet, phone and the house keys. After making sure the door was fully lock, she activated the security system, with her superhuman hearing she could hear the armored window covers closing, the weapon systems coming to life and the humming of lasers. She smiles and proceeds to go down.
When she had gone to the lobby, she walked out and went to a coffee shop a few blocks down. When she entered the smell of freshly brewed coffee hit her full force, she lets out a smile and proceeds to order. After she got her order, Hana proceeded to a booth in the back of the store. What the asian girl didn't know was Tara, Bonnie, Monique and Zita were there as well. When she saw them she was taken by surprise.
Monique who had been talking with Bonnie in their fashion store business, stopped to see a surprised Hana. She smiled and waved
"Hana, over here." Monique called out
Hana regained herself and walked towards the four women. After she had sat she greeted everyone.
"How's your school work going?" Bonnie asked
"Oh its going great, finished every assignment I have. So for a month I am free of school work."
"That's so cool to hear. I bet you're going to graduate very early." Tara said
"Well...that is a reality." the asian girl then looked down to hide her blush
"OMG, girl you shouldn't be embarrassed about that, that's a feat only some can do." Monique said
"Yeah, be proud of what your doing." Zita said while gently placing her hand on her stomach
"How's the baby Ms. Zita?" Hana asked even though she can sense the baby being developed in Zitas womb
"Oh, the baby's doing fine, also you can drop the Miss." Zita said
"Hey Hana, after this we're going to shop for outfits for Zita over here, want to join us?" Bonnie asked
"Sure I would like to help." Hana said
With that the women continued to chat before finishing their drinks and heading to the mall.
With Ron and the others, they were still in Kaliningrad, like what Sasha said the weather was nice. They were all currently having dinner in the downtown area. With the normal human eye, you'd be unaware that they were all keeping their guards up.
"So Betty, how'd your quick video chat go?" Ron asked
"It went okay." Betty said taking a sip of her tea with one hand as her other was on top of Yoris lap
"There's something you want to tell us?" Shego asked knowing Betty
"Fine you got me. Ron, Shego and Yori, I want all of you to not get emotional, especially you two..." Betty pointed at both Ron and Shego
Both of them looked at each other and nodded
"...in a few days, Kim will join us." Ron and Shego held their emotions in after hearing Kims name
Yori tensed up and Betty had to give her thigh a gentle squeeze. The head of global justice was expecting an anger filled word from Ron but none. The blonde kept quiet and was clearly deep in thought. Everyone remained silent for a minute. Ron then eventually broke it
"What's her reason." Ron asked
"She wants to rip Fist apart." Betty said
"What's she doing now?" Ron asked again
"As of now, starting to get checked physically and mentally by doctors in global justice." Ron nodded and everyone returned to eat dinner.
When they were done, they all went back to the hotel they were staying in. As usual the women were together while the two men were in another room. Currently Sasha was with the other women while Shego was with Ron in the mens room.
"I just can't decide if I'll trust her Shego." Ron said while sitting on the edge of Rons bed
"I know how you feel Ron, I don't know if I can trust her as well, but as of now, we have a common enemy." Shego said while sitting on the bed, hugging Ron and resting her head on his left shoulder
"What if she betrays us? I don't wnat to loose you." Ron said holding one of her hand with his
"The same for me hon, if she does do that well, all of us will beat her to a pulp." Shego said before kissing Rons cheek, the blonde lets out a chuckle
"You're so smart and beautiful."
"I know, you're smart and handsome as well."
By now Ron was also sitting on the bed, both of them were sitting in front of each other. Even though Ron sees Shego everyday he can't help but be amazed that someone who is smart, resourceful, dangerous and beautiful, would be with him. He looked at her eyes and he swore that he saw her iris were changing from black to green, Ron couldn't help but be captivated by it. Same goes for Shego, here is someone who is smart, dangerous, a force to be reckoned with and a kind soul when not angry. Also like Ron, she looked at his eyes and saw his iris changing from brown to blue. Ron smiles and so does Shego, they both move their faces closer until their foreheads were touching one another. After a moment the pressed their lips against the others, it wasn't as long as the one they had in spain, yet this one had more passion in it, clearly showing how much they love each other.
'Better than our first kiss in spain.' they both said mentally
"I love you Shego." Ron said after they parted
"I love you too Ron" Shego said before hugging the blonde boy
"So are we now officially boyfriend, girlfriend?" Ron asked
"We'll we didn't have that many dates due to this shit...but, travelling with you around europe is enough for me." She said not letting go
"So that means?" Ron asked with a smile
"Yeah hon, I would be proud to call you my boyfriend." she said before kissing him
"Booyah." he said after the kiss and it caused both of them to laugh
Shego and Ron then continued to kiss each other, by now Shego had wrapped her legs around Rons lower abdomen, making sure not to let him go. They eventually laid down in the bed and not letting go of each other. They were so unaware of their surroundings, that they didn't see and hear Sasha enter. The older man saw them and casually turned around and left the room.
'Ah love.' Sasha thought before heading out to have a drink in a bar
The following day, Ron woke up and moved, only to feel something stopping him. He opened his eyes to see Shego wrapping her arms around him. He then remembered last night and smiled, he gently kissed her forehead and laid there, or so he planned
"Morning to you as well." Shego said
"Sorry if I woke you up." Ron said while smelling her hair
"It's okay, woke up about ten minutes before you and decided to just stay in place."
"Well, we need to move now." Ron said trying to gently free himself
"Don't want to." Shego playfully said, Ron laughed and just stayed there for another ten minutes
Eventually everyone met up with each other in a restaurant inside the hotel, they were surprise to see Sasha was there first drinking coffee, when asked he said he was out the whole night to give some privacy, at the mention of that both Ron and Shego blushed.
A few days later, they were all in poland, they were running the document under a machine that was fixing the writing to get a proper reading, it was taking a while so they opted to hang in a VIP lounge. As they were all waiting Ron felt a shiver go down his back. This was noticed by Shego
"Hey, you alright?" she asked
"I am, but I feel as if something bad's going to happen." Ron said holding Shegos hand
"Does your MMP, sense anything?" she asked
"No, nothing. Hope I don't foreshadow anything." with that they stayed quiet and wait for the scan to be done
Back in the US, Hana was going back to Ron and Shegos home, since she went out the whole day due to boredom. When she arrived at the floor of Ron and Shegos home, she froze. Outside the door were her adopted parents. She pinched the bridge of her nose and walked up to them.
"Mom...Dad...what are you two doing here?" she said
"Hana! Perfect timing, we've been ringing the doorbell for almost an hour, Ron is ignoring us." Mrs. Stoppable said
"Mom...it's because they're out of the country right now. Move aside." Hana walked in between her adopted parents and unlocked the door
Once inside both older stoppables looked around the place
"Well this is a nice place." Mr. Stoppable said
"I agree." Mrs. Stoppable said
The three of them then went to the living room, both older stoppables sat on the couch while Hana sat on a chair
"You know why we are here Hana." Mr. Stoppable said
"Yes and no, I won't go back." Hana said
"Hana, it's dangerous to be with him, you have to understand from our perspective." he said trying to make things go quick
"I do understand, but what I can't accept is how you both treat Ron." Hana said clenching her fist
"Hana, he has shown that he can take care of himself, while you...you have a bright future, your a genius. A lot of people will want you, to be in their company. If they find out that you do stuff like fighting, they'll see it as a thorn." Mr. Stoppable said
"Oh, is that what you both want me to become? Why are you two telling me to do something that might not make me happy, it'll only benefit you two." Hana nearly yelled while standing up
"HANA! Do not raise your voice young woman." Mrs. Stoppable said getting mad
"I'm legal aged now, I can do what I want and say what I want to say. Stop dictating me on what to do with my life!"
"We are not dictating you!" the older stoppable woman said
"Tell that to your phone calls before I ignored every single one!" Hana said defending herself
"That's not dictating! We're worried for you!" Mrs. Stoppable said
"There's a fine line between being worried and dictating, you crossed to the dictating part!" Hana said her blood now boiling
"WHY I NEVER!" Mrs. Stoppable yelled
"That's why I said you're dictating me, you can't accept that I can make decisions on my own."
"WHERE IS THE ROOM YOU'RE USING, I'M PACKING YOUR STUFF AND WE ARE LEAVING!"
"NO YOUR NOT! STOP MAKING ME SLOWLY BREAK MY PROMISE TO RON!" Hana was now furious
"AND WHAT IS THAT PROMISE, HUH?"
"TO FORGIVE YOU BOTH!" what Hana yelled made Mrs. Stoppable shut up, Mr. Stoppable went slightly wide eye
The room fell silent, only Hanas anger filled breathing was heard until
"Wh-what did Ron say for you to promise that?" Mr. Stoppable cautiously asked
"I called him about that phone call before, he said he was proud of me standing up but...he doesn't want me to be like him..." Hana was lowering her head, clenching her fists "...he says he doesn't want you both to have another burden."
Mr. and Mrs. Stoppables mouth slightly opened at the last part
"He...says the path he went through wasn't pretty. Sometime before they left, I asked Shego, what happened to Ron..." both older Stoppables remained silent "...apparently he had depression, he became distant to everyone. He hated the world and himself...if Shego had not come to Rons life on time, the last time we'll hear his name would have been almost a year ago, because..." Hana felt tears leak out of her eyes "...because...he would have committed suicide." Hana fell on her knees and cried
Mr. and Mrs. Stoppable both were speechless, they never knew Ron ended up like that, Mr. Stoppable clutched his chest and felt sadness, he looked back at how he treated Ron and realize he was an awful father. Mrs. Stoppable sat down on the couch and was unknowingly crying, she too remembered how she had treated Ron, and it sickened her. She then got up, walked over to Hana, Mrs. Stoppable kneeled down and hugged her crying daughter, Hana hugged her adopted mother back and cried. Eventually Mr. Stoppable joined in and hugged both women.
After twenty minutes they all had calmed down and Hana said sorry for getting mad at them, they were telling her, that they're the ones who should apologize. After that Hana toured them all around the house and was impressed with the design. After that they went out to have a walk in the park they were enjoying the breeze that was blowing.
Suddenly a door opened in front of them and a group of armed people came out, they made a beeline for Hana, when Hana realize they were coming for her, she used her MMP to push them back. Hana contained them in one area and tried to tire them out, but one of them used a flash grenade, this caused Hana to release her power. The armed men then attempted again to capture Hana, but armed police officers appeared and ordered them to put their guns down. The men had looked at each other and ran back to the invisible vehicle, but before leaving one of them turned around and aimed a pistol at Hana, who was still dazed, a shot single shot rang out and Hana fell to the ground.
Hana heard the gun shot, when her vision came back, she checked herself to see she's okay, but when she looked at where she was standing, her adopted father was laying there with a gun shot wound to the lower abdomen. Her eyes went wide and she yelled out...
"DAD!"
