It's been a few days since I've last saw Galaxy. I was still sparkbroken about the loss of Tailgate, but I couldn't help but think about that femme nearly every day.

I've never seen a Predacon in real life before, and I was very curious about what happened to her. She was very pretty, and she was weirdly kind for a Predacon.

" I won't hurt you. I promise..."

Those words were still stuck in my processor as I was alone in my room. I looked up at the ceiling, feeling a sense of longing for Galaxy.

I didn't know why I was missing her so much, I only knew her from when she rescued me. But, I couldn't help but feel safe and... happy, with her.

All of a sudden, I heard a faint chirp outside my room's door. It sounded familiar...

"Galaxy...?" I called out softly, not entirely sure it was her.

As if on cue, the door opened, and out popped Galaxy's head from the corner of the doorway. She looked so... shy.

"Hi... Are you doing any better...?" She asked softly, coming in and standing a few feet away from my berth.

The memory of Tailgate quickly flashed through my optics, and I froze. I gripped my servos together and I shook my helm, still feeling numb about the whole thing.

Then I frowned. "How did you... get through security...?" Ever since I came back, the other bots were very protective over me, and made sure my area of the base was under watch.

Galaxy rubbed the back of her helm and smiled cheekily. "I... kinda snuck in..."

I merely blinked at her in shock, not believing that she was able to get past all of the Autobots without being seen.

But now that she was here with me... A part of me didn't want her to leave. Feeling embarrassed like scrap, I looked at her and asked, "Could you... stay here for a while, please...?"

She chirped in surprise, before smiling warmly. "Sure, Arcee. I'll stay with you if you want."

Galaxy then floated over to me and sat down on the edge of my berth, my spark somehow feeling better that she was here with me.

A Groundbridge opened in the exact area the destroyed escape pod was, and out came Shockwave and Starscream, along with a few Vehicons.

It was near evening as the sky started to turn into a soft gradient of light blue to black, the stars starting to give their light. The air was a mixture of smoke from the still burning pod, and a soft mist that resulted from an early shower.

Shockwave walked towards the pod and touched it, his optic glazing over every detail and crevice. Starscream strutted over to him and leaned over impatiently.

"It would be wise to not keep me waiting, Shockwave."

The scientist then turned to him. "The escape pod is able to be fixed. With a little time, I can find out who was inside it with the hidden camera in its systems."

The seeker groaned, but sighed. "Fine. Get to work on the pod, and I want something by tomorrow."

Shockwave nodded. "As you wish, Lord Starscream."

Well... I've been gone a while, huh?
Hope you guys enjoy this next chapter! Sorry for it being so late!
