This is where I will write one shots on Descendants! I would love it if you you send me what you guys would like to read and I will try my best to write them and I will obviously be writing small short stories that I thought of too!

2. Descendants

Request from Stofee: Mal does not come to Auradon in D1. Ben hears about her through the other VKs and he is fascinated by this girl. The general plot of D3 happens…

Okay Stofee!! Here is your request. And may I add I loved writing this story so much that I stopped working on my other chapters to do this one. It may not be what you were expecting but it is similar to what you wanted. I hope you enjoy it and if you have any other suggestions or what you would like to read, leave a comment.

BEN'S POV (D1)

I'm getting nervous. The children of the villains should be here any moment. I look down at my clothes to make sure that there are no wrinkles, and that my tie is straight. I just finished straightening everything as I heard the limo approaching. I turned to FG and smiled. She then turned to instruct the band to start playing. I then felt someone loop their arm into mine and when I looked I saw that Audrey was now standing next to me. I was about to ask her why she was here, when she didn't even want the kids to come in the first place, but I heard a thud in the floor and two boys wrestling on the floor.

"You took everything else! Why do you want whatever this thing is?" the boy with the white hair said, who I assume is Carlos.

"Because you want it," the other boy said as he was trying to yank the object from the smaller boy. I am assuming that he is Jay.

Then a blue haired girl stepped out of the limo and rolled her eyes at the two boys fighting. She kicked both of them to make them stop, which actually worked.

"Quit it you two!" she scolded them.

I watched as the limo driver closed the door and went to drive off. I thought that I invited 4 of the Isle kids to come.

FG gave her grand introduction and told them all of her rules before she gestured to me, and now Audrey.

"Hi guys. I'm Ben,"

"Prince Ben! Soon to be King," Audrey interrupted. I rolled my eyes at her. Why am I dating her again?

"You had me at prince," the blue haired girl said as she walked forward to me. "My mom is a queen which makes me a princess," she finished with a curtsy. So this is Evie, daughter of the Evil Queen.

"The Evil Queen has no royal status here," Audrey said. "And neither do you," she finished with a fake smile.

"Alright! Do you want to apologize for being rude? Or do you just want to leave?" I asked as I turned to Audrey.

"I was just stating the facts, Bennyboo," she said.

"I don't give two shits to what you were doing. You were being rude. Now apologize." I scolded her. I hardly ever curse, but she really knows how to press my buttons.

"I am sorry for being rude," she said to Evie. "I'm princess Audrey. My mom is Sleeping Beauty," she said. I couldn't help but see how Evie's face turned even sadder at the mention of Sleeping Beauty.

"I thought that I had sent 4 invitations to the Isle?" I asked.

In that moment Evie turned and ran right into the tall tan boys embrace as she started to cry. The white haired boy then turned to me and passed me a lilac piece of paper.

Dear Prince Ben,

I would like to say thank you for giving me the opportunity to join you and my friends at Auradon Prep, but I must decline the offer. I am sorry, but you probably know who my mother is. I just wanted to warn you that my mother has told Evie, Jay and Carlos to steal Fairy Godmother's magic wand so that she can take over Auradon. I want them to be safe and out of harm's way, because they do not deserve to be on this Isle, along with many other children that are here. I chose to stay because I didn't want to go along with my mother's plan and she said if I don't, she is going to hurt my younger brother. If I would have gone to Auradon I know I would have not followed through with her plan, but I did not want to take the risk of her hurting my brother. She then told my friends that if they didn't pull through and bring her the wand that she was going to hurt me. Please, do not worry about me because I can handle myself. I am now living with my father and my brother, away from my mother. I just want Evie, Jay and Carlos to be safe and happy. Thank you for giving them their second chance.

"Why didn't she bring her brother with her? I would have understood and we would have worked something out!" I said gaining the attention of FG.

"What is it Ben?" she asked. I didn't say anything, all I did was pass her the letter and stared at the children.

"I would think that Maleficent would not harm her children. I mean..." I started.

"Child," Carlos said. I stared at him confusingly.

"Mal is Maleficent's only child. Hadie is the son of Persephone and Hades, Mal's father," he finished explaining.

"Ben. There isn't much we can do about it now," FG said. I turned to her and looked at her with wide eyes. "she made the decision to stay and she is now living with her father and not with her mother. She is being as safe as she can, but she made the sacrifice so that her friends and her brother can be safe." FG said as she handed me back the paper. I nodded slowly and put the letter in my jacket pocket.

"That's fine. I'm actually glad that Maleficent's daughter isn't here. I only came here to see her and to let her know that if she tries to do anything to my family or I, that there were going to be repercussions," Audrey had the audacity to say.

I saw in the corner of my eye Evie taking a few steps toward Audrey, but was being pulled and held back by Jay. I turn to look Audrey straight in the eye and to give her a piece of my mind for being rude again.

"Audrey!" I yelled. "How can you be so cruel? Mal stayed behind so that her friends could have a better life and to keep her brother safe! You are meant to be a princess, but you are acting just like a villain!" I yelled at her.

I looked around and noticed that I was starting to draw even more attention to us, but at this moment I did not care.

"But, Bennyboo…" she started but I cut her off.

"No Audrey! You are more of a villain than Maleficent herself! And I do not want to be with someone who is a villain!" I said as she went pale in the face. "We are over Audrey! I'm breaking up with you!" I said.

She turned around and ran away crying. I don't feel sorry at all for breaking up with her. Ever since we started dating she has gotten this attitude, like she is better than everyone. I don't even think she was with me because she liked me. I think she was with me so that she would maybe someday be queen. I turned back to look at the three kids and when I finally looked at them they were standing there with their mouths hanging open.

I am sorry about Audrey. She is a bit much," I said to them.

"You have nothing to be sorry for," Jay said as he held his fist up for me to bump it. "But I'm saying now that if Mal had come she would have liked you." He finished.

"Thanks," I said. "Okay why don't we get your bags and me and Doug can show you where your dorm rooms are," I said. "Doug!" I called. Doug was standing next to me in the next 10 seconds and I noticed that when he laid eyes on Evie he was in love.

We went to help the villain kids grab their stuff off of the floor. Doug was first to offer Evie assistance, but when he went to grab the folder that she was carrying she clutched it close to her chest, which shocked Doug.

"I'm sorry. It's just I have all of Carlos', Jay's, and and I's favorite drawing that Mal drew in here and I don't want them to get ruined," she said and I couldn't help but be interested in the drawings.

"May I look at them?" I asked all three of them. They all looked at each other like they were asking for permission from each to allow me to look. Finally Evie nodded.

"Thank you. Why don't we move inside and away from the others," I suggested. They all nodded in agreement. I gestured for them to follow me while FG and Doug were behind them in case one trailed off. Once we were inside I showed them to a nearby table where they could show up Mal's drawings.

There were so many drawings and each of them were so detailed and beautiful. There was one of Jay sword fighting with a pirate. One of Evie and, I am assuming Mal, but it is the backs of them. One of Carlos smiling with Jay and Evie. They were so beautiful. I have never seen drawing this good before. I heard a gasp and when I looked up from the picture I saw that FG was holding a drawing in her hand. Evie quickly looked at what the drawing was and when she looked at it, a huge smile grew on her face.

"Is this her?" FG asked.

"Yes," Evie said as she nodded. "That is our Mali," she finished and she started to tear up.

"She is gorgeous," FG commented.

"Yeah. She's beautiful," Doug said as he looked over FG's other shoulder.

I walked over to where they were and when I saw the picture I couldn't believe my eyes. She was spectacularly beautiful. The most beautiful girl I have ever seen. The drawing didnt have any color, but her details were stunning. She has a long bob haircut that was a little shorter in the back, she had full plump lips, cute dimples and a beautiful smile.

"Evie? Would you guys like some frames for these pictures?" I asked not taking my eyes off the drawing.

"What do they do? They won't ruin them will they?" She asked.

"No. Not at all they will actually protect the drawing so that it won't get damaged," I said. They all nodded eagerly.

"Okay just let me know which ones you want framed and I'll get them done for you," I offered.

"We already know," Jay spoke up. I looked at him and was surprised by how eager he was. "We each brought a drawing of Mal and if I'm being truthful I think all three of us would like those framed. Evie just brought more because we couldn't decide," he finished.

"Okay. Let me pull a folder out of my bag and I'll take them to get framed for you," I suggested. They all nodded and quickly passed me the picture they wanted.

Jay handed me a picture of him and Mal, at what looked like the age of 10. Mal was sitting on his shoulders as they were walking down, from what it looked like, a dark alley. They looked like they were laughing in the picture. Carlos handed me a drawing of him and Mal. It was of him sitting down on the floor and Mal was right next to him. He had one arm wrapped around her shoulder and she was laughing while he was smiling. Finally Evie handed me the drawing of her and Mal. This one was of Mal and Evie walking down an alleyway Mal was smiling with her hands in front of her and Evie had her arm looped through Mal's. Evie was leaning her head on Mal's shoulder and was smiling from ear to ear. I placed the drawing in the folder and carefully placed it into my bag.

"You promise that they won't get ruined?" Carlos asked me.

"You have my word on it," I said.

It has been 2 weeks since I have seen the Isle kids and so far I have heard nothing but great things about them. I finally got their framed drawings and I had them delivered to my office. I ordered them custom frames and it took them longer to get than expected, but I have them now.

Now that I am going to be king in 2 days I had to get my office ready. I had asked for Evie to come and get them so that she can give them to the guys. Not a few moments later there was a knock at my office door.

"Come in" I said as I was trying to organize my new desk.

"Hi Ben," Evie said as she walked in. "You said you wanted to see me?"

"Yes. I have your frames for you," I told her. I went to grab the package that was sitting on one of the chairs and handed it to her.

She quickly opened the package and took out the first frame. She got teary eyed as she looked at the drawing.

"Thank you Ben. I don't even know where to begin to thank you," she said as she looked at the other photos.

"Evie. You do not have to thank me. I am happy to do it," I told her. She looked at all of the drawings and smiled at each one.

"Oh. I thought that you might want to put this in the museum," she said. I looked up at her as she pulled a small mirror out of her purse and placed it on my desk.

"What is it?"

"It's my mother's magic mirror. I had it with me, but Chad found it in my bag and told Mr. Deley that I might be using it to cheat. So I don't want to have it in my possession if it's going to cause me any trouble," she said.

"Wow Evie. I always hoped that you guys would get on well here but I never expected it to go this well," I told her. "I only wish that Mal would have come. She seems really sweet and nice," I finished.

"Oh Mal is not so sweet. She is respectful and honest to others who deserve it, she is snarky, sarcastic and does have a mouth on her," she said with a laugh.

"Well as you learned 2 weeks ago, everyone doesn't seem to be as they are to be perceived," I told her. "So tell me more about Mal." I told her as I took a seat at my desk.

"Well she is the leader of our group, or I would describe her as the rock. She is always the one to sacrifice herself for us," she said as she took a seat across from me. "Gosh, I miss my purplette," she said and I couldn't help but raise my eyebrow at her.

"Purplette? As in she has purple hair?" I asked

"Yeah. She has purple hair and it grows that way just like mine grows blue," she explained.

"Wow that's interesting. What else is there to know about her?" I asked.

"She he's beautiful green eyes, like the color of lily pads. She has the second most beautiful eyes on the Isle next to Harry Hook," she said.

"Harry Hook? As in Captain Hook?" I asked.

"Yes. he has been pining over Mal for years now, but she doesn't give him the time of day," she said. I nodded and felt this kind of relief after she said that. "He had crystal blue eyes."

"I see. Well I will let you get back to your day and I bet you are dying to give the guys their drawing so I'll see you later. I actually have to go to a meeting with FG, because Audrey is bullying Jane. Telling her that she is not pretty and just being mean."

"Wow! I can't believe that Audrey would do that. It seems as though she has gotten worse since you broke up with her," she said as she gathers the frames into the box.

"Yeah. She keeps thinking that we are going to get back together, but I keep telling her no," I said as I walked to open the door for her.

"Well hopefully she will get the hint sooner or later, but now I have to go and get ready for my lunch date with Doug," she said with a smile on her face. "Thank you again for getting these framed. We really appreciate it."

"It is my pleasure." I said as we walked out of my office and went our separate ways.

The meeting with FG, Jane, Audrey and I felt like forever. Audrey denied saying any mean things to Jane and until we showed her some videos that were recorded she stuck to her guns saying that she was innocent. She ended up apologizing, even though it was a fake apology. I felt really bad for Jane because after Audrey had left Jane begged her mom to change her hair and her nose to make her beautiful, but FG said that she was beautiful without the need of magic, which was true. Jane stormed out and slammed the door behind her.

It is now my coronation day and I am getting nervous again. I was riding in the carriage by myself to the cathedral and thinking about what had just happened. Audrey was waiting for me at the foot of the carriage and assumed that she was still going with me. I asked her what she was doing and she said that she was going to be riding with me. I then explained that the only people who were going to be standing up the steps next to FG were my mom, dad and my girlfriend, if I had one, but I don't so she needed to go with her parents. She tried to argue, but I was not going to have it so I just got into the carriage and rode away from her.

(NO ONE'S POV)

Everyone was watching the coronation. Even Mal, her brother and dad were watching it. She saw her friends on the small TV her dad had in the cave and couldn't believe that her friend actually got their happily ever after. She watched as the Auradon students walked in and the camera panned to her friends. She gasped in shock. Evie looked beautiful in her blue dress. Carlos was holding a dog and looked nice in his jacket. But, Jay was the one that surprised her the most. He had his hair up in a bun and was wearing an "Isle style" suit. She then watched as the soon to be king walked down the aisle and made his way to FG, but she couldn't help but think that he was cute. He then kneeled in front of FG.

"Do you solemnly swear to govern the peoples of Auradon with justice and mercy as long as you shall reign?" she asked.

"I do solemnly swear."

"Then is it my honor and joy to bless our new king," FG then raised her wand, but at the last moment it was snatched from her hand.

Jane grabbed her mother's wand and was flailing it around because she didn't know how to control its power.

"If you won't make me beautiful. I'll do it myself," Jane said as she was losing more control of the wand. There was a beam of light that came from the wand that broke through a window and hit the barrier around the Isle.

The Isle shook and every one on the Isle came out of their homes to see what was going on. When Mal came out of the cave she saw that there was a whole in the barrier and that there was a cloud of green smoke heading to Auradon.

"I can't let her do this. I have to go after her," she said as she looked at the gaping whole.

"Well it's a good thing that you have the power to teleport from both sides of your family," Hades said with a smirk.

"Do you think I can do it? I have never used my powers before."

"Just think about your friends and you'll be able to make it to them," he said with an encouraging smile.

"Okay. I'll be back soon. Wish me luck," Mal said before she teleported away heaving nothing but some purple sparkles in the air from where she stood.

Maleficent made her way to the cathedral making her 'grand entrance', "I'm back!"

Jane froze in shock holding the wand in her hands. She looked at Maleficent in horror and then looked at her mother.

"You child give me the wand," she said as she snapped her fingers at Jane.

"No! Don't do it Jane!" the villain kids yelled as they made their way through the front door of the cathedral.

Maleficent looked at the villain kids and scowled at then. This gave Jane time to throw her mother the wand.

"Bibbidi-bobbidi..." she said, gaining Maleficent's attention.

"Boo" Maleficent finished. She raised her scepter and froze everyone where they were standing except for the 3 villain kids.

Maleficent turned to the 3 villain kids and took a few steps toward them. "I thought that I told you to bring me the wand or else I would take your failure out on Mal."

"Leave my friends alone, mother!" Mal yelled from behind her friends.

They all turned to look at Mal who was walking toward them. Evie,Jay and Carlos couldn't believe that Mal was there standing in front of them.

"This is between me and you now, mother. You leave Auradon out of this," she demanded putting herself in between her friends and her mom.

"Oh Mal. I taught you better than this. You have no room in your heart to care for anything but yourself and for me," she cooed.

"You're wrong. I care for my friends. I care for my brother. I care for my father and my stepmother. And I care for Auradon!" Mal yelled. "You should know what it's like to care for someone," she said as she looked at the blonde woman in pink, who was frozen. "You used to care for Aurora, or didn't you used to call her 'Beastie'? Hell I would go as for to say that you even loved her," Mal stated

"You know nothing! I will ruin everyone in this room and take over just like I have been planning for the past 20 years!" Maleficent yelled to her daughter.

"Not if I have any say in it!" Mal said before she reached her hand out. "And now I command Wand to my hand!" In that moment the wand flew from FG's hand and into Mal's.

Maleficent was stunned to see that Mal had so much control over her magic without ever using it before.

"You want to play with magic Mal? Fine let's play with some magic," Maleficent said as she was being consumed by green smoke.

"Guys! Guys! Run!" Mal yelled to her friends as they took steps back, away from the smoke.

When the smoke cleared they Isle kids were face to face with a dragon.

"We are not leaving you here by yourself," Jay said as he stepped in front of Mal.

Maleficent roared at him and blew fire in his direction. Thankfully, he was quick enough to dodge it.

"Hey! Mom! Over here! I'm the one with the wand, remember," Mal yelled gaining the attention of her mother.

Mal stepped forward blocking her friends from her mother.

"The strength of evil is good as none, which stands before four hearts as one!" Mal said. She repeated the spell one more time before her mother was consumed by green smoke once again. When the smoke cleared all that was left of Maleficent was a tiny purple lizard.

The teens looked at the lizard in shock, not even noticing that FG had unfroze.

"Mal. Did you do that?" Evie asked.

"I don't know E."

"No. No. Your mother did it. She shrank to the size of love that is in her heart," she said walking up to Mal and her friends.

"Do you know if she'll be this way forever?" Mal asked, as she crouched down to observe the tiny lizard.

"I'm not sure dear, but maybe one day she could have a change in heart," FG said smiling at Mal. "It is very nice to meet you Mal. I have heard wonderful things about you." she finished with a smile.

"It is really nice to meet you too and I believe that this belongs to you," Mal said as she gave the wand back to FG. "But I would like to hope that you aren't going to be too hard on Jane. because she is beautiful inside and out. Evie has been writing to me and has said nothing but wonderful things about Jane," she finished with a smile. FG couldn't help but smile at Mal.

Mal stood up and straightened herself before looking at her friends. They all joined in a group hug for a couple of minutes before Mal broke the hug.

"Well I better be headed back to the Isle. My dad will be worried sick if I am not back soon." Mal said.

"Mal. Why don't you stay? We all miss you so much and you don't have to worry about your mom anymore." Carlos said.

"I would, but there are so many kids on the Isle that need looking after and I can't leave them knowing that I could help them in some way," Mal said as she looked around the room. When she looked up to see the former king and queen in a running pose, she looked to see where they would have been running to. When she saw him her heart skipped a beat, she walked up to him and observed his face.

"So this is King Benjamin," she said, not taking her eyes off of him. She reached up and touched his cheek, but then quickly turned around to face her friends. "He is so cute," she said, making her friends laugh at her. "What? He is. I'm not going to lie. I mean, come on. Look at that face," she said as she grabbed the side of his face with her hand. Her friends just laughed, but Evie thought that she was acting a bit weird, because Mal would never say this stuff unless she meant it.

"Mal? Do you want to take our mother back to the Isle with you?" FG asked.

"No way. She can live in a terrarium for the rest of her life. As long as she is out of my hair," Mal said. "Now. I better be off before you fix the barrier," she said.

"Mal." Evie said, gaining the attention of her best friend.

Mal turned to face Evie and when they locked eyes, tears started to form in both of their eyes. No words were said as the two ran into each other's arms, the boys joined in a couple of seconds later, and when they separated Mal teleported away leaving nothing but purple sparkles hitting the floor.

"Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo" FG said, unfreezing everyone.

Everyone unfroze from where they were and they looked around in confusion.

"What happened?" Ben asked "Where is Maleficent?"

FG pointed at the ground to the small little lizard

"How did that happen?" He asked.

"Mal," Jay said looking at the sparkles on the ground.

"What? She was here?" Ben asked in disbelief. The three villain kids nodded their heads. "Where is she?" he asked.

"She went back to the Isle," Evie said with tears in her eyes.

"Why? She could have stayed?" Ben asked.

"Your majesty. She didn't want to leave the kids on the Isle without someone to look after them. It was her choice again," FG said.

"You saw her?" Ben asked. FG just nodded.

"Why didn't you unfreeze us?" he asked aggravatedly.

"Son," Adam said, as he took a step toward his son. "Not now. I think we need to talk."

Ben looked at his dad in confusion, but nodded because he knew something was wrong with him and that his parents could help figure out what was wrong.

"Okay. Um, everyone. Please enjoy the party that will be at Auradon Prep. I will be joining the party later on," he said before he turned to his parents and they left the cathedral.

Belle and Adam took Ben back to the castle and had a little talk with him about soulmates…

(Auradon D2 Six Months After the Coronation)

"Ben! Ben!" Carlos and Jay were yelling as they barged into Ben's office. Ben jumped up from his desk, now worried at why they were barging into his office. "Evie went back to the Isle! She left a note telling us that she missed Mal and wanted to go back," Jay said with worry in his voice.

Ben didn't know what to say. He knew that Evie missed Mal, but he didn't think that she would leave Auradon to go back to the Isle.

"Ben. Evie's mom knows that she is dating a dwarfs son and not a prince. If she finds out that Evie is back on the Isle… I don't even want to think what her mother will do to her. It may not be as bad as Mal had it with her mother, but that was Evil Queen's number one rule for Evie," Carlos said.

"Well then let's go get her and bring her back," Ben said. The two boys looked at the king in shock. "Jay, can I borrow some of your Isle clothes? I can't go dressed like the king," he said as he put the stuff he had on his desk away.

"You're coming with us?" they both asked in disbelief.

"Of course I am. Now let's go. We don't have time to spare," he said as he dragged both the villain boys out of his office and to their dorm. He was also eager because, maybe just maybe, he would finally get to see Mal.

(Isle of the Lost)

"Mal? Mal, I'm home," Evie said as she climbed up the stairs of their hide away.

Mal bolted up from her seat, waking up her brother in the process.

"E? What are you doing here?" Mal said as she ran to her best friend.

"I couldn't take being there anymore, knowing that you are here," Evie said, dropping the big bag that was hanging on her back and onto the floor. Once Mal was in arms reach Evie pulled Mal into a big hug, being thankful that she was with her best friend again.

"E. You got your second chance. Why would you come back here when you got everything that you ever wanted," Mal asked, pulling out of the hug.

"I did have everything that I wanted, but what is that good for when I don't have my best friend to share it with."

"Evie. You need to go back," Mal said. "You have a life over there. You are starting a fashion company. You have a boyfriend who loves you. And you have Jay and Carlos. You can't give up on all of that for me." Mal finished.

"Mal, none of it seems complete if you aren't there to experience it with me. You could have the life you have always wanted too. Ben even said before that you could have brought Hadie with you," she said gesturing to Hadie.

"E. Hadie and I belong here. We are looking after all of the kids that need our help. I know you want me to go and I would love nothing more than to be in Auradon with you and the boys, but I can't leave these kids. Especially Dizzy." Mal said. Evie's eyes widened in shock of Dizzy's name.

"Is she alright?" Evie asked.

"She is fine E, but I have been looking after her and if I wasn't Harry and Uma would be terrorizing her," Mal explained. "E. You can always find me in the space between, because that is where two worlds come to meet. You know I'll never be out of reach, because you are a part of me. You'll never be alone, no matter where you go, because we can meet in the space between." Mal said as tears gathered in her eyes.

"I love you Mal. I just miss you so much," she said as she grabbed her bag off the floor. "I brought you some things that I thought you might like." she said as she pulled stuff out of her bag.

"What did you bring? And is any of it for me?" Hadie asked, finally speaking for the first time.

"I brought you some cookies and some guy shower wash," Evie said as she handed him a tupperware of cookies.

"Thank you Blueberry!" Hadie said as he gave Evie a hug.

"Mal, I brought you a shower kit and it smells like strawberries, I thought that you might like the smell. I also brought you a new sketch book and an art set with paints, charcoal, pencils, and pens." Evie said, as she placed the items on the table.

"Thank you E! I love them," Mal said as she pulled Evie in for another hug. "Oh and I almost forgot. I drew you guys more pictures," she said as she made her way to the windowsill. "I even drew on for King Bennyboy too, since you told me that he liked them," she said as she held up a drawing of Ben.

It was a drawing of him with his crown on and it looked like he had wet hair. He was looking slightly down, at an angle and had a smug little smile on his face.

"Wow, Mal. I bet he'll love it," she said as she placed the drawing on one of the folders she had in her bag.

Evie looked at the other drawings and as she was looking through them she found one of Mal, but this one looked a little different than ones Mal had done before. This one was of Mal but her hair was curled and she had a dragon tiara on her head. She was smiling and was looking up slightly at an angle. Evie wanted to see something, but didn't want to do it infront of Mal.

"Mal? Can I take this one with me?" Evie asked. "You look like a princess in this one and I would love to add it to the ones I have in my dorm." Evie said.

"Yeah, E. Of course you can have it," Mal said. Evie wasted no time in putting it in a different folder and putting it with a drawing that she had already put away.

"Hey E. If you're going to be here for a while. Do you mind waiting here until Hadie and I get back from our rounds? Harry is due to Curl up and Dye soon and I don't want him to thrash the place," mal said. Evie just nodded.

"Okay be back soon," Mal said as they went out the window and jumped to the next rooftop.

Not 5 minutes later Evie heard the sign of their hideout being hit by a rock. Evie made her way to the exit and came face to face with Jay, Carlos and Ben.

"What are you guys doing here?" she asked.

"We came to take you back to Auradon," Jay said. "Where is Mal?" he asked.

"She went on her rounds. She is on her way to Curl up and Dye so Harry doesn't thrash the place," Evie said. "But that doesn't explain why you guys brought Ben, the king of Auradon, to the Isle of the Lost, home of the villains." She said crossing her arms over her chest.

The three of them looked at her like they were in trouble.

"It was my decision to come. Carlos said that if your mom finds out that you are here, that she would do something because she knows that you are not dating a prince," Ben explained.

"Well that is nice of you Ben, but you could have been spotted," she said. The three didn't say anything. They just looked around the room like they were hiding something.

"Who saw you?" she asked, pinching the bridge of her nose.

"Gil," Carlos admitted.

"Oh gosh! You guys! He is going to go and tell Uma!" she yelled. She quickly went back to the windowsill and started to write a note for Mal. "Okay let's go before they have a chance to do something," she said as she was writing. "Ben. Carlos. Go wait downstairs and wait for Jay and I. we will be down in a couple of minutes."

Ben was hesitant at first, because he really wanted to wait there and see Mal, but he knew that they had to get out of there and fast. They quickly went down and waited for them.

Evie and Jay were on their way down when they noticed a leg laying on the floor. They rushed down and found Carlos unconscious on the floor and Ben wasn't anywhere in sight. They quickly ran to Carlos to check to see if he was still breathing, thankfully he was. They heard footsteps approaching them and when they looked up, Harry Hook was looking down at them.

"Sorry about your mate there," he said with an evil smile. "He was just in the way of our leverage."

"What leverage?" Evie asked

"Oh well we have the king and… You know what? Why doesn't uma explain," Harry said. "Have my sweet Mal come to the shop and Uma will talk with her," Harry said.

"Mal has nothing to do with any of this. Why are you involving her?" Jay demanded.

"Because she is the strongest of your crew," Harry said, while he stalked backwards. "Have my lovely be there as soon as she can."

They watched as Harry backed away into the alley and disappeared.

Evie and Jay took Carlos up and placed him on the couch just as Mal and Hadie came back to the hideaway.

"Jay?" Mal asked as she walked to her friends, but when she saw Carlos she gasped in shock. "Snowball? What happened?" she asked as she and Hadie rushed to Carlos.

"Uma and her crew have Ben." Jay said.

"Wait a minute," Hadie said. "You and Carlos brought the King of Auradon to the Isle of the Lost? Are you guys stupid?" he added.

"No. we are not stupid," Carlos said as he opened his eyes and rubbed his head.

"Oh gosh! Carlos! Are you okay?" Evie asked, as she pulled him into a hug.

"Yeah I'm fine. Just remind me to kick Gil's ass later," he said as he looked around the room. "Where's Ben?"

"Uma has him," Mal said.

"She wants Mal to go to the shop, because she is holding him as leverage," Jay said.

"Why me?" Mal asked.

"Because you are the strongest one in our crew, apparently." Jay said.

"Alright. I'll be back. Wait here for me." she said.

"Mal. I'm coming with you," Hadie said.

"No you are not. Dad would kill me if you and Harry got into another fight," Mal said to her younger brother.

"The creep deserved it! He shouldn't have grabbed you," Hadie said.

"He what!?" Evie Jay and Carlos yelled.

"Don't worry about it! It won't happen again," Mal said as she walked to the exit of the hideout. "I'll be back in an hour."

"She wants the wand?" Jay asked.

"That's what she said," Mal had just finished explaining what Uma's terms were. "Harry was being his usual flirty self and I couldn't help but notice that Uma was getting a little jealous."

"So what's the plan?" Hadie asked.

After they made their plan, Jay and Carlos got back from Auradon, now with Lonnie and with a phony wand. They packed away the smoke bombs and started to make their way to the pier to save the king.

(The Pier)

"Oh would you look who's awake," Harry said.

Ben's head was throbbing. He looked around and noticed that he was tied to the mast of a ship.

"How does it feel to be king now ay?" Harry asked.

"I mean. Pretty fucking good compared to the headache I have now?" He responded by locking eyes with Harry.

"Such a smartass. My Mali would like you," Harry said. The comment infuriated the king, but he tried not to show it.

"Well from what Evie has told me, Mal doesn't give you the time of day," Ben said to the pirate.

"Oh. she'll come around. Just gotta keep on going. She's a nice little thing to look at. Has a nice figure, a nice ass, and some really soft skin..." Harry started.

"Don't you dare put your fucking hands on her!" Ben yelled at Harry. He had yet to even meet Mal, but he knew, even if no one else did, how important she is to him.

"Oh. And what are you going to do about it?" Harry asked as he placed his hook under Ben's chin.

"You don't…" Ben started but was quickly knocked out again.

"Harry!" Uma yelled walking up to Harry and a now unconscious Ben.

"What?" Harry asked.

"My cousin is not going to like damaged goods," she told her first mate.

"Your right. I don't." Mal said, as she walked up to the pirate ship. "Shrimpy. The deal was that we get him unharmed if we bring you the wand," she finished.

"Tell that to your boyfriend here," Uma said with some irritation in her voice.

"Only in his dreams. He is all yours," Mal said.

Harry took a few steps toward Mal, but stopped when she was pulled out of the way by Jay and was now being guarded by Jay, Carlos and Hadie.

"Yeah. Not so fast you sccottish bastard. Stay away from my sister," Hadie said.

"Oh what's wrong night light? No hello to your future brother-in-law?" Harry teased.

"In your fucking dreams Hook!" Mal yelled from behind her brother.

"Alright Harry. Get the king and bring him over," Uma demanded. "I'm really surprised Mal. I thought that you wanted to get off this crap whole," she stated.

Mal pushed past her brother to face her cousin. "I do, but not like this. I am still here for the kids on this Isle," Mal said locking eyes with her cousin.

"Well you waited too long. Now give me the wand or else the king is gone," Uma said as Harry dangled an unconscious Ben over the water.

"Uma. Listen. This is not a conversation. This is a do or die situation," she said walking closer to Uma. "I'm sorry, but if you don't give me the king, I'll have no hesitation, because I'll serve you right here. You know I don't need a reservation that way your whole crew can have a demonstration," Mal threatened.

"Oh look at that. A speech. Nothing but an empty ultimatum," Uma laughed.

"Oh Mali. Just give her the wand and if you don't, all it takes is one swing and I'll dibilitate him," Harry threatened.

"Don't you lay one fucking finger on him, you scottish bitch!" Mal yelled.

"Give me the wand Mal," Uma said, gaining her cousins attention.

"Give me the king Shrimpy," Mal said.

Uma looked to Harry and nodded to him. Harry dragged Ben to Uma and Uma reached her hand out for the wand. Mal looked back at her brother and Jay and motioned her head for them to come and grab Ben. Once they had a hold on him Uma took the wand from Mal's hand.

"Go and get him out of here and hurry. I'm right behind you." she told them as they ran toward the tunnel leading to the limo.

"By the power of the sea. Tear it down and set us free!" Uma chanted as she pointed the wand at the barrier, but nothing happened. "What!? No!" she yelled before she snapped the phony wand in half. "You do not get to win every time! Get them!" She yelled.

"Go Hadie! Get Ben to the limo NOW!" Mal yelled.

Uma faced off with Mal in a sword fight, Jay with Harry, Carlos with Gil, while Lonnie and Evie fought off other pirates of Uma's crew. While Uma was distracted trying to help Harry out of the water, after Jay dropped his hook in, Mal and her friends took their opportunity and went through the tunnel.

Mal looked back at Uma and her crew before she kicked the bridge that connected to the tunnel and ran to the open area where the limo was.

"Mal! Hadie! Come on let's go!" Evie yelled as she opened the limo door.

"No! Go! We have to stay and make sure that they don't follow you on your way out," she said as she glanced at her best friend. "Remember. We will always meet in the space between. And don't forget to write to me," she said with a smile. "Now go! Hurry!" she said.

Evie got into the limo and closed the door. Once Jay had driven off she looked out the back door and watched as her best friend waved goodbye to her. As they passed through the barrier Ben started to wake up.

"What hit me?" Ben asked as he got up from where he was laying.

"Well by the size of the bruise on your head. I would say the pirates hook," Lonnie said as she turned to look at him through the window from the front of the limo.

"Lonnie?" Ben asked in confusion.

"Hello. King of being kidnapped. How was your nap?" Lonnie jokes.

"HaHa. Very funny." Ben said as he rubbed the bruise on his head.

He then realized that he was on the bridge heading back to Auradon. He quickly looked around frantically looking for the girl.

"She's not here." Evie said, gaining his attention. He huffed in defeat, thinking that he might never meet the girl that was in his dreams.

"You know. I am starting to think that Mal is not real," he said, sitting back down.

Once they got back to Auradon Prep; Jay and Lonnie went to return the swords back to the gym, Carlos went to go find Jane and Dude, leaving Evie and Ben standing in front of his father's statue. Ben went to walk toward his dorm until Evie placed a hand on his shoulder.

"Um. I am sorry that you didn't get to meet Mal, but she gave me this to give you," she said as she pulled the folder and gave it to him. He took the folder and then looked at Evie. "Well I better go and find Doug. He is probably worried because I left him a note too," she said as she turned and walked away from Ben.

Once Evie was out of sight Ben opened the folder and found the drawing of himself and couldn't help the smile that formed on his face. He was so lost in the drawing he didn't notice the wind pick up and blew a paper out of the folder. It landed on the ground and was face down. Ben picked it up and when he turned it over his smile got even bigger. He was not looking at a drawing of Mal and he couldn't help but notice how beautiful she looked. He held both of the drawings up and held them facing one another. That is when he realized that the drawings were meant to be placed side by side. When he looked back at the drawing of him he could faintly see some writing on the back of it. He turned it over to read what it said.

Dear King Ben,

Thank you for keeping my friends safe. I owe you a lot for making all of their dreams come true. So, I drew you this little sketch as a small thank you for all you did for them. Evie and the boys wrote to me and said that you liked the drawings that they had taken with them. I had a dream about you after your coronation and I drew you from the dream. I hope that you continue your journey of second chances, and may I add that it is a beautiful dream, and I am glad that they are coming true for you. Take care your majesty.

He could help but smile at the little not from Mal, but if she only knew that one of his dreams had yet to come true.

(D3 1 Year After D2)

"No! Audrey!" Ben said as he walked to his office. "I broke up with you a year and a half ago. You seriously need to move on," he said as he entered his office and closed the door in her face.

Audrey was not taking no for an answer. She opened the door and slammed it shut behind her. "No Ben! You need a queen and I am the perfect match for you!" she yelled at him.

"Audrey for the last and final time. I. DO. NOT. LOVE. YOU. AND. YOU. WILL. NOT. BE. MY. QUEEN." stated, leaning over his desk.

"What are you waiting for Ben? Some girl, who probably doesn't even exist, or if she does should be dead?" she asked, gesturing to the two framed sitting on the table behind Ben's desk.

"Whatever Audrey! Just get the hell out of my office!" Ben demanded.

"Fine! But, you'll regret this," she said as she stormed out of his office.

Ben sat in his chair leaned his head back. He had so much on his plate and didn;t need to deal with Audrey's bullshit. Jane's birthday is tomorrow and he was just happy that that was all he had planned for tomorrow.

Later that night someone broke into the museum. They walked room to room looking for two particular items. When they found the first item that walked to the hall of villains. They walked up to Maleficent's scepter and banged it on the floor. A cloud of pink smoke filled the room and when it cleared, there she stood, holding the scepter and wearing the queens crown.

"Well Bennyboo. If you won't make me the queen of Auradon, I guess I'll be the queen of mean," Audrey stated. She laughed maniacally before banging the scepter on the floor and consuming herself in pink smoke.

---

Ben was at a fitting with Evie. She was making him a new suit. He was in the middle of the last fitting and Evie kept nicking him with the pins.

"Evie. If you keep poking me I'm going to bleed to death," he joked.

"Okay, King Sensitive. I'm almost done," she said.

Once Evie was done she let Ben go and change. When he got back Evie was on the phone.

"Yes, Queen Belle, he is right here" she said as she gave Ben the phone.

"Hey mom. What's up?" Ben listened to what his mother was saying and his eyes widened in shock. "How did she take the crown and the scepter?" Ben asked as he paced around Evie's sewing room. "Where is she?" he asked. "Okay. I'll be there in 20 minutes." He then hung up the phone and gave it back to Evie.

"Ben what are you going to do?" she asked. "If Audrey has the scepter, who knows what she will do or who knows if she can even control its power," she finished.

"I don't know Evie, but I have to go," He said as he stood up and left.

He left Evie's and rode back to the castle. Fifteen minutes later Jay and Carlos ran into Evie's house and were out of breath.

"Audrey. Scepter. Sleeping." Carlos panted as he fell to the floor.

"What?" Evie asked.

"Audrey showed up at the enchanted lake and put a sleeping curse on everyone at the party," Jay said.

"Why are you wet?"

"Jane, Carlos and I dove into the water so that the spell didn't get us, but when we got out we noticed that she took Chad with her," Jay said.

"What do we do?" Carlos asked.

"There is only one person who can possibly control the scepter," she said. "It's time we bring our girl to Auradon," Evie said.

---

The three villain kids rode across the water and through the barrier. They rode through the allies all the way to the opposite side of the Isle, where the entrance to Hades cave was. They parked their motorcycles and walked through the cave until they heard voices.

"Mal?" Evie yelled.

Mal ran to the voice that was calling her.

"Evie? Jay? Carlos? What are you guys doing here?" She asked as she ran into the arms of her friends.

"We need your help," Jay said. Mal looked at him in confusion.

"Aurora's daughter Audrey stole your mother's scepter and has put everyone under a sleeping curse. We need you to come back with us so that you can stop her," Carlos explained. Mal was at a loss for words.

"M. You are the only person who might be able to stop her. We need you," Evie said. "Auradon needs you," she finished.

"Then it looks like you'll be needing this," Hades said as he appeared in the doorway.

Mal snapped her head to look at her dad. When she faced him he held his ember out for her to take.

"But dad," Mal started, but Hades put a hand up to her.

"Go baby girl. Take the ember with you. It is the only thing stronger than the scepter, but since you are only half god, its power might not completely work for you, but it will be enough" Hades told her. "Just be safe," he whispered as he pulled her in for a hug.

"And I am coming with you!" Hadie said as he ran through the doorway.

"NO!" everyone yelled as they looked at the 12 year old god.

"What!? Why!?" he asked as he looked up at his dad.

"Umm... because you are now grounded for attempting to leave the Isle without permission" Hades said with a smart smile on his face.

"Oh it's okay baby brother. I'll bring you a souvenir," Mal said as she squeezed Hadie's cheek before giving him a hug.

"Alright let's blow this popsicle stand," Mal said as she walked through the cave and toward the exit.

When they finally exited the cave they were greeted with Harry, Gil and another pirate sitting on their motorcycles.

"What the fuck?! Get your ass off my bike Hook?!" Jay yelled.

"Catch me if you can Jay," Harry laughed and as he rode away he blew a kiss to Mal making her roll her eyes at the pirate.

"Well it looks like we are on foot now," Mal said as she started to walk toward where the bridge was.

When they got to the bridge Jay pressed the button to unlock the barrier. When Mal walked through the barrier she felt and saw her godly magic enter her body. Her hair turned from magenta to violet with blue streaks in it. But, what the VKs didn't notice was that three pirates jumped through the barrier before it closed completely.

"Guys we made it! We are finally free," Uma said as she gave her crew high fives.

"what!? No way!" Jay said.

"Oh we are just coming for a wee visit," Harry said, walking toward Auradon.

"No. No you're not. I am going for a visit. You are going to get your asses back to your ship before I have my dad set it on fire," Mal threatened.

"Oh come on Mal. You know your dad isn't going to do that," Uma said. "And why are you going anyway?" She asked.

"I'm going to try and go save Auradon. Sleeping Beauty's daughter has my mom's scepter." Mal explained.

"I'm in," Uma said, shocking the four VKs.

"Umm… what?"

"I said I'm in. I mean when is there ever going to be another time where I can have Auradonians praise me for helping save Auradon?" She asked, with an evil smile.

"Um… excuse me, but didn't you try to take down the barrier a year ago?" Carlos asked.

"Yeah yeah. But that was a year ago," Uma said.

"Okay fine! Let's just hurry," Evie said impatiently. "Now where are our bikes?"

"Oh those?" Harry asked. "Those should be at the bottom of the sea by now," he said with a laugh.

The four VKs and even Uma looked at Harry like he was the stupidest person ever.

"Hey dipshit? How do you expect us to get to Auradon fast if our fucking bikes are at the bottom of the fucking ocean?" Jay asked, making Harry stop laughing.

"Well I could teleport us?" Mal said.

"I actually forgot you could do that!" Carlos said.

"Yeah. Alright everyone take each other's hands," Mal said.

Harry was the first to grab Mal's hand which she took away fast.

"Don't fucking touch me you creep," she said as she grabbed Evie's hand and then Uma's. Harry then went to grab Gil's and then, to his luck, grabbed on to Jay's who was giving him a very dirty look.

That all appeared in Evie's front yard.

"Wow nice digs?" Uma complimented.

"Thanks I got a really good deal on it," she said as she walked to the front door.

As they walked through the door, Evie went straight to her sewing room and that is where she found Doug asleep. She knelt down next to him and cradled his face in disbelief that he was under a sleep curse.

"Blueberry you're in Auradon. Just kiss him and wake him up," Uma said.

"We haven't used the L word yet," she said surprising Mal.

"You guys have been together for over a year and you guys haven't said you guys love each other yet?" She asked and Evie just shook her head.

She looked down at Doug and then took a deep breath, "okay here goes nothing," she said before she leaned down and kissed him on the lips. She began to get scared because he wasn't waking up. A couple of seconds later he took a deep breath and woke up making Evie sigh relief.

(Beast Castle)

Ben was standing next to his desk talking to the head of security making sure that the people who were not under asleep curse would be protected. He got off the phone and threw his phone down in anger. He unbuttoned the top of his jacket and took a seat at his desk. All of a sudden a puff of pink smoke appeared in his office. Ben sat up and came face-to-face with Audrey.

"Why are you doing this Audrey?" Ben asked.

"Well I want to be queen. You won't make me queen because you are hung up on some girl who lives on a dump island," she stated, taking a couple of steps toward him.

"Audrey just give me the scepter and I will forgive you. Mal has nothing to do with this. She matters to me and I think that is all that should matter." he said as he reached his hand out for the scepter.

Audrey took a step back and pointed her finger, having been stopped in his tracks. "You'll forgive me? That's it?" She asked. "That's not what I want. That's not good enough," she said. Then she looked at him with a smile. "You know what Bennyboo? I'll wake everyone up right now, but only if you make me your queen and then we rule side by side. This girl can be easily forgotten."

"Audrey, just wake everyone up," he said as he walked closer to Audrey.

"You know what Ben. Sleeping is too good for you… and sleeping is too good for Auradon," she said as she cast a night light from the scepter making Ben fall back on the ground. And all that was heard was a roar.

(Evie's Castle)

"Guys. Ben isn't answering his phone," Jay said as he came back into the room.

"Neither is Jane," Carlos said.

"Well let's separate," Mal suggested. "We'll look at the castle for Ben or Audrey and you guys look for Jane," she said. "Uma can come with Evie and I. Jay and Carlos can take dumb and dumber. Doug why don't you stay here just in case Jane or Ben come."

"Well why don't I come with you, so you can have some protection," Harry suggested.

"Well why don't you go with Jay and Carlos, so I don't roast your ass on fire," Mal said as she got up and left the room. Evie and Uma looked at each other, shrugged and left. Leaving the guys there laughing at Harry.

When the girls made it to the castle it was very quiet. They looked around room to room looking for any sign of Ben, Jane or Audrey. Mal was walking around until she heard some footsteps coming from one of the hallways. Mal rushed toward the footsteps and ran into a tall man and a petite woman.

"Oh. I'm sorry. I thought you might be Audrey," Mal said as she looked up at the tall man. Her eyes widened in shock when she realized who was standing in front of her. She looked at the petite woman standing next to him and her eyes matched Mal's with surprise. "Oh I'm sorry your majesties. I didn't mean to bump into you," she said as she looked down at the floor.

"Queen Belle. King Adam," Evie said as she came next to Mal. "We were just looking for Ben and Jane to see if they were okay, but we haven't found them yet," she explained.

Adam and Belle didn't respond to Evie. They just stood there looking at the purple haired beauty standing in front of them.

"Hey. We should check his office in case he might be, you know, our cold or something," Uma said as she came up behind the two other villain girls.

The royal couple broke out of their gaze and finally spoke. "Okay. Umm… if you find him please give us a call. We are trying to find FG so that she can grab her wand." Belle said as she guided Adam away from the teens.

Once the teens were out of earshot Belle spoke again. "Adam. That's her. The one that he has been waiting for," she said.

"I suppose it is," he said. "She is beautiful isn't she?" He said smiling at his wife.

"That she is Adam. That she is," she said before they made their way out of the castle to look for FG.

Once they reached Ben's office. Nothing but gasps were heard from the girls. There were claw marks on the walls and on basically everything in the room. Mal walked toward the desk and noticed her drawing framed on the table behind his desk. She smiled at the drawing and then noticed that the drawing of her was right next to it. She looked at the two pictures together and wondered how he had got it and how he knew that they went together.

"E? I thought that you wanted this drawing," she said as Evie walked over. "So why does Ben have it?" She asked.

"Huh? Umm… I don't know what you mean?" She said with a smirk on her face.

"Okay. We'll talk about it later, but let's head back because they guys are probably waiting for us by now." Mal said. She took Evie and Uma's hands and teleported them back to Evie's.

(In the Forest)

The four villain boys were searching the forest to see if they could find any clue to where Ben, Jane or Audrey could be. They were walking around for about an hour before they heard a roar coming from the distance. When they found out where the roar was from they quickly figured out that Ben was turned into a beast just like his dad was.

Ben lunges at Gil and Harry, but mainly Harry. Carlos got in between Ben and Harry so that Ben didn't cause any harm to the pirate, even though he may deserve it. Carlos walked closer to Ben and noticed that he had a thorn lodged into his paw. So, Carlos commonly talk to Ben into letting him pull the thorn out of his paw, making band roar really loud

As if out of nowhere Jane popped up and squirted Ben in the face with enchanted lake water from a water toy. Then fell back onto the floor and when he got up all that was left on him from the beast spell was a beard and he he'd his fangs.

(Evie's Castle)

Mal was impatiently waiting for the guys to get back to the castle. She was pacing back-and-forth and running her fingers through her hair.

"Okay guys. I cannot stand here any longer waiting for the guys to get here. I am going to teleport to the scepter which will hopefully leave me to Audrey," Mal said as she walked toward the door.

"Mal. Please just wait a little longer. I know we can do it together if we just wait for them to get back." Evie said as she stood up from her seat.

"E. I need to go and do this. I want you guys to be safe and out of harm's way. I need to go and do this on my own. I promise I will be back." Mal said as she walked out the door and closed it behind her.

Fifteen minutes later the guys walked in with Jane and Ben.

"Where's Mal?" Jay asked.

She went to go find Audrey. She said she needed to do it alone. She said that she didn't want us to go because she didn't want us in harm's way," Evie said.

"Wait! Mal is here?! She's Auradon?!" Ben asked frantically.

"Well beastie boy. Do you think that these three would bring me and my crew off the isle and not Mal?" Uma asked.

"I guess not," he said as he hung his head.

"Do you have any idea where Audrey could be?" Evie asked him.

"The only place I could think of is the cottage that was used to hide Aurora."

"Okay well let's go," Jay said eagerly.

No one wasted any time getting up and heading to the cottage.

(The Cottage)

Mal teleported right outside of the three good fairies cottage. She heard some arguing from the inside and decided to just open the door and barge in making both of the people inside stop their conversation.

Once Mal was inside the cottage she looked at the two teenagers as they looked at her in surprise.

"So you are the one who took my mother's scepter," Mal said as she walked in, crossing her arms over her chest.

"Why the hell are you," Chad asked

"Did you not just hear me say 'my mother's scepter'?" She asked him looking at him like he was stupid. She looked away from the boy, shaking her head like she was annoyed and he was wasting her time.

"Okay back to you pinky," she said pointing at Audrey. "Why don't you give me back my mom's scepter because it's dangerous," Mal said as she reached her hand forward.

Audrey was quick to pull the scepter back so that it was not in Mal's reach.

"You don't tell me what to do! You aren't even supposed to be here," she said looking at Mal up and down. "You are just a bad girl infatuation. Ben will be over you in a matter of days," she said.

Mal looked at her in shock. Mal knew she thought the king was attractive but she didn't think that he thought the same.

"Well I better be off," Audrey said as she stepped close to the window. "I have a kingdom to take over," she said before she vanished in a puff of pink smoke.

Now hopped in the feet as she looked at Chad. They looked at each other for a couple of seconds before she nodded her head toward the closet. He looked confused at first but then she gestured for him to get into the closet. Surprisingly he listened and went into the closet.

"This will keep you safe and sound until someone frees you," she said as she closed and locked the door.

Mal then transported herself back to Evie's castle and when she got there she was surprised to see that nobody was there. She decided to wait for them to come back so that she can inform them what had happened with Audrey.

As the group made it to the cottage they noticed that the door was cracked open. Ben rushed in and looked all around the room.

"Mal?" He asked, looking around the room. Once he realized that I was empty he shrunk his shoulders a little.

The villain kids piled into the room looking around the room.

"Where is Mal?" Carlos asked.

"I am assuming that she went back to my castle," Evie said as she went to leave the cottage.

Right when they were all about to leave they heard something coming from the closet. Ben rushes to the closet hoping that Mal would be in there. When he opened the closet he was surprised to see Chad sitting there on the floor.

"Chad?" He asked. "What are you doing in the closet, not that I'm surprised, but why?"

"A really sexy purple angel put me in here," he said as he stepped into the doorway of the closet. Ben pursed his lips as he lightly shoved Chad back into the closet and closed the door on him again.

"I swear. Has everyone seen and or met her, but me?" He asked annoyingly.

"Why are you so upset that you haven't seen Mal?" Harry asked.

Ben looked at Evie and then walked out of the cottage without saying another word.

"What is his problem?" Harry asked Gil.

"She is his soulmate," Gil said like it was the most obvious thing in the world.

The rest of the villain kids snapped their heads in Gil's direction and he looked at them like he had said something wrong.

"How do you know that?" Evie asked.

"I mean it's obvious isn't it. He snapped at Harry on the boat a year ago when he wouldn't stop talking about her and she did the same. Now he locked a guy in a closet because he called her sexy," Gil explained.

"Don't talk about it in front of them," Evie said as she walked up to him. "They need to figure it out on their own," she said.

"I already think they do know. They just haven't met yet to be able to say it out loud," Gil stated. She looked at him then nodded in agreement.

"Guys! What is taking so long?" Ben yelled from outside.

They quickly went to meet Ben and they ran back to Evie's. When they got outside of the castle Evie noticed that the door was open.

"Mal?"she yelled as she walked forward.

The group followed but before they could make it to the castle there was pink smoke surrounding them and turned them all into stone except for Uma.

Mal rushed outside and when she looked at the scene that was on the lawn, she couldn't help but let the tears fall down her face.

"Oh no," she said as she ran to the statues of Evie, Jay and Carlos. "I am so sorry you guys," she told them.

"It's not your fault Mal," Uma said as she walked up behind her cousin.

Mal turned to look at Uma, but when she turned around she saw Ben standing there as a statue. She walked up to him and touched his stone cold cheek.

"Why aren't we stone?" Mal asked not taking her eyes off Ben.

"Because we are the descendants of GODS!" Uma said, raising her hands up in the air. Mal couldn't help but laugh at her cousin.

"You're probably right," Mal said. She touched Ben's jaw and noticed that he had a beard. "Ooh. I love this," she said as she rubbed his jaw line.

Uma walked up and then pointed to his fangs peeking through his lips. "What about those?" She pointed.

Mal looked at what Uma was pointing at then shook her head. "Yeah. Probably not," she finished with a giggle.

"Only soulmates find each other attractive. Even when one is stone now," she said. She then widened her eyes at the realization of what she said.

Mal turned to her cousin and crossed her arms. "How do you know that?" Mal asked.

"What? You know?" Uma asked.

Mal only nodded. "But we don't have time to talk about it now. We have to stop Audrey. Here take my hand. I'll teleport us to the scepter," Mal said, reaching out for Uma's hand.

They teleported to the top of Auradon prep. Audrey was facing out to the front of the school looking at all of the people she turned into stone.

"Hey!" Mal yelled, gaining Audreys attention. Audrey slowly turned to face the two villain girls.

"Oh did you come for the show?" Audrey asked with an evil smirk.

"No. I came to take my mother's scepter back," Mal said walking in front of Uma to blocker.

"Well now we can't have that can we?" Audrey said as she shot a beam out of the scepter, right at Mal.

Mal pushes Uma to the side knocking her to the floor. The beam barely misses Mal. She stared at Audrey and her eyes began to glow. Mal is then consumed by purple smoke and when it cleared, there was Mal as a giant purple dragon. Uma was surprised to see Mal transform so easily and then noticed that she had the ember in her claws. Uma took a few more steps back knowing that she wasn't going to be any use in this fight.

Mal and Audrey faced off. Audrey was throwing beams at dragon Mal with the scepter and Mal was deflecting the beams with the ember. Mal pushes the ember further to Audrey making Audrey grow weaker.

"Come on Mal! You got this girl!" Uma yelled. "I'm right here for you!"

Mal used the ember one last time, blasting Audrey backwards. She was laying on the floor with the queens crown on the floor along with the scepter. Mal once again consumed herself in purple smoke and landed right next to Audrey's unconscious body.

Uma looked over the grounds of Auradon Prep and noticed that everyone who was under the sleep curse or who was turned into stone was now getting back to their normal selves.

"Alright. Let's teleport her to her dorm room," Mal said. "Then I'll get my dad to come and see what he can do to help her," she said.

"Mal do you actually think he's going to help her?" Uma asked.

"She is just a girl who didn't get what he wanted," Mal finished before she took Audrey and Uma's hands and teleported them to Audrey's room.

Mal made her way back to the Isle leaving Uma to wait for the others.

When the others made their way to Audrey's room Uma greeted them with a smile.

"Hello gargoyles," she said, putting her feet up on Audrey's bed.

"Where is Mal?" Carlos asked.

"She went back to the Isle to see if her dad could help princess crazy over here," she gestured to Audrey.

"You have got to be kidding me?!" Ben growled.

"Woah. Beastie. Woah," Uma said holding her hands up in front of her. "She may be back with her dad," she said.

"Ben? Ben!" They heard a woman yell.

They all turned to see Queen Belle and King Adam rush into the room.

"Oh Ben thank god you're okay," Belle said as she pulled Ben close to her. "Where is Mal? Is she okay?" Belle asked looking around the room. Ben looked at his mother in surprise. "You met her too?" Ben asked his mother. She nodded in response and his dad did the same.

"She is a very sweet and polite girl," Belle said with a smile. "And not to mention how beautiful she is," she continued. Ben then grew a smile on his face thinking about the purplette.

(The Isle of the Lost)

"Dad?" Mal called as she made her way through the cave.

"Mali?"

Mal started to run toward the voice. Running through the cave getting closer and closer to her family. When she finally saw her dad and brother she couldn't help but smile at them. The three shared a family hug before Mal broke them apart.

"Dad, they need you in Auradon. Audrey is under a sleeping spell and she is fading fast," she said to her dad.

"I don't know Mali," Hades said looking at his daughter.

"Dad, please? I don't want them to see you as a villain, because you didn't help a princess who threw a tantrum," Mal said.

"Alright Mali. I'll go," he said smiling at his daughter. He held out his hand for his ember which Mal gave to him.

"Yes!" Hadie screamed. "I finally get to go to Auradon!"

"Umm… no you're not," Hades said to his son.

"But dad..."

"Hadie. Auradon needs time to get fixed after what Audrey did or else you could go," Mal said.

"That means that you are going to leave me alone," he said looking at his dad and sister.

"No. I'll stay with you," Mal said. "Come on. Let's head inside," she said to her brother.

Mal walked forward to go inside with her brother, but her dad pulled her arm, making her look at him.

"Did you talk to him?" He asked her in a hushed tone.

"Well it would have been hard since he was stone when I saw him," she said looking down.

"Mali, you need to talk to him," Hades said to her.

"I know what I have to do dad, but I'm not going to leave Hadie here alone and I'm not leaving all of these kids here without someone to look after them," she said.

Hades nodded, understanding his daughter's point. She has been saying that for the past 2 years.

"The only way that I'm going to leave the Isle is when the barrier is down for good. And I am pretty sure that this is the way that things are going to stay." She said before she looked down at the floor.

"Mali, look at me," Hades said, placing two fingers under her chin and lifting her gaze to meet him. When he locked his gaze with her, he couldn't help but see the tears forming in her eyes. He pulled her in for a hug. "Don't worry Mali. We will get a glimpse of the sun again," he said. He leaned down and placed a kiss on her forehead before he left the cave to make his way to the front of the barrier.

(Auradon)

Hades was guided to the sleeping princess by the Auradon. The palace guards were waiting for the King of the Underworld on the other side of the barrier. Once Hades was passed the barrier the guards shackled him and took him to Auradon Prep.

He entered the room and all eyes were on him. Belle and Adam were standing next to Ben by the door. Queen Leah was sitting next to her unconscious granddaughter. And all the villain kids were sitting by the windowsill looking out the window toward the Isle.

"Thank you for coming," Ben said as he looked at Hades. Ben looked behind Hades to see if Mal had come back with him, but was disappointed when he showed up only with the guards.

"Well I didn't want to, but my daughter is a pretty persuasive person," he said staring at the king. "I'm sorry you haven't had a chance to meet her yet," Hades said, making the king look down at the ground. "In her defense, she really wants to meet you too," he finished, making the king form a smile on his face.

"Okay. Let's get this over with," he said looking at the sleeping princess.

He waved his hands over the princess using the embers power to wake her up. He swirled his hand creating a blue light surrounding Audrey. Moments later she rose up and took in a breath.

"Audrey," her grandmother gasped. Audrey looked around the room in terror.

"I am so sorry," she said looking at Ben and his parents.

"Save it," Ben said to her. "You have done enough. I don't want to hear any fake apologies," he said looking down at her.

"Audrey? Why would you do this?" Her grandmother asked her.

"I don't know Grammy," she said, shaking her head.

"Oh cut the crap Audrey. You know exactly why you did this," Ben cut her off. "You did this because I said I wasn't going to make you queen."

"Audrey?! Is that true?" Leah asked.

"Grammy. I was trying to tell Ben before that I was the perfect fit for queen, but he didn't want to see reason. He is so hung up on some girl who doesn't even matter," she stated, crossing her arms over her chest.

"Audrey," Ben started, but was cut off by Hades.

"Hey Princess Pinky? Do you know how soulmates work?" Hades asked the princess as he sat down on the foot of the bed. She only shrugged her shoulders.

"When two people are destined to be together, they have this strong connection to each other. It almost feels like a full," he explained.

That is when everyone in the room gathered around the god and listened.

"Let's take Beastie and Belle. She went to save her father and did. Yes, she was held captive, technically, but she wasn't really treated like a prisoner. Your mother and father met when your mother was a baby and your father was 6. Your mother was taken away and they didn't meet until your mother was 15. Neither one of them knew the other was royalty or that they were even betrothed, but they found each other and were going to even run away together." He said.

"What does any of that have to do with soulmates?" She asked.

"Belle risked her own life and fought the strongest man in her village for the one she loved. Your father told his father that he was not going to marry King Stephan's daughter because he fell in love with a commoner in the woods. They did whatever they needed to be with the one they loved and did not care what anyone thought," he said. "They didn't demand or state that they were right for the person or that they needed to be with them," he said. "And in Ben and Mal's case. They haven't even had the chance to meet face to face. How do you think that they feel knowing that they have been slipping through each other's fingers? How do you think Ben feels knowing his soulmate is choosing to stay on the Isle to help others? How do you think he feels knowing that he loves this girl that he has yet to meet and then to have you come in and tell him that you are 'the best match' for him?" He asked as he locked a gaze with her. "And just for the record. My daughter matters deeply to me and I don't appreciate you saying that she doesn't matter when there are people in this room that she matters too."

Everyone in the room was quiet. No one wanted to but into the conversation. Ben was pacing back and forth, trying to come up with a plan. His parents were watching him and hoping that he would do something about his situation and do it soon. The Vks were just watching as Hades stared at Audrey. Harry was the one who looked the most hurt out of the VKs and now he knows that he and Mal will never be.

Audrey got off of the bed and walked toward Ben. He didn't notice her at first because he was deep in thought, but when he saw her out of the corner of his eye he stopped pacing.

"Ben. I am sorry. I didn't know that she was that important. I thought that she was just some fantasy," she said. "I am truly sorry," she finished.

"You know Audrey. I told you that Mal mattered to me and you said that she can just be easily forgotten," he said as he looked at her. "You don't know what it feels like to love someone so much that it hurts. To love someone so much and to not have even met them yet."

Hades went to stand by the VKs and when he looked at Evie, she had tears in her eyes that were followed with a smile on her face. Hades and Evie shared a smile knowing that Mal's dreams were going to come true one way or another.

"Ben I am sorry. Will you please forgive me?" Audrey pleaded.

Ben nodded and then left the room with his parents not far behind him.

"Um bye?" Uma said as she walked up to her uncle. "Do you mind if we go with you back home? I bet my sisters and mom are wondering where I am," she finished.

Hades nodded and gestured for the 6 VKs to follow him. Leaving Audrey and her grandmother to talk.

Hades and the three pirate VKs went back to the Isle of the Lost. Leaving Evie, Carlos and Jay in Auradon to live their happy lives.

(1 Week Later)

"Ben. Are you ready?" Belle asked as she opened the door to his office.

Ben was standing there, motionless. He was starting to get nervous.

"Ben?"

"Yeah. I'm ready. Just getting nervous that's all," he said as he looked at his mother.

"You have nothing to be worried about. Everyone is going to support you 100% when they hear," she said as she looked her arm in his and walked out of the office, to the car and to the border of Auradon.

Everyone was gathered at the border and everyone was confused. Evie, Jay and Carlos had no idea what was going on. Everyone was dressed to impress and was just waiting for the king to show up. They all turned to look at the balcony that was built for the event. The trumps started to play announcing that Ben had arrived. Once he was in view of his people he clears his throat.

"Hello people of Auradon!" He greeted. "I am happy to see you all here today, some more than the other, Chad," he teased making the crowd laugh.

"I brought you all here today to tell you that I will be bringing the barrier down," Ben said. Everyone in the crowd gasped. Some in surprise and some in horror.

"It's time that we make a change and forget the past. We have come a long way from where we once were and we can not keep living in the past and living in fear. We can't live in fear because it can't protect us from anything. You never know where the bad is going to come from and you never know where the heros are going to come from. Without Uma, Gil, Harry and Mal, Auradon would be gone. And without Hades, Audrey would be gone. Everyone is capable of good and bad no matter what side of the barrier we come from." Ben said as he stretched his arm out toward the Isle.

"Evie? Jay? Carlos? Will you come up here please?" Ben asked.

The three villain teens made their way up to the balcony. One they were up there Ben looked to the crowd once more.

"It's time for forgiveness and it's time for new beginnings," he said. He leaned in close to the trio. "It's time to bring our girl here," he said.

The three looked at him in shock. Evie had tears streaming down her face. Jay and Carlos were at a loss for words and were holding in their tears. They pulled the king in for a giant hug before he told FG to bring the barrier down for good.

Everyone was celebrating that the barrier was finally down forever. Uma and her crew were talking with Audrey and Chad. Evie was running through the crowd looking for Mal, until she heard a familiar squeal. Evie turned in the direction and saw Dizzy running toward her. The two hugged before Jay and Carlos rapped Evie on the shoulder and pointed to the bridge.

When they looked in the direction they saw a trio walking across the bridge. Their eyes widened in shock when they finally realized who was coming across the bridge and they ran to meet them halfway.

"MAL!" The trio yelled running to the purple haired girl.

Mal noticed them running and started to sprint to her fiends. They crashed into each other's embrace and were holding tight to one another.

"Oh my gosh you guys! I can't believe it!" Mal said as her friends held on tight to her. "Guys you know I love you, but you guys are slowly cutting off my air," she said. They broke the hug and laughed.

"So you are real?" A voice asked from behind Mal. She jumped in surprise and when she turned she came face to face with the guy she had been dreaming about for years.

"I mean. I hope so, because if I wasn't, that would really suck," she said humorously.

They both stood there and chuckled. The five people watching the interaction gave each other a nod before speaking.

"Hey guys why don't you show me and Hadie where the bathroom is and then maybe I can go and find Persephone," Hades said pushing his son so that they can leave Ben and Mal to talk. Once they were out of earshot Ben spoke again.

"I can't believe that I finally got to meet you. It seems like everyone else has except for me," he said stepping closer to her.

"Well in my defense you were frozen the first time, unconscious the second and turned into stone the third," she said.

"I guess I can't blame you now," he said jokingly.

"I saw that you framed the drawing that I drew you and the one I drew of myself," she said. His eyes widened in shock.

"Oh. You saw that?" He asked slowly.

"Yeah. I did. And. I don't mind," she said. He let out the breath that he had been holding in and relaxed. "So what happens now?" She asked.

"What do you mean?"

"Well now that the barrier is down I can be here or the isle whenever I want. I just don't know what I should choose," she said stepping closer to him. There were only a couple of inches between them.

Ben reaches for her hand holding it in between his own. "Well you could stay with Evie at her place. You could stay on the isle. Or you could come stay with me," he said, shocking her.

"Umm…"

"Mal. I know this is all coming at us so fast, but you know and I know. There is no need to hide it anymore," he said, pulling her hands close to his heart.

Mal blushed at the action. She knew what they were and it made her feel even better now that she knew he felt the same. She had no words come out of her mouth.

"Mal." He said, gaining her attention. "Will you please be my girlfriend and stay with me in Auradon?" He asked. She stayed quiet and he was getting nervous. "You can go to the isle whenever you want. I would never keep you away ever. Not that I can either way but I would love it if you would live here in Auradon with me," he said locking a gaze with her.

She stared into his hazel green eyes and couldn't help the warm feeling that was consuming her. She nodded her answer and Ben couldn't help the giant smile that formed on his face. He quickly pulled her in, picked her up and spun her around. Her laugh was loud and warmed his heart. When he put her down they met each other's gaze again and had big smiles on their faces. They both couldn't believe that their dreams were coming true.

"Are you going to kiss my sister or not?!" Hadie yelled from the end of the bridge.

They both turned right as Hades smacked his son in the back of the head, making the couple laugh.

"You know what?" Ben said looking at Mal again. "I think I will," he said as he brought her face close to his and kissed her deeply.

There were fireworks going off in their heads and warmth creeping up their faces. When they broke apart, they heard the crowd cheering and yelling from the end of the bridge. They both turned red in the face and couldn't help the embarrassed expression that was on both of their faces.

They walked back to the mainland hand in hand and finally were happy that they had found each other, and they both knew one thing for sure. They were going to live happily ever after.
