Chapter 8: Don't Be an Antimasker!

Agents 4 and 2x4 wake up for the new day and have hard boiled salmonid eggs for breakfast.

They then get a call from Off the Hook. Pearl: "Okay, we have the three Star Cures. All you guys must do is go into the next area in Octo Valley and activate the next stations."

Marina: "Just be careful of the Sanitized Octarians! We will help as best we can!"

The duo then hangs up. Agents 4 and 2x4 then get equipped for the fight. Agent 2x4: "Right on! Splinter, you, and I are doing an excellent job helping the team advance forward!"

Agent 4: "Yeah man. Let's end this!" The agents then take a launch pad to Area 2 of Octo Valley.

The agents arrive at the area. They then bust open the kettles and enter them.

Kettle 8: Propeller-Lift Fortress (Theme: Progress watch?v=z2-onla0huc) (Hero Ink: Yellow-Green) (Enemy Ink: Sanitized Turquoise)

Agent 4 enters the level. Pearl: "Okey, all you have to do is hit the propellers so that the propeller-lifts show."

Marina: "Just be careful of the Sanitized Octosnipers, Sanitized Octoballs, and sanitized Octostamps. Wait, is that a Sanitized Octoling?! Take her out Agent 4!"

Without delay, Agent 4 then gets on the first platform. There, Sanitized Octosnipers try to splat them, but fail. The agent then splats the snipers. He inks the propellers, revealing the propeller-lifts, and uses them to get to the next platform.

On the next platform, Sanitized Octoballs wait for Agent 4. They roll their way over to him, but he uses the Propeller-lifts to dodge them. He splats the enemies, and a launch pad appears. Agent 4 gets on and launches to the next platform. "Ngyes!"

On the next platform, Agent 4 is assaulted by an Elite Sanitized Octoling. Agent 4 uses the Propeller-lifts to dodge the Octoling's assault, but the Octoling throws an inkbomb on the platform. Agent 4 finds a splashdown special, dodges the bomb, and splashes down, splatting the Octoling. A launchpad appears, and 4 uses it. "Ngyes!"

On the panel platform, Agent 4 is chased by octostamps. The stamps miss the agent, and 4 splats them. He then destroys the panel and returns to the Valley.

Agent 2x4 and Splinter enter the area. Pearl: "Okay. Y'all gotta ink the sponges to advance onward."

Marina: "The sanitized enemies in this area include Octocommanders, Octostamps, and Octorpedoes. Again, with the Sanitized Octolings?! Ugh! Take 'em out, 2x4."

Agent 2x4 then inks sponges, enters octo form, and then climbs up. He gets on a launch pad and launches. "Yeehaw!"

He lands on the next platform, and sees a bridge of sponges, balloon fish, and sanitized octocommanders. Agent 2x4 finds an inkzooka special, splats the balloonfish, and uses the inkzooka to splat the octocommanders before they can react. Agent 2x4 enters octo form, and travels across the bridge.

As he does that, sanitized octorpedoes try to blow up in Agent 2x4's face, but the agent dodges them, and they miss. They have managed to decrease some of the sponges, but not all of them, and 2x4 was already on the other side of the bridge. He then uses the launch pad. "Yeehaw!"

On the next platform, octostamps try to splat him, but miss, and Agent 2x4 splats them. After that, two Sanitized Octolings emerge and try to assault him. Agent 2x4 already is on top of a sponge and finds the booyah bomb special. He activates it, and Pearl, Marina and Agent 4 sense this. They then say "BOOYAH!" which charges the bomb, and he throws it at the octolings, splatting them. He gets on a launch pad "Yeehaw!"

He lands on the panel platform, and fires rounds at the panel. The panel is destroyed, and 2x4 returns to the Valley.

The agents emerge from their kettles, and then splat open the boss kettle. The agents enter the kettle.

The agents then enter the area. Pearl: "My daughter's girlfriend, Agent 3, just told us about this boss. It is Sanitized Octomaw, and to defeat it, you have to destroy its teeth, and throw an inkbomb into its maw."

Marina: "Try not to get eaten by it, or else it's supper time."

The agents then enter the boss arena. The Sanitized Octomaw emerges from its ink, and screams "IT'S DINNER TIME!" The Octomaw then swims over to Agent 2x4, revealing its teeth. Agent 2x4 inks the teeth, showing an exit from the ring of teeth, and swims away. The boss tries to eat the agent but misses. Agent 4 then throws an ink bomb into its maw, revealing its tentacle. Agent 4 then splats the tentacle and launches back onto the arena. "Ngyes!"

Octomaw regenerates the tentacle and gets a new purple grill. It then says: "Ew! They have the inkbombs! Gotta wear a mask!" The Octomaw pulls out a mask, and puts it around its maw, with a touch pad on the strap. Octomaw: "IT'S DINNER TIME!" The boss then swims over to Agent 4, creating a circle of teeth. Agent 4 busts two of the teeth, and escapes. The boss emerges from the ink with its mask on. Agent 2x4 is behind the boss, and fires rounds at the touch pad, causing the mask to fall off. Octomaw then panics and enters the ink. Its teeth then fly over to the agents and try to fire ink rounds at them, but they dodge the teeth and splat them. A toothless sanitized Octomaw emerges from the ink, and 2x4 throws an inkbomb into its mouth, revealing the tentacle. Agent 2x4 splats the tentacle and launches back onto the arena. "Yeehaw!"

Octomaw regenerates the tentacle, gets a tough golden grill, and reapplies the mask, where it has two touch pads on the strap. It screams "IT'S DINNER TIME!" The boss then swims over to 2x4, revealing a ring of golden teeth. Agent 2x4 splats a tooth and get out of the circle. Agent 4 finds a booyah bomb in the process. Octomaw tries to eat Agent 2x4 but misses. Agent 4 activates the booyah bomb with 2x4 screaming "Booyah!" The bomb fully charges, and 4 throws it at the touch pads. The mask falls off, and the boss enters the ink. Soon, the teeth hover over to the agents, and fire rounds. The agents dodge the teeth, and splat some of them. The teeth return to Octomaw, and the boss emerges from the ink, with a small gap between its teeth. Agent 2x4 throws an inkbomb passed the gap and into the maw. It blows up, revealing the tentacle. Agents 4 and 2x4 splat the final tentacle, defeating the boss. The agents then return to the Valley.

The agents return from the boss kettle and get a call from Pearl and Marina. Pearl: "Awesome job you two! More stations have opened! There even is a station that leads to Octo Valley!"

Marina: "That is right. Because of you two, we can now get to the stations and find the sages that can help us with the star cures." The duo hangs up.

Agent 2x4: "Yeehaw! Right on! We kicked evil's but! Right buddy?!" Agent 4: "Gotta say, couldn't have done it without ya buddy!"

The agents take the launchpad back to Cuttlefish Shack.

The agents celebrate with sodas they bought from Inkbucks, as well as fried shrimp sticks.
