Intro: Sorry to inform all readers. Since I am horrible at describing characters, I will be leaving where each character, planet, location, and vehicle belong in the show's continuity so you may get an actual good description of them. This chapter is a recreation of the episode, "The Life and Crimes of Scrooge McDuck!" So those who watched the episode know what will happen. Also this takes place in an alternate reality where the episode, "Let's Get Dangerous!" Happened earlier but Bradford worked with F.O.W.L. didn't happen. Good luck with that. Enjoy the show.

Chp 9: What's the deal

In the city of Saint Canard Bulba sat in his office enjoying a cup of tea watching an episode of Suspension Island all the while his scientist were putting the final touches on the ramrod, then to dismay he began to receive a call from director Bradford got a call it was none other than Bradford.

Bulba: "Hello".

Bradford: "What in the world happened over there"?!

Bulba: "What are you talking about"?

Bradford: "Don't play dumb agent D notified me of that ramrod why was it rigged with a bomb you could've taken out your own".

Bulba: "Well the truth is I was being pursued by somebody, someone who could foil our plans, I needed a plan to get them out of the way and this was what I could think of".

Bradford: "You couldn't share any of this with the rest of us".

Bulba: "I was too occupied at the moment and besides the real ramrod is here and almost ready", we can still follow through with our plan.

Bradford: "Very well I'll send some agents over there soon but no more hiccups remember we're trying to rain in chaos not cause it".

With that Bradford hung up bringing a sigh of relief to the massive bull man, till his phone began to ring again. This time it was Doofus and Riot.

Bulba: "Ah Mr Drake Mr. Riot glad you got my message".

Riot: "How soon till the machine is ready".

Bulba: "My workers are just putting the final touches to it, you two haven't had any trouble all night have you"?

Riot: "Llewllyn and that fool Venom tried to stop us there was also a female duck with him".

Bulba: "Gosalyn well not to worry my bomb dealt with them and the good thing is nobody else knows what were up to other than Fowl".

Riot: "Well then let's keep it that way we can't afford any hiccups".

Bulba: "Not to worry sirs there'll be no more trouble".

The call then ended. Bulba got up then walked over to his window getting a view of the ramrod

Bulba: "But you fools should know trouble is my middle name".

With the duck family and company the group were staying in a safe house belonging to both Luna and Penumbra, Gosalyn had introduced herself to everybody and explained what she was doing at the bin all the while Beakley and Launchpad were tending to Louie injuries. Venom had suffered some damage from the fire of the explosion so he was able to heal Louie himself at the moment. Lena was also worried she kept pacing around the room while Violet did her best to calm her down. Donald serves everyone hot chocolate to ease their mood. Gyro explained everything about the ramrod including the solego circuit to both Scrooge and Huey.

Gosalyn: So yeah that's pretty much why I was at the bin and that's how I ran into Louie.

Dewey: Oh man, I'm so sorry to hear about your grandpa.

Gosalyn: Thanks right now Bulba's working on the new ramrod as we speak and who knows what he's going to do with it.

Huey: I've seen many news reports of the ramrod. It's said that it can make almost anything, but that makes no sense how you can make something from nothing. And that symbol I swear I've seen before but where.

Huey begins flipping through his junior woodchucks guide book.

Della: Hey Penny Luna thanks so much for this I owe you one.

Penumbra: No need just a friend helping out her bestie.

Della: So I gotta know how you two meet exactly. I'm curious.

Penumbra begins blushing.

Luna: Well save that story for another time when it's just us girls, num num here gets embarrassed about it.

Penumbra: Not true and I told you not to call me that.

Luna and Della start laughing. Soon Beakley and Launchpad come out of the room Louie was currently resting in. Lena ran up to them worried about his well being

Lena: Is Louie ok?

Launchpad: He'll be fine he just hit his head but it's not serious he'll just need to rest.

Darkwing: So what's our next move

Dewey: Based on what Gosalyn told us it's pretty clear we gotta head back over to st canard and stop Bulba.

Violet: It won't be that easy since we now know what Bulba's planning he'll be expecting us.

Dewey: Well we have to do something. Gosalyns grandpa is lost and who knows what elses Bulba and Doofus are planning.

Scrooge: Gyro you were with that mad man what was he up to.

Gyro: No plan they just ordered me and Manny to work on the machine with no questions asked, but that machine I was making was bomb I practically ruled out my own death.

Gosalyn: The only way we can find out their plan is if we talk to a symbiote

Gyro: Doofus has one and so does Louie but he's resting.

Louie: Think again.

Everyone looks over to see Louie standing with a bandage around his head.

Everyone: Louie

Huey Dewey and Della run over to the green triplet and hug him tightly.

Huey & Dewey: We're glad your ok bro.

Della: Don't you ever do that again do you hear me sweetie we were all so worried about you.

Once they let go Donald was about to hug his nephews but was knocked aside by Lena who hugged him which Louie greatly returned.

Lena: Green I'm so glad you're ok.

They stop their embrace when they notice Webby watching them.

Louie: ugh ahem yeah uh thanks.

Luna and Penumbra then walked up to Louie and crouched in front of him.

Penumbra: Hi Louie im Penumbra your mom's bff im sure she's told you about me, this is my girlfriend Luna.

Luna: Hello

Louie: What's up?

Luna: Louie we know you have another one of the symbiotes with whom we need to ask him some important questions, lives are at stake.

Louie: I understand ok V time to meet the family.

Venom then began to appear outside of Louie's body; the sight of the amorphous black goo freaked out a few of them, all except Dewey and Webby and even Huey.

Venom: Hello duck family nice to make your accquantince, no need for introductions I know all your names.

Darkwing: Wow that's a gnarly looking leech.

Venom: LEECH!

In a fit of rage venom shot forward at Drake making Louie grab onto him struggling to hold him back.

Louie: Venom stop it, relax man.

Luna took out a small device and emitted a sonic burst forcing Venom back into Louie's body.

Scrooge: Curse me kilts what's wrong with that thing!

Penumbra: Should we remove that thing from him?

Louie: Drake sorry about that man, look everyone please don't call him a leech anymore he hates that, look I promise I got him under control. He's not bad.

Gosalyn: Listen to him it's true I saw Venom protect Louie with my own eyes.

Lena: Same, let's give him a chance.

Penumbra shrugged her shoulders.

Venom appeared out of Louie's body again.

Louie: Ok V lets try this again.

Luna: Venom, can you tell us what you know about the other symbiote?

Venom: Well for those who may not know me and Riot, that's the other symbiotes name came from the planet klyntar till some of your scientists took us in and experimented on us not all of us survived so it was just me and Riot. When we came to earth that's where Gyro found me and kept me alive Luna here assisted in helping me stay alive she knew that without a host I wouldn't survive that is until I met Louie. Unfortunately Riot also found himself a host that crazed manchild Doofus.

Luna: What are they planning?

Gosalyn: And what's the ramrod got to do with this?

Huey: I heard that it makes things from nothing which doesn't make sense and what's with that symbol.

Gosalyn took out some blueprints from her pocket and showed them to Huey.

Gosalyn: You mean this?

Huey: Huh this is it.

The red triplet flips through his journal and turns to page with the same picture as the blueprint.

Huey: Solego circuit, Solego was a mad thinker who thought every work of fiction was a window to another dimension, he was working on doorways to those dimensions.

Gosalyn" Exactly my grandpa made it by accident the ramrod doesn't make things from nothing it pulls them from other dimensions.

Venom: Correct both of you but that's not all it can do, Bulba is rerouting the ramrod to open doorways to my planet. He wants to bring more of my kind to earth so they can take over all of humanity.

Louie: Is that what you and Riot were talking about, something coming?

Venom: Correct

Dewey: Ok then it's obvious what we need to do, shut down that ramrod and stop Bulba.

Viole: But if we do that then Gosalyns grandfather will be lost.

Huey: We'll figure out the ramrod stuff later, right now we need to deal with Riot.

Luna: Luckily thanks to my expertise we know his weakness not only that now that we have Venom we can fight fire with fire right Louie. Louie… Louie.

The family looked around but the duo was gone.

Della: Louie Oh no he didn't.

Scrooge: Curse me kilts he ran off again.

Webby: Forget pulling a Louie, he's pulling a Dewey.

Huey: Wait a minute, Lenas is missing too.

Violet: Darwins beard

Louie had snuck his way out of the hideout and ran through an open field.

Louie: We gotta stop Riot and then save Doofus.

Venom: You want to save that fat, freaky, weird entitled monster, why?

Louie: He's like this because of me I ruined his birthday with one of my schemes and now my family is paying the ultimate price for it. I gotta make this right.

Venom: Ok but Riot he must be destroyed.

Louie: Yeah just the two of us.

Lena: It's gonna take more than just two.

Louie jumped in surprise to see Lena sitting up in a nearby tree.

Louie: Oh Lena H…hi whats up.

Lena: I'm coming with you guys

Venom: She cant this battle is going to get very ugly

Louie: Dude i've seen her in action she can fight ugly

Lena: Yeah I can fight ugly.

Venom covers Louie's body completely.

Venom: Not today little lady.

Venom leaped over Lena and ran off into the direction of St. canard.

Lena: H…hey Louie, ugh if you get hurt I won't forgive you… please stay safe my green lion.

Venom runs through roof tops making his way towards the harbor; a boat ride would save them time and energy. Though the duo decided to pick up snacks for the trip till they reached the harbor and snuck aboard a boat.

Louie: Dude maybe Lena should've come with us I mean she can use magic after all.

Venom: Lena has never faced Riot before. It's too dangerous for her, if we don't stop Riot Earth is finished.

Louie: "Something has been bugging me about you and Riot and wanting the Ramrod. Can I ask you something?"

Venom: "Shoot".

Louie: "Ok. Were you going to take this Ramrod, open a portal to your homeworld, and you were gonna come back here with what an invasion force? Then what were you gonna do, you were gonna go feed on a whole planet?"

Venom: Because I like it here, this place is full of endless chocolate, And I'm getting to like it here.

Louie: "Is that right!"

Venom: "However, there will be nothing left to like if we do not stop the Ramrod."

Louie: "So what were you back home?"

Venom: "See on my planet I'm kind of a loser but you and I Louie we can be so much more."

Louie: "I'm not really the hero type though I'm just a scared kid who talks his way into things and talks himself out".

The symbiote sticks his head out to look at Louie.

Venom: That's not what I saw tonight sure we had a bumpy start but I couldn't have asked for a better host, no I couldn't have asked for a perfect friend.

Louie smiles at this no one has ever really believed in him or said something so encouraging to him before and he's never really had a friend.

Venom: But if we don't stop Riot then we can kiss our friendship goodbye

Louie grins.

Louie: Well then let's go save the world, friend.
