Rick stopped mid sentence, gaze forward and body frozen as if he was under a spell. Completely ignoring the calls of his friend trying to get his attention back.

"Who's that?" Rick asked Glenn, who still questioned his well being.

"Who?" Glenn questioned back following Rick's gaze trying to find the source of his friend's interest.

"Her, with Maggie." He replied, almost in a dream state. He couldn't explain himself what was going on, he was completely transfixed by this stranger.

"Oh!" Glenn started finally seeing who grasped Rick's attention. "That's Michonne, she's new to town, Maggie met her at the gym I think. She's a lawyer." He finalized, amused by the hold she held over Rick. "Do you want to meet her?" He asked him in a teasing tone, making Rick's eyes snapped back to him.

"No, huh, they looked occupied with their conversation. I wouldn't want to impose." He rushed out, feeling heat rise in his cheeks, gaining a chuckle from Glenn.

"Well if i didn't know any better, I'd say that you are blushing! Feeling a little bit shy?" He teased him, elbowing him.

"I'm not!" Rick let out embarrassed.

"Oh really? Hey Maggie!" Glenn called out to his wife, making the two women turn their heads to them.

"Glenn!" Rick let out harshly when he saw them making their way over.

"You'll thank me later." He quickly said as Maggie reached him to peck his lips.

"Hi Rick, I'd like to present you to my new friend Michonne. She's new to town. Michonne, this is Rick. He's the town's sheriff." She explained.

"Hi Rick," Michonne said with a warm smile, extending her hand to shake his. Rick took her hands and held onto it after a brief shake, only letting go when Glenn let out a fake cough to make him snap out of it. "Glenn, how're you doing?" She continued with the same smile, not letting the almost awkward moment affect their encounter.

"I'm good, how's everything?" He asked her.

"I'm okay, getting used to living in a small town." She responded.

"You'll get used to it fast enough." Maggie reassured her, "And Glenn and I are always here if you need something."

"Yeah, and I'm sure Rick here would love to help out in any way. Right Rick?" He added, looking at his friend with amusement.

"Uh, yeah sure." Rick pathetically let out, holding Michonne's gaze.

"Oh, Rosita just arrived. I'd like for you to meet her, she's great, you're gonna love her." Maggie said to Michonne, pulling at her arm in Rosita's direction. "See you guys later." She finished as she walked away.

"Enchanted to meet you, Rick." Michonne said, holding his gaze before following Maggie.

"You too." Rick let out to her retrieving back.
