"Ms. Beckett. Glad you could make it. Riding out a hurricane was not something I recommend," Rick said.
"Neither do I." Kate walked up to him. "Seaplane." Kate looked it over. It had two large and long pontoons. The wings were attached to the pontoons. "Thank you." Rick pulled the sword out of the scabbard to look it over. It appeared to be in perfect shape. "Follow me, walk where I walk or you might put a hole in the pontoon," Rick cautioned her. He walked to the door and opened it.

"Just this. It holds your other two payments." Kate handed it over and watched it go inside.

It was just about as small as she thought. However, she found a surprise inside. "Hello." There was a child sitting in a seat. She was a little on the pale side and had long orange hair.

Rick nodded. "Kamalame Cay in the Bahamas. Twenty-seven seaside rooms and suites tucked in bougainvillea-draped cottages, bungalows, and peak-roofed Balinese beach houses.
"All of them have full kitchens. The Great House, The Grove, Monkey Bar, or Tiki Beach & Beach Club. It should have more than enough food for the three of us. Plus, I know how to cook.

Row houses usually had shops on the ground floor, with offices or apartments above that. While not always multi-story row houses, this class included many of the better-kept taverns and rooming houses in the city as well.
Class D buildings were lesser buildings, usually one-story wooden buildings used as small warehouses, individual homes, and storage sheds for Waterdeep's lower classes. Such buildings were mainly found in Dock Ward, southernmost Castle Ward, and, in smaller numbers, in Southern Ward, and Trades Ward.
Rick, Kate, and Alexis lived in a Class C building in the North Ward right on the edge of the Sea Ward. It was a long walk to the Dock Ward to get supplies. Hence, they owned and used a horse and wagon to haul supplies for the Tavern.
