"Who is she? Rem questions as she watched Morgan walk through without a care. Any mabeast that came close to her die to bluish-black spear projections impaled them.

Subaru thought to himself briefly recalling what Morgan told him to say about her.

"She is a foreign magic-user who decided to set up in Arlam village for a vacation and decided to assist us and repelling the attacks of the mabeasts and rescuing the village kids. "Subaru confidently stated.

"I see, Rem doesn't recognize any of her magic. Rem will speak to Roswaal about the forms of magic she is using against the Wolgrams. It makes Rem worried," Rem said while watching around them with her eyes ever so often flickering to Morgan's back.

" You said you believe that the kids are this way correct?" Morgan questioned while her back was still turned to them, her eyes scanning the forest ahead.

"That is correct." replied Rem. Morgan continued to walk ahead

"Rem doubt if she was ever needed by her" Rem said to Subaru.

"Don't worry she is relying on you for a scout and physical support while she cast her spells." Subaru said trying to cheer up Rem.

"I have found them." Morgan said as she stepped in to the clearing and gazed upon the kids.

"One of them is missing from this group of kids. I will search for her. You two will stay guard the children until the area is cleared." Morgan ordered. Morgan then proceeded to head further into the forest.

"You have my permission use a Command seal to call me back if she attacks you." Morgan said over the mental link.

"So, let's wake up the kids so they can walk out of here, and we can protect them more easily once we take them back with Morgan." Subaru said to Rem.

After they wake up all the children, Morgan comes back into the clearing pulling along the missing child with a slight irritation in her eyes and announcing that they would be heading back to the village now. After the group arrived at the village, the kids ran back to their parents, and Roswaal who was flying above the village floated down to them and gaze upon them all with his gaze slightly lingering on Morgan.

"I seeee thaat you havve rescuuued the villlage chiiildreen and whoo wouuld bee youu misss? Roswaal spoke, the words of Roswaal grated on Morgan's ears. But she ignored how annoying they were and introduced herself

"I am Morgan, a wandering traveler who was looking for a place to stay and had discovered this location and decided to help out here." Morgan said.

"I woould likke to offfer youuu an awaard for yoouur serviccess." Roswaal said to Morgan.
"I want to be a permanent guest in your mansion and have access to your library." Morgan said / ordered, some of her charisma leaking out her voice.

"Verrry weell." Roswaal said to her and turning back and heading to the mansion.

One Day later

"So, are you going to teach me about magic now?' Subaru said with excitement while sitting on his bed.

"I will teach you about the basics of magecraft and if you are good enough at with it. I will teach you the more advanced items." Morgan said.

Subaru nodded.

"Magecraft or Thaumaturgy, is the artificial reenactment of Mystery. Magecraft acts as the reenactment of preexisting phenomena, it is impossible to use it to create new Mysteries; even with an infinite amount of research. A sort of barrier and beyond that is True Magic. Normally Magecraft back on Modern Earth would be weaker than during the Age of Gods in Earth's past, however due to the state of civilization and world's influence is weaker. Magecraft is quite stronger than it would normally be due to weakness of this World. You got what I am saying so far?" Morgan questioned.

"Magecraft is a recreation of mystery, it is limited, and it is stronger here than on Earth as of right now." Subaru said.

"Magic also referred to as True Magic and Sorcery, is the highest class of Mystery that surpasses Magecraft and all current sciences of that age. For tonight I will work on improving your body so can endure more punishments and magecraft that can take a toll on your body." Morgan said. She got out of the chair she was reclining in and walked over to him.

"Now take your upper clothes off." Morgan ordered.

"Wha-What?" Subaru stammered out with a slight blush. Morgan looked amused.

I need better access to you in order to perform my magecraft and to make sure there aren't any flaws in you." Morgan said with amusement in her voice.

"Right, that makes sense, yeah." Subaru said. He shrugged off his tracksuit and took off his shirt.

"Not particularly impressive upper physique, I would prefer on my husband's body. But it will suffice." Morgan said before laying her hand on his body and started to whisper under her breath. Subaru felt a tingling sensation go across his body. Then he felt her trace a symbol on his body. Then she withdrew her hand.

"What did you trace on me? Subaru questioned while putting back on his shirt.

"A simple magical protection allowing you to avoid one mortal blow dealt to you." Morgan said.

"That is awesome. I want to learn how to do that." Subaru excitedly said.

"All in due time." Morgan said with a slight smile. She left Subaru's room and began plotting to herself on summoning her knights to this world.

"Once I have summoned my knights, I shall see if Candidate Emilia or another candidate will be favorable to me. So, I can rule behind the throne or possibly take over another country, once I get enough information on it. "Morgan thought to herself.

The Beginning of Arc 3

"Thank you for the help, Morgan. You seem very knowledgeable about ruling kingdoms almost like you were a Queen at one point." Emilia said.

"I might have been one at point." Morgan said with a sly smile.

"Your friend in the armor is very nice to me despite me being a half elf. Through I have never seen her armor before in the 4 kingdoms. Oh, here she comes right now." Emilia said watching the knight walk into the parlor.

"There is no sign of disturbances in the village or anywhere else." The knight reported to Morgan.

"Good work, Knight Melusine. You can spend time in the village now" Morgan said.

"Thank you, your majesty." Melusine said before heading back out.

"You really do give off that Queenly side Morgan." Emilia said.

"I do." Morgan said before getting out of her chair and leaving.

After Morgan left, the jewel on her necklace shines a bit brighter and Puck came out.

"I don't really like them, Emilia. That woman is feels quite powerful almost like Roswaal and her friend has a powerful aura to her. I think I can still take them, but it will be tough." Puck warned.

"Puck, you worrying about nothing. They were very friendly to us and helpful. We can't be mean to them." Emilia said.

The crudely drawled circle begins to glow with power as it pulled mana from the atmosphere and Subaru drops to his knees hoping beyond hope it would work. Then the glow intensifies in the middle of the circle then dies down. Subaru's breath is taken away. There stands in the middle of the circle was a woman who reminded him of Reinhard.
