Omarnosian10: Hello, readers. This chapter will have some suspense and my first OC villain.
Chase: Technically, the villain identity is the OC. The secret identity isn't.
Kaz: Spoilsport.
Ben: Will you tell us who the villain is?
Omarnosian10: Well, that would be spoiling the surprise.
Jack: He's right, Ben.
Kim: Yeah, if he tells us the villain's secret identity right now, the chapter won't get suspense.
Omarnosian10: Thank you, Jack and Kim. Now that that's settled, ON WITH THE SHOW!
Chapter 7: The Night Beast
(Seaford Rooftop)
Jack is currently leaning against the railing with his binoculars, looking at the buildings around him. Jack and Kim agreed to take night shifts to protect the city since the villains might be targeting the Galactic Defender's hometowns. Tonight is Jack's turn and he is bored.
"Maybe I should practice some martial arts to pass the time." suggested Jack as he pulls back from the railing before he heard a howl.
"What was that?" asked Jack as he looks at the buildings with his binoculars, failing to notice a shadow pass behind him until he felt a gust of wind. Jack turned and noticed a shadowy figure a few rooftops away breaking into a ventilation shaft on the floor. Jack ran toward it while activating the Skylatrix.
"Time to see how my sneaky friend will like some snakes." quipped Jack as he slammed the Skylatrix before a red flash occurred.
(Jack's transformation scene)
Wild West music began to play as Jack becomes covered in a dirt cloud. When the cloud uncovered, Jack is wearing a brown cowboy jacket with a red bandanna around his neck, a black cowboy hat with a red stripe and 2 white feathers, and a belt with a gold buckle with a skull on it. Jack took out a gun from his holster before the gun shot an orange cobra forward. The cobra turned and shot toward Jack before it tied his legs together. When the cobra reared back it's head behind Jack, it began to fade while merging with Jack, making him an orange snake cowboy.
"Rattle Shake" cried the Undead Skylander as he puts a hay straw between his teeth.
(Science Lab)
Rattle Shake slithered out of the ventilation shaft before landing on the ground.
'I remember this lab. It's where Jerry, Milton and I defeated Derek Tanner, a week before I obtained the Skylatrix.' thought Rattle Shake as he looks around the lab. When he noticed a dark furry tail behind a table, he smirked before he aimed his snake gun toward it.
"Gotcha." said Rattle Shake before his gun shot purple venom toward it. In a blink of an eye, the tail retracted from the venom shot. Rattle Shake narrowed his eyes before he slithered around the table. He pointed his gun toward the shadow, only to notice that the figure is gone.
"Where did that thing go?" asked Rattle Shake before violet ultrasonic waves hit him from behind, sending him toward multiple equipment and destroying some of it in the process and creating a smoke cloud. Rattle Shake slithered out of the smoke cloud before he noticed the shadowy figure heading toward a small antennae. Rattle Shake shot multiple venom blasts toward the figure, only for it to dodge it and grab the small antennae. For a brief moment, Rattle Shake saw glowing violet eyes. The shadowy figure crawled through the ventilation shaft on the wall. Rattle Shake followed it the ventilation shaft.
(Seaford Alley)
The shadowy figure exited the ventilation shaft followed by Rattle Shake. The shadowy figure tried to run to the street, but Rattle Shake shot venom blasts in front of it before he slithered in front of it.
"You have nowhere to run." smirked Rattle Shake as he points his snake gun toward the shadowy figure.
"That's what you think." said the shadowy figure in a female voice, meaning that it's a girl. The shadowy figure reared back her head before she howled violet ultrasonic waves to the ground, sending her to the sky and away from Rattle Shake. Rattle Shake tried to venom blast her, but she kept getting farther until she vanishes from sight.
"Gone." grimaced Rattle Shake before he slapped the red Skylatrix symbol on his chest, changing him back in a red flash. Jack punched his open palm before he noticed small pieces of fur on the ground.
(Davenport Lab)
Chase, Douglas and Donald are currently under something covered in a tarp.
"Are you sure they'll be finished soon, Davenport?" asked Chase as he got out of the tarp, along with Donald and Douglas.
"Yeah, give or take a few hours at this rate." waved Donald.
"I still don't understand why you're building this. With the Bakutrix and your bionics, you shouldn't need anything." shrugged Douglas as he wipes the grease off his hands.
"Better to be safe than sorry." said Chase as he grabs a wrench from his toolbox before the Bakutrix began beeping.
"You going to get that?" asked Donald as he grabs a screwdriver from his toolbox. Chase nodded before he activated the Bakutrix's communication feature.
"Chase, can you hear me?" asked Jack through the communicator.
"Yeah, Jack, what happened?" asked Chase as he puts the wrench in the toolbox.
"A robbery happened. The thief got away, but not without a trace. I need you to come here at my coordinates." answered Jack before he hung up.
"Sorry, guys, but... " paused Chase, hoping the older Davenports will understand.
"Don't worry. We'll finish our parts. You need to complete it when you come back." assured Donald, while Douglas nodded. Chase nodded before he activated the Bakutrix.
"No transformations in here, Chase." frowned Donald. Chase nodded before he deactivated the Bakutrix and exited the building.
(Seaford Alley)
Jack is currently standing with his arms crossed, waiting for someone until he heard a howl. Jack turned around and took a fighting stance. Jack exited his fighting stance when he noticed Subterra Hynoid in front of him. Hynoid slammed the Bakutrix symbol on his chest, changing back to Chase.
"What was that about? You looked like you saw a werewolf." smiled Chase, making Jack raise an eyebrow.
"Wait a minute. You did see a werewolf?" asked Chase before Jack took out a plastic bag with hairs from his red jacket.
"In this case, I did. But I think she's an alien werewolf." answered Jack.
"She?" repeated Chase.
"The werewolf has a girl voice, so it's obviously a girl, and she was able to fit through the ventilation shaft." said Jack as he points at the vent cover. Chase nodded before he took the plastic bag from Jack. Chase's eyes glowed blue before they shot a blue beam of light, scanning the hairs in the bag. They stopped after a few seconds and Chase gave Jack the bag back.
"It's not just alien. There are traces of human DNA inside those hairs." informed Chase.
"So we're facing a were-alien?" asked Jack as he puts the plastic bag in his pocket.
"Not sure if that's a real word, but yes, a human/alien hybrid." answered Chase.
"Got it. And she stole a small antennae, about a foot in length." informed Jack as he stretches his arms in emphasis.
"I don't know why she would steal that, but maybe Ben can figure out what alien half we're facing." admitted Chase.
(Morning, Rust Bucket III)
"She's half Loboan." concluded Ben as soon as Jack finished telling the Galactic Defenders what happened during his night shift.
"Aren't Loboans Benwolf's species?" asked Kaz.
"Seriously, you named one of your forms after yourself?" asked Kim with a raised eyebrow, along with Chase and Jack.
"I was 10. And I don't call him Benwolf anymore, I call him... (looks around the room before noticing Wolf Blitzer on the news, which is in mute.) Blitzwolfer!" answered Ben with a smile. Chase noticed him looking around and saw Wolf Blitzer on the news.
"You just made that up right now by changing his name!" frowned Chase as he points at the news.
"Did not!" snapped Ben.
"We're missing the point here!" shouted Jack, preventing an argument from occurring before both Ben and Chase sigh.
"Jack's right. It doesn't matter what you named your form. We need to figure out how to find the Night Beast." said Kaz, making everyone turn to him with confused looks.
"What? Can't I name a new villain for once?!" snapped Kaz.
"Sorry, Kaz." apologized the others.
"We just have to figure out why she stole an antennae." said Kaz.
"Antennas are useless without a high point or satellite dish." informed Chase.
"There are lots of satellite dishes around Seaford, so it's hard to tell which one she's after." sighed Jack.
(Meanwhile, Davenport Lab)
Douglas and Donald are under the tarps from the previous night, still working on their invention until they heard a growling sound. When they got out from under the tarps, Donald and Douglas had their arms around their stomachs.
"All this building really works up an appetite." smiled Douglas.
"Tasha's making lunch. Let's go grab a bite." suggested Donald as the Davenport brothers exit the lab. Suddenly, the ventilation shaft beside the capsules broke until the shadowy figure crawled out and stood up to reveal herself. She is a female Loboan with a muzzle instead of a snout, has violet eyes, and has dark grey fur. She is wearing a jade wolf locket around her neck, a red shirt with a black wolf head silhouette on it, brown jean shorts, and is barefooted. The Night Beast is walking toward the desktop before she took out a flash drive from her pocket. She installed the flash drive into the desktop before she typed something. She stopped in a few seconds before she crossed her arms, waiting for the download to be complete.
"What the?" asked Leo as he enters the lab before noticing the Night Beast. The Night Beast turned toward him and snarled before taking a fighting stance.
"All right, doggie lady, don't know why you're here, but want to play fetch?" smirked Leo as he fires an orange energy ball from his right hand. The Night Beast cartwheeled backwards and dodged the energy ball. She growled before she unleashed her violet ultrasonic howl. Leo cartwheeled to his left and dodged the attack. When Leo's feet touched the ground, he prepared an orange energy ball on his right palm before it surrounded his entire hand.
"Fetch my POWER FIST!" cried Leo as he punches the air in front of him before an orange energy fist collided with the Night Beast's stomach, making her skidding backwards.
DOWNLOAD COMPLETE
The Night Beast had a wolfish grin on her face before her tail pulled the flash drive off the desktop as she unleashed her ultrasonic howl, making Leo cover his ears and close his eyes. When Leo opened them, he noticed that the Night Beast is gone. Donald and Douglas rushed into the lab when they heard the howl.
"Leo, what happened?" asked Donald before Douglas noticed the open vent.
"And who opened the vents?" added Douglas as he jerks his thumb toward the vent.
"A girl werewolf came in here and downloaded something from the desktop and I tried to stop her, but her sonic howl was painful and she escaped." answered Leo as he tries to check his ears. Frowning, Douglas went to the desktop and typed something before he has a grim look on his face.
"Douglas, did you find out what she stole?" asked Donald.
"Yeah, she stole Bree's bionic chip blueprints." answered Douglas.
"Why would she want to steal that?" asked Leo.
"If I had to take a guess, I would say MASS PRODUCING IT TO MAKE A BIONIC ARMY TO TAKE OVER THE WORLD!" shouted Douglas, waving his arms.
"There has to be a deeper meaning for this if she only stole Bree's blueprints." muttered Leo with his hand in his chin.
(Mighty Med)
Kaz and Oliver are currently checking off the last of the patients.
"We finished sooner than I thought." admitted Oliver as he looks at his checklist.
"What'd you expect? It is a Saturday, so we can spend the night at home." grinned Kaz. Oliver nodded before the duo heard a door open from the hallway.
"Who could be here on a Saturday?" muttered Kaz before he and Oliver heard a snarl from behind them. Slowly, they turned to see the Night Beast with bared fangs and an angry frown.
"Who's that?" asked Oliver in surprise.
"That must be the alien werewolf that attacked Jack last night." thought Kaz out loud. Growling, the Night Beast unleashed her ultrasonic howl, making Oliver and Kaz cover their ears in pain.
"Time to become the alpha wolf." said Kaz as he quickly draws a card from the Dueltrix.
(Kaz's transformation scene)
A full moon appears above Kaz before his eyes became night black. He flicked his wrists as brown broken cuff links attach to them. He removed his jacket and shirt before he became more muscular and his jeans turned swamp green while they rip up to the thigh. Kaz snarled before he grew silver fur (except around the abs, which turned dark pink instead) and white claws. His head became wolf-like as he grew a wolf tail.
"Beast of the Night, Zombie Werewolf." howled the DARK Duel Monster.
(Back in Mighty Med)
"How many of you guys can turn into werewolves?" asked Oliver annoyed.
"Meh... at least 3 of us. Jack and Kim either haven't unlocked it yet, or they never had it locked." answered Zombie Werewolf before they heard a purring sound and turned to the Night Beast.
"My, my, what a hot werewolf body you have." purred the Night Beast.
"Since when do werewolves purr?" asked Oliver with a raised eyebrow.
"Too bad it's not your real form, or that it's only almost as hot as Benwolf." smirked the Night Beast before she unleashed her ultrasonic howl. Zombie Werewolf grabbed Oliver and threw him across the hall away from the howl while Zombie Werewolf covered his ears and howled in pain. Using the opportunity, the Night Beast lunged toward Zombie Werewolf and karate chopped his knees, sending a shock wave while numbing his legs and getting Zombie Werewolf to his knees.
"What did you do?" asked Zombie Werewolf angrily.
"Special training in Plumber Academy." smirked the Night Beast before she somehow zoomed away from Zombie Werewolf in a grey blur. Oliver ran toward Zombie Werewolf.
"Kaz, what happened?" asked Oliver. Zombie Werewolf rolled his eyes before he slapped the Dueltrix symbol on his chest, changing back in a black flash.
"She got my legs numb and super speed away." groaned Kaz before he tries to stand.
"And to make matters worse, my legs are still numb when I changed back." frowned Kaz. Oliver held Kaz under his arm while helping him up.
"She mentioned that she trained in Plumber Academy when she numbed my legs. Maybe she's an ex-Plumber." suggested Kaz before Horace Diaz ran toward them from front.
"Horace, what are you doing here?" asked Oliver.
"Someone triggered the silent alarm, so I came in as soon as I can, (notices Kaz's condition) and judging by your condition, Kaz, is it safe to say that you encountered the intruder?" asked Horace.
"Yeah, a Human/Loboan female hybrid. She got away in a blur." answered Kaz, making Horace raise an eyebrow.
"Impossible. Even pure Loboans don't possess super speed. Enhanced, yeah, but not enough to be a blur." informed Horace.
'A bionic Human/Loboan hybrid ex-Plumber?' mentally asked Kaz.
(Ben's room)
It is currently midnight and Ben is asleep in his black T-Shirt and green boxers. Outside of Ben's window, the Night Beast is sitting on a tree branch. She looked at the Ultimatrix and had an evil grin before she took out a highly advanced remote with the same antennae she stole last night an a small satellite dish. She rotated a dial before she spoke into it.
"Ultimatrix, voice command mode, code 10." ordered the Night Beast, surprisingly in Ben's own voice.
COMMAND ACCEPTED. VOICE COMMAND ACTIVATED.
"Ultimatrix, transform user into Loboan." ordered the Night Beast in Ben's voice as a green flash consumed Ben before Blitzwolfer took his place, still unconscious.
(A/N: Transformation scenes are only available when the user is conscious, and Blitzwolfer has his Ultimate Alien appearance from the theme.)
"Ultimatrix, command code: 1-0-1-0, Tennyson, Benjamin, engage life-form lock." commanded the Night Beast.
COMMAND ACCEPTED. LIFE-FORM LOCK ENGAGED.
The Night Beast had a satisfied grin on her face before she rotated the dial and returned to her normal voice.
"Even if you did reject my desires, Benwolf, you can't change back unless I want you to." grinned the Night Beast before she jumped onto the window and used her claws to grip the window.
"Get out of your room and come with me." ordered the Night Beast. Surprisingly, Blitzwolfer woke up and walked toward the window and opened it before sticking his head out and looking at the Night Beast.
"Not gonna happen." smirked Blitzwolfer. The Night Beast gaped at this before Blitzwolfer unleashed his own ultrasonic howl, pushing the Night Beast to the ground, making a web of cracks. The Night Beast sat up before looking at Blitzwolfer with wide eyes as he jumped off the window and landed perfectly on the ground.
"But how?" asked the Night Beast. Blitzwolfer smirked before he took out high tech earplugs from his wolf ears.
"Earplugs. (drops the earplugs) Good work, Chase." nodded Blitzwolfer. The Night Beast raised an eyebrow as a ripple is visible on the wall before it turned into Subterra Preyas with his arms crossed.
"No problem, Ben. It wasn't so hard since I am the brains of the group." smirked Preyas. The Night Beast took a step back before searching her pocket.
"Looking for this?" taunted a familiar voice. The Night Beast looked up to see Stealth Elf hanging upside down on a tree branch with the remote in her hand. Stealth Elf performed a back flip and gracefully landed.
"Well, fetch!" taunted Stealth Elf as she threw the remote in the air. The Night Beast jumped upward and tried to catch the remote until a flaming arrow shot through it and destroyed it.
"I never miss my target." gloated an unknown voice. The Night Beast landed and turned toward Stealth Elf to see Flameslinger next to her with a bow and flaming arrow ready.
"We have you surrounded." announced an unknown voice. The Night Beast looked between Stealth Elf and Blitzwolfer to see Strike Ninja with two large kunai in his hands, holding them like daggers. The Night Beast gritted her teeth before looking around.
"How did you figure out my plan?" asked the Night Beast.
"Let me explain." started Blitzwolfer.
FLASHBACK
"I'm pretty sure you know why I called this meeting." said Ben.
"Yeah, we need to tell you what we figured out about the Night Beast." replied Kaz, referring to himself and Chase.
"During noon, today, Leo fought the Night Beast while she was downloading Bree's bionic blueprints. From Leo's description, she has a muzzle, violet eyes, and dark grey fur. She was wearing a jade wolf locket around her neck, a red shirt with a black wolf head silhouette on it, brown jean shorts, and was barefooted." informed Chase before Kaz stood up from his seat.
"That's the exact same description of the Night Beast when I fought her in Mighty Med." agreed Kaz.
"So she stole Bree's bionic blueprints and an antennae, and we know what she looks like. Anything else?" asked Ben as Kaz raised his hand.
"Kaz, you don't need to raise your hand." informed Ben. Kaz chuckled nervously before lowering his hand.
"She stole a satellite dish from Mighty Med and from what Chase told us, I'm sure I saw her use Bree's super speed to escape." explained Kaz.
"So that's why she stole Bree's bionic blueprints." agreed Chase.
"That's not all. When I became Zombie Werewolf, she was flirting with me for a while and said it's only almost as hot as Benwolf, or 'Blitzwolfer' or whatever you call him." added Kaz.
"Seriously? A werewolf fan? How many girls like werewolves?" groaned Jack.
"Is that how she defeated you, with her super speed?" asked Kim. Kaz shook his head.
"No, she used her enhanced strength to numb my legs from knee-deep. She said that she learned it in Plumbers Academy." answered Kaz while Ben put his hand on his chin in a thinking pose.
"Obsessed with werewolves, an ex-Plumber in training, and she knows Blitzwolfer's old name. (snaps his fingers) I know who the culprit is. She's-" paused Ben.
FLASHBACK END
"Kai Green, my first crush." growled Blitzwolfer.
"Who broke Ben's heart when she confessed that she only likes Benwolf." added Strike Ninja.
"Technically, Ben calls him Blitzwolfer now." corrected Preyas. The Night Beast, now known as Kai, bared her teeth in anger.
"And we discovered how you became half-Loboan. You used Blukic and Driba's DNA Splicer to absorb the DNA of the Yenaldooshi Ben faced 6 years ago." explained Flameslinger.
"You only joined Plumbers Academy because your plan was set in motion." added Stealth Elf. Kai has a crazy look.
"So what if you discovered my plan? No one will stop me from keeping Ben as Benwolf so he could be all mine." laughed Kai maniacally.
"Alright, crazy lady, you're going to get it now." threatened Strike Ninja before he lunged toward Kai. Kai zoomed away before she got punched in the face by Preyas.
"Normally, I don't hit girls, but for you, I'll make an exception." grinned Preyas before he disappeared. Kai got uppercut by Flameslinger while Strike Ninja and Stealth Elf disappeared while slash marks appeared on Kai's fur. Stealth Elf and Strike Ninja appeared with their backs turned away from each other. Kai growled before she zoomed away.
"She's getting away." stated Strike Ninja before everyone changed back in a green, black, blue, red and yellow flash.
(A/N: During the brawl, Ben deactivated the Life-Form Lock.)
"Aaaannd we're out of juice." added Chase before he heard a beeping from the Bakutrix.
"Guys, Chase told me about the situation, so we invented something that might help, and it's finished. Chase can tell you the command code." informed Donald before he hung up. Chase nodded before looking at everyone.
"Alright, guys. follow my lead." ordered Chase. Everyone nodded before they followed Chase to the open street. Chase extended his arms forward while holding the Bakutrix dial.
"GALACTICYCLE, CHARGE!" cried Chase as the others followed his example.
"GALACTICYCLE, CHARGE!" cried Ben, Kaz, Jack and Kim. Suddenly, a green, black, blue, red and yellow flash occurred in the sky before 5 vehicles zoomed in the sky and landed in front of the Galactic Defenders, each with the individual color scheme.
(A/N: They look like the Time Cycles from Ben 10 Omniverse, except the wheels have the chosen devices' symbols on the sides and they match the Galactic Defenders' color scheme.)
"Whoa... " gaped the Galactic Defenders (except Chase) as they get on the matching vehicles.
"These are some sweet rides." complimented Kaz.
"I'm glad you like them. Donald, Douglas and I have been working on these for weeks. They're the Galacticycles, our own personal transportation." smirked Chase before Kaz tried to rev the bike up.
"How do you turn these on?" asked Ben as he looks around the inside.
"Voice command. Each of the Galacticycles have a number. Just say Galacticycle, along with the number on them, and engage." answered Chase. Ben nodded.
"GALACTICYCLE 1! ENGAGE!" cried Ben as he revved his green Galacticycle before he rode off.
"GALACTICYCLE 2! ENGAGE!" cried Kaz as he revved his black Galacticycle before he rode off.
"GALACTICYCLE 3! ENGAGE!" cried Chase as he revved his blue Galacticycle before he rode off.
"GALACTICYCLE 4! ENGAGE!" cried Jack as he revved his red Galacticycle before he rode off.
"GALACTICYCLE 5! ENGAGE!" cried Kim as she revved her yellow Galacticycle before she rode off.
(Bellwood Street)
"Good thing I got away from those Galactic Defenders. Now to find out a Plan B." pondered Kai, unaware that 5 Galacticycles are following her until the green one shot stun lasers at her. Kai barely dodged it before the black one shot tranquilizer darts. Kai only got hit in the arms, so she continued running, ignoring the numbness. The blue Galacticycle zoomed beside her before it shot taser wires, tying her arms together while shocking her.
"Oh, that's it!" growled Kai. She turned around and ran backwards while rearing her head back. Before Kai could unleash her ultrasonic howl, the red Galacticycle shot red gunk at her mouth, silencing her. The yellow Galacticycle shot a spinning rope toward Kai's feet, tying them together and making her trip with her back on the ground. The Glacticycles stopped before everyone got off and surrounded Kai.
"Don't bother trying to break that. It's unbreakable." grinned Chase.
"And I already called the Plumbers." added Ben before everyone noticed his attire.
"Is that seriously what you wear as PJs?" asked Kaz. Ben raised an eyebrow before he looked down at himself and squeaked while the other Galactic Defenders laugh.
Omarnosian10: Done.
Ben: The Night Beast was Kai Green this entire time?!
Kaz: I saw it coming.
Chase: Me too.
Jack: Wait a minute. Isn't the Galacticycle the same thing you made in Ben 10: Youkai Adventures, Chapter 6?
Omarnosian10: Yeah, and I really hate Kai Green.
Kim: How come?
Ben: Let's see. She was my first crush, but she only likes Blitzwolfer and is obsessed with him.
Omarnosian10: She's one of the 2 Ben 10 girls I hate!
Kaz: Who's the other?
Omarnosian10: LUCY MANN! I hate that girl ever since Mud is Thicker than Water. She always pull pranks on Gwen and takes insults as compliments! Who does that?!
Kim: Crazy people?
Omarnosian10: Exactly! I can't believe that she and Ben are related.
Ben: We're cousin-in-laws, so we're not biologically related.
Omarnosian10: Thanks for clearing that up, Ben. I want to make an announcement to you readers. Chase, would you do the honors?
Chase: Thank you! Next month, the poll winner, Fairy Tail will make a crossover with us on May.
Jack: The author wants to do it since it's his birth month.
Ben: It'll take place 2 years after we became Galactic Defenders.
