Lilith awoke to find herself snuggled and cocooned within the furs. She had to admit that this bed was comfortable. Suddenly realizing she was alone she sat up. Loki was indeed nowhere to be seen. Rising from the bed she noticed that her clothes had been cleaned and were folded over the chaise lounge. Relieved to be out of the Asgardian garments Lilith quickly dressed herself in her own clothes, which consisted of black leggings and a simple red fitted T-Shirt. Her boots had also been placed on floor, those to, had been cleaned along with her leather jacket. Donning the jacket and her boots she looked about her.

The remnants of Loki's breakfast still on the table. The dishes still warm, indicating he hadn't long left.

Her eyes drifted to the wooden door. Hesitantly Lilith tried the handle.

It moved; the door wasn't locked.

To hell with it.

Lilith gingerly opened the door a small amount.

There were no guards.

This struck her as strange, had Loki been lying when he told her his room was guarded?

She recalled the armored figures that were stood in the room when she first came to. Although her head was throbbing, she hadn't missed the weapons that had rested upon their shoulders.

Lilith opened the door fully and stepped outside. She stood in a bright hallway. Yellow orbs lined the grey stone walls casting pools of light onto the dark tiled floor. The hallway void of decoration, save the lights and a couple of doors.

The sound of footsteps instantly had her on guard. Moving quickly, painfully aware of how loud her own boots clicked on the tiled floor. Lilith half walked; half ran to the end of the corridor. Another hallway adjoined this one, three doors lined the right side. The footsteps stopped. Lilith turned behind her, expecting to see guards or Loki, but there was no one. Lilith bent and removed her boots, they were just too loud. The stone tiles felt icy cold to her bare feet, but at least she could move quietly now. Continuing her journey, she came to a place where the hallway opened into a large area. Two ornate arches adorned the entrance to yet more corridors. One to the right of her and one ahead of her, both brightly lit. To her left was a large wooden door.

The sound of the footsteps reached her ears again, this time much louder. Lilith tried the door.

It opened.

Soundlessly, she stole inside. praying the steps didn't follow. Silently she closed the door and surveyed her hiding spot. It was dark, but the small amount of light that seeped into the room was just enough to see dark outlines of what she assumed to be furniture. Acting quickly, she concealed herself behind the tallest thing she could make out in the darkness.

Taller than her by a good few foot, Lilith pressed her body against the object. As her searching hands touched the smooth surface she groaned inwardly. It was a wardrobe! She briefly considered hiding inside it and dismissed the thought instantly. The clichéd wardrobe, always the first place a person would look in. She had but seconds to calm herself and slow her breathing before the door slowly opened.

A figure stood in the doorway, the tall, cloaked silhouette unmistakably Loki. He remained there for a long moment before closing the door behind him. Leaving her trapped in the darkness alone with her kidnapper.

"I know you're in here little mouse."

Lilith continued to breath slowly. Forcing her body to remain completely still, waiting. She would only get one chance to strike, and her timing had to be perfect. Loki moved slowly but unhindered, like a predator, stalking his prey as he avoided the objects in the room with ease. As he passed her hiding place he stopped.

"Come out, come out, little mouse." he taunted. In the gloom she could see him turn, presenting his back to her. Yes! This was what she had been waiting for. In one fluid movement, Lilith had unsheathed her dagger and thrown it, sending it spinning in a deadly arc through the air to impale itself deeply into the nape of Loki's neck.

Or so she thought.

Lilith squinted as bright light suddenly flooded the room.

"Nice try little pet." Loki chuckled, he held her knife by the blade inches away from his right ear. Lilith's eyes widened as the realization dawned upon her, Loki had known exactly where she was hiding and that he had deliberately turned his back to her, openly inviting her to attack him.

"An attack like that would have killed a mortal man," Loki said calmly. "But I'm not a mortal man, I am a god." he examined the leather-bound knife in his hand.

"Weighted nicely. Simple, no unnecessary decoration to add extra weight, but functional." He turned it over in his hand. "How many lives have you taken with this I wonder." He mused, then casually looked up. "I found two of these on you while you were unconscious, where's the other one?" he pointed the sharpened tip at her. "Still upon your person, id assume, are you planning on stabbing me with it when my back is turned?" he chuckled again. "Why would a simple go for need to carry knifes I wonder? That's of course you are what you say you are. but I don't think that is the case."

"A lady needs to defend herself." She responded.

"I see," Loki nodded, "That would explain a few things." Lilith instinctively took a step sideways her intention to back toward the door.

"A killer for hire. I knew there was something more to you."

Lilith's jaw tightened, pondering her next move. continue the blatant lie or, admit to the obvious truth that she wasn't a simple 'gofer' in an office but in fact a seasoned assassin. She chose to remain silent.

"Such interesting memories." Loki mused. "So precise, so methodical."

"What on earth do you mean?" Lilith was unnerved,

"I can read your thoughts, my dear. You've already told me everything I need to know."

"Read my thoughts?" she scoffed "Do you think I'm going to fall for what is obviously an educated guess?" she slowly began to back toward the door.

"You are not much different to I you know."

"I am different."

"How so?"

"You kill for pleasure."

"And you kill for money... Tell me which is worse?"

"I kill bad people, for money, yes. But their bad people, and I'm doing the world a service. That kind of thing does not come free."

Loki chuckled. The chuckle turning into a full belly laugh.

"There you are, the real you. not the silly naive little girl you're pretending to be. The act really does not become you." He nonchalantly tossed the knife to the floor, the steel glinting in the bright light as it tumbled, before clattering to the ground with a metallic clang. "I do so love this game of hide and seek. But I've found you now and the game is over." he snapped his fingers and she found herself thrown into the wall. The air instantly knocked from her lungs. "Surely you know you cannot win." Loki smirked.

"I still have to try." Lilith wheezed, gasping for air. less than a second later Loki was upon her, his hands slamming into the wall either side of her head. Again, that strong masculine scent of his filled her nostrils. this time, combined with the smell and creak of leather it was again a strong, almost overwhelming sensation. Loki pressed his body into hers, pinning her against the wall. His Armour cold, sending goose bumps along her arms. he leaned in close, his breath warm on her skin. He was so close, For a brief second Lilith thought he was moving in for a kiss. "I'm stronger than you." he whispered into her right ear. "I'm faster than you." the show of force clearly intended to intimidate her. Lilith's left hand moved to her right side reaching for her remaining knife. Loki anticipated her movement and grabbed her wrist, twisting it painfully, forcing her to drop the Blade. Lilith hissed in anger.

"Stop trying to kill me." Loki sighed loudly, "I'm immortal, You won't succeed..." he twirled a finger idly in the air and his green eyes held hers before he stepped away. Lilith felt the pressure holding her release and she dropped to her knees. Gulping in breaths of air and coughing loudly, she Looked down at her hands and she growled. A Sinuous green snake had wrapped itself around her wrists, binding her hands in front of her. Loki grinned, exposing white gleaming teeth.

"Comfortable my lady?"

"Comfortable?" she spat. "How the hell can I be comfortable with my hands tied."

his grin grew wider. "My, my, my. You Look so tempting. kneeling there like that before your king. So tempting in fact. I could subjugate you right now," his eyes eagerly swept over her, taking in every minute detail of her form. Her shoulder length, Raven tresses, The short leather jacket that hung open, the simple figure-hugging t-shirt, that accentuated her womanly curves. Her form fitting leggings that tapered down her long shapely legs to her bare feet. Something stirred within, something primal.

"Hmmm... I grow hard just thinking about what I can do to you while your kneeling bound in front of me..." he gently gripped her chin and studied her face. "How Easy it would be..." He mused, "to slide into that luscious mouth of yours." a finger moved from her jaw to stroke across her bottom lip.

"Don't worry, I'd go slow at first, just pushing past your succulent lips, then out again before delving deeper, and deeper, until I'm sliding into your throat, making you gag as I take my pleasure from you. Before withdrawing and spending my seed over you." He chuckled darkly,

"Your thighs my dear. You're clenching them together, and so tightly to. Who would have thought that just a small amount of dirty talk could produce such a reaction from you?" he released his grip and smiling mischievously, he continued.

"Maybe after I'd spent my seed I would continue, by bending you over and laying claim to your most intimate place, I would take you again, and again, slaking my lust until satisfied. My, look at you squirm. The thought of me taking you excites you, doesn't it?" Lilith rose to her feet. Now her cover had been blown, she saw no point in acting demure and submissive. "I will not be your plaything." She stated defiantly. Loki tilted his head to the side, A lecherous grin upon his lips. His emerald eyes sparkled as he starred at her. "Oh, but you are…" his gaze moved from her eyes to her lips.

Loki dipped his head, and his mouth was upon hers. Lilith instantly tried to shove him away. Effortlessly he captured her wrists and held them still. His free hand moving to the back of her head. Lilith fought against him, but he held her firm. His soft and supple lips continued to firmly press against hers. His fingers tangled in her hair and his masculine scent filled her senses. what was it with this smell of his? she cussed at herself as she found herself closing her eyes and responding to him. responding to his fingers, to his lips, to his warm wet tongue as it demanded entry. Lilith opened her mouth and answered Loki's tongue with her own. Sensing her compliance Loki released his grip on her bound hands, his own hand moving to cup her cheek. Their tongues danced languidly together, Lilith losing herself to the moment as Loki took his time, enjoying his new toy. he Pulled her head deeper into his embrace and pressed his body into hers. She could feel him, semi hard against her leg and Lilith gasped into his mouth at the contact. Loki pulled his lips from hers, tracing gentle sucking kisses over her jaw up to her ear before whispering. "that's enough for now pet." Loki stepped back relaxing his hold on her. Lilith swooned and fell to her knees again.

"Well, I am surprised." Loki goaded, "A kiss is all it takes. A simple kiss, and all the fight drains from you in an instant," His Viridian eyes darkened as he observed her. "How I long to ravage your body my pet. I ache to plunge my length into your velvet folds. how wonderful your voice will sound in hoarse cries of passion as I take you." Lilith opened her eyes and glared at him. Loki quirked an eyebrow, "has it really been that long?" he was reading her surface thoughts again. "Three years without the touch of a man is a long time indeed."

"You caught me of guard." Lilith growled as she rose to her feet. "You won't find me an easy conquest."

"Do not fear, pet." He winked, "I will have you, and when I do, you will know how it feels to be had by a god."

"You have a high opinion of yourself." Lilith retorted.

"Of course, I am a god after all."

"Now come," he extended his hand.
