Chapter 10: Submit to Darkness!

The train then stops at the walls blocking the way to Commander Tartar. Agent 3 then pulls out the Miracle Cure.
Agent 8: "Let's do this bae!" Agent 3: "Alright! Miracle Cure, clear the path to Commander Tartar!" The Miracle Cure then uses the last of itself to destroy the walls, opening a path for everyone on the bus to get to Tartar's whereabouts.
Squid Sisters: "Awesome! You two opened a path to Commander Tartar! Be careful! Commander Tartar is unpredictable, so be on your guard." With that, Agents 3 and 8 got themselves ready to face Tartar. CQ Cumber: "All aboard!"
The Subway then advances to the final station.
Final Station: Mushroom Kingdom Station (Music: watch?v=PYAsNuW1BFY)
As the subway comes to a halt, Agents 3 and 8 jump off the subway. They enter a sewer with toad statues as symbols. Up ahead, Commander Tartar has the ghost of Princess Peach trapped in a containment unit with Dark Star.
Agents 3 and 8: "We caught up to you Commander Tartar! Give up now!"
Tartar: "Well, if it isn't Subject 10,008 and Project 10,003! You thought you could thwart the Professor from creating a perfect world! I now have a dark evil star, and the spirit that can wake it. With this star, you imperfect freaks will bow to the almighty Kamabo Sanitizers!"
Agent 3: "You are so full of it! If you think that we will fall to the likes of you, then..." Suddenly, the Dark Star absorbs the ghost of the princess, and awakens. (Dark Star's Theme: watch?v=fgk2cr992y0)
Tartar: "Finally, the world will now be perfect!" Tartar then absorbs the energy of the star, growing dark arms and legs. Dark Star: "Now, I shall test you, 10,003 and 10,008!"
Agents 3 and 8 vs Commander Tartar (Music: Dark Tartar Boss Theme: watch?v=8xAdfa2Pc3w)
Commander Tartar fires sanitized slime at Agent 3 to mind control her, but Agent 8 deflects it with rounds of her ink. Enraged, Tartar charges at full speed towards Agent 8 to KO her, but agent 3 throws an inkbomb at Tartar, knocking it off its feet. Tartar then gets back up and crawls up the wall to aim at Agents 3 and 8, firing more slime balls at them. Both agents knocked the slime balls back at Tartar with their own ink, finally defeating it.
Tartar then shorts out, and explodes, revealing a slenderman. It then says: "Professor, I am now complete! I have become... HUMAN! HUMAN! BWAHAHAHA!" Tartar then crawls through the exit of the Metro into the surface. Dark Star then realizes that its energy has been drained. Dark Star: "Roaaarrr!" The star then boards the train, searching for a new host.
Agents 1 and 2 get off the train. Agent 1: "Did you see that?!" Agent 8: "Yeah! Tartar changed forms, and the Dark Star vanished! What is happening?!" Agent 2: "I believe I have read about this. Long ago, this star was discovered by Toads. Afraid of its power, they hid it underground, so it does not awaken. Then suddenly, a smiling beanish scientist stole the Dark Star, and used the Princess of the Mushroom Kingdom to awaken it. When the star thought it could make the world vanish, two heroic plumbers and a Koopa King stood up against the Dark Star and put it to rest. Now I fear that Tartar has awakened the force, and seeks to make the world "Perfect," or more specifically, consume the world in darkness.
Agent 1: "That is scary! We must stop it before it harms anyone on the train!"
Agents 3 and 8: "Leave that to us!" The agents then get back on the train.
Metro Car 3
Dedf1sh and Octavio are talking to one another. Octavio: "So, any new hits or songs you came up with?" Dedf1sh: "Well, I did..." Then suddenly, Dark Star appeared behind Octavio. Dedf1sh: "Um...very...Dark...STAR!" Octavio, who is oblivious to the entity: "Never heard it." Then suddenly, the Dark Star revolved around Octavio. Octavio: "What the..." Then suddenly, the Dark Star turned into a gas, and entered Octavio's Respiratory System. YIKES!
Dedf1sh: "Um, are you okay... General?" Then suddenly, Octavio screamed in excruciating pain. Octavio: "DEDF1SH! GET HELP! NOW!" Panicked, Dedf1sh ran to the next car to alert the others. Then suddenly, Dark Star poured out of the DJ's maw. It wanted more power, so it left the Metro, and headed to Sea Peach for more. Suddenly, Dedf1sh along with Agent 3, Agent 8, Callie, and Marie came on. Marie: "You okay, DJ?!" Octavio: "Cough, cough. Yeah, that weird Dark Monster entered my chest, causing it to burn, then it went out my mouth and vanished."
Marie: "Crud! We almost had the Dark Star!" Agent 8: "Is there anything you want us to do?" Octavio: "Nah, just stop that thing before it causes more disaster."
Then suddenly, Callie's Inkopolis reader makes an alarm. She then looks at it. Callie: "Heads up! The Dark Star is in Sea Peach. It is trying to absorb energy." Marie: "We will have Agents 4 and 2x4 fight this thing."
Deepsea Metro, Central Station
The Splatoon drops the Inkopolis citizens off at the Central Station. Marie: "Okay everyone, you still can't return to the surface! I know that the sanitized are cured, but there is a Dark Star running loose." With that, everyone was confused and asking questions. Marie: "I know this is confusing, but the Squidbeak Splatoon will take care of this." With that, the Metro leaves.
Octo Valley, Area 1
Pearl and Marina call Agents 4 and 2x4. Pearl: "Listen, it is an emergency!" Marina: "Report immediately to the Metro for an explanation." Agents 4 and 2x4 then go through the manhole leading to the Deepsea Metro.
Octo Station
The train stops with the two agents waiting. As soon as the door to the train opens, Marie jumps out and hugs Agent 4, kissing him all over his face. Marie: "Oh, I'm so happy to see you!" Agent 4: "I'm really happy to see you too."
Callie then tells Agents 4 and 2x4 about the Dark Star, and they get prepared for what's ahead. They all then board the train.
Deepsea Metro, Car 1
The Agents are all together to stop the Dark Star. Captain Cuttlefish: "So, Agents 4 and 2x4 will fight the Dark Star in Sea Peach, and Callie, Marie, Pearl, Marina, and Agents 3 and 8 will seal it. Alright! Let's stop this thing."
Peach Station
The train stops and drops off Agents 4 and 2x4. They then run past the turnstiles to Sea Peach

The heroes enter the once beloved Cul Du Sac of Sea Peach, now with dark purple clouds passing by in the sky.
Agent 4: "So Agent 2x4, this is your hometown Sea Peach? Wow, I never knew it would be so dark and gloomy."
Agent 2x4: "Yeah, it wasn't like this for Splinter and me. I have a really tight gut feeling about this." Then suddenly, the season switched to winter. Both agents were confused and chilled. Agent 4: "Wh..wh...wh...why d..d..did it s..s...switch over to winter?!" Then suddenly, both agents received a call from Pearl and Marina. Pearl: "Look alive agents. These supernatural circumstances are the result of Dark Star. When you find this thing, take it out at all costs!"
Marina: "Oh, and be careful, it created some of its own minions. Also, it is in one of those houses in the Cul Du Sac, so check all of them to find it."
They then went through each house, but Dark Star was not found. Eventually, they find Dark Star in Kevin's house. The creature had already absorbed a lifetime's worth of jawbreakers. Then suddenly, the monster noticed the agents. Agent 2x4: "Alright, you rapscallion! Stop what you are doing! You will not stand a chance against the Squidbeak Splatoon!" Enraged, Dark Star summoned a bunch of Dark Star Air Cannons, and Dark Star vanished. The enemies fired rounds at the agents, but they dodged them and fired rounds at the enemies, causing them to disintegrate.
Agent 2x4: "What just happened?" Agent 4: "Hey! Where did Dark Star go?!" Then suddenly, they get a phone call. Pearl: "Dark Star is at the creek." With that, the agents traveled to the creek.
Sea Peach, the Creek
The duo arrives to see a creek frozen from the unnatural winter. They then encounter the Dark Star searching for more sources of energy. Agent 4: "Hey! You can't just upright vanish on us! Face us, you coward!" Dark Star then sees the duo and becomes enraged. It then sends out Dark Star Air Fish Cheeps to take care of them. It then goes into the forest to the source of new power. Agent 2x4: "Seriously?! Hasn't Splinter, Agent 4 and I had enough?!" Agent 4: "Apparently not." The Air Cheeps fill themselves up with air and attempt to crush the duo. The two heroes dodge the enemies, and fire ink at them, but it did not injure the cheeps. Agent 4 then gets an idea, and fires rounds at the cork on their heads, and the cheeps deflate. The heroes then fire ink at them, causing them to disintegrate.
Suddenly, the season switches to summer, and the ice on the lake melts, making it difficult for the heroes to return. Pearl and Marina call the heroes. Marina: "The Dark Star went through that forest thicket to a trailer park. It is absorbing electrical energy from the trailers." Pearl: "Be careful of these purple gas monsters. Once you breathe them in, they will destroy you from the inside out."
The heroes enter the forest.
Sea Peach, Park n' Splat
As the heroes track through the forest, Purple Stonk gas monsters appear and try to enter their lungs to destroy them, but fortunately, the duo holds their breathe for long periods to get through the forest. As they progress, the sky changes from purple clouds to blood red clouds.
Eventually the two get through the forest and enter the Trailer Park. The two then catch their breathe. Agent 2x4: "Whew buddy! As much as I hate the trailer park, I am glad that we got through the forest."
Then suddenly, the two find Dark Star absorbing electrical energy from the trailer homes. (Music: watch?v=fgk2cr992y0)
The two-approach the star and prepare for combat with it. The Dark Star, even angrier, then turns into Dark Octavio, and blasts dark, intense music from its DJ booth it just summoned. The two cover their ears to avoid the blast. Agent 2x4: "Do you think you can approach this thing without getting hurt?!" Agent 4 then uncovers his ears to hear what 2x4 said and is immediately blasted by the music. Dark Octavio stops blasting, and changes back into Dark Star. Agent 4 runs back to where 2x4 is, and they pull out their weapons to fight this thing.
Agents 4 and 2x4 vs Dark Star (Hero ink: Light Blue) (Enemy Ink: Darkness) (Boss theme: watch?v=dRbYanCnbKE)
Dark Star started emanating darkness from itself. Agents 4 and 2x4 fired ink at the monster, but it remained unharmed. The star generated four orbs of plasma, each with either 4 or 2x4 on them. The orbs with the 4 headed to Agent 4, and he hid behind trailers to avoid the impact. The orbs with 2x4 headed to Agent 2x4, and he ran away from them, causing the orbs to miss.
Dark Star then generated 2 shadows, each one representing Agents 4 and 2x4. The Dark Star fired electrical energy at Agent 4's shadow, and it damaged 4, causing the armor to fall off him. Next, Dark Star went after Agent 2x4. As it fired electrical energy at 2x4's shadow, 2x4 jumped in time, dodging the attack. Agent 4 saw this and did the same thing. This went on until the shadows disappeared.
Dark Star sent out its Dark Satellmites to take care of the agents. The satellmites fired lasers at the agents, but the agents dodged in time of the attack. The agents fired ink at the enemies, knocking them out, but they did not disappear.
Dark Star then created a dark orb of energy, and threw it at the agents, along with the enemy. 2x4 attacked the energy, but it blew up in his face, causing him to lose armor. Agent 4 fired ink at the satellmite, knocking it back to Dark Star, weakening it. Agent 2x4 regains armor. Dark Star generates another dark orb of energy and throws it at the agents along with the satellmite. Agent 2x4 then fires ink at the satellmite, and nobody attacks the orb. The satellmite is knocked back to Dark Star, weakening it to a comatose state.
The agents fired ink at the Star, weakening it. Dark Star then moves for a bit, and fires a laser at Agent 2x4, and the agent dodges in time. The agents continue firing ink at the star.
The star then levitates and tries to vacuum the heroes. Agent 4: "What is going on here?!" Agent 2x4: "Run away?!" Both agents: "Run awaaayyy!" The agents then run from the star and hide behind the Kankers' trailer. The star then explodes.
Agent 4: "Did...did we defeat it?" Agent 2x4: "We did it! Yeehaw! Right on!" But just as the two were going to celebrate, Dark Star reappears as Dark Octavio. (Music: watch?v=fgk2cr992y0) Agent 2x4: "You! I knew it was you Octavio!" Agent 4: "What do you have to say for yourself?" Dark Octavio: "Octavio's body...I have copied. Octavio's power...I have copied. Soon...the world...in darkness."
Agent 4: "Wait, you are not DJ Octavio?! What is going on here?!" Agent 2x4: "Also, what do you mean the world in darkness?"
Dark Octavio: "Still...missing...power...someone...stole it." Dark Octavio then vanishes.
Agent 4 and 2x4 then call Pearl and Marina. Agent 4: "Um, I have bad news. The Dark Star transformed into a dark DJ Octavio."
Agent 2x4: "Yeah! And then he right up disappeared! This is freaking me and Splinter out!"
Pearl: "WHAT?! WE NEED TO STOP IT NOW!" Marina: "Okay. I don't know what to do next. You two just head back to the Metro and meet up with the rest of the Splatoon."
The two heroes then head back to the Cul Du Sac and return to the Metro.
Deapsea Metro, Peach Station
The Squidbeak Splatoon, as well as Pearl and Marina, are waiting for Agents 4 and 2x4.
Marie: "Glad you two returned safe. Especially you, Agent 4 3. But I must tell you about Octavio's plan. Octavio and Dedf1sh decided to use the Octobot King to take on that thing." Agent 2x4: "But how did you guys get the Octobot back together? We obliterated that back in Octo Valley!"
Then suddenly, the Kankers, now with Steampunk outfits, walk next to the Splatoon. Lee Kanker: "Allow us to explain, if we may." May Kanker: "Hey! That my name Lee!" Lee Kanker: "Shut up you dunce!" Lee then punches May in the jaw. Lee Kanker: "Any who, Octavio had the three of us retrieve the mech from Octo Valley." Marie Kanker: "Yeah! And then we repaired that ball of scrap!" May Kanker: "Yeah! And we purttied it up!" Marie Kanker: "You prettied it up on your own time, dunce!" Marie Kanker then glares at May, while May just has a dumb smile on her face. Lee Kanker: "Either way, we were promoted to being the Squidbeak Splatoon's personal mechanics."
Then suddenly, DJ Octavio and Dedf1sh, on the Octoking, appear. Agents 3, 8, 4 and 2x4 then get in a battle stance. Cuttlefish: "Now now, there is no need to fight. Save your energy for that Dark Star." DJ Octavio: "As much as it pains me to say this, we have to team up Agent 3. You and Agent 8 must assist us in fighting off this nightmarish freak!" Cuttlefish: "That is your mission. Do you two understand?" The agents then put their right hands to their hearts, and their left hands to their backs. Agents 3 and 8: "Yes sir!" Dedf1sh: "Then let's finish this!"
Pearl: "And Callie, Marie, Marina and I will help you win this!"
Marina: "Don't get hurt out there my little baby." Marina and Pearl then pinch Agent 8's cheeks. Agent 8 then pushes her parents' arms away, blushing. Octavio is seen laughing, and then clears his throat. The squad then heads over to Inkopolis for the final battle.
Inkopolis
Agents 3 and 8, as well as Octavio and Dedf1sh, arrive at Inkopolis. They see Dark Tartar staring off into the distance, then suddenly, he turned his attention to them. Tartar: "Soon, professor. Soon, this imperfect world will vanish, and we will have our perfect world with our perfect creations." (Music: watch?v=fgk2cr992y0)
Then suddenly, Dark Octavio appears. Dark Octavio: "Finally! I have found you!" It then zaps Tartar with Dark electricity, turning Tartar into the Dark Octobot King. DJ Octavio then becomes creeped out. Dark Octavio: "Finally, I am complete! Now the world will hear my dark remixes and will then become consumed in darkness!" The Dark Octobot, with Dark Octavio, heads over to the top of Inkopolis Tower.
DJ Octavio: "That's it! I'm gonna end this faker!" But just as he is about to get his turntable ready, the Tower starts to move.
The six trailers from the trailer park are attracted to the magnetic field of the Tower and align themselves in the shape of arms and hands. The lower observation deck then separates itself to form a mouth. The upper observational deck then shows glowing red eyes, and the satellite dish on top points to the sky. The color of the tower changes to a violet purple. The four legs on the ground separate from the ground so it can move at free will.
Octavio and Dedf1sh look in fear at this monster, but Agents 3 and 8 stand ready to fight.
Agent 3: "Ready bae?" Agent 8: "You bet I am!" Agent 8 then pulls out the Titan's jawbreaker and eats it. She turns into a giant, and places 3 onto her shoulder. Agent 8 charges at the tower and collides with it.

The party bus appears in the background with Callie and Marie driving it, and Off the Hook is on the stage. Pearl: "Hi Agent 8! Marina and I will help!" Pearl pulls out the Princess Cannon. Marina: "When this thing is charged, Pearl will scream into it!"
The Tower turns its attention to Giant Agent 8. Dark Tower: "Enemy in presence! Fire black hole!" The Tower fires a black hole bomb into the air. Agent 8: "Woah! Are those fireworks?!... Wait, why is nothing happening?" Then the black hole bomb blows up behind her. Agent 8: "Woah! That is intense! Time to end this!" Agent 8 then punches the tower hard, knocking it on its back. The tower then gets back up.
The black hole behind Agent 8 then vacuums, and Agent 8 is caught in the vortex. Agent 3 then grabs for dear life on one of 8's tentacles. Agent 8: "Woah! That thing is trying to suck me in! No way that will happen!" Agent 8 then runs the opposite direction, avoiding the void.
The Tower then fires dark energy balls at 8. Agent 8 pulls out her giant weapon, and fires ink at the incoming attacks. Dark Tower: "Enemy still active! Fire next black hole volley!" The tower fires another round into the air, but this time, Agent 3 fires an ink round at the bomb, and is knocked behind the Tower, exploding and creating a black hole.
The Tower then starts pushing Agent 8 towards the black hole, but 8 then kicks back, knocking the tower into the black hole. The tower then is ripped apart bit by bit from the void. The tower lunges out of the hole and hurls itself over to 8. Agent 8 punches the tower to avoid being knocked into.
Dark Tower: "Enemy is too strong! Fire unavoidable attack at once!" The tower then fires a laser beam and knocks 8 into the black hole. Agent 3 holds onto 8's tentacle for dear life. Agent 8 then fights the pressure of the black hole, and hurls herself out of the void, feet first. She knocks into the tower, damaging it.
The tower then forms spikes from its hands to try and hurt the giant agent. As it punches, Agent 8 dodges the attack from the side, and counters with a powerful punch, damaging the tower to where it is close to defeat. Inkopolis Tower: "Enemy still alive! Initiate black hole end game!" Then suddenly, the two black holes closed in on giant Agent 8 and the Tower, pulling them in.
The two black holes with the two giants get close to each other. The Tower pulls its hands out to execute spiked punches. Each time the Tower stopped punching to rest, Agent 8 pulls herself out of the black hole and collides with the Dark Tower. This happens six times until the black holes spit both out and disappear, because the Tower lost its black hole ability.
As the Dark Tower prepares its next attack, the arms suddenly blow off the Tower, and are knocked back to the Trailer Park. Pearl: "Alright! Time to end this!" The Party Bus closes in on the Dark Inkopolis Tower, and Pearl screams into her Princess Cannon, knocking the Tower back into its original place.
Dark Inkopolis Tower: "Enemy... too... strong... Shutting... Down..." The red eyes disappear, and the Tower stops moving.
Agents 3 and 8 wins!
Agent 8 then returns to her original size with Agent 3 on her shoulders. Both agents then laugh. Then, they direct their attention back to Dark Octavio.
Inkopolis Plaza
The Great Zapfish arrives on time to help, and the Octobot King sucks it in. The Zapfish then powers it up.
DJ Octavio: "Let's end this fake octopus." Dedf1sh: "Bringin' those salty beats to the battlefield!" The Octobot King then hovers to the top of Inkopolis Tower where Dark Octavio waits.
Top of Inkopolis Tower
Dark Octavio is waiting for DJ Octavio up there. DJ Octavio: "Alright you imposter! It's time for you to disappear!"
Dark Octavio: "Inside the hearts of Squids and Octos, I feel the darkness beckoning. And now, it must awaken. BEHOLD!"
The Dark Octobot King start playing dark beats and music, producing dark clouds that trap and consume everything. But, the real Octobot King stays stable from the force, and Agents 3 and 8 are still in Inkopolis Plaza.
Dedf1sh and DJ Octavio call Agents 3 and 8. Dedf1sh: "Yo! Holy carp! You guys seeing this?!"
Agent 3: "Yeah! It has my girlfriend and I hug each other for comfort!"
Agent 8: "I don't want to die hun!" Agent 3: "Don't worry bae! I got you!"
DJ Octavio: "Well, quit with the mushiness! We have a phony to deal with!" Octavio and Dedf1sh hang up.
Dark Octavio: "Still here? Has the dark power not consumed you yet? Soon, this entire world, as well as Inkopolis, will sleep eternally." DJ Octavio: "Cyah hah hah! Awesome dark hurricane! You chalked down every dets for an awesome fighting experience! Hey, you said Inkopolis will disappear?! Hell no! Inkopolis belongs to the Octarians! So you vanish! Imma remix yo face!" Dedf1sh: "Bring on those killer beats!"

Dark Octavio fires a Dark Octopus bomb to the Octobot King. Both play volleyball with the bomb, until Dark Octavio misses, and the bomb blows up in his face. DJ Octavio takes this opportunity to use the Octobot King's fists to beat up on the Dark Octobot King, wrecking it.
The Dark Octobot King charges its Killer Wail, but the real Octobot King dodges to the side, and misses the attack. Dark Octavio then summons its minions and tries to get them to attack DJ Octavio and Dedf1sh. The Octobot King dodges their attacks and splats them all with punches.
DJ Octavio fires an instant Octopus Bomb at Dark Octavio, blowing up in his face. In its final attempt, it charges a dark laser attack, but DJ Octavio punches it, and halts the attack. The Dark Octobot King then malfunctions. Dedf1sh then pulls out her Killer Wail, and screams at The Dark Octobot King, and Dark Octavio is knocked out. The Dark Octobot changes back to Dark Tartar and falls from the top of Inkopolis Tower.
Inkopolis Plaza, Agents 3 and 8 vs Dark Star Core
The agents notice Dark Tartar falling. Agent 3: "Hey sweetheart, look at the core!" Agent 8: "This is our chance, hun! Hey Tartar, if it's still you, you have made a huge mistake!" Agent 3: "Thinking that we could never find a way to save the day!" Both agents: "Let's finish off this thing! You ready girlfriend?! Let's goooo!"
Dark Tartar then lands on the ground feet first. It grows tentacles and spider legs from its back to aid in the fight. As that happens, Dark Star is seen hovering over its head. It becomes the final form known as Dark Star Core.
The agents try to fire ink at Dark Star but are unable to because it is too high. Instead, they hit two of the Core's eight appendages, and destroys them.
The core then charges orbs of energy to attack the agents, orange for Agent 3, and blue for Agent 8. The agents dodge the orbs, and attack two more appendages.
The Star separates from Tartar, and Dark Tartar then chases the agents. As they are being chased, Dark Star attacks each agent. They dodge the star, and the chase stops. After that, the agents attack two more appendages. In an attempt, Dark Tartar tries to strike its remaining spider appendages onto the agents, but they dodge the attack, and finish off the remaining appendages.
Dark Tartar loses balance, and falls onto the ground, becoming a dark puddle, leaving the Dark Star to deal with them. Dark Star then summons dark orbs to attack the agents, but they jump over the orbs. The Star fires a larger orb at Agent 8, but Agent 3 fires ink at it, knocking it back to Dark Star. The star is struck with the ink, and blows up, being destroyed. Dark Tartar: "No...professor...failed you!" With that, Dark Tartar blew up.
Top of Inkopolis Tower
Dark Octavio is distorted, and it screams in agony.
DJ Octavio: "Yo! Something funny happening to you?! Well, whatever! Time to drop the sea bass!" The Octobot King punches Dark Octavio five times, until Dedf1sh fires the finishing blow from the Killer Wail.
Dark Octavio: "Ow! Once again... so sad!" DJ Octavio: "Hey! You sounded just like me! Does that mean you're like me?!" Dark Octavio: "No! I have dark power! I have greater strength! The unthinkable happened!" DJ Octavio: "Right. You lost." With that, Dark Octavio ascends into the heavens, and blows up, returning light to the world.
The Squidbeak Splatoon exits the Metro and returns to Inkopolis. Callie: "They did it! They returned light to Inkopolis!" Agent 4: "Gotta hand it to them, we really worked hard to reclaim our world." Agent 2x4: "Yeah! Splinter and I were really worried about you guys!"
DJ Octavio and Dedf1sh descend from the top of Inkopolis Tower to where the Splatoon is. Marie: "Hey Octavio. Thank you for saving Inkopolis. Can we have the Great Zapfish back?" DJ Octavio: "Give it back?! We're going to beat you Squidbeak Splatoon, and take over Inkopolis!" Dedf1sh: "For the Octarians!"
Cuttlefish: "Oh boy. Here we go again."
Marie: "Agents 3, 8, 2x4, and 4, if you may."
The agents then got ready to fight.
Callie: "Go knock 'em dead!"
Marina and Pearl: "And we will help you guys out!"
DJ Octavio: "You fools think you can stop me?! Hah! Dedf1sh and I will make canned tuna out of you!" Dedf1sh: "Enough chit chat! Let's dubstomp their faces!" With that, a fight ensued.

DJ Octavio punches Agent 2x4 first. Agent 2x4 then fires ink at the fist, knocking it back to the Octoking. Octavio then tries to punch Agent 4, but misses, and get the fist knocked back to Octavio. Dedf1sh fires a Killer Wail at Agents 3 and 8, and Octavio fires an octopus bomb at them as well. But the agents dodge the attacks, and knock the bomb back to Octavio, causing the Octoking to blow up, saving the Great Zapfish. Octavio and Dedf1sh are on the ground, defeated and annoyed. The agents jump in victory.
The Shell and Slam guards send Octavio and Dedf1sh back to their cell at Shell and Slam prison.
Meanwhile, the Inkopolis citizens are making repairs in Inkopolis Square and Plaza from the wreckage and are decorating everything for Squidmas, the Inkopolis version of Christmas.
Same at Sea Peach, everyone is repairing damages, and decorating everything for Squidmas. Even the Trailer Park is fixing everything.
At the Off the Hook Studio, every Squidbeak Splatoon member had a Squidmas Party there, with Marina being the host. Agent 2x4 and Cuttlefish dancing like goofs to the music. This, of course, embarrassed Callie and Marie.
Callie and Marie finished wrapping a present with Octavio and Dedf1sh's name on it. They ask Pearl to deliver it to Shell and Slam Prison, and Pearl did.
Inkopolis, Shell and Slam Prison
Octavio and Dedf1sh are in their prison, trying to think of a good Squidmas song. Octavio: "I was thinking Octobell rock. What do you think?" Dedf1sh: "Nah, How about The Squidmas Carol? Man, we were so close to the Octarians owning Inkopolis. But we did defeat that Dark Creep." Octavio: "Yeah, we make a wonderful team."
Then suddenly, an Inkling prison guard came to their cell with a present. Prison Guard: "Present for Octavio and Dedf1sh." Dedf1sh: "Just put it in the cell." The guard opened the cell, and put the present in, then closed it up.
Octavio: "To Octavio and Dedf1sh, from The Squidbeak Splatoon." Dedf1sh: "I swear, if it's a fist, I'm gonna knock 'em!" Octavio opens the present, and in it are two fresh new DJ headsets, one for Octavio, and one for Dedf1sh. There was also a card. Dedf1sh opened the card to read it.

Thank you guys so much for saving the world and Inkopolis. You really helped defeat the darkness and prevented it from consuming the world. I hope this present is enough for a thank you.

The Squidbeak Splatoon had finished their partying. Johnny and Plank went back to the Cul Du Sac where it is all decorated for Squidmas, light strung up on houses, and it is snowing outside.
Johnny draws a tongue on Plank, and he sticks his tongue out to catch the snowflakes as he runs to his home.
