Bowser waited in his bed, staring at his door hoping it would swing open and his precious boy would pop in yelling or complaining or crying. Anything. He just wanted to see him again. Bowser Jr. had gone missing. Bowser was worried. His heart froze over, his mind was blank, and his thoughts were muddled. Each second that went by, that his son did not, could not, would not, pop in through that door, broke him that much more. He felt weightless. He felt he didn't really exist. He had lost him, his precious boy.

He looked at the photo he had of him. His boy, smiling next to his siblings, right in front of the mansion. Seeing the photo, he smiled softly. "Jr…." He grabbed the photo and sighed. He placed it onto his bed and stood up, walking to the mirror. He stared into it, seeing the tears in his eyes form. "What can I do without you?"

There was something deep inside of him. A feeling. A bad feeling he didn't want to feel again. Bowser has a problem with anger, specifically Fury. He was good at keeping it deep inside him, but it was also partially done by Jr. himself. Jr. always kept his mind straight, his fury down. But with him gone, Bowser's fury is growing and growing. He looked down, closed his eyes, and sighed. He growled softly to himself when the door swung open and he shot his head to the door.

It was just Ganondorf.

"What are you doing?" Bowser growled.

"Dude, stop being cooped up in your room. Let's go."

"You came in here, when I'm missing my damned son, and you think the best thing to do is boss me around?" Bowser asked, turning fully toward him.

"Just get off your ass-" Bowser rushed forward, grabbed his neck, and held him against the wall.

"You motherfucker decided it was STILL a good idea to boss me around? My son is fucking missing. I don't wanna do shit until he's found. How can you not understand that!"

"W-what if your son is dead? You're just going to stay in bed all-" At the thought of his son being dead, he lost it. The fury took over. He slammed his head into Ganondorf's, knocking him out. Ganondorf fell to the ground, limp. Bowser's nails were a black ooze, dripping ever so slightly. His spikes on his shell were also black ooze, but the tips of them shone a vibrant yet dangerous red. He looked out of his door and huffed out a puff of smoke.

"I'm finding you!" He stormed out of the room, in search of someone who would know where he was. He decided it was probably safe to go for Jr.'s closest friends first. They had to know where he was or at least where he once was. He traveled through the mansion, not bothering with any of the schmucks he encountered. If they were in his way, they were to move of their own fruition, or Bowser would take it into his own hands to move them.

He knew where his friends would typically hang out. He didn't care if he stuck out like a sore thumb, this was about his son, he couldn't care about anything else. He made it into the main living room. The large room was where the group would hang out, but the room was sadly very busy so there was going to be a crowd. Bowser looked around, his darker eyes scanned every corner of the room until they found Jr.'s friends. They were sitting on the couch watching tv. They seemed to have placed a bet.

Bowser walked over, his heavy steps causing the room to shake ever so slightly, and when he got to the couch, everyone on the couch had already looked over. "Yo, B-Man, how are ya?" Toon Link asked, patting Bowser's belly. Toon Link kept looking at Bowser's face and his own face filled with fear, his pale face turned more and more pale as he stood up. "I-I think we should be heading out guys."

Bowser extended his arm to his right to stop them from moving. "You're not going anywhere until I get answers."

"Answers to what?" Bowser grabbed Toon Link's tunic and brought him up to his face.

"Where is my son at?"

"I-I don't know-"

"WHERE IS HE!" Bowser yelled right in his face, getting spit all over his face, causing the younger boy to shiver in fear.

"Put him down, Bowser," Lucas said, having backed up and is holding his fingers forward, with those fingers sparkling with his powerful PSI. Bowser dropped him and looked at the determined-looking boy.

"You were always the closest with him…" Bowser took one big step forward, shaking the room.

"Don't take another step!" Lucas said as he stepped back slightly. He has fought Bowser plenty of times, but something about this situation was…different. Bowser was mad. Furious. His claws and spikes were oozing a black inky substance. Bowser's eyes were changing. They were dark upon entrance but now they were shining a bright light. His hair was turning to a fiery saturation. The black oozy inky substance from the claws on his feet seemed to be moving up his leg. Each step left a bit of that substance on the ground. "That's it!"

"Lucas no!" Ness yelled. He ran in but was grabbed by Bowser's large hand. "D-don't shoot him! Y-you'll be t-terminated from the t-tournament." Lucas looked down at his fingers and gulped, causing the light to disappear. Bowser tossed Ness and grabbed Lucas, bringing him up to his face.

"Where…..is my son?"

"I-I don't know!"

"Bullshit! Where is he!"

"I can't just sit and watch this," Young Link jumped up and held his sword at Bowser. "Let him go, Bowser. We don't know where your son is at, you have to understand that." Bowser believed they were lying. That they kept his son's location a secret, but he didn't want to waste time trying to get info out of them he knew he wouldn't get. They wanted Lucas to be let go, and Bowser would happily oblige, in his own special way. He tossed Lucas at Young Link, and his sword pierced through Lucas with a loud "SCHLLL" Right after that noise, came a very loud yell of pain.

Blood came pouring out of the wound as Young Link dropped the sword and backed away in shock and worry. "L-Lucas? Lucas, I'm so sorry!" Lucas's cries of pain were soon joined by his friends surrounding him, trying to calm him down and get the sword safely out of him. Bowser looked around and saw the angered looks of everyone else in the room, with Fox stepping forward, crossing his arms.

"The fuck is wrong with you!" he yelled. He, however, took a step back when he noticed the black oozing ink slowly creep up the rest of his body, stopping just at the center of his tough-looking belly.

"Where….is my son?"

"T-try talking to your other kids…" Bowser growled before turning around and stomping off, his black ink dripping more and more. His view was now very blinded by sheer fury. The halls shook with each powerful step Bowser took. Everyone in the halls moved out of the way of Bowser as he walked through the crowded halls, all worried about Lucas's safety. Bowser couldn't care less, however. He would do it again if need be.

When he got to the exit, however, he saw Popo and Nana sneaking off into a room. A large puff of smoke came from Bowser's nose. Popo was once missing, but there he was, safe. His son was now missing, he needed information. Popo would be the closest to giving him that info.

He walked to that door, and contained the want to break down the door, placing his ear against the door to hear anything. "Where is Jr?" Nana asked.

"I don't know. But if he's missing then….I'm worried for him."

"I never expected him to save you like that."

"I know, neither did I." This was Bowser's fuel. It was Popo's fault that he was missing. He growled, stepping back before slamming his shoulder into the door, breaking it off its hinges instantly. The twins shot up and backed away from Bowser.

"WHAT DID YOU DO!" Bowser yelled at the top of his lungs. His voice seemed to echo, bouncing off the walls. There was a deep growl at the base of his voice. It sent shivers down their spines.

"B-Bowser? Wh-what're you talking about?"

"No…" Bowser gives off a sadistic chuckle, stepping forward as more and more of his body is covered in that ink. "You know exactly what I'm talking about, Popo." Nana instantly tried swinging at Bowser, but her arm was simply caught and broken, before being thrown to the other side of the room.

"Nana!"

"TELL ME!"

"H-he came to save me. I was kidnapped in this weird place and he, with the help of the other Koopalings, came to save me. He…he got a lot of damage. He was stabbed-"

"He was…" Bowser's growl sounded deeper than it ever had before. He grabbed Popo's neck, choking him solely because of his strength and the size of his hand. That was his breaking point. His head was finally covered in that ink. His son had been stabbed. He slammed Popo against the wall. It caused a large dent in the wall as Bowser seemed to grow.

"B-Bowser….please…."

"My son was stabbed because of you!" He slammed Popo against the wall even harder, knocking him out as the dent in the wall started breaking from the strength. Bowser grew and grew before he began to be too big for the room. Nana crawled out of the room and began running in the direction everyone was in, yelling for help. Soon enough, Marth stopped her.

"What's wrong?" Marth asked, concern tinting his voice.

"I-it's Bowser, he's got Popo-" before she could really finish, there was a loud crash and a huge shaking of the ground. Marth put his hand on his sword, always having it on him, and walked out of the mansion. He pulled the sword out, looking around as the other fighters rushed out. Meta Knight flew high in the air, seemingly seeing something, before crashing back down with a powerful superhero landing.

"Meta Knight?"

"Bowser…he's grown," Meta Knight simply said, floating off for the others to follow. They did, and upon turning the corner they saw him. Bowser was growing and growing, his fury overtaking him. He was fully covered in that black ink, his hair, and flames coming out of his mouth, they were a very vibrant red.

"The hell is wrong with him?" Ganondorf asked. Mario took a step forward, his eyes filled with fear as he looked up at the monster holding the unconscious Popo.

"Bowser's furious," he began, "The only way to stop him is to calm him down."

"How are you expecting us to do that?" Just then, Master Hand and Crazy Hand came in, floating above the group.

"BOWSER!" Master Hand yelled at the top of his lungs, sending shivers down everyone's back. They never heard him so mad before. "Put the boy down! You've hurt enough people for us to send you back to your world."

"Tell me where my boy is!"

"We don't know, Bowser, put Popo down!"

"Not until I get my son back!" Bowser opened his mouth and shot a large fire beam, hitting Master Hand, sending him away. Crazy Hand turned himself into a fist and flew toward Bowser, but he simply collided the oncoming fist with his own, more powerful, fist, also sending him flying. Once both hands were knocked away, Bowser yelled loudly in the air, shooting flames into the air, along with his spikes shooting from his shell and landing, crashing into the ground. This caused the ground to shake and even parts of the Mansion to be left in ruin.

The other fighters rushed out of Bowser's point of view to avoid any attacks. "The hell are we supposed to do against that?" Ganondorf asked.

"How'd you beat him like this?" Marth asked Mario. Mario then explained what had happened, how he simply beat him to his senses, but he seemed a lot more powerful than he did back then. Last time, he was simply furious for losing constantly to Mario, this time, he was furious for the loss of his son. While they were talking, some of the fighters noticed things flying up toward Bowser. Upon closer inspection, it was Bowser's other kids.

"Dad!" Larry yelled at the top of his lungs, in front of the rest of the Koopalings in their clown cars. "Calm down."

"But Jr…."

"We understand, we've been trying to find him."

"You…." Bowser saw Jr.'s magical paintbrush inside Larry's clown car. "You want him gone…"

"What?"

"You….HOW DARE YOU BETRAY HIM!" Bowser began charging up an attack, and Larry knew it was pointless. He looked down at the group and smiled before grabbing the paintbrush and turning into Shadow Luigi, along with the rest of the group into their shadow forms. Bowser's large fist collided with Shadow Luigi, but all that happened was a loud spark, as it was deflected by the brush. This was their gain, distract Bowser, take all the hits. Bowser wouldn't be thinking straight, he wanted the Koopalings gone, he didn't care how many of the same hits it would take.

"If his own kids couldn't help him, we're screwed," Ganondorf threw up his arms. Nana then dragged Lucario forward.

"Tell them what you know, Lucario," she simply said. Lucario just sighed before stepping up to the front of the group and turning around.

"Bowser is so full of emotion right now, the only way to get him out of this is to bring his son back," he explained.

"How are we going to do that?" Pit stepped forward. "What if something really did happen to Jr.?"

"Wow, we're really screwed when Mr. Positive here is doubting it," Ganondorf crossed his arms and closed his eyes, already accepting that it was the end of the tournament. "Might as well go back to harassing Zelda. FUCK YOU ZELDA!"

"Now now, that is not all that I know. There is…another world here."

"What do you mean?" Mario asked.

"I'll explain it later. But for now, we need to split up into groups. One to check on the Hands, one to calm down the people of Ultimatum, one to keep an eye on Lucas, and one to go to the other world."

"Since you're so bright, you pick the groups," Ganondorf scoffed.

"Yes. Welcome to the group, Ganondorf."

"Dammit." Lucario picked a few other people to join, Mario, Pit, Marth, Meta Knight, Steve, and Mega Man. But before he departed for the other world with his group, he pointed at both Sora and Dr. Mario.

"You guys are coming too."

"B-but I'm not a fighter," Dr. Mario tried to scurry away, but Lucario just shook his head.

"It's no biggie, right, Doc?" Sora asked, hitting his shoulder. Dr. Mario just sighed before nodding his head.

"Good. Let's get going then, shall we?" Lucario ran off in a direction, with the rest of his group following, and the other fighters departing to do their own jobs.

The Koopalings, however, failed to handle their father. Each punch drained Shadow Luigi down more and more, and he needed the other Koopalings to be at full power, so the others were draining as well. Soon enough, Lemmy came back and fell all the way to the ground. This progressively happened to the rest of the group, until Shadow Luigi was the only one left. Bowser pulled his fist back, his face full of anger, his mind empty of any other thought but "My son". He didn't care. Shadow Luigi dropped the paintbrush and turned back into Larry. He smiled up at his father.

"I love you, dad." Bowser punched Larry, making him launch. But the words "I love you" stuck in his anger-filled mind.

Bowser saw himself in a fiery vortex. Everywhere around him was on fire. No living thing could be seen for miles. He looked around, trying to find something, anything, that wasn't just fire. "I love you, dad" soon echoed throughout the dark, fiery void.

"Dad?" That was a very familiar voice. He knew who it belonged to. He turned around but didn't see him.

"J-Jr.?"

"Dad? Why did you hurt me?" He shot around once more but didn't see the owner of the voice.

"I-I didn't…I'm sorry."

"Do you hate me? Is that why you hurt me?"

"Of course, I don't hate you!"

"You sure seem like it." Bowser shot his head all over the place, the fire around him was growing more furious. "All you do is hurt me. You hurt everyone. You're just…you're nothing but a monster."

"N-No! Please…."

"I hate you, dad." Bowser shook his head. This couldn't be true. His son wouldn't be saying that. No, it was impossible. This was all inside his head. "I HATE YOU!" Bowser shook his head more and more, faster, harder, it was bad. "I HATE YOU!"

"No…."

"I HATE YOU!"

"NO! NO NO NO NO! STOP SAYING THAT!" Bowser hit his head against the ground.

"YOU'RE THE WORST DAD EVER!"

"Please….don't…." He left his head on the ground as he allowed tears to fall from his eyes.

"I never want to see you again." Bowser's tears fell faster and faster when he picked his head up and looked into the fire. He saw him, his son. Jr. It was really him.

"J-Jr….c-come here." Jr. just shook his head and turned around.

"I said I never want to see you again. Bye, dad." Jr. walked away, soon enough, his silhouette was no longer visible. Bowser laid his head against the ground once more. His face was shaking, his eyes were gushing tears. Soon enough, he broke. His loud, sad, growl echoed throughout this area. After that, he just lied there…feeling nothing. He just wanted to lie there.

"I….I'm the worst…" Bowser echoed to himself. "I'm the worst." He began to punch the ground. "I'm the worst." His punches grew more and more aggressive. "I'm….the worst." He just kept repeating this. It was unending torture for him. But he didn't stop. It just went on and on and on and on and on and on and on….forever.
