Previously
Ben and the Avengers with the help of the unfrozen Captain America took down Baron Zemo and his army of doughboys after they invaded the Avengers Mansion and attacked the Statue of Liberty. After going Ultimate Shocksquatch, Ben defeated a giant doughboy and Captain America joined the Avengers. Little did any of them know but the Enchantress has now formed an alliance with Baron Zemo and more are sure to follow.
Avengers Mansion: New York City
All around Ben, all he sees is fire and destruction, the Avengers Mansion is burning down to the ground and the city behind him is completely destroyed. Laying dead on the lawn are all the members of the Avengers, Ben's friends and his new family. Wasp has been crushed to death in her shrunken form, Ant-Man's body has been badly warped between his giant size and small size. Captain America's shield has been impaled through the upper part of his body while Iron Man has a massive hole in his chest. Thor lays on the ground dead as Mjölnir rests on his destroyed chest, even the Hulk has been ripped in half and both parts of his body are scattered all over the place.
"No…No…No, this can't be happening, not again" Ben says as he falls to his knees and tears start to fall from his eyes
All of a sudden, Ben starts to hear a sinister laugh coming from the burning ruins of the Avengers Mansion. Looking up Ben sees a tall and menacing figure standing in the flames, unaffected by them.
"Its you, I thought I killed you, you are dead" Ben says as he stands up and points at the figure
"Clearly you haven't killed me Tennyson for I am impossible to kill " the figure tells Ben
"No, I refuse to believe that" Ben says yelling
Ben goes to activate the omnitrix but sees that it isn't on his wrist
"You can't fight without this " the figure says
Ben looks up and sees that the figure has his omnitrix in their hand and all of a sudden the figure crushes it
"No" Ben says as he falls back down to his knees
"You failed to protect them, to keep them safe, you think you are safe where you are at? No, I will find you and I will take away everything you are trying to keep safe, nothing will stop me, nothing will stop VENGEANCE!!! " The figure yells
Soon the flames of the mansion spread and engulf the bodies of the dead Avengers before the start to engulf Ben
"NOOOOO!!!" Ben yells as the flames start to burn him alive
Ben's Room: Avengers Mansion
"NOOOOO!!!" Ben yells as he shoots up from his bed
In a sweat induced panic, Ben quickly looks around and sees that he is in his room in the mansion. Seeing that he once again had a nightmare, Ben let's out a sigh of annoyance as he starts to get out of his bed.
"I can't keep doing this" Ben says to himself as he rubs his head
"Young Master Tennyson, it is 3 o'clock in the morning, a young man of your age must at least get 8 to 9 hours of sleep if you are to be healthy" JARVIS tells Ben as he gets out of his bed
"JARVIS, don't lecture me about the human body, just get the HARM room set up for me" Ben tells JARVIS with an annoyed sigh
"What level would you like me to set the HARM room to sir?" JARVIS asks Ben
"Just set it to level 20 and don't let the others bother me while I am down there" Ben answers as he puts his regular clothes on and leaves the room
Time Skip
Kitchen: Avengers Mansion
It was 11 o'clock in the morning and Ben was in the kitchen making himself a smoothie after being in the HARM room since 3am. Ben had recently been having more severe nightmares that woke him up and prevented him from falling and staying asleep. He use to just gave nightmares about that day when he lost everything but after Enchantress almost killed his friends he's been seeing them in his nightmares as well. Since Ben had basically become an insomniac, he would train in the HARM on the max level setting, he would most use Rath since channeling his anger through the Appoplexian was extremely therapeutic for him and since Rath's natural anger melded well with his own, it was like therapy for Ben. However, the other Avengers noticed Ben's behavior and were extremely worried about his health, they wanted Ben to get help but Ben refused for reasons of his own.
"I had a feeling that you would be down here" a voice says to Ben
Ben looks over and sees Steve walk into the kitchen and go over to the coffee pot
"Sorry if I woke you up" Ben says, apologizing to Steve as he blends his smoothie
"You didn't wake me up, I'm use to sleeping through war zones, it's actually the mattresses" Steve replied as he put a filter in the coffee pot
"Let me guess, they are too soft for you?" Ben asks Steve as he pours his smoothie into a glass
"Something like that I guess, I just haven't gotten use to the way things are yet" Steve answers with a sigh as he pours ground coffee into the filter
"I guess I feel for you, can't be easy adjusting to new things" Ben said as he took a drink of his smoothie
"I do miss a lot of things from back then but there are also things that I'm glad to experience now, coffee pots and filters are a good thing, polio has been cured and I can't believe they started slicing bread" Steve said, joking a bit as he began to brew his coffee
"You really were frozen in ice for decades" Ben said with a chuckle
"I may have been frozen in the ice but I still know what shell shock looks like" Steve tells Ben
"We just call it PTSD now a days" Ben said as he sat his empty cup down on the counter
"Whatever you call it, trauma is still trauma" Steve tells Ben as he pours himself a cup of coffee
"Look, if I get help you've got to get some help too" Ben tells Steve
Steve takes a drink of his coffee and sets it down on the counter before sticking his hand out
"It's a deal then" Steve says
Ben and Steve shake each other's hands before Steve picks his mug up takes another drink of his coffee
"I still can't believe they didn't have these things back in my day" Steve says to himself
"Oh yeah, I'm going to be heading out for today, could you let the others know?" Ben asks Steve
"Sure thing kid, I'll let Tony and the others know" Steve answers, agreeing to inform the others that Ben would be out
After that, Ben washes out his cup and puts it away before he leaves the kitchen and heads back up to his room
Time Skip
City Streets: New York City
Later in the day, Ben was walking down through the streets of New York. People were busy going about their business, walking up down the sidewalk while cars drove around. One thing that Ben noticed was that no one was stopping to talk to him or take his picture. No one knew who Ben was and Ben was alright with that, given what happened the last time he became famous. People did however know who the Avengers were and had already started making posters, shirts, toys and other forms of merchandise.
Ben wondered if it was Tony's doing for all of that, trying to market the Avengers to the world. While Tony did have a real change of heart when he made his company stop making weapons. Money was money though and Ben knew that besides one upping people, Tony really liked making money. As Ben continued to walk down the street, he stopped by a stand selling newspapers. One of the newspapers that were being sold at the stand caught Ben's attention.
The headline of the newspaper was about the Avengers, there was pictures of all the members of the Avengers except Ben. Part of the article was about the fight between the Avengers and the Hulk. Another part of the article was about Captain America not being dead. There was also tones of pictures of the members of the Avengers. Something else caught the attention of Ben, the editor of the paper posted a reward for finding the identity of the hidden Avengers member, the one who could transform.
"Looks like I really am going to need a costume and a secret identity" Ben said to himself with a sigh
Ben saw that the pictures in paper were taken by a Peter Parker who was photographer for the Daily Bugle
"Hopefully Tony finishes up that outfit for me, I don't want people finding out my identity" Ben said to himself as he continued walking
Time Skip
As Ben continued to walk down the street, the smell of smoke filled the air and caused Ben to stop walking. It was then that he heard the sound of people screaming. Running around the block, Ben saw a large building on fire and people running out of the building before it collapsed.
"There's people still trapped in there" one of the nearby civilians said
"Where's the fire department?" Another civilian asked
Seeing that there was people still trapped inside of the building and knowing that it would be a good while before the fire department arrived to put out of the fire, Ben decided that it would be best if he acted fast
"Looks like it's hero time" Ben said to himself before he ran behind some cover and activated the omnitrix
Ben knew the perfect alien to transform into for this situation
"You better give it to me this time" Ben said to the omnitrix as he activated the omnitrix
Quickly scrolling through the omnitrix playlist, Ben eventually found the alien he was looking for. Selecting it caused the faceplate of the omnitrix to slide back and the core to pop up. Not wanting to waste anymore time, Ben slammed the core of the omnitrix down. Ben was then engulfed by a bright green light as he was transformed into the alien that he selected. When the green light faded away, it was revealed that Ben had transformed into a tall armored humanoid alien. The alien that Ben had transformed into looked like a mollusk-like alien that had a red armor body with barnacles over it. This alien was Ben's Orishan transformation that he called Water Hazard.

"Time to fight this fire" Ben said as he came out from his hiding spot and began to blast the burning building with powerful streams of water
The nearby civilians saw Ben putting out the fire and began to cheer, some of them recognized the omnitrix badge on his chest and figured that he was the unknown member of the Avengers
"It's him, it's him, the transforming Avenger" one of the civilians said loudly as they pointed at Ben
More and more civilians began to gather and they also pointed Ben out as the unknown transforming member of the Avengers
"Everyone stand back" Ben told all of the civilians
Ben soon heard cries coming from the burning building and decided to run inside and save whoever was trapped inside
Burning Building: New York City
Ben burst through the doors of the burning building and began to shoot torrents of water from his hands, trying to put out the fire. Ben looked around the floor he was on and saw that there wasn't anyone there. That meant that he was going to have to go up on the higher levels to search for the trapped people.
"Here goes nothing" Ben said as he put out the fire on the stairs before running up them to the next floor
Right away Ben began to look around for trapped people on this floor of the burning building. Ben went room to room looking for people while also continuing to put of more of the fire. Eventually Ben kicked down the door of one room and saw a young girl hiding under a coffee table.
"HELP ME!!!" The little girl yelled as pieces of the ceiling started to fall down around her
"I've got you" Ben said as he blasted away pieces of the ceiling that were going to fall on the coffee table the little girl was hiding under
Ben then ran over to the little girl and picked her up, holding her close to his chest so he could keep her safe
"W…Who are you?" The little girl asked Ben as he carried her out of the burning room
"I'm an Avenger" Ben told the little girl as the doorframe collapsed behind them
"You're an Avenger?" The little girl asked Ben
"Yep, now keep your head down" Ben told the little girl as he ran for the stairs
As Ben got to the stairwell it collapsed right in front of him, shaking the burning building
"That's not good" the little girl said
"Looks like I'm going to have to find a new way out of here" Ben says as he turns around to find another way out of the burning building
Ben with the little girl in his arms runs down the hallway of the burning building, looking for another set of stairs that would help them get out of the building before it collapses. Ben turns down a hallway and suddenly hears the sound of crying but it isn't coming from the little girl.
"There's some one else in here" Ben says as he stops and turns around
Soon the little girl hears the crying and recognizes who it is
"It's my little brother, he's trapped in here" the little girl said
"Okay, let's go and get him out of here" Ben says to the little girl as he runs off towards the source of the crying
As Ben runs towards the little girl's little brother, he shoots torrents of water out of his hands to put out the flames in front of him. Eventually Ben gets closer to the crying and as he turns a corner he suddenly bumps into something hard.
"What the heck was that?" Ben asks as he recovers quickly
Looking up, Ben sees a tall and dark muscular man wearing a yellow shirt with jeans and in his arms is a young boy
"Gabby" the little boy did as he saw the little girl in Ben's arms
"Danny" the little girl says as she reaches out towards the little boy
"Who the heck are you?" Ben asks the strange man
"The name is Luke Cage, who or what are you?" The strange man answers, asking Ben for his name
Before Ben could give it, more and more of the building starts to collapse around them as the flames get higher
"We need to get out of here fast" Ben says
"Follow me, I know a shortcut" the strange man said
Quickly, Ben followed behind the strange man, Luke Cage and the two ran towards a window. Before Ben could say anything, Luke Cage jumped out of a window. Ben ended up following behind him and also jumped out of the window as an explosion of flames happened right behind him.
City Streets: New York City
Both Ben and Luke Cage landed down on the ground in front of the burning building as the fire department and EMTs started to show up. The little girl and boy ran out of their arms and ran up to a woman who was clearly their mother.
"MOMMY!!!" Both of the children yelled
"My babies" the woman said as she fell to her knees and started hugging her children
Ben let out a sigh of relief as fire fighters started to put out the fire
"You did pretty good back there" Luke Cage said to Ben
"Don't mention it" Ben replies
"My husband is still in there!!!" The woman yells loudly
Immediately Ben and Luke Cage turn around to see the rest of the building start collapse. Right as the two of them start to head back into the burning building, the front part of it collapses.
"NO!!!" The woman yells loudly
"We have to save him" Ben says
Before Ben could do anything, he saw the silhouette of someone walking out of the smoke. Ben saw a man wearing a green kung fu outfit with a yellow mask on who also had a dragon tattooed on his chest. The strange man was carrying another man over his shoulders.
"Here you go" the strange man said as he handed over the injured man on his shoulders over to an EMT
Soon, the woman and her two children ran over to the man, revealing that he was her husband
"Took you long enough Fist, you had the poor woman worried" Luke Cage tells the strange man
"Sorry Cage but I don't have unbreakable skin like you and fire still kind of hurts" the strange man responded
"Wait, you two know each other?" Ben asked the two men
"Yeah, that there is Iron Fist and together he and I are the Heroes For Higher" Luke Cage answered
Ben did his best not to laugh at the name Luke Cage had told him was his and Iron Fist's team name
"It isn't that funny" Luke Cage says
"I told you it was ridiculous" Iron Fist tells Luke Cage
"Like he could do better" Luke Cage tells Iron Fist
"Actually, you should know that I am an Avenger and I'm kinda the one who came up with that name" Ben tells Luke Cage and Iron Fist
"For real?" Luke Cage asks in disbelief
"You are the transforming Avenger" Iron Fist says, realizing who Ben is
"That is me" Ben says as he rubs the back of his head
"You should totally come over to our place and have some drinks with us" Luke Cage suggests to Ben
"Sorry guys but I don't drink" Ben says
"Maybe you would like to help us out with something else?" Iron Fist asks Ben
"Come on Fist we don't need to bring him on board, Jessica would kill us" Luke Cage tells Iron Fist
"He's an Avenger and I am sure she would understand" Iron Fist says
"Understand what?" Ben asks confused
"Come with us and we'll talk about it somewhere else" Iron Fist tells Ben
Ben could tell that whatever it is that they were dealing with was serious and the two heroes could possibly need his help. Knowing that, Ben decided that it would be best if he went with the two heroes for higher to see what they were dealing with.
"I guess I can go with you guys but could you give me a minute first" Ben says to the two heroes
"Sure, take your time" Luke Cage says
Time Skip
Warehouse Hideout: New York City
Over in a decked out warehouse deep in the Hell's Kitchen part of New York City, Ben had followed Luke Cage and Iron Fist to their hideout. It wasn't anything like Avengers Mansion but it did have its own vibe to it. Both of the heroes were surprised to see Ben transform back into his human form and that he was only 18. Along the way to the hideout, Ben told Luke and Iron Fist all about himself. The two heroes also told Ben about themselves as well.
Apparently Luke was experimented on with some strange chemicals and gained an unbreakable skin as well as super strength. Iron Fist or Daniel "Danny" Rand was trained by Tibetan monks in the way of the iron fist after his father dies and had gained the power of the dragon after killing it with his bare hands. Two apparently teamed up on occasion and decided to make it a more permanent thing.
"So care to tell me why you wanted to talk to me here?" Ben asks Luke and Danny as he sits down on one of their couches
"You know those people we saved from that burning building?" Luke asked Ben
"Yeah" Ben answered
"Their building isn't the only one to go up in flames in Hell's Kitchen recently" Luke tells Ben
"Other residential building and businesses have gone up in flames in these past few weeks" Danny tells Ben
"You think it's all connected and someone is committing arson?" Ben asked the asked
"We know who's the one responsible for the arson attacks and why none of the authorities have noticed the pattern" Luke answers
"Who is it?" Ben asked
"His name is Wilson Fisk aka the Kingpin and he's burning down each and every property in the Kitchen, buying the land up for cheap and paying the authorities to keep quiet about it" Danny answers
"This guy sounds like a real monster and needs to be stopped no matter what" Ben said sounding angered by what he had heard
"The thing is, we need evidence to prove Fisk is behind it, evidence he can't hide or have his lawyers through under the rug" Luke says
"And that is where I come in" a voice says
Ben and the others look over and see a man wearing a business suit with blacked out glasses and guide cane in his hand
"Took you long enough" Luke said to the man
"Sorry, I was building an evidenceless defense for when Fisk goes to trial" the man said as he hung up his coat .
"We're still working on trying to find that but all of it keeps burning up" Danny says
"I am sure you two can find something, by the way, who is your new friend and what is up with dangerous amounts of energy coming from that watch on his wrist?" The man asks using his guide cane to point at Ben
"His name is Ben and he's an Avenger" Luke answered
"He wants to help us out" Danny added
"That sounds great to hear, we could use an Avenger to help take out Fisk" the man said as he sat down on one of the couches
"I am happy to help you guys but how is that you can see me?" Ben asked the asked
"When I was younger, a vat of chemicals fell on my face making me blind but it also heightened all of my senses, giving me a sort of radar sense" the man answered
"That sounds kinda awesome but also kind of sucks" Ben said
"You have no idea, by the way, my name is Matt, Matt Murdock" the man says to Ben, sticking his hand out and introducing himself to Ben
"Ben, Ben Tennyson" Ben replies, shaking Matt's hand and introducing himself to him
"So how exactly do we get evidence on Fisk?" Danny asks
"He keeps everything hidden and doesn't show his hand until it is too late" Matt says
"I sent Jessica to do some work on getting us evidence, hopefully she found something" Luke said
"Where is she then? We kinda need her here now" Danny said
"She's here" Matt said
Suddenly the doors opened violently and in walked a woman with purple hair who had a camera in her hand
"If you say, I could smell her getting off of the elevator I am going to kill you Matt" the woman said loudly as she walked over to the bar and grabbed a large bottle of liquor and started drinking it
"Who's she?" Ben asked looking at the woman as she gunned down the whole bottle of alcohol before grabbing another one
"That Ben is Jessica, Jessica Jones" Matt answered, giving Ben the woman's name
"Who's this guy?" Jessica asks pointing at Ben as she flops down into one of the chairs, opening up her new bottle of alcohol
"Jessica, this is Ben and he's an Avenger" Matt answers, introducing Jessica to Ben
"Nice to meet you" Ben says to Jessica
"Sure" Jessica says sarcastically as she leans back and starts drinking
"Ben here helped out Cage and Danny clear a burning building in the Kitchen today" Matt tells Jessica
"Another one of Fisk's doings?" Jessica asks
"Unfortunately it seems that way" Danny answers
"Did you get anything to use against Fisk?" Luke asks Jessica
"I actually got quite a bit this time around" Jessica answers as she takes out a bunch of pictures and tosses them down onto the table
Ben and the others go through the table and see men wearing strange outfits shake down groups of people and others talking to a man in the shadows
"It's Bullseye" Luke says, pointing out one of the men in the picture
"Look it's the one known as Shocker" Danny says pointing at a picture of someone else
"You know those guys?" Ben asks
"Bullseye is an enemy of mine, Shocker and the others are associates of Fisk" Matt answers
Looking at the pictures, Ben realizes that a few of them are apart of the 74 criminals that escaped during the breakout
"Those guys are people I'm after" Ben says
"All of them are on Fisk's payroll, he send em to these places to collect money and when they don't pay, he burns their businesses and homes down to the ground then buys the land up for cheap" Jessica says
"We need to stop this guy before he burns the whole neighborhood down" Ben says getting angry
"These photos will be helpful but we'll need more evidence if you want me to get him convicted" Matt says
"That's all I could get, not like I had access to his mainframe" Jessica says as she takes a sip from her bottle
"He'd keep all of his records on there, even the ones about his shady business deals and shake downs" Luke said
"I think I could actually get all of that off of there and more if we knew where the mainframe was stored" Ben says
"It is most likely in his main office at the top of Fisk Tower" Matt says
"Looks like we are going to raid Fisk Tower then" Luke said sounding excited
"If we are going to raid the tower we are going to need far more help, who knows how much firepower Fisk has defending it" Danny says
"Danny is right, do you guys know anyone else who would be willing to help us?" Ben asks them
"Castle would love to help us" Luke said speaking up
"Frank is down in Florida dealing with some personal business" Matt says
"What about Spector?" Danny asks
"Marc, Steven and even Lockley are elsewhere and won't help us" Matt answers
"Looks like we are just going to have to do it ourselves then?" Jessica said
"It does look that way" Matt said
"I could ask my friends in the Avengers to help us" Ben suggested
"We could use their help but I don't want to sound rude but your Avenger friends aren't exactly subtle and this mission requires a lot of that" Matt tells Ben
Ben knew that Matt was right about that and if he asked Tony and the others for help, Fisk could be alerted to what was going on have is drives wiped
"Looks like it is going to just have to be us" Ben says
"Great, looks like Fisk's tower is about to have a little Christmas party robbery" Jessica says as she gets up from her chair and finishes her bottle of alcohol
Just at that exact moment, a group of people come bursting down through the glass panels in the ceiling. Everyone quickly finds cover as shards of glass come falling down and the people land. Ben and Matt look up from behind the couch they are hiding behind. Ben sees a man wearing a yellow fishnet suit with goggle and massive gauntlets on each of his wrists. Next to the man were two other men each wearing a unique suit of their own. One was a large and bulky looking guy while the other was shorter. There was also a man wearing his own suit with an energy whip.
"Who are those guys?" Ben asks Matt
"The one in the yellow is Herman Schultz aka Shocker, the three next to him are his buddies, Ox Fancy Dan and the one with the whip is Montana" Matt answers, telling Ben who the men are
"I can take a guess on who Ox is" Ben said
"Ben, I need you and the others to cover me while I get in my suit" Matt tells Ben
"Your suit?" Ben asks Matt
"Some of us have secret identities while others don't" Matt tells Ben
Ben quickly gets what Matt is getting at and is about to go into action before Shocker starts speaking
"Defenders, the Kingpin has sent Shocker and the Enforcers to put a stop to your snooping" Shocker says as he fired energy blasts from his gauntlets, destroying one of the couches
"You clowns really don't want to mess with us" Luke says as he comes out of nowhere and hits Shocker in the face
"We aren't ones to give up so easily" Danny says as he jumps out from behind one of the couches and kicks both Fancy Dan and Montana
"So get the memo and leave" Jessica says as she downs a bottle before throwing it at Ox and taking the big man down to the ground
"You go, we'll deal with them" Ben tells Matt as he activates the omnitrix
Matt quietly crawls away while Ben begins to select an alien to transform into. While Ben does that, Luke and the other Defenders are busy dealing with Shocker and the Enforcers. Ben looks over and sees Ox throwing Jessica around only for her to get back up and resume fighting. Danny is busy dealing with Fancy Dan who is bouncing off the walls like a ricocheting bullet and Montana who is restraining him with his energy whips. Luke is busy taking Shocker's energy blasts while trying to get close enough to fight him.
"Hurry up and pick something" Ben says to himself as he continues to scroll through the omnitrix playlist
As Ben hears the sound of the fighting continuing he quickly scrolls through the omnitrix playlist until he decides to randomly select an alien
"Here goes nothing, just don't be Walkatrout or something even worse" Ben says to himself as he selects the alien
The omnitrix faceplate slides back and the core of the omnitrix pops up right as Ben slams it down. In an instant, Ben became engulfed by a bright green light as he was transformed into the alien that he had selected. Once the green light faded away, it was revealed what Ben had transformed into.
"I will crush you little girl" Ox says as he grabs Jessica and lifts her up, squeezing her tightly
"Jessica, NO!!!" Luke yells before he is blasted by Shocker
"Finish her off Ox" Shocker tells Ox
OX slowly begins to crush Jessica until you could hear cracking and popping sounds coming from her bones. Before Ox could break her in half, a white beam came out of nowhere and hit Ox, freezing him solid in ice.
"What in the?" Montana asks as he sees Ox frozen solid
"Who did that?" Shocker asks
"That would be me" a voice answers
Everyone looks over to see a large blue and white iguana looking creature with spikes on its back and frost coming out of its mouth

The creature was actually Ben in his Polar Manzardill form that he called Articguana
"And you guys really messed up attacking the wrong people" Ben tells them
"You'll pay for freezing Ox" Fancy Dan says before he launches himself at Ben
Ben jumps out of the way and fires an ice beam at Fancy Dan, freezing him solid before he could even hit Ben
"Looks like it's just you two left, care to surrender?" Luke asks Shocker as he punches his fist into the palm of his hand
"Sorry but we've been paid to do a job and I don't plan on failing now" Shocker answers before he fires two energy blasts at the ground
The energy blasts hitting the ground shakes everything and starts to shatter the stone floor and bring the whole warehouse down
"Not my BOOZE!!!" Jessica yells as she sees all of her alcohol behind the bar fall and break
Shocker continued to try and bring the whole warehouse down but Luke, Danny and Ben went to stop him, only to be stopped by Montana
"Sorry fellas but this is where you stop" Montana tells them
Ben gets ready to fire an ice beam while Luke gets into a fighting stance and Danny ignites his fist with mystic energy. Before any of them could actually fight Montana, Jessica comes up from behind him and tackles Montana to the ground.
"You your buddy destroyed all of my liquor, I worked so hard to get all of that, now you are going to pay" Jessica says as she repeatedly punches Montana over and over again, ripping parts of his suit apart
"And I thought the villains that I fought were really scary" Ben said stunned
"Probably should tell her that there is more in the container outside" Danny says
"Let's wait until after all of this to tell her" Luke says, stopping Danny
Seeing Jessica beat Montana to a near pulp causes Danny to gulp a bit
"Probably a good idea" Danny says
With Montana being "taken care of" Ben, Luke and Danny could focus their attention on Shocker before he destroyed the place and leveled the entire city block
"Shocker, time to end this" Luke says as he throws half of a destroyed couch at Shocker
"That isn't going to work on me" Shocker says as he fires an energy blast at the couch, destroying it
"Then try a taste of this" Danny says as he appears in front of Shocker and punches him in the gut
Danny's punch sent Shocker flying into one of the steel pillars keeping the warehouse up
"That had to hurt" Ben said as he flinched
Before Shocker could even get up, Ben blasted him with an ice beam and froze him in place
"Stick around" Ben says as he stops firing his ice beam
"He better because he also needs to pay" Jessica says as she gets up off the beaten and bruised Montana
"Easy there Jess, don't kill him" Luke tells Jessica, stopping her before she could start beating up the trapped Shocker
"You are going to tell us where the Kingpin is hiding and where his mainframe is" Ben tells Shocker
"I'm not telling you a thing" Shocker says
"You either tell us what we want to know or we'll sick her on you" Luke tells Shocker
Shocker looks over and sees the angry Jessica as she tries to go over there and beat him up
"I'm not afraid of Killgrave's plaything, let her loose all you want, my suit has pain nullification pads in it" Shocker says with a laugh
"That's it, let me kill him now" Jessica says, sounding furious at what Shocker said
"Jessica you can't kill him, if you kill him he won't tell us what we want to know" Danny tells Jessica
"I don't care, he needs to die NOW!!!" Jessica said loudly
"You are already going back to jail Herman, you and your Enforcer buddies, tell us what we want and who knows maybe the Avengers and I can get you a reduced sentence" Ben says trying to bribe Shocker
"Sorry Avenger but that isn't going to be happening" Shocker says before he shatters the ice keeping him still with his gauntlets
Ben and the others were immediately pushed back as Shocker got free
"Maybe I'll get extra if I kill you too" Shocker says as he aims his gauntlets at Ben, charging them up for an attack
Before Ben could attack Shocker and Shocker could attack Ben, something came flying over and hit one of Shocker's gauntlets, destroying it
"What the?" Shocker asked as smoke came from his broken gauntlet
"That is enough" a voice said
Ben looked up and saw a man wearing a red and black devil suit land down in front of him and in his hand was a red wooden stick-like weapon. The man picked up another wooden stick test was on the ground which revealed what destroyed Shocker's gauntlet.
"Who are you supposed to be Satan?" Ben asked the man confused
"It's Daredevil, what are you doing here?" Shocker asked the man revealing who he was
"You are blowing thing up in my part of the neighborhood and attacking my friends, that isn't something I can ignore" Daredevil answered
Hearing Daredevil talk, Ben quickly realized that it was actually Matt and Daredevil was his superhero identity
"The boss really wants your head and I would hate to disappoint him" Shocker said as he aimed his working gauntlet at Daredevil
Shocker fired but Daredevil was too quick and was able to jump over the attack
"Die already" Shocker said annoyed as he fired more energy blasts at Daredevil who just dodged them like they were nothing
Eventually, Daredevil threw his weapon at Shocker's other gauntlet and destroyed it like the other one
"Give up Shocker" Daredevil tells Shocker
"NEVER!!!" Shocker yells
Shocker goes to fire his damaged gauntlets but as he fires them nothing happens but quickly the gauntlets start to explode. Before the gauntlets could explode, Ben fired an ice beam that froze them and caused Shocker to fall to the ground due to how heavy the ice was.
"Nice save" Daredevil tells Ben
"Don't mention it, now let's get some answers out of this guy" Ben replies
"I'm not going to talk" Shocker says as he tries to stand up
"Don't worry, I have ways of making you talk" Daredevil says with a grin on his face
"I definitely cannot wait to see this" Ben says with a grin on his face
"No…No…NO!!!" Shocker yells loudly

Hello there readers, here's the ninth chapter of Avenging and one of the first non-episode chapters that I'll be doing. In this chapter you got to see Ben explore the city and also meet Luke Cage and Iron Fist as well as the other members of the Defenders. I hope you all enjoyed this chapter and are ready for the next non-episode chapter that I will be doing next before I resume doing episode chapters.
In this chapter, you got to see Ben use Water Hazard and Articguana, you'll get to see more alien transformations as the story continues. You'll also get to see Ben use more ultimates as the story continues as well. Now, with all of that out of the way, I will be responding to comments from the last chapter.
Hero Time 81: I am glad that you liked the chapter and that you liked seeing Shocksquatch be used in the chapter. I was planning on using him specifically for that fight scene before I even started writing this story and that chapter.

Johnymike98: Thank you, I really try to make this a unique story, different from the ones like it on here. I've thought about having Ben team up with Deadpool but CaptainRex already did that in his story and I've already done all that I can to make sure people stop telling me I've ripped his story off and thing like that. I've already got something planned for a Spider-Man themed chapter but I can't say much about it without spoiling what I have planned. I'm not into MLP and I don't think I will be doing anything like that in this story or any of my stories, thanks for asking though. Ben isn't going to be using any DC transformations or a Sayain one, he'll just be using Marvel transformations instead.
R Reyes: thanks but I'm not going to be spoiling anything about it the love interest for the story, you'll just have to wait and see what I do. I can tell you I'll be starting to leave major hints after the Gamma World arc.

R Reyes: I simply Google searched for an Ultimate Shocksquatch design, I found a good one on DeviantArt but it was for an Albedo version of Ultimate Shocksquatch. Eventually I found the same design on Pintrest that was a Ben version of it.
Guest: Since she doesn't really make an appearance in the episode, I don't think Ben will be meeting Shuri in the story
