Connor, Greg, and Amaya were playing frisbee, working on new moves but then Connor's frisbee went out, once he got it, Greg and Amaya disappeared. and saw tsume standing there but even she didnt know what happened to his friends but was worried about him but he told her he'll be fine, then Connor finds a computer chip under one of the frisbees and thinks that Romeo has taken his friend's hostage and goes solo to find them. By night, Catboy goes out to search for his friends

Elsewhere lynx was confronted by Romeo about her picking sides
"What's to you on what side I pick or who I help, I make the decision on what side I'm on "
"Then tell me lynx whose side are you on? "
Romeo asked her but she didn't know how to answer that, she enjoyed playing both sides sometimes she would be available in or sometimes she would be a hero but to her own answer she didn't know what side she truly belonged
"You don't know what side you belong on that's why you're going back and forth "
"Shut up Romeo I don't remember asking you to decide what side I should be on in the first place if I want to manipulate both sides then that's exactly what I'm going to do "
"If it was up to me I would want you on my side "
"And what makes you think that I would want to join you? "
"You have the talent to be a villain lynx, join me and together we will rule the world "
He said holding out his hand to her but lynx rejected his offer
"Sorry but I can't do that"
"Why... Is it because of cat boy? "
Romeo said making her ears perk up when hearing that

Cat-boy jumped in his cat car to find his friends with the help of his cat ears he was able to locate

"Romeo what have you done with my friends?! "
"they are here "
he said as he whistled as owl and lizard came out
"but they're working for me now "
"what?! Owlette, Gekko get away from Romeo "

"we will only obey Romeo now"
Gekko and owlette said
cat boy couldn't believe that his friends were being controlled by Romeo, he had a funny feeling that something wasn't right until He then discovers they are robot duplicates who Romeo calls "Robo-Owl" and "Robo-Gekko", while the real Greg and Amaya are being locked in hanging cages.
"they grabbed us when we were playing outside"
"it was easy without their superpowers"
"but if your in those cages, then who are they?! "
cat boy asked as he Greg shouted
"keep away from them cat boy! "
"wait the picture player said robots, that's not Gekko and owlette at all "
"no, but thought it was when really it was my incredible robot copies and if I had lost my circuit board you would have been one of them to "
"circuit board, you mean this? "
cat boy said holding out the circuit board
"my circuit board, don't be too confident kitty cat, soon my robot owl and robot Gekko will put you in a cage to then i'll rule the world and you'll never stop me again "
he said with a laugh Amaya tryed to get cat boy to help them so they can help him but he wanted to get their powers back but Romeo had them
"oh no "
"yes pajamas are mine and so are you "
the robots attacked cat boy
"These robots have the same powers are Gekko and owlette"
"oh no much better, watched this "
Robot owlette attack cat boy but the eyebeam hit his tail freezing it
"I warned you it took years to build a supercomputer to power them but now my robots are unstoppable and so am I! but wait im sure you'll love this "
he said with a snap of his finger cat boy gasp when seeing lynx step out of the shadows
"lynx? "
"If you think she's here to help you litter boy then think again "
Romeo said as lynx attacked him, cat boy didge her punches as she swang her tail grabbing him and throwing him against a wall
"lynx stop what are you doing?! "
"fight me or be defeated "
she said as her claws came out
"but i... I can't fight you... "
"then fall! "
she said almost clawd his face but he jumped out of the way and speed off with his cat speed but lynx chased after him
"lynx why are you doing this "
cat boy asked her but she didnt reply
"I thought we were friends! "
"We were never friends! "
she said and clawd at him again just missing him by an inch, he got away but no matter how hard he tryed she was right behind him. as cat boy was running he looked back to see she was gone only to get tackled by her knocking him to the ground
"lynx stop, you don't have to do this "
".. I have to...i... "
"do it lynx, prove to us that your not a goodie-goodie. show them what you really are"
Romeo said as he watched
"lynx, I don't know what Romeo told you but you don't have to do anything you don't want to do..trust me ...trust yourself and your feelings"
he said as lynx seemed to be struggling with herself as she sighs and smiled at cat boy
"lynx what are you doing I said to destroy him "
"i know but i change my mind!'
she said getting up and facing Romeo
"you betrayed me "
"no, I just don't care what you or the others say for now on im doing what I wanna do and that's...being a hero "
she said as they speed off, the robots chased after them as lynx took on the robot Owlette and cat boy took on Gekko. lynx was able to slow Owlette down a bit and went to help cat boy
"get the controls and i'll deal with the robot "
lynx told him as cat boy did just that
"I won't let you "
Romeo said as he made the robot attack cat boy before he could touch the controls he shut off Gekko robot but the owlette robot went after him
"bye-bye PJ mask "
Romeo said as the robot owlette shot a laser at him
"cat boy look out!"
lynx shouted as she pushed cat boy out of the way as she got hurt by it, she slammed into the side of the building
"noo! "
cat boy cried as he ran over to her leaning down whimpering as he licked her face, she opened her eyes smiling weakly at him
"I don't regret doing what I did, im sorry for hurting you "
she said as she whimpering in pain
"lynx ... "
"Please...go help your friends...i'll be fine "
she said, cat boy didnt want to leave her but nodded
"i'll come back for you "
he said as he nuzzled her then ran off to stop Romeo destruction, his friends got free and the two transformed they work together to stop Romeo as they were going to finish up for today Catboy remembered lynx
"lynx!"
cat boy called out as he returns to the place he left her but saw her gone and started whimpering
"cat boy?"
owlette called to him
"she was hurt, i left her here and said i would be back but..."
"don't worry im sure she's ok, lynx is a tough superhero so im sure she's fine"
Gekko said trying to cheer her up
"yeah but she was hurt ...i shouldn't have left her "
"don't worry catboy you'll see her again"
"Will i?"
"yes, wolf spirit might have seen she was hurt and took her back home or somthing "
