History: Keith didn't have a very great childhood. His mother, who was a famous dermatologist, died a year prior do before he enrolled in the academy. His father couldn't handle the stress of raising two kids by himself, went insane; forcing both Keith and Kevin to make one of the hardest decisions in their life. Then a few months passed by, and he heard the news. Long story short, he somehow managed to operate a IS when he was roaming around on a field trip with his class and got lost. When it was discovered that another male could use an IS, he was immediately enrolled in the academy without a second thought.
Another thing was that he was secretly bullied by his peers, mostly the guys, from the death of his mother. He doesn't know why, however, but it was found out by some of the girls and a huge controversy happened with both genders right after he transferred schools.
Status: Alive and doing well, currently staying at the IS academy.
Appearance: Keith has slick blonde-straight hair and blue eyes, and is usually seen wearing a sea-green dress shirt over a V-neck white shirt, black jeans, and grey shoes. Wearing a strange necklace around his neck, no one truly knows that is it; given the fact that after it happened it was made public. Even with the trauma of his family, Keith is amazingly handsome as well. Girls at his old school would be lining up to even get a chance to date him, but he'll gratefully turn them down. He'd also earn the nickname, "Keane," roughly translating to tall and handsome from Celtic origin.
Personality: Due to some sort of mental trauma, Keith isn't very stable in situations that require his mind to perform peak operations. It is quite known in his old school that he does worst on tests, quizzes, or even answering questions if too much pressure is implied on him. Other than that he's pretty much okay. Just don't mention his mother or father and he'll be good!

He's basically Itsuhito Sakaki from Uzaki-chan Wants To Hang Out.
It is also quite known throughout his old school that he has a younger brother, someone who shares his features and personality to the core. Right before their mother's death, his younger brother was shown to always look up to his older brother. That changed however when their mother died and their father went into a state of depression before going insane. He still loves his brother, but he doesn't have or feel the need to look up to him because he left because the government took him away and placed him in a different school. His name is Kevin Wilson and it's rumored that both he and his older brother are fraternal twins, however, it has never been confirmed.
Keith's birthday is March 9th while his younger brother's birthday is June 16th. Meaning that Keith is a Pisces and Kevin is a Gemini; two very positive signs in the mythical legends, or something like that.
Also, Keith was measured to be 134lbs; 60 pounds, and towering at 175cm; 5'9. While he doesn't have depression or anything like that, Keith is a comfort eater.
His IS is a completely different story altogether. Since the country, he was living in and born in, Canada didn't have the proper funds at the time, he was down-graded, hard. Originally supposed to be operating a 3rd Generation IS, he was stuck with a 1st Generation although it's heavily modified like Charlotte's IS.
It's a close-combat and electrical warfare type IS. Like Thor, an ancient god, he possesses the power of lighting, but not like that. It's now known that he uses an axe to control and distribute electricity, he can pass it on and temporarily stun another IS for 3 shocks at a minimum before it becomes unusable. The rest is unknown until further actions has been shown.
