It's been four years since the final before the world of Tortus slow peaceful lives were interrupted. An Unknown force had attacked Verbergen, however, the attackers were defeated and sent running home. It seems just beyond the Sea of Trees towards the East is a new continent where the attackers came from. During that same time, A gate opened in Ginza and earned a Maou's Wrath.

Ch 1: Aftermath & Resuergance of the United Maou Force

This chapter will contain slight politics, dialogue-heavy, and world-building. Also will have to retroactively take some back about the Shadow monks being decimated or rather clarify about it. They are still around since the Abysslord Chapter 3 ended with them still being alive. As well as being the main primary police force around the world for supernatural and fantasy cases. That report to the Returnee Divison in japan with them Having Endou as their contact with returnee group and them having outcasted their former leader. To Hajime along with another member going with the leader. As for the country to save face with them.

So don't be too surprised if they're mentioned or show up from time to time. Throughout the story, mostly being their former leader giving Hajime updates about their movements and the like. Like in today's chapter where the former leader of the Shadow monks along with another former member introduced. Are we good at that? Cool

The following days including today since the dubbed Ginza incident. Has been a mess throughout the world but mostly within Japan as a whole. Since they were the ones who suffered the most people demanded to take action. Countries outside of Japan's allies have told the ones in charge and publicly as a whole that they would aid them, be it in research teams, medical relief, and even weaponry, and a few of their troops for defense and going through the gate. Saying since these are times when they all should put aside their differences between nations and ethnicities to combat the common threat of humanity. Being the invaders on the other side or so was told. But those who know the game know that isn't their aim in giving out generous offers. The same could be said with Japan's allies as well while more likely with genuine intent. It is also just lip service in the end for their true aim as well.

However, the only thing that could be said in this cruel game of high stacks of politics between nations across the globe. It that this time their home nation of Japan is the one with the ball in their court to do as they please and hold all the power. As such every military branch within Japan mostly being the JSDF is being mobilized to go across the gate as a foothold. Mostly for defense and researching what's on the other side. As the few recon teams or so it was told to the public had gone across the gate to the other side. And said that it was fresh clean air and luscious grass not tainted but industrialization was seen as far they could see but went no further. Since they didn't wish to travel far much into the unknown lands that were as far they knew. Within the hostile lands and savage terrorists that had attacked their people. Also being a few hills around with the gate being on top of one of them.

As of this moment, no other nations be it public or behind the scenes have moved. Or so it seemed anyways with unknown to all those in the know The nation of China reformed Shadow monks under a different leader, Japan's Returnee Response Division, England's M.I.6, The Returnee Group, and the Vatican's Omnibus Organization was in contact with each other. Via using Endou to give updates on each other's side of things.

Since Endou was the one to contact and had ties with each of them. Mostly being his harem members from each of them working for said groups save for the shadow monks. For the shadow monks was mostly their former leader being Shadow monks contact towards them and through her. They had a clear line to the Maou Nagumo Hajime and his right-hand man Endou known through all as Agent Abyssgate. As such various information during the past three days including today. Even getting a group of Shadow monks with their former leader being escorted by the Returnee division going through the gate. Got to see what was at the other side with their own eyes. Such they could report to their superiors in China. Save for the former leader since if she went back, she'd be dealt with quietly for her severe failure of completing their mission a year ago.

Even so, everyone from within the Nagumo household was watching the T.V or on their PC monitors or laptops about the Hero of Ginza. The same with everyone within Japan and around the world. A JSDF newly promoted second Luteniet named Itami Yoji. A soldier off duty helped defend his countrymen alongside the policemen in the area and gave them orders. To stop their countrymen from dying to the fantasy invaders by holding defensive line till the rest of the JSDF arrived. Although during the ceremony the commentators and people there saying rumors about other fellow civilian heroes defending their countrymen by killing the invaders. As well everyone saying seeing a large black dragon in the sky helping defend their home country before disappearing as the JSDF showed up.

But without any evidence other than people's descriptions of these other civilian heroes that were hazy at best. They remained as rumors save for the black dragon simply saying as a divine beast. Having been lent to them by their Shinto religion gods. In their hour of need killing other smaller dragons or wyverns as they would be called later on. And the invaders on the ground as well as keeping other civilians safe getting survivors of the attack into safety.

As the ceremony went on Hajime who was on the sofa spoke up as he stood up

Hajime "I guess we better get going towards Tortus for the summit after being requested. As well as the funeral for the brave men and women who were fellow comrades during the final battle. Since it seems its mostly usual updates from the government official and prime minister." he says informingly towards everyone within the living room

Sumire "Okay musuko, can you guys wait for your father and me to get a few things before we go to the funeral as well?" she says to him with a smile on her face. But not having the usual upbeat warmth she used to have for obvious reasons

Hajime "Of course Oka-san" he merely says back to her with a warm smile hidden the slight anger and rage he'd been suppressing all this time for obvious reasons as well.

Shuu "Thanks for your patience Hajime, well make sure to get our things as quick as we can," he says to him with an understanding smile also not containing the usual warmth it had behind it as well.

See them disappear upstairs to grab a few things the smile on his and everyone else's. Turned into sad smiles or slightly unpleased frowns.

Tio "It seems that perhaps accepting their request of not erasing their memories of that day was a mistake on our part." she says out loud sadly with a displeased frown

The whole room becomes silent before Hajime spoke up once again sure his current expression wasn't facing his wives or his friends, extended family, and allies.

Hajime "It was both their choices that we have to respect even it was a mistake in the end. Since it seems they wanted it as self-imposed punishment on themselves for being so careless in not bringing all their protected artifacts I given them. Although they didn't say that was the reason they gave us. It was in between the lines and left unsaid as to why...Ying-san I'm assuming that both you and Hu-san will be meeting your former comrades at the usual location with everyone else?" he merely says to the both of looking towards their direction.

Zhen Ying is a woman who looked to be in her late twenties with characteristic long black hair that was tied behind her and bound with jewelry, and long slits eyes. Her slightly too sharp eyes were overbearing, but she had a face that was enough to be called a beauty. She stood at 170cm tall with a slight hourglass but well-toned figure with a decent chest (C cups). She was the former sect leader and head of China's supernatural division of Shadow Monks. She's also the ambassador between said shadow monks and the Chinese government to Japan's Returnee Divison and The returnee group themselves. Though as punishment by Hajime much to her light embarrassment now she's in a black and white maid outfit. Though not the Fleur Knight's victorian style more so the kind you see in maid cafes. Though not as risky or exposing a look of skin. For a year now she's been under Hajime's command only and service though she was once a candite for Hajime's Fleur knights. She did take to Hajime's and Haulia Tribe's "tame" training after all. Though mostly these past days as mentioned she and in supposed little sister but not really have been fairly business these days talking between the aforementioned parties and allies of the Returnee group

Ying Hu is a cute but petite early teen to a late teen girl with her long black hair that's usually tied into twin tails. Is currently tied into a ponytail with slight peach skin and black eyes. She stands at 163cm tall with a slim but well-toned figure with a slightly large butt. Her attire is much like butlers being a black suit with a gray vest and pants with black luxury shoes. As well as having white gloves with a red tie. She was a former subordinate under Zhen's command during her time as a leader for the shadow monks. Who looked up to Zhen as an elder sister and ideal to achieve as well being most loyal to her. As such when Zhen was outcasted by the shadow monks much to their heartfelt dismay. She chooses to stay behind with her to work under Hajime as well taking punishment from him as well. Though in her case it was rather light in comparison to Zhen having to wear the maid outfit at all times save for friendly outings with her friends. While only she had to wear the butler outfit during work hours under Hajime's command.

Zhen "Yes with Agent Abyssgate(Endou), in attendance as to act an intermediary between us and representative of your group, M.I.6, Omnibus, Fukube-san, and his Returnee response division and the heads of the Fujimaru clan including Lady Hinata. I'll be sure to tell you once you've returned from the other side" she merely says respectfully

Hajime "Okay then will look forward to the report. In the meantime be on alert just and see if any of our classmates wish to join in the war. It's fine if they don't wish to since I won't blame them. After all, I already know their willingness to fight should the time come to be." he says to them while getting up from his seat.

Yue "Nn I'll be sure to let them know. Be safe with Liliana and tell us how the summit went" she simply says in understanding

Liliana "We'll be sure to do so, I'll be seeing you guys again once the summit is over." she simply says with a smile on her face

She and Hajime see both Yue and the others give them warm smiles before they all turned their heads to meet Shuu and Sumire coming down the steps in traditional black Kimono with gray sashes warped around their waist. Much like Hajime and Liliana currently have as their attires as well. It was then Shuu spoke up

Shuu "Ready to go when you are" he simply says with a kind smile on his face

As such Hajime simply nods his head toward then and out from one of his Tressure troves on his person. Comes out a slighlty clear but fairy-like key dubbed Fairy Key. This connects to a Fairy Ring which both are the recent artifacts he uses to hop to and from worlds now. Instead of the Crystal Key. Since he only uses said crystal key to find someone out of his reach within the nine worlds or perhaps use it himself to get out of the said world or perhaps dimension. Back to Earth, Miniature Garden(His created world) or Tortus being his first choices compared to Fairy World, Sky Dragon World, Star Spirt World, Factory world, Hell, Koone World/Dessert World, or Calamity World.

And so soon he inserts the Fairy Key into the space in front of him. Soon opened a portal leading within the Heiligh Kingdom. So that from there he could use his Gate key to connect towards a Gate Hall within Verbergen inside the Sea of Trees. Since that's where the summit is being held as well Kouki and his Harem are awaiting for him. After that saying their last parting goodbyes towards everyone around him. He, Liliana, and his parents stepped through the portal which soon closes behind Sumire. Thus leaving everyone else which was soon followed by Zhen using a different Gate Key given to her by Hajime. To open a portal towards the Fujimaru main estate which has a Gate Hall installed within it. As such both Zhen and Ying head through the portal. Once more just leaving Yue and the others within the living room. Simply still watching the news once both portals closed. As well as getting ready to make lunch and dinner since they knew both the meeting and summit will take a fairly long time.

Tortus World, Tortus Continent, Sea of trees Verbergen Plaza, Makeshift large Temporary Tent housing 100 or So people. May 10th Year 4 A.F.B(2014) 11:40 am Multi Pov

As soon they crossed over towards Tortus within the Heiligh Kingdom in their sights were various maids and butlers who received them with a bow of respect. As well the current King of the Heiligh Kingdom Lundel S.B Heiligh the younger brother of Liliana, as well the former Queen of the Heiligh Kingdom that was both the mother of Lundel and Liliana. That being Luluraria S.B Heiligh

Lundel S.B Heiligh stands 156cm tall with fair skin blue eyes and short blonde hair. His current attire is the one you would wear as a king is a long blue cape with the royal Heiligh, long sleeve white button-up shirt with a gray vest, black suit pants with black armored boots, and black-armored guards. Azur engraved ceremonial longsword sheathed in an ornate red sheath strapped to his side. As well as a golden crown with various jewels within it. Overall a handsome young teen being 14yrs of age with a sight well-toned figure.

Luluraria S.B Heiligh is like Liliana only being a little taller at 182cm and more mature overflowing with sex appeal being and having a voluptuous figure with large breasts ( EE cups)and a nice butt(F size). She has long flowing blonde hair with blue eyes and fair skin. Her attire unlike what she used to wear as a queen it's the same dragonmen attire in being a pure black kimono with red keta and white socks. Overall a beauty with blonde hair looking in her late twenties overflowing with motherly sex appeal, but in reality she's middle-aged.

They greeted them happily but both had slight serious grim expressions on their faces. As they knew them being here wasn't a simply familial courtesy. Hajime then told both his mother and father to look around the castle for a bit. Since it still wasn't time for the funeral procession to begin since everyone who was supposed to attend wasn't there yet. Of course both his parents understood as Liliana's mother decided to keep them company for a while till the funeral begins. While he, Liliana, and Lundel along with his protective detail will head towards Verbergen via Gate key. To which he soon used said gate key and opened a portal within the Plaza of Verbergen. Though even from just a brief glimpse on the other side they could clearly feel the somber but serious atmosphere as various people from the humans and beastmen. Move from place to place each either having just for today dark gray, black, dark blue or dark sliver as their clothing for morning the departed.

Of course, the portal was noticed by everyone as well fulling knowing who was coming. As if on queue all for just a moment all stopped what they were doing and bowed at Hajime's presence. Before simply continue working on what they were doing. Though it didn't take long for their escort towards the meeting area for the representatives to come and get them. Seeing who it wa he spoke up

Hajime "I see your the welcoming party Amanogawa, also Mona-san it's good to see you as well," he says tot he both of them respectfully while extending his hand in greeting

Amanogawa Kouki "It seems to be the case, things have sadly turned out this as you know. But yes you could say I'm the greeter in guiding the leaders and important officials all over this continent towards the summit area. Not that I mind doing such a thing considering the various monsters and Beasts that came from the holy precincts. Aren't currently as active or in hiding at the moment so I can't get to them to deal with them properly. But it's been a few days since we saw each other last still good to see you non the less" he says honestly but seriously while shaking his arm

Amanogawa Kouki is your typical ikemen(Good looking/handsome man) standing 180cm tall with short silky brown hair with jade eyes. Much like Hajime and his parents along with the dragonmen race. He has a pure black kimono with white socks and brown Keta. Strapped to both his sides are his two holy swords in white and black sheaths. One being Aularodde and the other being Uralt. Though the two holy swords in question are alive and have wills of their own as both are goddesses. With one being the former Goddess of Tortus before Ehito took over that being Ua Alto and the other being the Fairy goddess of the Fairy World being Aularodde Lea Refat. Who thanks to Hajime's and slighlty Endou meddling. Both ended up within his small but still growing harem those their physical bodies of two goddesses are currently within the tent getting everyone settled in. Anyhow as mentioned he's an Ikemen in his early twenties like Hajime being as well like him became immortal by accident. As to why that is, is another story for a different time but all he can say is it has to do with the two goddesses and the holy swords. Or more specifically Aularodde.

Moana de Shelt Syclea "It is good to see you as well Maou-sama, but as you heard my future husband said. We had to leave the Hunt for the foul creatures to do more civil work as well as be part of the meeting as well. Shouldn't have been too surprising since he is the strongest person living within Tortus and on this continent as the Hero. At least until you arrived that is but the point still stands that even he sadly would get roped into this. Be it by you or everyone else around him demanding his attendance since well he's been repairing his harsh but unfortunate reputation. I still hate how they treat him sometimes even though they don't know the man he truly is" she says sadly but respectfully with a slight frown on her face

Moana de Shelt Syclea has chocolate skin with a voluptuous but well-toned figure with enormous breasts ( F cups), a nice butt( D size), and toned thighs. She stands 189cm tall with long platinum blonde hair reaching her ankles with jade color eyes. Her attire much like Kouki and the others from the dragonmen race is a pure black kimono with black socks and red keta footwear. Overall an early to late twenties beauty that waves of queenly and warrior aura. The reason was she used to be the Queen of her former queendom before she'd stepped down to be with Kouki. And letting her younger sister Koone de Shelt Syclea take over for the new peaceful era within their world. Though even now trying to make the others within the current harem Kouki has to leave him all to herself. Much like the other harem members are doing but still respect each other.

Kouki "At least it wasn't as bad as it was last year even though I do deserve it. But progress is progress no matter how small it may be. Still perhaps after Hajime's little killing spree is over my reputation will perhaps increase tenfold into a better light. Even though I do have a problem with going to war again. But gotta earn the people faith and trust somehow right?" he honestly with a slightly sad smile on his face

Hajime "Is that so I thought you were going to pursue your stupid heroic stunt again in trying to talk with the enemy like all the countless times we were summoned to different worlds?" he simply asks

Kouki "Who said I wasn't? But you know as well as I do that I have matured greatly from let's say Idealistic ways. I still believe in it mind you but even I know when it's a helpless endeavor. You've seen it first-hand Maou-sama" he says to him in a slightly amused but honest voice with a slightly sad smile on his face

Hajime "You have a lot of balls saying such a thing in front of me after knowing what happed. But well I can't be mad at you for that or deny your opinion that you can still reason with the enemy in more diplomatic terms like civilized people. It's just how you are sadly hence why I hate you for it but I'm sure you'll do everything you can in at least minimalizing the bloodshed that's sure to come. Well at least as much your able to with myself in taking part and giving needed aid. Don't worry though we'll use you first along with Endou later on for our diplomatic party against that continent's Empire or its allies to surrender against us first. After all, we are more civilized in not killing random civilians as they did back home. Well as long they don't take arms against us be it willing or not" he says seriously to him while simply giving him an understanding expression

Kouki "It's all I ask to at least be given the chance to try to avoid a massacre. Especially when they'll have absolutely no chance should by today's meeting ends in your favor. But my question is to you though Hajime what happens when our countrymen get involved and interfere in your little crusade. After all, we are bound to come in contact with our countrymen's forces on that continent?" he asks him seriously

Hajime "...All I could say is that I wouldn't be the first to pull the trigger. As should it come down to full of a fight with my forces and our home nation. I will not stain my hands with my countrymen's blood in battle. At least I won't do so until the situation for us becomes unfavorable and we are forced to retreat away from the continent. Only then is when I will stain my hands with their blood. Since I rather not have my forces drown at sea retreating away from modern aircraft. Though I highly doubt that'll happen." he says bluntly and coldly with a grin

Hajime "Since just like the final battle they'll be equipped with my Last Zeil Artifact. Making them an immortal army, navy, and airforce. Well, the airforce part is Tio's clan and dragonmen family. Considering the various artifact I'll plan on making for them and them having learned to create them. Wouldn't be immortal since each aircraft will be equipped with my Albion's regeneration shield factor and be made out of Azantium. They can still be shot down and damaged it's just that. Fighting them will be fighting against players in Ace Combat." he says honestly with a grin

Hajime "Who knows maybe a true Mobius one will appear out of all of them flying in the sky." he says with a grin

Kouki "You shouldn't even joke about that. But well I'm glad at least you wouldn't go out to battle against our countrymen. Seems you still have some mercy in you after all," he says thankfully with a smile on his face

Hajime "I have too, after all, I'm not the only one who seeks vengeance, justice, and revenge on those bastards for what they did to our kindred. And besides, they aren't the only ones who will join in the fray. If what I heard from the freed beastmen is true" he simply says with a grin on his face

Mona "That's true, anyhow I suggest you head in since I and Kouki still need to wait for a few more guests including King Lundell and his mother temporary Queen Luluraria. Before we could join you and Liliana within the place" she simply says respectfully while directing towards the massive red tent that's currently acting as the temporary meeting place

Liliana "Then might as well head inside and great everyone Hajime-kun, after all besides of them gathering to deal with the sudden threat to our peaceful continent. They are all here beacuse you sounded the call and told them the supposed holy or demonic parents of yourself. Were injured and even one of them died for a bit. You know as well as I do how much reverence and respect you and the others gained. That just you sounding the call for aid and war will hand down make them stop everything just to come here. Even when after today's and tomorrow's first summit meetings, you'll be advancing the technology of our world by a sudden hundredfold beyond the industrial revolution and into the 20th modern era. Especially when you'll be there handing your various artifacts to the united Maou Alliance of all nations and countries coming together informing it. Just like they did four years ago." she says honestly towards him with a slightly sad but serious expression on her face extending her hand towards him. As well greeting Kouki and Moana for being quiet till now.

Hajime simply takes her hand with a kind smile on his face before turning to face Moana and Kouki as he spoke up

Hajime "Then I'll see the two of you in a bit, but I'd suggest you don't get your hopes up Moana of your world along with the others joining in this certain war. After all, it isn't yours or the other world's fight even you all wish to join it. I'll be on your and your sister's side along with the others from the different worlds today in wishing to join. But even I wouldn't be enough in making the natives of Tortus change their minds of accepting your help along with the others. This is their fight first and foremost after all even if I didn't call for them" he says to her honestly and respectfully with a grin

Moana "I know, but that doesn't mean I or the others from the different worlds here won't try in joining you guys in this war. After all, you, Kouki, Endou, and by extension, your parents are saviors of our home planets. It would be wrong of us in lending our aid in this fight against the foolish bastards that dared harm your family and peaceful country. I'm sure your Legions of Hell, their seven princes, and Legions of fallen angels would agree with men on this" she says to him honestly but slighlty angrily as well in thinking what the foolish bastards did to Hajime's parents and by extension Kouki's countrymen as well. Only to calm down after Kouki claps her shoulder and gives her an understanding but grateful smile. With her giving him back a kind and warm smile as well grabbing his hand affectionately.

Seeing such a sight Hajime and Liliana have slight warm but kind smiles before Liliana speaks up

Liliana "He knows, but as he said this is our fight after our hard-earned peace was interrupted by these savages in human skin. Nothing but hard earn blood and the death of our enemies will satiate our thirst for vengeance and blood. Even more so for the ones who lost will burry family and friends today. I say this as the former princess of the Heiligh Kingdom and its people and not just as the fiance of our Maou Hajime. In wanting these savages' heads at my feet for doing harm towards my future husband's parents and its peaceful people." she says respectfully but seriously with a commanding and slighlty angered expression

Something that the surrounding people walking through and from the place could only nod in agreement having serious expression as well. Something that Moana, Kouki, and Hajime see.

Hajime "You heard her, so sorry in advance if you don't a chance in joining in, though you all might be called in say something drastic within this war occurs in needing your worlds support. No promises of it happening though" he simply says with a grin

Moana "That's all we ask I suppose. Then Maou, Liliana, I'll see you in a bit with Kouki in toe," she says to them honestly and respectfully as she grabs Kouki's hands and waves goodbye towards them. With Kouki doing the same.

So seeing them leave they make their way inside the massive tent covering the Sumit meeting that looks like half-curricular spiraling black marble stairs. Most likely made with the transmutation of various synergists, instead of calling Hajime or grandmaster Synergists. With a massive black platform on the bottom that has a massive redwood ornate table with six seats black royal seats on it. With the nameplates of Nagumo Hajime, Liliana S.B Heiligh Nagumo, Amanogawa Kouki, Mona de Shelt Scylla, Aularodde Lea Refat, and Ua Alto. While the rest of the hundred seats were smaller in comparison and had smaller tables as well with various names plates. Such as Gahard D. Hoelscher current emporer of the Hoelscher Empire, Raymond D Hoelscher current prince likely to succeed towards the throne since Tracy D. Hoelscher. Doesn't look like in wanting to succeed her father as Empress and instead opting to serve Hajime within his Fluer Knights, Lanwi Feuward Zegen. That Lundel went towards in greeting as well fellow love trivial in wishing for Myu's heart like countless others. and Bize Feuward Zegen, the Duke and Prince of the Dukedom of Ankaji, Ilwang Chang Branch chief of the adventuring Guild within the Independent Merchant Repulic of Fuhren, and Count Gril, Saria, and Will Cudeta an important and high noble family within Fuhren after having risen in power within Fuhren as examples. With the aforementioned in some shape or form knowing or being close to Hajime and co.

And so saying their greetings towards the various important people and friends from all over Tortus and other worlds before all having to take their respective seats as some of the last of the individuals came in. Hajime within the center of everyone spoke up taking a Gendo pose with his hands intersecting with one another and having a slight menacing but bloodthirsty grin on his face

Hajime "Were going to be here for a while, so might as well get comfortable till lunch break and the funeral ceremony. Now then let's begin this summit shall we and get straight to the point. After all the less time we spend on these summits trying to feel each other out. Is more time for the enemy to prepare and less time getting ready in training our combined united army, navy, and airforce." he simply says with authority as well having a very defined commanding presence that made everyone within the room obey save for Gahard and few others who already experienced such an air merely had amused grins on their faces seeing their Maou getting serious just like in the Final battle.

Earth, Kyoto Japan, Fujimaru Compound Massive Meeting Hall, May 10th, 2014 11:20 am Endou Pov

Much earlier within the earth, Endou was doing the same thing after appearing from the portal created by using one of Gate Keys, connecting towards the installed Gate Hall within the massive redwood meeting hall. Kousuke "I see that you made yourselves comfortable, That's good I suppose though that being said sorry for being a little late. Family matters kept me a tad bit longer than I minded. Parents worry a lot," he says to all of them with a slight smile but a serious expression on his face taking the seat in front of the entire room

Fukube Kotaro "No worries Abyssgate-san, we know how it is. I'm sure all of us here understand in your parents being more worried for you than usual after what has happened," he says in understanding but slighlty angered as well remembering the carnage of that day.

Something everyone within the room merely nods in agreement but those from Japan also felt the same as Fukube in holding their rage and anger seeing the aftermath of that day. Something that only the Shadow monks and M.I.6 Agents understand a little knowing fully well they would feel the same thing if it happened with their countrymen

Kousuke "Then I guess we better get started, lets's ease into this first if any major supernatural cases popped up or increased in frequency since the invaders showed up. After that, we could begin the main topic of this meeting. I'm sure we all wish to cool our heads a bit first after all." he says honestly but respectfully eying everyone in the room who merely nods in agreement

Shen "I guess I'm up first then if you don't mind me taking the floor first yes?" he merely asks everyone in the room

Sharon "None at all, you may go first since it would be your organization that would have the first and foremost information of the supernatural world thus far." she merely says respectfully motioning for him to continue

Shen "Then lets being the day after the Incident that day, within Hong Kong China, some would-be cultists decide it would be a good fucking idea to use their newfound supernatural powers or esper abilities. Before everyone else says two incidents of their own before the main topic was finally brought to discussion after fours of informing everyone within the room. Koichiro Hazama (Ha...this is a mess.) he thought to himself looking over the countless reports, personnel list, resources, inventory, and the like

Hazama Koichiro stands 170cm tall with a slightly muscular but well-toned figure with slightly tan skin and a short mustache on his face with short brown hair with brown eyes. His current attire is his long sleeve green coat with his awards and rank of lieutenant general on it and going to be the main commander of the Special Task Force. That's going to head the other side of the gate in early August, if not the latest of October. Though that mostly depends on the recon units information from the other side of the gate. As well the slow politicians of his country get their shit together and give him what he needs. Overall a decent middle-aged man in his fifties

it was then his musings were interrupted by a knocking on the door

Hazama "Enter" he merely says reclining back on his chair behind his main desk after setting his pen down on top of reports stacks

He hears the door to his office open as three men enter the room in the same uniform as him only different in the rank of two Colonels and one Major.

Kamo Naoki "You called for us General?" he asks respectfully after saluting to him as the other two beside him do

Hazama "That I did Colonel Kamo-san, can one of you close the door please since we're going here for a little while," he says to him in respect having to stand up and salute back towards the three of them in kind

To which Major Higaki Osamu(Wataru) does for and then sits down on one of three sofas that Hazaa motioned towards them to sit.

Kengun Shunya "So then General Hazama, what do you need of us today?" he speaks up for the three of them here

Hazama "As you know our government has already made apparent I'm going to be commanding the Special Task Force as their Commander. As such Colonel Kengun, I need the right people in the right place with bullshit politics getting involved. As such I have you three end up being under my command for the various combat units going to be established there" he says to them bluntly but respectfully

Higaki "I guess thank you for thinking highly of us General Hazama, but I'm sure that wasn't the only reason you called us here," he says respectfully

Hazama "Right you are Major Higaki, so first thing first the recently promoted second lieutenant Itami Yoji will be assigned to you command unit Major Higaki" he simply says

Kengun "Heh you got the eiyuu of Ginza how fortunate, though realistically it was obvious he was going to be assigned to your unit." he says honestly

Kamo "Even more so how different our units are going to be after all" he also says honestly

Higaki "Hah, I guess I'll try and make sure our eiyuu don't try and break orders in doing something that may disrupt the order within the command structure. No promises though since well all know how he is, "He says honestly with a slightly amused grin on his face

Hazama "I guess good luck on that front Major, now the main thing I've called you today is to voice your picks from your respective stations and personnel under your original command. As a means of not having to waste more time than it's going to be in picking out personal. After all, I'm sure you have people you wish to have under your command compared to various others within the roster." he says honestly but respectfully

Kengun "I guess we do, not that our other comrades in arms are bad is just a matter of synergy and well not having to deal with politics within the groups. Instead of picking people for their merits instead of social or political standing within our government or military." he says honestly having remembered needing to pick personnel to be promoted in rank beacuse of their political credentials or family instead of merits and personal he knew would be good leaders.

Hazama "Then we're in agreement judging from the expressions on your faces. That being the case why don't you help me in sorting our personal roster within the base. After all, we can easily begin using personal rosters from the other bases in adding towards our numbers." he honestly with a slight grin sliding a couple of stacks of paper towards the front of the desk

Kamo "This was your aim all along huh General?" he says honestly with a slight deadpan stare on his face with the others doing the same

Hazama "Hey just so you know I'm paying for your guy's food and drinks while you'll help me sort out this. As well have a good little chat and banter while we work through the pain." he says still having a grin on his face

Higaki "I hope you know the three of us will make sure your wallet with bleed in attrition warfare in paying for our meals and drinks. Cuz we ordering Pizza among other luxury food and drinks today," he says bluntly

Hazama "I have no doubts and besides something ay come up in us actually doing our jobs in defending or aiding our nation. Instead of well-being here doing this important but still hazardous paperwork. Seriously it's 2014 you'd think they'd start using the internet more for doing this faster and efficient instead of printer and fax machine." he says with a pained groan

Kengun "Then you general expect too much from the old fashion bats and politicians in getting with the times." he merely states honestly in slight amusement

Something the that the entire room merely let out a painful sigh wondering why they followed the old bats in power. When they fully know they just sit around all day and debate pointless things. Instead of doing their jobs within the government well save for the current prime minister they have. Since at least he knows what's he's doing...sixty percent of the time.

Tortus World, Tortus Continent, Verbergen Sea of Trees near Great tree, Beastmen Graveyard/Memorial. May 10th, 10 pm Narrator pov

It didn't take long for dark gray skies to settle in over the entire continent of Tortus. Probably as if mother nature knew a clear blue sky would've been in slightly bad taste for today's funeral procession. As such when the first Summit of the countless others that will follow throughout the month in different locations for a few of them. Ended since everyone besides the heightened alert detail all over tortus had arrived within Verbergen. As such for the fallen comrades that fell in battle everyone stood slight as their friends and families of the departed wept and cried holding everything they had in.

As the various sliver and golden black engraved caskets were one by one carried towards the beastmen graveyard site that functioned as a memorial as well. What looked like a crowd of hundreds of thousands watched as only the family and friends joined the beastmen, humans, and dragonmen carrying the caskets to the site. All the while sounds of somber music and melodies native to each of the fallen were played. Soon after one by one, the crowd carried different types of flowers native to each of the nations signifying death and honor. Went towards the site that was being watched by the families and friends. As to drop the flowers within the massive dug-in hole that had all the fallen within it. All of whom said a few parting words and the like. Yet everyone time one left they all had strong gazes of resolve know what must be done as they each caught sight of the families and friends of the departed.

Their hard-earned peace free of war for untold thousands if not dozen of thousands of years was dragged through the mud and dedicated like it was nothing. All the sacrifices and blood as well the united victory they'd achieved their ancestors and themselves gained as well made. What was spat on would amount to nothing as the ones buried today shouldn't have died and lived on till their old age. This offense wouldn't stand and that was a certain fact as by the end of the funeral procession that lasted six hours. When all the summits following the one after today were merely a formality of establishing the chains of command within the united Maou force. As well various locations were able to build various naval docks and runways. As well as training facilities for the various branch of forces established such as the newly created synergist core, the Blacksmiths. That was being created and trained by their Maou and his Haulia tribe as a mere example of various others. As the fires of war blazing with righteous wrath within all of Tortus once again. All united in a single but simple cause...Vengeance and their Maou were more than eager to supply them with his various blueprints and artifacts they'll need. In making sure they'd gained just that...

And done hoped you guys thought the chapter was decent enough to read through or at least found it enjoyable. I also hope you guys thought the various character introductions weren't forced in any way. That being said do leave reviews and criticisms should you wish to do so since it helps a lot. Like last chapter next chapter will have another time skip to a few months but not when the JSDF finally are sent through Tortus. But rather when the United Maou Force set sail and begin their Campain against the Empire against their various "Fortified" Naval Island bases and frontier cities. So look forward to that as well other things at sea as well. Like, say interaction with other powers at sea from different continents than Falmart since it would be odd not ruing into other unknown powers within the vast unexplored ocean. To the Tortus natives anyways.

As to when the next chapter comes out, can't really say since even I get called into IRL work on my days off. That being said I'll try to get one out as on as able but as I said can't really promise anything. Still, though hope you guys enjoyed the chapter even if was short compared to the previous one.
