AN: Greetings everyone and welcome to the first story of Lord Drake's spooky tales. Lord Drake headed down to the library in the eastern part of his castle and went to get a book and then sat down in a chair next to the fire place. He opened the book and began reading it.

"Sorry for the wait, but I was reading one of my favorite stories from the place from where one of my favorite kind of monsters came from, that's right Vampires." Said Drake.

Drake: So I am reading the story of Dracula and decided to tell a story of one Zangetsu and how he got the most sexy woman to be with him while he's a vampire.

The woman he gets will be Rangiku and how he does it, is in the story so watch and see.

Zangetsu's Dracula part 1

On a dark and moonlit night all was quiet, the only sounds were heard was the cold winds moving across the sky and above the haunted forest and nestled in the mountains was a huge and ancient castle seemingly untouched by time.

Inside the castle and sitting on a throne was a man who looked to be in his early 30's but in reality he was over 400 years old, he was a tall man with short black hair with one bang in front of his face and has dark brown eyes and when angered turns blood red.

He wears a long sleeve white shirt with a red vest and a dark red cape on him, he's wearing black pants and shoes.

He had an air of royalty, power and loneliness around him.

This was Tensa Zangetsu Dracula.

He was once human and fought against the enemies that threatened his home and kingdom and was once betrothed to a beautiful woman, but his enemies had a cruel plan and send a fake letter detailing his demise in battle to his beloved fiancée lady Masaki and not wanted to be in a world without him, she threw herself over the castle's wall taking her life.

When Tensa slayed his last foe, he received word of his love's death and raced back to the castle to the chamber where his love laid, now lifeless and the head priest told Tensa that Masaki had taken her own life thanks to the letter she had and now her soul was condemned to hell.

In his state of anger and rage, Tensa desecrates the chapel and renounces God, declaring he will rise from the grave to avenge Masaki with all the powers of darkness. He then stabs the chapel's stone cross with his sword and drinks blood that pours from it, damning his soul and becoming a vampire.

And for the last 400 years Tensa became a vampire and spent those centuries alone only to leave to drink the blood of anyone to sustain himself and had many walls surrounding his heart to protect himself from heartache, he had many servants that served and protect him, but they were wise not to mess with him of discussions of love without pissing him off.

As Tensa sat on his throne he remembered his past life as a human and thought of his love Masaki and before he changed into a vampire, his heart ached a bit when he thinks about that day and he let out a snarl of anger before calming down.

He let out a sigh as he was being depressed and alone in his throne room.

"It's been 400 years since I became a vampire and even with my servants at my beck and call but one can't help feel being truly alone." He said feeling with melancholy.

As Tensa was deep in his thoughts, he didn't hear someone come to his chamber.

"Master are you ok?"

Tensa was snapped out of his thoughts and saw one of his loyal servants was in the chamber with him.

"What is it?" Tensa said with a tone that meant he was a little annoyed.

"Master one of the servants got word that there is a party in the town tomorrow night and you should go there to get out of the castle and maybe find someone to take a bite out of." Said the servant.

Tensa thought for a moment, he could maybe get out and stretch his undead body for one night.

"Very well then tell the coachman to get the horses ready for tomorrow night." Tensa said.

The servant nodded and then turned around and left, leaving Tensa with a lot to think about and soon dawn will come and he will need to sleep.

The next day came and went and the sun finally set and night came, the wolves in the forest howled signaling the coming of night.

Deep within the catacombs of his castle, Tensa awaken from his sleep and rose from his coffin, he took a deep breath and exhale letting out a bit of cold air from his body, then one of his servants appeared with a wineglass filled with blood and took it and drink it to replenish his strength and used his powers to make him handsome and clean shaven and was wearing some nice royal clothes that have been freshly made and has his dark red cape with him.

He made his way to the foyer and then outside where his private coach was waiting and there 4 horses attached to the coach and the coachman cover in dark clothes waited for his master to board.

Tensa told his servants to watch over the castle, he'll be back before dawn and boarded his coach.

Once in the coachman cracked his whip to get the horses moving and off they went to the party.

As Tensa relaxed in his stage coach, he was alone with his thoughts and wonder what will tonight bring?

It took nearly an hour to arrive at the party which was at a mansion of sorts and it was full of people or in Tensa' case possible meals in the future, he got off from his coach and told his coachman to be ready if he needs a ride back home and he left.

Tensa then walked up to the door where he was stopped by the guards but he used his hypnosis powers to let him in and he was inside.

The party's atmosphere was the usual like most places, people were talking, eating, dancing and doing other things and there was classical music playing.

Tensa looked around and was suppressing his urge to attack and drink all the blood at once, he avoided the food that had garlic in it since he can't stand it, he did have a glass of red wine and enjoyed it thoroughly.

He mingled amongst the people but kept mostly to himself for a bit before he decided to step out on the balcony and looked at the night skies.

"I admit the party is nice, but I wish I could've at least met one person who was different amongst the others." Tensa said.

"Do you always talk to yourself alone?"

Tensa turned around to the source of the voice and when he did, his eyes nearly popped out of who he saw and for the first time in 400 years his heart once cold and dormant suddenly started beating a bit fast for the first time.

There in front of him was the most beautiful woman he have ever seen, she had long strawberry blonde hair and wearing a dark blue dress and gown that show off her body and her ample bosoms and has ice-blue eyes.

Tensa regained himself and spoke in a formal tone.

"Good evening madam I am Tensa Zangetsu, and may I ask your name?" he introduced.

"My name is Rangiku Masumoto." She introduced herself.

Something tells Tensa that meeting Rangiku is going to change his life one way or another.

AN: Drake puts a bookmark in his book and then close it and placed it on the table.

"Well that's all for now, my children of the night, I want to tell more but I need my rest as dawn is coming." Said Drake.

Drake then picked up the book and left the library with it.

"Don't worry I put a bookmark in it, so I continue where I left off and don't worry there be some good stuff later on." Drake continued.

"Lawerance inform our sentries that dawn is approaching and I'm off to sleep." He added.

"Yes Master." Lawerance said and left.

Drake continued on until he got to his crypt and his coffin.

"I wanted to continue, I really do, but even I need to have a rest from reading and next chapter I will resume." Said Drake.

Drake let out a big yawn as he got in his coffin and held his book.

So until next time my friends." Drake said.

He got comfortable and the lid on the coffin was closed and soon the castle's defense were engaged so no one disturbs the vampire.
