Twilight smiled as she found a spell yet to be tested in one of her new books.

"Alrighty, let's test out this spell." The spell said it would grant her more power!

As her horn glowed, her front door was slammed open.

"TWILIGHT, CAN I HAVE YOUR BLESSING TO MARRY SPIKE?!" Pinkie Pie shouted which caused her magic to get corrupted and bounce around the crystal castle until it smashed into the princess!

She went flying and crashed into the wall, causing the rubble to fall on her.

Then Spike had awoken from his sleep after an alarm went off in his room. "Don't worry Twilight, the Pinkie alarm is working! Sorry Pinkie, but we don't have time for you right now, so here have some free bits for the castle arcade."

"But I wanna marry you Spike!"

Twilight groaned from the pain.

Spike and Pinkie looked at the rubble as a large purple claw came out of it.

"My everything! What happened?" The rubble fell away to show a purple dragon with Twilight's hair.

"What the? T...Twilight?" Spike's eyes glistened.

"Pinkie! Don't barge in like that!" snapped the dragon with a snarl.

"Sorry, but I really wanna marry Spike!"

"Why would y..." She then felt scales on scales! "Huh?"

"Hmmm...mommy!"

"Mommy?" Twilight looked down and finally saw her new body. "WHAT THE HELL?!"

"So having Spike as my new hubby is out of the..."

Twilight was then growling at Pinkie who then ran!

"Where'd that come from?" Twilight wondered who felt compelled to keep Spike safe, even if it it was from one of her best friends.

Spike snuggled closer and Twilight couldn't help but pick him up and kiss cheek.

"Haha..."

'What the heck am I doing?' She wondered. 'I should be figuring out how to turn back to normal...but on the other hand, I could be napping with Spike.'

She climbed fully out of the rubble and laid Spike on her side while curling up her whole body around him.

Spike got comfy and they slept for about an hour...later, Spike and Twilight were off to the park to meet with their friends.

Luckily Pinkie told them about Twilight's change, but it still shocked them to see her as a dragon when she met up with them.

"You...look...so...awesome! How come you get to be a dragon and not me?"

"Thank Pinkie here." deadpanned Twilight gesturing to the pony.

"Heh, again sorry for that..."

"Also, why did you keep on asking me to bless you and Spike's wedding?"

"Yeah, why? We aren't even dating. Was it a bet?"

"Nope."

"Then why?"

"After realizing Spike Time is the best after all, I knew I had found my true love!" She explained.

"Hey girls, did you hear? Bayonetta won the Smash Ballot!" said Trixie as she fastly approached the Mane 6.

Twilight then let a ferocious roar as if scaring a lesser creature away from it's young!

"Eep!" Trixie turn and ran as fast as she could from the dragon.

"Aww, you're such a loving mother."Fluttershy then giggled while everyone else was hiding behind her.

Twilight blushed while Spike snuggled on her back. "Uh...Spike, why don't you sit down on the blanket?"

"Okay mommy!"

"Not next to Pinkie Pie, I want you to atleast be a teenager before accidentally knocking someone up."

Spike sat next to Fluttershy as Twilight laid her head down next to the blanket.

They ate, talked and played. Well not much Twilight who only made sure Spike was in view. Rainbow Dash dared Spike to Spin Dash and...he actually managed to do it! Twilight put her claw to her mouth as she laughed. Then Twilight had an idea where she threw a boulder into the air and blew it up with her fire breath like fireworks!

All in all, it was a pretty fun picnic.

"So what's like bein a dragon Twilight?" asked Applejack.

"It's different, I'm taller, I can eat gems, I'm fire proof, my motherly instincts are much stronger that I'd rather spend time with Spike than read!"

"Wait darling, won't that seem hard considering 'you know who' adopted Spike?" brought up Rarity.

"I don't know Rarity, I've read animals gain parental instincts in the wild despite their young being adopted. Like for example, there was this one occurrence where a Lioness adopted a baby Elk. Sadly she was unable to save the Elk from hungry predators, but she loved what should've been food anyways."

And that was the moment a certain sun princess appeared in a flash of light. "Princess Celestia?"

"Good day Twilight, now then...*poof* you're a pony again! Goodbye, I am now off to show Luna why Palutena will be the main that I will use to one day demolish all Bayonetta mains!"

She vanished again as Twilight looked over her normal body. "Uh..."

"Mommy? Where did you go?" Spike looked around in worry.

"Oh Spike..." Twilight said in a sad tone. She then began crying.

"Twilight?" Spike then walked to her in worry. "What's wrong Twilight?"

"Uh..."

"Come on, you can tell me."

"Well, it's just that...please promise you'll never leave me."

"Of course I won't Twilight, I'll always love you forever." Spike's words then cheered her up. "Besides, you're not just a heroine of Equestria and a Princess..."

"I'm not?"

"You're much more than that."

"I am?"

"Yeah, you're my wonderful mother."

Then the piano finished playing as sunlight shined upon them.

"Dammit, he loves her more than me still!" Complained Celestia.

Twilight smiled with tears in her eyes as they both hugged.
