Chapter 2: Canyon of Sanitized Goop
Octo Canyon, Tentakeel Outpost ( watch?v=8p0scGAbAwE)
Agents 4 and 2x4 emerge from the manhole, squid and octopus, and enter Octo Canyon. The whole canyon is covered in sanitized turquoise goop.
Marina and Pearl then call both agents over their headsets. Marina: "Hello! Pearl and I have been appointed by the Squidbeak Splatoon because we really want to keep our daughter safe." Pearl: "Yeah, our job is to make sure you two are doing your job. So, you two are supposed to take out the Sanitized Octarians in this canyon." Marina: "Not only that, but you have to open the kettles in order to advance. Good luck love, we're rooting for you." Pearl and Marina then hang up.
Agent 4: "Let's get cracking, Agent 2x4." Agent 2x4: "No problem!" Agent 2x4 then cracks his knuckles and back. Agent 4: "Ack! That is gross and annoying!" The two of them then bust open kettles and enter them.

Kettle 1: Welcome to Octopia (Music: Ripped watch?v=P7Dkk26skFQ) (Hero Ink: pink) (Villain Ink: Sanitized turquoise)
Agent 2x4 then enters the level, which is a dock over sea water. Marina: "Okay, ink the balloon fish to climb up the walls." Pearl: "Also, be careful of sanitized octopods, octorpedoes, sanitized octosnipers and octocommanders, and sanitized octostamps." Marina: "Also, make sure to ink the sponges to increase their size."
Agent 2x4 then splats a balloon fish, inking the wall. Agent 2x4 climbs up the wall in Octopus form. Suddenly, sanitized octopods and octorpedoes home in on him. Agent 2x4 finds the splashdown special and splats them all. The special also increases the sponges. Agent 2x4 climbs up the sponges to a platform with a launch pad. Agent 2x4 gets on the launchpad and is launched to the next platform. "YEEHAW!"
Agent 2x4 gets on a platform with grating above. On the grating are sanitized octosnipers and sanitized octocommanders. They try to splat Agent 2x4, but the agent gives them the slip, and splats them. He then inks the wall, climbs through a grating, and gets on the next launchpad. "YEEHAW!"
Sanitized Octorpedoes try to splat Agent 2x4, but miss, and he lands on the final platform. Sanitized Octostamps notice him and try to splat him, but miss, and they get splatted. Agent 2x4 notices a control panel. Pearl: "That is how those Sanitized Octarians are able to partially sanitize citizens! Destroy it!" Without thinking, Agent 2x4 destroys the panel, and returns to the Canyon.
Kettle 2: Return of the Sanitized Octarians (Music: Thirsty watch?v=JgDLAsRw6EE) (Hero Ink: Orange) (Villain Ink: Sanitized Turquoise)
Agent 4 enters the Area.
Marina: "Two things. One, Marie says she misses you and sends lots of hugs. Two, be careful of the sanitized shielded octotroopers, sanitized shielded twintail octotroopers, sanitized octocopters, and sanitized octocopters DX."
Pearl: "Just take out the control panel."
Agent 4 takes a launchpad to the next platform. "NGYES!" On the platform are sanitized shielded octotroopers and twintails. They try to splat 4 but miss. Agent 4 finds a booyah bomb canister and uses it against the sanitized octarians. He gets on the next launchpad. "NGYES!"
He then lands on the next platform. Sanitized Octocopters and the DX kinds notice him and ambush. Agent 4 splats the Octocopters but misses the DX. They then fire ink balls at the agent, but he dodges. He then splats them. He gets on the launchpad. "NGYES!"
This platform has the panel but is guarded by sanitized twintails and sanitized octocopters DX. Agent 4 finds a stingray canister and splats them all. He then destroys the panel and returns to the canyon.
Boss Kettle: Extra Glazed Jam Session... Octo Oven XXL (Octarmaments watch?v=iBBXlW3LLbU) (Hero Ink: Orange) (Enemy Ink: Sanitized Turquoise)
Both Agents 4 and 2x4 enter the boss arena.
Marina: "Hey, it's that stale piece of white bread!"
Pearl: "Yeah, the kind that makes the Kiwi jam! Okay, remember agents, ink the bread when it all comes out of the oven, ink the walls, and splat the tentacle!"
Marina, who is looking out of the train window: "OMG! Is that our daughter, Agent 8?! She is 100-feet tall! I knew she would grow up too fast! And it looks like she will fight that giant sanitized octoling!" Pearl: "WHAAAAT?!" They hang up. Agents 4 and 2x4 look at each other in disbelief. Then, they enter the boss arena.
The Sanitized Octo Oven emerges from the ink, and screams: "GET ROASTED, FREAKS!" The Oven then advances to Agent 4 and fires stale octarian bread at him for 3 turns. While that is happening, Agent 2x4 uses Splinter as a charger to splat the 4 sanitized octotroopers on its head. The oven then fires all the breads at 4 but misses. Agent 4 climbs up the bread and wall, finds a burst bomb launcher canister on top, and splats the tentacle. "NGYES!"
The Oven then spawns a new tentacle, gets rid of some walls, and replaces them with nonslip vent walls. It even fires ink gushers, which are spread around the arena. Then 2 sanitized octocopters generate on top. The weapon screams: "GET ROASTED, FREAKS!" The oven heads over to 2x4 and fires the bread at him for 3 turns. While that is happening, Agent 4 activates the burst bomb launcher, and splats the octocopters.
The Oven then fires all its breads, Agent 2x4 climbs on the 2 breads, then up an ink stick wall. The agent finds an inkjet canister, as well as a splashdown canister. Agent 2x4 takes both and splats the tentacle. "YEEHAW!"
The Sanitized Octo Oven then generates a new tentacle and octosnipers and splash walls generate on top. It then screams: "GET ROASTED, FREAKS!" The oven pulls out a glazing machine to try and ink the heroes, but they dodge the machine. 2x4 then activates the inkjet, grabs Agent 4, and throws him to the top of the oven. 4 then uses splashdown not only to splat the snipers and splash walls, but the tentacle as well. "NGYES!" "YEEHAW!"
Overcooked, the bread in the oven scream: "NOOO! PROFESSSOR! TARTAR! WE HAVE FAILED YOU!" The Sanitized Octo Oven then bursts. The heroes cheer and leave the boss arena.
Octo Canyon, Tentakeel Outpost
Agents 4 and 2x4 then emerge from the kettle. They get a call from Pearl and Marina. Marina: "Great work agents! The boss you took out opened up more stations in the metro!" Pearl: "Keep it up! There is a launchpad that will take you to Slimeskin Garrison!" The agents then take a launch pad to Slimeskin Garrison.
