Republic City native Korra finds out she is the Avatar and must travel the world to learn the four elements while her home city crumbles into turmoil. She must undertake her Avatar journey amongst the urban jungle in order to bring peace to the melting pot of the Bending Nations, all the while dealing with the politics of her newfound station.

There is a small Fire Nation island where the villagers are reviving an old tradition that honored the generosity of the Air Nomads. Zuko wants to help revive the tradition and spread it to the rest of the Fire Nation too.
