Chapter 78
Once the moms where finally out of the shower, they dressed in warm sweats and joined their children downstairs. Before they could even get seated on the couch, Emma was in front of them. "Mommy, Ma, can we go outside and build snow people? It snowed last night and everyone knows the first snow is the bestest. Can we go? Please." She asked, bouncing up and down.
"Slow down there Jellybean. We will go outside, I promise, just give us a minute, let us talk with your brother and sister, see what the plan is for today." Olivia said, wrapping her daughter up in her arms for a big hug. "And thank you for breakfast, it was delicious."
"You're welcome mommy. Me and Ava and Rafe all made it together, and we made it better by adding the secret ingredient."
"Oh yeah? What's the secret ingredient?"
"Love silly. That's what Ma says."
"You are absolutely right Em. And I could definitely taste all the love you put in it." Natalia assured her young daughter. "Where are Ava and Rafe?"
"Rafe's out shoveling the sidewalk and Ava's in the kitchen finishing the dishes. She said I could come play as long as I stayed down here and didn't bother you guys. What were you two doing anyway? It took you forever to eat breakfast and come down here."
"We…" Natalia started but then didn't know what to say.
"Were in the shower." Olivia finished for her. Watching her soon to be wife's cheeks turn a bright shade of red. She kissed Natalia's cheek and headed towards the kitchen to speak with Ava.
Natalia watched her leave and then turned her attention back to her youngest. "Hey Em, you think you can come help me grab mine and mommy's trays? We forgot to grab them when we came down."
"Sure. Then can we go out and play in the snow?"
"We'll see Jellybean." The two headed upstairs for the trays, with Emma talking the entire way about the snow girl she wanted to build.
Olivia entered the kitchen and stepped up to the sink beside her eldest to help finish the dishes. "Thank you for making us breakfast and giving us some extra time this morning."
"Of course, mom."
"Not that I'm complaining, but what made you decided to do that this morning?"
"A couple of things actually."
"Such as?"
"Well for one, I'm not blind, I could see things have been different with you and Natalia since the new pacemaker, and after what I heard last night, I can guess exactly what's been different."
"What do you mean what you heard last night?" Olivia asked, cringing at the thought of her children hearing her and Natalia's late-night activities.
"Oh, come on mom. Old house, thin walls." Ava answered, bumping her mom with her hip.
Olivia blushed. "Oh, you heard that?"
"Um yeah. Sounded like you two were…"
"Ava Elizabeth Peralta, do not even think of finishing that sentence." Olivia said sternly but with a shy grin.
Ava laughed and booty bumped her mom again. "Oh, come on mom, you can't really have thought I wouldn't have heard you two."
"No, I really didn't think you would." She stated, taking another plate from Ava's hand to dry.
"All I can say is, I hope I find someone to make me scream like that one day."
"AVA! I am your mother you know."
"What? I'm just saying, Natalia must really know what she's doing."
"Okay. So, what are the plans for the day my darling daughter?"
Ava chuckled at the very non subtle subject change and the crimson color of her mother's cheeks. "Well, Rafe is out shoveling right now and Emma has been dying to get out and play in the snow. We thought we could all go out for a bit if you feel up to it. Emma really wants us all to build snow people."
Olivia was grateful that Ava finally let the subject of her sex life drop. "I think that sounds perfect. When we come in we can have some hot chocolate in front of the fireplace."
Olivia turned with a huge loving smile on her face as Natalia and Emma came in, both carrying the dishes from Natalia and Olivia's breakfast to the sink. Once Natalia emptied her hands, she kissed Ava's cheek. "Thanks again for breakfast, and for cleaning up down here." She then moved to Olivia and wrapped her arms around her from behind, kissing the back of her neck. "And thank you for helping with the dishes."
Olivia leaned back into her arms and turned to kiss her cheek. "Anything for you my love. Would you like to go help Emma find her thermals and some warm clothes so we can go outside when Ava and I have finished up here."
Natalia kissed her neck one more time. "Of course. Come on Em, let's go get you ready to play outside."
Both of Emma's arms shot out above her head. "Yay! Finally get to go play in the snow. Are you coming out too mommy?"
"Yes my Jellybean. We are all gonna go out."
"YES!." Emma shouted, before running from the kitchen and up to her room with Natalia following behind her, shaking her head at how very much like her mother their youngest child really is. In fact, when she really thought about it, all three of them had traits of Olivia's. Ava not only has Olivia's eyes, but she also carries her sense of humor, as well as her business savvy. Rafe has Olivia's attitude most certainly, but he also has her protectiveness of the ones he loves, her nurturing nature, especially with Emma, and her fierce need to make something of his life. It amazes her sometimes how similar Rafe and Olivia are when they have no blood relation. Then there's Emma, she is so energetic and loving like her mom, not to mention her drive to concur the world. Emma also has her sweetness and the innocence Natalia is sure Olivia had before it was stolen from her. Natalia is pretty sure that Emma is an exact replica of how Olivia was as a little girl.
Once the dishes were finished and the four females were bundled up, they joined Rafe in the front yard. Emma immediately started rolling a ball of snow to start on her snow girl. Rafe and Ava quickly joining their little sister. Natalia ran back into the house to gather scarfs, hats, and mittens, to use for their snow people. When she came back out, her family seemed to have disappeared.
She set down the supplies and stepped out into the yard, scanning with her eyes. "Hey, where did you all go?" She started towards the side of the house when a snowball flew by her head just missing her. "What the…" Before she could get the sentence out, four more snowballs came at her with her family bounding out from the side of the house. She quickly turned and ducked. Picked up a handful of snow she threw it in their general direction. "No fair, four on one." She screamed, scooping up more snow and tossing it at them as they threw more snowballs.
"All's fair in love and snow." Olivia hollered back over the laughter of her family. Lobbing yet another snowball at her lover.
"Yeah Ma. No whining." Rafe added.
"Whining, whining, I'll show you whining." Natalia sprung from the ground and tackled her son who was unprepared for the attack, rubbing snow in his face when he hit the ground. "Ahh, Ma. Help guys, get her."
"Oh, we'll help alright." Ava said with a sly grin. She knelt on the ground and started shoving snow down Rafe's coat.
Soon Olivia and Emma joined the attack on Rafe. Before they knew it, all five of them were laid out in the snow giggling and tossing snow at one another. Olivia made her way to Natalia and pinned her to the ground. Sitting on her hips she kissed her soundly. The two got lost in their kiss until a bucket of snow landed on them. They promptly stopped their kiss and glared up at the smiling faces of their children.
Olivia hopped off of Natalia and help her to her feet. "You three think you're funny don't ya?"
"What are you complaining about, I had a sneak attack by all four of you. And I bet I can guess who the master mind of that was." Natalia said with a raised eyebrow at her children while pointing at Olivia.
"Yeah it was all mom." Said Ava chuckling.
"Yup, mom made us do it." Rafe added with a smile.
"Yeah ma, it was mommy's idea." Emma stated through her laughter.
Olivia raised a hand to her chest in mock shock. "I can't believe you all turned on me like that. You little snitches."
"Sorry mom, we already told you, ma is scarier." Ava said, patting her mom on the shoulder.
Natalia laughed. "I'm the scary one? How did that happen?"
Olivia wrapped her arms around her fiancé's waist and gave her a peck on the lips. "Well apparently, since I'm angry all the time, they are used to me." She explained and then kissed her again. "Alright, let's finish these snow people and then get inside for some hot coco."
The five finished their snow people, each building one to represent a member of the family other than themselves. As they were finishing, Natalia slipped inside to have hot chocolate and a fire ready for them when they came in.
The Latina heard the telltale signs of her family stripping their outerwear just as she was setting the tray of hot coco and cookies on the coffee table. She added another log to the fire and went to help Emma strip down. Once they all got unbundled and changed into sweats, they sat down in the living room to enjoy some time together.
When they finished their drinks and cookies, the kids headed down to play the Wii with the moms promising to join once they cleaned up. Olivia took the cups to the sink and Natalia headed to the laundry room to throw in their wet clothes. As soon as Olivia had all the cups rinsed and set in the sink, she went in search of her lover.
Olivia entered the laundry room, closing the door behind her. Natalia was just setting the dial on the wash when she felt strong arms encircle her, pinning her to the washer as soft lips pressed against the flesh just behind her right ear. Natalia braced herself with her hands against the lid of the washer as Olivia pressed herself into her ass. Olivia raised an eyebrow but said nothing, happy in the fact that her children were getting along so well and pleased with having the house to herself and Natalia. Images of all the things she and Natalia could do without having to worry about being too loud flashed through her mind causing her center to become instantly wet. The family finished their dinner, talking and laughing about their day together. Ava pouring the moms each a glass of wine and delivering it to them on the couch before joining her siblings.
Once they were alone, Olivia set down her wine and took Natalia's from her, setting it down as well. She drew the brunette into her arms and laid back against the arm of the couch. "Today was such a good day. We have the most amazing kids."
Natalia turned enough to look at her properly. "Yes we do. I still can't believe how quickly and easily they became true siblings. It's as if they've all grown up together their entire lives. Rafe is like a totally different person. I am so thankful to you for that."
"I didn't do anything honey He worked very hard to be where he is now. I am very proud of him."
"Don't do that Olivia."
"Do what?"
"Sell yourself short like that. You did so much for him. He was in a very bad place thinking he needed to join the army until you stepped in and offered him so much more. Olivia, if it weren't for you, my baby could be overseas somewhere. You did so much for him, even when he was so cruel to you. I don't know where he would be without you."
Olivia blushed slightly at the compliment. "Alright, I did a little, but he did all the work."
Natalia shook her head and smiled before launching herself onto Olivia's lap and kissing her with fever. Olivia broke the kiss breathless. "Mmm. Wow. Got any more kids I can give a job? Cause I gladly will if that's how you're gonna kiss me for it." She asked, licking the taste of Natalia from her lips.
Natalia stroked Olivia's cheek and pecked her lips, then pulled back to meet her shining eyes. "No more kids, but uh, I could just kiss you like that again anyway." She said with a smirk. Without waiting for a response, Natalia claimed Olivia's lips once more, letting her hands wander over Olivia's body. Taking both her breast in her hands and massaging them.

"Hey, you little beaver impeder you're supposed to be downstairs for the night." Olivia countered.
"Beaver impeder? Really mom?" Ava said chuckling.
"Yes really. Do you have a better phrase?"
"I don't know, clam jam, taco blocko…"
Natalia finally raised her head snickering. "Taco blocko. That's what you came up with?"
"It's better than beaver impeder." Ava replied, cracking up along with Natalia.
"Really Ava, we don't need you to run clitorference here." Olivia joked as she joined in their laughter.
"At least…. it was me that stopped you…. and not you getting…. vajected." Ava choked out through her giggles.
"True. However, since it was Natalia here that was molesting my chesticles, it would be me doing the vajecting I think." Olivia said in the most serious voice she could muster while fighting off busting out in laughter.
Natalia turned beat red but continued to chuckle. "On that note, why don't you go get Emma's book," she pointed at Ava, "and we'll head up to our room, with the door, that locks."
Natalia stood from Olivia's lap and held out a hand to assist her love. The two took care of the wine glasses and locked the doors before heading to their room hand in hand. At the second floor landing they kissed Ava goodnight before slipping into their bedroom.
Once inside, Natalia was quick to slam Olivia against the door and kissed her with wild abandon.
