(Paris, France)

"Keep your focus, don't over commit to one attack," The words of her instructor rang through her ears.

A heavy breath left Fleur's body as she held her blade up and carefully waited on her opponent. The beauty made sure to watch every small movement the old instructor made; in a spilt second, he lunged forward and the witch barely moved out of the way. Returning with an attack of her own that landed square on his chest.

"Excellent!" her instructor stated as he took off his mask, revealing a middle-aged man with a graying beard and head of thinning hair. "You get better and better each day, you might even outdo me one day."

The young woman took off her mask as well, her breath was heavy and her body ached, her long blonde hair slowly went out to its full length. She looked at her instructor and noticed that his face was getting flushed; a feeling of annoyance came over the beauty as she knew what was about to come next.

"So, do you want to go-" he paused. "Would you like to go grab some dinner?" he stepped closer to the young woman, as if that were to help with anything.

Fleur smirked and scoffed. "My, my, a teacher and a student, going to dinner together? That would be unprofessional, Mr. Teller. My father wouldn't like to hear about this, now would he?" she watched as the color drained from his face.

"No, it's just, that-" she didn't wait to hear the response and walked out of the room; feeling more annoyed then tired at this point. The young woman walked into the changing room and quickly began to undress. Not long after, the sound of the door opened and another young girl walked in.

The blue-eyed beauty looked the person who just entered the room, it was her fellow duelist and best friend. Her only friend. Exhaustion was written all over the other French woman's face. "I will never understand why my teacher is so crazy," She threw her saber to the ground and the metal made an echo that went through the entire room.

Fleur chuckled quietly. "At least you don't have to deal with creepy old men asking you out every day. I rather have some crazy old bag yelling at me,"

"It must be so hard to be beautiful isn't it?" the girl asked sarcastically. "Then again, Mr. Teller has always given me the creeps." The beauty chuckled and placed her gear back into her locker. She sat down and turned up at her friend. Who was struggling to take off her chest gear.

"Looks aren't everything you know. Sometimes you can say that it's even a curse,"

The brunette scoffed at the notion. "A curse? That will be the best damn curse I could as for then. I can't even get one cute guy to look at me, while you get a guy asking for your hand in marriage every day." the girl threw her arm up in the air and sat down like a pouting child. Fleur couldn't help but smile. "Life is not fair,"

"I'm pretty sure I don't get asked every day. I'm not that special. Besides you're pretty. I am sure some guy is gonna sweep you off your feet one day."

"Not that special huh? Oh, no you're only blessed with the most beautiful blue eyes, flawless skin, perfect hair, musical talent, an athletic body, and to add the icing on the pie, you're tall. You are literally a model. So let me ask again, not special huh?"

The beauty scoffed. "If I didn't know any better, I would think that you had a crush on me, Marie," she teased and leaned in to her friend. Who quickly moved back with a scared look.

"Fleur, I love you, but I will not be your first kiss." This emitted a laugh out of the two of them. The blonde looked at her friend who was still in her uniform.

"Just hurry up and get changed, I'm sure all the restaurants will be closed by the time you are done." Fleur teased. "What are you feeling of getting tonight? I haven't tried that new American place yet."

"American? What do they like anyways?" Marie asked in a disgusted tone as she took off the last of her armor.

"That's why we have to try, not don't we?" Fleur stood up and began walking to the door. "I'll see you outside, don't take too long now,"

"Fleur, wait, I don't have my bra on yet!" The blue eyed beauty smiled as she kept walking, the sound of her friend struggling was rather funny to hear. Even if it's a bit mean.

"Will we have enough time to go see her?" Harry kept his vision forward as he sat from across his brother.

He took a deep breath and thought about his next choice of words carefully. "I don't know Adrian, by the time we get there, we have to unload everything and then get it on to the next train,"

"It shouldn't take that long to move a few suitcases," the younger Potter yelled in anger. The older brother could feel his eyes boring into the side of his head. Adrian really did get their father's temper.

"No, it shouldn't, but driving from King's Cross to where Aunt Petunia lives will. And I don't think that you'll be able to steal Ron's dad's car again." Harry joked, this didn't seem to make the younger brother any happier.

"How are you taking this so lightly? It's like you don't even want to see her." Harry felt a huge weight drop in his stomach. As much as he wanted to yell, he had to keep his composure. "We can't just sit and act like we're a family when we are separated."

The emerald-eyed young man sighed. "I know Adrian, I know. But you know what the court said, as long as I'm a minor and still in school, we cannot legally take care of her on our own,"

"You turned 18 today, you're not a minor anymore," the younger brother protested.

"But I'm still in school," The older brother watched as Adrian opened his mouth to protest but decided otherwise. "I'm sorry Adrian, there isn't much I can do at the moment. But I promise you that once I get out of school, I will fix everything and we will be a family again," he stated sincerely.

Adrian scoffed. "With what? A degree from Hogwarts? That doesn't carry any weight in the muggle world,"

Harry chose not to say another thing.

The young man sighed. "We need to find dad, Harry he will solve all of our problems,"

"Adrian..." he stated quietly.

"What? Don't tell me you're gonna be like everyone else," the younger Potter stated in an angry tone. He rose from his seat.

He hesitated. "It's, it's been over a year Adrian…."

"And what? He could still be out there! You can't just forget about him," Tears began flowing freely down cheeks.

All Harry could do was look at his brother, for he was at a loss for words. The younger Potter clenched his fists and ran out of the train compartment. Harry leaned his head back and sighed. He turned towards the window and watched as the world quickly passed by him. He was vastly unprepared.

"So, what are you planning to do after school?" Marie asked as she stuffed her face with a French fry. Fleur always thought that was an ironic name.

Fleur took a bite of her burger and quickly wiped her hands off. She chose to take her time to answer. More so because she didn't have an answer to that question. "I'm not really sure I haven't really much thought into it,"

"Really? I've been dreading this year. I don't want to be an adult," The Burnette took a huge bite into her food and Fleur was amazed that someone as small as she was could eat as much.

The beauty just laughed softly. "I guess it has all just been a blur for me. I haven't really thought much about what I want to do."

"Are you gonna be on the runways in the future? I expect to see on the front covers of our favorite fashion magazines. 'Fleur Delacour, France's top next model'."

"You're projecting again, deary," Fleur chuckled and watched the twinkle in her best friend eyes. "I can't wait for my birthday to come, so I can finally move out," The beauty took a step back when her friend slammed her hand on the table and looked at her intensely.

"You need to tell me where your school is, so I can come to visit. We are not missing another birthday!"

The Veela smiled. "Thanks but I already told you, that the school I go to is -" Fleur hated lying to her only friend, the one person who has never judged or questioned her but she knew she had to. "Hard to get to get to,"

She watched as an annoyed expression appeared on her friend's face. "Fleur, we've been friends since we were five, why don't you just tell me where you go to school?" Marie leaned across the table "Are you training to be an assassin or something?"

The two girls laughed and didn't care that the whole restaurant seemed to be looking at them. "Nothing like that sadly, but I'll let my mother know so you can send me something. Deal?"

"Fine, the ice queen must keep her secrets right?"

"Why does everyone call me that?"

"You're kidding me right?"

"No, I'm not kidding you, Marie,"

Marie, without question, grabbed a silver spoon and held it close to the beauty's face, to the point where it nearly touches her nose. "You never smile Fleur. I love you with all my heart, sweetie. But sometimes, even I'm afraid of you and your glare,"

"Hey, I'm not that mean," The blue-eyed beauty stated in an offended tone.

"I never said you were mean, you just look mean. Let me show you," Suddenly Marie placed her hands on Fleur's cheeks, Using her thumbs, she forced a smile on her friend. "See, look how beautiful you look with a smile on your face,"

Fleur shook her head violently. "Alright, I get it, I need to smile more,"

"And we need to find you a man,"

A very disgusted look came on the blonde's face. "That is the last thing I need,"

"Come on, I bet you, we can find you the perfect man," Beauty opened her mouth to protest, but she stopped herself when her friend seemed to not be listening. "Hmm, I believe the perfect man for you will be tall, musically gifted, and very very smart. I think green eyes will be perfect for you. Oh he has to be super quiet as well."

She arched her brow. "Why quiet?"

"I feel like you would punch someone loud and rambunctious,"

"Do you think I'm that evil?"

"Not evil, just insensitive. No offense,"

Fleur chuckled. "None taken. Hmm, I'm not gonna lie, a guy who has all of those would be nice,"

"Exactly, now we just need to find him,"

"I don't think someone like that exists,"

"You never know,"

"Hmm, I hope someone like that exists,"
