D: So, it's been a long time since I've actually updated another one of these bad boys.
K: I mean, you do know you're just lazy, right?
Ic: Awww, don't be like that!
N: Typing many words in such a long time would sound tiring to be fair.
M: Besides, this is the last chapter!

Awkwardness has never been a good thing, especially if you saw your sibling date the one you had feelings for. That's what our resident carrothead quintuplet was thinking when she saw Kintaro and Ichika having a fun time together.
Well… this is awkward…
"So, where should I start?" the male voice also known as Kintaro asked as he scratched his nape in regards to what happened for around the times a sister busted them with the same amount of shock, with the same amount of disbelief, and with the same scenario at the time the exposure happened.
Not wanting to deal with the embarrassment that she had, Yotsuba had to ditch them just like how a certain individual wanted to do a quint dirty in a particular movie.
"S-sorry about that! I-I'll be on my merry way!" Yotsuba doesn't want to ruin their precious moment with each other.
She tried to run away, just to end up tripping. 'Snap! My shoelaces!' she closed her eyes, bracing for impact, until the supposed contact with the cold concrete floor was never felt. 'Eh? W-what happened?'
She opened her eyes to see Kintaro saving her by doing what he exactly did to Nino before when she wore high heels and was asked by the same carrothead to carry something heavy.
He panted. "You alright?" he asked with a voice of concern on the quintuplet that almost got injured. If she fell, then it'll sound painful. Painful that seeing someone that didn't even exist and see them cry would make you hurt.
Yotsuba blushed at the sudden contact with the guy she fell in love all those years ago. They promised each other that they would become the better version of themselves. "U-Uesugi-san?!"
Kintaro in turn still looked at her glistening eyes, admiring how even though they have the same trait as their sister, they look unique in each in their own way.
'She looks too beautiful for someone like me…'
'He's too handsome and deserves someone else than me.'
Minutes have passed. It's as if no one was watching them. Well, they're wrong in that account. They got lost in each other's eyes that they forgot a certain quintuplet was glancing at the situation with a smug face and a smirk that showed how amused she was with the event that was happening in her very eyes. It was at least, a good way to end a date.
As if someone whispered to them, they looked at Ichika with an awkward look at their face, pretty clear they were embarrassed with what happened so far.
"Oh, don't mind me!" Ichika smiled while brushing her hair. She was intently staring at them as if they were the protagonist of a romcom movie.
"Of course, we mind!" they simultaneously said as they tried to reform themselves from gaining too much attention from the teasing quint, which in return chuckled from their dramatic scene.
They both brushed their clothes, trying to look normal after Yotsuba almost got injured from tripping from a concrete floor.
"So, how come you're here, Yotsuba?" The eldest quint asked the carrothead as she tried to remember what and why exactly was she outside in the middle of the night where she would usually be inside their apartment.
"Well…" she tried to rack something inside her head, to which where the brain was supposed to be. Being the stupidest out of them, she tried to rack her so-called "brain". "Wait, let me just try to remember…"
Ichika and Kintaro looked at Yotsuba, with little to no hope of knowing how and why she was outside to begin with.

"Oh! I remembered!" Yotsuba snapped her fingers, causing Ichika and Kintaro to raise their eyebrows, wanting to find out why exactly.
'Wait, why am I outside again?'
Flashback
After a good old 'Flashback' that contained apparently why she was outside, Yotsuba giggled.
"Sorry about that!" she sheepishly laughed at the long flashback which contained the explanation why she was outside in the first place.
Kintaro and Ichika in turned laughed along with her. It was good to feel happy, especially with what was about to transpire, which, obviously was a routine to Kintaro Uesugi: Invite the said girl to his apartment, then sleep with her, then go on a date.
"Now with you here," Kintaro started, "let's go to my apartment." he placed his hands over Yotsuba and Ichika's shoulder, to which the former was blushing hard just like a tomato, and the latter was happily snuggling with him, as a way to show affection and complete trust.
Yotsuba was still blushing by the by. "E-eh?! B-b-but, wh-what ab-" she stuttered to which Kintaro interrupted her by explaining things to her while they were going to his apartment.
"Don't worry about it. I've already made a pact with your sisters that I will take care each of you each to your own." He smiled.
"Besides," Ichika added, causing Kintaro and Yotsuba to look at her with much curiosity. "I've already had the best time of my life with Ichika. It wouldn't be fair of me to monopolize his time, right?" she made her point.
"B-but…" Yotsuba tried to weakly retort but was silenced by Kintaro kissing her on the forehead.
"Like I said," his smile was one that can make women melt and boys jealous due to his personality, "Learn to be selfish once in a while, alright?"
"R-really?" she replied, wanting to make sure. "I-I can be selfish as much as I want?"
"Yeah. Just learn how to be selfish." He told her. "Right, Ichika-chan?"
Ichika nodded with a gleeful look on her face. "Come on, Yotsuba, don't be selfless!"
Yotsuba was thinking deeply about what they told her. It wasn't good to be selfish, especially that being selfless would mean that nothing would remain for her. She was selfless all the time, ever since they made that promise during those years ago. Well, at least it was good that they were telling her to be selfish for a change, to which she wanted to ask before being completely selfish to one thing. Or rather, for someone.
"Really?" Yotsuba asked with a low voice, almost on the verge of losing all restraints to be selfless tonight. "I can be selfish?"
Ichika and Kintaro looked at each other and nodded, knowing what to say.
"Yeah."
"Of course, Yotsuba."
Those two words had free her from being selfless, and now, she wanted to have him, ALL FOR HERSELF. At least, just for today, and tomorrow.
"Oh my? Yotsuba being possessive?" the eldest quint quipped at how clingy the carrothead suddenly began to be when they gave her the go sign. It's as if the restraints that were tying her were broken, and that there is no one that could be able to stop her, even if it was one of her sisters.
"Y-you told me to be selfish once in a while, so I did!" the carrothead retorted back and pouted while she was still clinging like a koala to Kintaro. "T-there's nothing wrong with it, is there?" she tried to be possessive even further by making sure that Ichika got the message by clinging harder like it depended on her life.
Ichika smirked, while Kintaro on the other hand was smiling in how much selfishness Yotsuba was suppressing for the sake of their family. "That's my girl." He patted the carrothead's head, which, in return made a blushing Yotsuba happy and feel fuzzy inside.
The eldest, not wanting to be a homewrecker, decided to ditch the couple to have their privacy. "Looks like I'll be leaving my sister to you, Kintaro-kun!" she announced to the duo who were having a romantic time with each other. "Make sure, you treat her well, alright?" she gave a wink to him, and gave her a smile in return.
'I understand why I fell in love with him in the first place.' She thought as she waved at them, and went on her way back to her apartment.
Yotsuba was feeling a bit bad with how she interrupted what was supposed to be Ichika and Kintaro's date, but now that they said that she can be selfish once in a while, she decided to ignore her selflessness and turned it into selfishness, just so she can feel Kintaro's arm.
"Well then," the blonde boy looked at the clinging quintuplet who was also staring at his eyes. "shall we go back to my apartment?"
Yotsuba was waiting for the moment that she will be invited to his humble abode, and nodded vigorously. "I'll be in your care, Uesugi-san!" she smiled.
Kintaro however, was displeased with how Yotsuba referred him. It's as if she was still hiding the uncertainty of being selfish for a change.
He flicked her forehead lightly. "Yotsuba, I told you to stop straining yourself, right?"
She sheepishly laughed. "Hehe, sorry about that Kintaro!" she corrected how she addressed the blonde individual, and hold his hand while gazing at his lovely, yet illustrious eyes that showed how good-looking he was despite of what people said to him during the past.
"Good girl." He commended. "Let's go back to my apartment, shall we?"
"Let's go!"
At the Uesugi Apartment
"Here we are!" Kintaro quipped out loud when they arrived at the apartment. Yotsuba shocked as to how big the apartment was compared to them. Though they already went here when they received a wrong package, it never failed to make the quintuplets gasp as to how it looked. They acted like it was their first time to be in the said apartment.
"Wow! It looks brand new!" Yotsuba shouted. Kintaro on the other hand sweatdropped as he thought that they already seen what his apartment looks like.
He looked at the aghast quint. "Didn't you already visit me a while back?"
"When?" the quintuplet replied back.
Kintaro scratched his head. He knew how much of an airhead Yotsuba can be, but he can't be too angry at one of the individuals who he liked, right?
"Well, make yourself at home, and I'll be preparing our dinner. In the meantime, you can watch what anime you like on the tv."
Yotsuba was ashamed.
"Let me help!" she told, but she was given the thumbs-up by none other than Kintaro himself.
"You need to have a rest, and remember, I did tell you to be selfish, right?" he stated. While it was true that he would've liked the company given by one of the quintuplets, he can't just tell her to help him when he was the one who told her that she needs to be selfish for herself, right? He wants to make sure that Yotsuba, while being herself, was selfish enough and that she needs to appreciate herself in order to improve herself, not as a helper to whomever she wants to help, but to also herself. A girl needs her love. Kintaro's goal, was to make sure that she knows that fact.
"Ehehe, if you say so!" as much as she wanted to help him in whatever he needs help with, she remembered that she was selfish for a change, and that she doesn't give herself enough appreciation with what she does to the people.
She was currently in the living room. She saw the anime discs bundle neatly packed into a cabinet, with each box containing currently of what she was watching, as well as anime discs that were newly stocked. It's as if Kintaro Uesugi was an anime-lover such as her.
"Hey, can I open one of the boxes?!" she shouted loud enough for Kintaro to hear her.
"Sure! Just make sure that you throw away the wrappers!" he replied back, still cooking for their dinner.
"Okey-dokey!" she went lightspeed to see what she can open. She wants to make sure that they both enjoy whatever series she chooses. Even if she was selfish, she still considers the feelings of others.
After Yotsuba and Kintaro manage to pick out an anime and cook dinner for themselves, they went to watch it enjoyed the anime that she personally chose and the dinner that he made for themselves.
After hours of watching…
Kintaro was watching happily along with Yotsuba. He then decided to talk to Yotsuba, who he saw asleep already, considering that she was tired from whatever she was doing outside in the first place. 'She still looks cute after all these years that I've waited for them.'
He reminisced the time that he first saw Yotsuba. He was just still a little boy, with a delinquent look on his appearance, and that seemed to look like a trouble maker who was capable of annoying people around him.
Thanks to Yotsuba, and Ichika, he was able to become a studious bookworm. Though, even though his personality has changed throughout the years, he never fails to thank fate for bringing him close to his childhood friends that changed who he was before, and who he was now.
Kintaro decided that it was enough reminiscing, and closed down the tv. They were almost done watching the anime that Yotsuba recommended, but he wanted to continue it when she has enough energy to have a marathon once again.
Slowly placing her down on the couch, he stood up and cleaned all of their dishes by retrieving it and heading into the kitchen. He made sure that he never woke her up, and that she was still sleeping peacefully just like a baby that was sleeping soundly.
He walked towards the kitchen and washed the dishes. After some time of washing down the dishes, he went to check back on the carrothead quint that was sleeping a while ago. True enough, he still saw her sleeping soundly. Not wanting to wake her up, he decided to be a gentleman, just like how he was when he treated her sisters.
Kintaro carried Yotsuba bridal-style and went to a room that was supposed to be for the quintuplet.
He slowly opened the door and placed the sleeping beauty, or rather, sleeping cutie that he was carrying a while ago and tucked her to bed. He then kissed her forehead. "Sweet dreams, Yotsuba." He smiled and went to his way, until…
His hand was grasped. He turned around to see Yotsuba squinting her eyes, apparently from being sleepy. "C-could…" she whispered.
Kintaro on the other hand didn't hear what she wanted to say, so he kneeled down to her head level and leaned his ear towards her face.
"C-could you… sleep… beside me…?" she weakly requested, due to waking up, and still wanting to sleep throughout the night.
Kintaro, being soft-hearted like the blonde boy he was, smiled and heeded to what she requested. "Your wish is my command."
He then mounted on the bed. The bed was supposed to carry around three individuals, but since they were only two, they have a lenient amount of space left for one more.
"Let's go to sleep, Yotsuba-chan." He softly told the sleepyhead.
"Mmm…" she was clingy, and since she was told to be selfish, she wrapped her arms around Kintaro closer to herself, telling him that she needs his attention and touch.
"I… I lo… ve you…" she said, sleeping, and going back to dreamland. Though, her dreamland was as sweet as the couple's interaction with each other.
"I love you too…" he said to her, as they cuddled throughout the night and prepared for a date.
Morning, in Akihabara
"Wow! The shops here are so massive!" a cheerful orange-head carrothead quintuplet told her date. After they woke up, Kintaro invited the anime-loving girl to Akihabara, which is known for their maid cafes, anime shops, and inexpensive electronics.
"Yeah, I hope you like it." He said as they were walking around like a couple. To be exact, the Ideal and Perfect Pair that people were jealous of not having due to circumstances, also with the fact that it was difficult to find someone who was in terms of their likes, dislikes, and even their similarities.
"Are you kidding me?!" the orange-head was too excited. "I love it!" she jumped around and look at the shops like a curious kid that wants to know more about the environment that she was in.
"Now, now, Yotsuba. Don't be too hyper, alright?" he smirked, knowing how much energy the quintuplet contained, especially that she was the fittest amongst all of her sisters. "We have all day to ourselves, so don't worry about it. Alright?"
Yotsuba went to Kintaro's side and tugged him to someplace random. She wants to explore while they were still in Akihabara. "Well then, what are we waiting for? Let's go!"
Inside a Store in Akihabara.
They were glancing at the figurines, materials, and even the things that they can see. Of course, they weren't just going to stand inside the shop and window shop. Oh no, they were going to buy to their hearts content, if their wallet can even try.
"Look, look, Kintaro-kun!" she urged the blonde to approach the glass, and they saw some cute figurines that they wanted to buy. "It looks so cute!"
"True," Kintaro said. "but I've seen the cutest already."
"What? Where?" Yotsuba wanted to see, not knowing what he was trying to imply.
He looked at her eyes and pointed his index finger at her face. "This one." He grinned. He wanted to tease Yotsuba just to get a reaction out of the quintuplet. Sure enough, she blushed and punched his elbow lightly.
"I thought you saw something seriously cute!" she pouted and gave him a "hmph" sound.
'Cute.' He thought. "Well then, want to buy something? It'll be my treat."
"Really?!" her eyes sparkled when she heard that he'll be paying for whatever she wants.
"Of course, I told you to be stingy once in a while, right?" he mentioned. "Besides, you can get anything you want."
"Yay!" She jumped up and down like a giddy little kid, and went to get a paper.
He smiled at the retreating figure of the quint. 'She looks so small.'
Inside a Cafe in Akihabara.
They went to a certain food shop in Akihabara. It contained awfully specific food items such as pancakes, Mandarins, Meats, Shiokara, and even Matcha.
Kintaro and Yotsuba both glanced at the food items that they saw on the menu. It was feeling like that the restaurant, or café was specifically made for certain individuals.
"Uhh, don't you think there's something off with the menu?" Yotsuba asked Kintaro, to which he replied with a shrug.
"I don't think anything's wrong with it. I heard it was excellent though." He lied as naturally as he breathed. Turns out, the restaurant was actually a café designed to meet the needs of certain individuals. Even the drinks contained coffee, water, tea, juice, and even curry.
"Wait, Curry?" Yotsuba asked. 'Curry's a drink?' she was confused as to why a curry, which was supposed to sound like food, and actually is food, has also its own variety of a drink.
They were shell-shocked at first, but then the cashier in front of them was already waiting for their orders with a smile.
"What can I get you two lovebirds?" they smiled.
Kintaro and Yotsuba laughed with each other, and decided to order whatever they were wanting to eat in the first place.
After a day full of enjoying each other's time, they decided it was time to go back to their place to eat with the other sisters. Yotsuba and Kintaro bought food from the same café that they went to since it sounded like it was catering to each of the quints tastes and likes.
"Wow, I never thought being selfish is actually good once in a while." She said in a matter-of-fact tone."
"Yeah, time passes by when we're having fun, huh?" he added.
"Yup! You just made me the happiest girl in the world, Kintaro-kun!" she smiled sweetly, and the blonde returned back a smile.
They were walking along the roadway until they saw four individuals waving at them, trying to get their attention.
"Hey, over here!" a pinkette called them out.
"Hurry up, will ya?!" a ribbonette was impatient after waiting for them for some time now.
"Yeah, yeah. We'll be over there!" the blonde boy said.
"We-we're waiting…" the warlord-loving headphoned-quint told them
A certain glutton on the other hand was drooling at the scent of their food though.
"Coming!"
Yotsuba and Kintaro decided to walk home to the Quint's apartment, along with Ichika, Nino, Miku, and Itsuki in tow.
"So, how'd your date go?" Nino asked the fourth youngest child and the man in question.
"It was fun!" Yotsuba said while the quints were smiling that they were reunited. It was as if nothing happened in the first place, right?
"Yeah, I can't wait to eat!" The gluttonous monster, also known as Itsuki said while still sniffing out the food that she was holding. Her nose was compared to a dog, and her stomach is compared to that a black hole.
"Hey!" the starclipped-quint shouted to whoever was calling her a "dog" and a "black hole"
"Who are you shouting to?" Miku asked, trying to look around to find out where the one that Itsuki shouted at was located?
"Oh my, is Itsuki-chan already that hungry?" Ichika joked, to which Itsuki gave her a pout.
"I- I can't help it, alright?!" she was in beastmode, probably because of Ichika, and the one who insulted her in the first place. "I'm already hungry!"
"Don't worry about it." Kintaro said, causing the youngest redhead to calm down. "We'll be able to eat to our hearts content once we arrive, alright?"
"Oh fine." She surrendered. As long as she can eat, they were in good terms.
And the six of them happily lived ever after. Right?

"Watch out!" Kintaro heard an incoming vehicle straight at them.
They looked at the incoming vehicle too late, and they closed their eyes bracing for impact.
Kintaro, not wanting them to get injured, or even worse, pushed them aside of the pathway of the vehicle, and got rammed hard by van that had a drunk driver.
"Kintaro-kun! / Ki-kun! / Kintaro! / Kintaro-Kun! / Uesugi-kun!" they were in panic mode as all of them went to the side of their loved one, whose consciousness was starting to fade.
"Please, don't leave us again!" Ichika quipped, trying her best not to cry. Alas, her tears were already falling.
"Don't tell me you're going to leave us?! I won't let you!" Nino said, trying to get her phone out to call an ambulance. "Hello?! Yes, please help us! One of our friend has been rammed by a van!"
"Ki-Kintaro…" the silent girl known as Miku was looking at him with teary eyes.
"Kintaro-kun! Please, please stay with us!" Yotsuba said, trying to shake the victim to make him stay awake.
"No! Uesugi-kun!" Itsuki was panicked. Even though she loves food very much, it can't replace the one that change their lives when they first met. Even though he was an annoying individual who didn't have any friends, it changed when he wanted to make sure that everyone would pass with flying colors.
Kintaro Uesugi was already coughing up blood, to his dismay. Not knowing how many minutes he has left, he had to say something to them before he lost consciousness.
"I-ichika, make… sure that… you'll… love your… sisters… to the very… end." He coughed.
"What are you saying?! We won't just let you die!" she told her beloved. Of course, he was the one who supported her acting career, and has changed her when they were in Kyoto.
"N-nino…"
"Y-yes?!" Nino frantically said, not wanting to hear what he was going to say.
"B-be sure… to protect… your sisters… from anyone… but make sure…" he coughed violently, to which alarmed the quintuplets, but let him continue. "to trust… those… who will support you…"
Nino was already crying out loud, but was trying her best not to break down completely.
"M-miku…"
"Y-yes?" Miku was concerned as to what Kintaro was going to say.
"B-be… confident in… yourself, al-alright?" he is almost on the verge of losing his consciousness all in all.
"…" Miku never said anything, not wanting to cry in front of a devastated quintuplet family.
"Y-yotsuba…"
"Yes?!"
"M-make sure… to remember what… we've talked… alright?" he coughed and coughed.
"I will! But where's the ambulance?!" She was afraid of losing her love life in front of her own eyes, just because of a driver's mistake.
"I've already called them, and they said they were on their way!" Nino replied.
"I-itsuki…"
"…" she glanced at him sadly, but she was still staying strong in front of them.
"Stay… slim." He weakly smiled before grimacing in pain.
"H-hey, don't force yourself, alright?" Itsuki was holding his pinky, and in turn, the other four held each of his finger. Ichika held his thumb, while Nino was holding his index, Miku with the Middle, Yotsuba with the ring, and Itsuki with the pinky.
"I…" he coughed and coughed. And coughed. "I.. I lo..ve you… all…" and thus, Kintaro's consciousness has fade in the darkness.
The ambulance driver, and the personnel can only hear muffled crying coming from five individuals who was already laying in the ground.

In a hospital somewhere, lies Fuutaro Uesugi, He woke up to the sound of an hospital. For some reason he suddenly woke up. The doctor and nurse were pleased to see that Fuutarou Uesugi had woken up after a horrible accident.
"Hm… where… where am I?" Fuutarou looked slowly at his environment and sees that Raiha, and Isanari were already inside his room, happy that their brother, and son respectively was awake.
"How are you feeling son?" Isanari asked his son, in which Fuutarou replied with an "I feel fine, I guess" kind of face.
"Onii-chan!" Raiha hugged him due to fear of losing her brother. She doesn't want her brother to leave them alone after their mother had passed away.
"I'm fine. Sorry for worrying you." He hugged in return. He then turned his head to his father, who was smiling from the sibling love the two possessed. "So, how come I'm in a hospital?"
"Someone saw you fainting outside of our home. Good thing our house wasn't that dilapidated, or else, you would've gone through worse." He explained.
'Wait, didn't I get in an accident?" he asked, confused to their statements.
"Accident? Are you sure you're alright, Fuutarou?"
"What?" he recounted the time where he was lying down on a pathway after saving the quintuplets from a driver that almost got them injured. "What about the Quintuplets?" he asked, afraid of what the answer was going to be.
"What Quintuplets? Onii-chan, are you sure you weren't hallucinating?" Raiha said, which gave the bed-ridden individual known as Fuutarou Uesugi a question that he might not even know anymore.
"Was everything just an illusion?"
D: Wow, can't believe this took me like two days to type. I think I'm back for now! Welcome back, Fuutarou.
F: What do you mean, "Welcome back"?! Where are they?
D: Who's they?
F: Them! Ichika, Nino, Miku, Yotsuba, Itsuki!
D: I don't know what you're talking about. You probably need to rest more.
F: Was everything… just a lie?
