"Sorry Izumi, I'm gonna take you down," Rose said, standing across from me.
"Ha, nice joke," I said.
"Begin," Nezu said, starting the second round.
"Try to catch me," Rose said, running around before trying to attack from behind, but my eagle sense warned me.
"Good try Rose, but big mistake," I said, turning to see her surprised as I shot a web on her face and feet.
"How did you know?!" Rose whined struggling against the webs.
"Your movement told me exactly what you were going to do. I don't think you're getting out of that," I added.
"Yeah, I'm trapped. I lose," Rose sighed.
"Kayama wins," Nezu said.
"I'll get you out of there," I said, going up and ripping the webs off her feet and face.
"Thanks, good match," Rose said, walking off with me.
"Yeah, honestly I was expecting a frontal assault but then I noticed your movement was different than if you were to attack from the front," I said.
"I thought I could at least get a hit in," she pouted.
"Sorry, I just wanted to make sure the fight ended before one of us accidentally got hurt. And just think, now you and Blake can cuddle for the rest of the matches," I teased.
"Sh-shut up," she said.
We walked the rest of the way to our classmates.
"That was a nice battle," Takage said.
"Tokage! How are you feeling?" I asked, looking at the bandage on her head.
"Like I hit a brick wall," she said.
"I mean, you kinda did," Ashido said.
"Ashido!" Pryde said.
"What? I was just being honest," Ashido defended.
"It's fine," Tokage said.
"So, who's next?" Jirou asked.
"Todoroki and Kirishima, it's going to be a battle of who can get the first hit," I said.
"Wow, how'd you figure Izumi?" Blake asked.
"Easy, Kirishima can break Todoroki's ice, but if Todoroki can freeze most of his body he'll win. It's who can attack faster," I explained.
"Well, let's see then," Jirou said, looking down at the ring.
"Begin," Nezu announced.
"Sorry Todoroki," Kirashima said, before being hit by a large slab of ice and thrown out of bounds.
"Woah, why didn't Todoroki just encase him?" Ashido asked.
"Because he knew Kirishima could break out, so he went with the better option of just overpowering him and knocking him out of bounds," I explained.
"Well, wish me luck," Negi said, standing up.
"Quick word of advice, use water if possible," I said.
"Alright, I'll see what I can do," Negi said, heading down.
"I wonder where Bakugou's been," Sero said.
"Yeah, he never came back up," Kaminari stated.
"So, who's going to win this one?" Ashido asked me.
"Honestly, as much faith I have in Negi, unless he can do a water spell without incantations then Bakugou will win, but if he can then it'll be a toss up," I said.
"Why would water be the deciding factor?" Tokage asked.
"He uses his sweat to power his explosions, if he can't get a good spark then it'll be over for him since he can't use his quirk but he's still strong, stronger than Negi with his power up so from there it'll be a test of strength," I explained.
"Woah, how do you know all of this?" Satou asked.
"Well, I like studying quirks and taking notes. I have notebooks with a bunch of heroes and even some of you guys," I said. "Strengths, weaknesses, ideas for gear, even team ups," I admitted.
"Woah, do you think you could let us see at some point?" Kaminari asked.
"Maybe, let's watch the fight," I said, looking down to see Bakugou scowling.
"Begin," Nezu said.
"Hiya!" Negi shouted, throwing what could only be described as a small tidal wave at Bakugou.
"Explosive Flight," Bakugou yelled, flying into the air with explosions.
"Take this!" Negi yelled, sending over twenty arrows of light at him.
"Holy," Kirishima said.
"I didn't know he could make that many," Ashido said.
"It's taking a lot of his energy. You could call it his Hail Mary," I explained.
"AP: Ranged Shot!" Bakugou yelled, sending a thin explosion at Negi with his left arm causing the small bandages on it to burn up.
"AHGH!" Negi said, taking the explosion head on and being knocked down.
"Negi is unconscious, Bakugou wins," Nezu said, going to check on Negi and making sure that he was taken to Recovery Girl.
"I'm going to make sure he's alright," I said, standing up.
"I got my match," Jirou said, standing up.
"Good luck," I said, heading to check on Negi.
I got to Recovery Girl's office and saw a group of four girls in there checking on him as well.
"Ah, Kayama," Negi said, sitting up.
"Hey Negi, how are you feeling?"
"Better than I was. Konoe here used her healing quirk along with Recovery Girl's," he said.
"It was no biggie," a girl with long black hair said.
"We should head back Ojou-sama," the girl with spiky black hair said. I got a strange feeling from her.
"I'll be heading out too, just wanted to make sure Negi was good," I said, walking out. I then went up to the stands and looked down to see Jirou dodging both blue and red flames. "She can use both," I said.
"Izumi, how's Negi?" Blake asked.
"He's good," I said. "Still, I wonder what Jirou's plan is," I mumbled.
"I'd say to stun her. She's using her jacks but can't get a hit. I don't know why she won't use her fists or feet," Tokage said.
"She's not confident with her physical abilities, or she's not sure if she can get close," I said, watching the way she fought.
"How can you tell that?" Ashido asked.
"I've always been good with analyzing fighting styles and quirks," I explained.
"Woah, look at what Todoroki is doing," Tokage said.
I looked down to see her fusing her red flames and blue flames together.
"That's dangerous. If she freezes Jirou and while heating her up at the same time it can mess with her body and stun her, similarly to when she jacks someone's ears. However it could also leave her with both burns and frostbite and be very hurtful. If this goes wrong then Jirou will need to be rushed to Recovery Girl," I explained.
"W-wait, a-are you serious. It's that dangerous?" Ashido asked.
"Yeah, I just hope she knows what she's doing," I said.
"Dueling Flames," Todoroki said.
"Ah!" Jirou said, as the flames surrounded her body.
"Sorry," she said, walking up and pushing Jirou out of bounds.
"Todoroki wins," Nezu said.
I watched as Jirou emerged from the flames, her outfit a little singed and frozen in places, but unharmed otherwise.
"That's amazing," Ashido said.
"Woah," Kuro said.
"Kuro!? Weren't you with Midnight?" I asked, looking down at the cat.
"I came up here to get a better view," he said.
"You're a troublesome cat," I sighed. "Time for my match against Todoroki," I said, getting up.
"Good luck!" Ashido and Tokage said.
"You'll win easily," Blake said.
"Tell Jirou she had a good match for me when she gets back," I said, heading down.
I stepped onto the ring and saw Todoroki across from me.
"Begin," Nezu said, not quite as cheerfully as before.
"Sorry about this," Todoroki said, sending a wave of ice at me.
"No, I am sorry," I said, going Venom and smashing the ice. "You can't beat me with ice in this form. It's only weakness is fire," I lied. You can most certainly beat me with ice but it won't be as easy. I thought.
"Really? Did my old man put you up to this?" he asked.
"No, but here's the thing, I'm only going to use this form. If you fight me with half your power, I'll beat you with a fraction of mine," I growled.
"Why should I listen to you?!" he asked, sending a huge glacier at me that I smashed through. "I don't need his damn quirk. I'll use my mothers and win!"
"It's your quirk! Not his! Just like how this is my quirk!" I yelled. "You're getting slower because of the cold, but your flames can counter it. Are you that dense or just too stupid to realize this?" I asked.
"Heh, I guess you're right. I have been stupid recently," Todoroki said, as flames erupted from his other side. "Don't be upset because this was your fault."
"I won't," I said, dropping the Venom form. "Just remember that I'm using my full power too," I said, as my arm sparkled with electricity.
"True Venom Shock!" I yelled, charging with an electric True Smash.
"Thank you for reminding me," Todoroki said, sending his flaming fist at me.
A cement dome formed around us as we collided. I could feel the power as the dome exploded as both of our attacks collided. I could feel myself being thrown back so I webbed the sides of the ring to hold me on. I could feel my skin burn and peel off while healing at the same time.
I'm going to need some blood after this. I thought.
"Kayama wins," Nezu said as the smoke cleared.
I looked to see Todoroki against the wall as I stood in the ring, my uniform mostly burned and my skin patching itself back together. I could feel my fangs and knew my eyes had also changed. I could hear the murmurs about the scars I had and my transformation. This was the first time anyone in the class had seen it as I hadn't really needed it during the class. I walked off and went to Recovery Girl's office.
"I thought you might need this. It won't be enough to get you to one hundred percent if I had to guess," she said, holding a metal thermos to me as I walked in.
"Thanks," I said, downing the whole thing. "I might need you to help me later," I added, walking out and up to the stands.
"Izumi! That was incredible!" Ashido said, as I walked up.
"Yeah, it was," Tokage said.
"I'm really glad I don't have to face you," Jirou sighed. "Hey, what's that on your mouth?"
"Huh?" I asked, wiping my mouth to see some blood was still on it.
"Wait, you have fangs and your eyes are red now," Ashido said. "You really are a vampire aren't you!"
"As part of my quirk, yes."
"Wait, then was that blood?" Rose asked.
"Um, yeah," I said.
"Why did you need to drink blood?" Blake asked, slightly defensively.
"My blood heals me so I need to drink more blood to replenish it or else I go feral," I explained. "Recovery Girl has thermoses of blood for students who need to drink it."
"That's cool, oh, the next match is starting. Who do you think is going to win?" Tokage asked.
"It's a toss up. If Todoroki can freeze Bakugou she wins, if she can't she loses. Also, if Bakugou can get a clean hit he can send her off the ring," I said.
"Let's see," Jirou said, looking down while covering her jacks.
"Begin," Nezu said.
"Ap: Ranged Shot!" Bakugou said, doing the same attack he used on Negi. "Blazing Glory!" he yelled, charging as she dodged. "Howitzer Impact!" he yelled, letting off a huge explosion right next to her sending her flying off.
"Bakugou wins," Nezu said, shaking his head a bit.
"I guess I know who I'm up against. I got this," I said, heading down for my final match.
"I finally get to crush you," Bakugou sneered, walking up to the ring.
"I have to ask, how are you making thin explosions? Normally you lack control to do anything like that," I said.
"Look," he said, holding his arm out. I saw small dots in the middle of his palms.
"Taking a page out of an anime, really?" I asked.
"As long as I can crush you," he growled.
"Begin," Nezu said.
"AP: Ranged Shot!" he yelled, shooting his explosion at me.
"That won't work," I said, dodging to the side.
"Howitzer Impact!" he yelled, charging at me. "Enlarged Impact!" he yelled, adding his second hand to his explosion.
I quickly went invisible and dodged out of the way. I watched as where I was going was demolished. I stood to the side invisible.
"Bitch," Bakugou snickered, walking off.
"Bakugou is out of bounds, Izumi Kayama is our winner!" Nezu announced.
"Huh?" Bakugou asked, turning around.
"Didn't know about this huh?" I asked, going visible again.
"Fucking Bitch!" Bakugou yelled, charging me with explosions.
I quickly dodged and threw him into the wall behind me. I then looked at Nezu.
"Um, self defense?"
"You're fine," Nezu said. "You may go," he added.
I walked into the hall and collapsed. I can't believe I did that. I threw him into the wall. I sat there for a moment.
"Hey, Izumi, are you good?" Jirou asked, walking up to me.
"Y-yeah, just a little shaken up that Bakugou would charge me like that and then I just threw him like nothing," I stuttered.
"Well I think you did perfectly fine," Nemuri said, walking up.
"Ms. Midnight," Jirou said.
"It's alright, just checking on my daughter," she said.
"Thank you," I said. "I'm good now," I said, standing up.
"Alright, you got a few minutes before the Awards Ceremony. Why don't you calm down and relax for a bit," Nemuri said.
"Yeah, I'll do that, thanks for checking up on me," I said, looking at Jirou and Midnight.
I went to a room for those who wanted to wait a bit before matches and sat in there until I was called out. I went out and stood on the 1st place platform. All Might came out and gave us our medals and I noticed Bakugou wasn't out there. After we got our medals, All Might left and I snuck out to Nemuri's car and saw that Nari was already in there.
"Trying to avoid the media?" Nari asked.
"Yes," I said.
"Hah, Aizawa would be so proud of his student," she joked.
"Hey, you won!" Kuro said, sitting in the back seat next to me.
"Yeah, I won. I'm amazed that I actually pulled that off but I won in the end," I said.
"Invisibility is very useful. How do you think I got out here?"
"I feel bad for Nemuri, she has to sneak out here with no quirk to assist her," I joked.
"I'd say she's good at sneaking around," Hina said, appearing next to Kuro.
"Yeah, I mean no one questioned who I was or why I had a sword," Nemuri said, handing me the katana.
"I forgot you were an underground hero," I said.
"Alright, I do more PR than most underground heroes. Now let's go celebrate before tomorrow when you have class," Nemuri said, starting the car.
Bakugou POV-
"AH!" I yelled, sitting up.
"Calm down brat!" my mom yelled, smacking my forehead.
"Shut up you hag!" I yelled back.
"You should listen to your mother," the healing hag said.
"Wait, what happened?" I growled.
"You got second place, not too bad for your first year," my mom said.
"How did I lose? I'm meant to be the best of the best. That bitch must've cheated!" I yelled, explosions going off in my hands.
"You should stop that," the healing hag said.
"WHY!?" I asked.
"Because your hand is extremely damaged," my mom said.
"What?" I asked.
"Your left hand, the one you used with that absurd gauntlet, is so damaged that if you do any more severe damage to it you might lose all use of it," the healing hag explained.
"Also, you've been warned about your anger," Mr. Aizawa said.
"That bitch cheated! How the fuck can a pebble like them beat me without cheating. I'm supposed to be the best of the best!" I yelled.
"Alright, I'm going to make this perfectly clear to you and your parents," Mr. Aizawa said. "If you attack another student unprovoked or with extensive force you will not only be expelled but blacklisted from all Hero Courses. If the offense is bad enough you might even be arrested and sent to jail. If this isn't clear enough please let me know," he said, causing me to pale a bit.
"Y-yes sir," I said. The fucking hell?! I betcha everyone's sucking up to that cheating bitch because the fucking Porn teacher! I bet the nurse hag is even lying about my arm! I thought. I'll fucking expose all of them! Surely All Might isn't doing it too! I just need to get evidence and bring it to him then I can get that bitch expelled and sent to prison or a mental hospital where she belongs. No one makes a fool out of me.
? POV-
"Ah, she must've awakened her old man's quirk along with my devil powers. I can't wait to see what you do, Izumi," I chuckled.
"Sensei, you're telling me she's your daughter I thought you said her name was Hina?" the grandchild of Satan asked.
"She's my son who I'm guessing changed genders with a quirk. I wonder what Hina is doing. I haven't gotten updates about her for years and there's been no visuals of her. She said she would be a hero," I pondered.
"So, she is of your house, son of Beelzebub, Prince of Gluttony," a crimson haired girl said, walking out of a red magic circle.
"If it isn't the daughter of Gremory, how's the brother?" I asked.
"He's fine, I just came to say this, don't get Hell involved in your war, however, if you lay a hand on anyone at UA I will have my brother have Hell declare war on you," she threatened.
"Big words from a young girl. I will not unless they get in my way," I said.
"I will hold you to your word, oh and by the way, Azazel is now in the area so he might not like it if you try to start a war," she said, disappearing into a portal.
"Things just got interesting," I chuckled.
