Day 9: Kathy
Dear Diary,
The day of the ball is almost upon us. Talia has agreed to be my partner, though she didn't have much of a choice there. Though, her attitude seems to be changing. She's far kinder to me. Especially in the face of this stupid situation we find ourselves in. Also, she looks absolutely gorgeous in her ballroom dress. Like it's been meant for her for so long. The voice inside me told me that he thought I looked pretty. Uh, thanks me? While nice of them to say that, it doesn't really help. Did mention something about a wife. Not sure how to take that. I tried to press him, but it didn't do any good.
Oh right. My dress. When Talia saw mine, I'm fairly certain her heart skipped a beat. I guess she wants me to wear more of that stuff? I'll have to think about it after the dance.
