When school finally ended Amaya told her friends that she found a clue from the wolf kids in the hallway and knew this could be trouble
PJ Masks, we're on our way. Into the night, to save the day!
The PJs check their Scanners and see the Wolfie's making a mess of the town.
"Something tells me Lynx is up to this"
Owlette said as they headed downtown in the cat car.
"Cat boy remember to stay away from Lynx, you know she'll try anything to take you down"
Owlette said as cat boy nodded knowing this. When arriving they jumped out of the car to seeing a grown-up Wolfie's
"Look rip, it's the PJs mask, just like she said"
Said Howler as Owlette stated on Guard
"Let's put this plan into work"
Said rip as the 3 nodded and started to run away laughing
"Hey, get back here!"
Owlette and Gekko ran after the wolfies but cat boy got stopped by a beam of purple light
"Hey, let go"
Cat boy could see that it was a Luna girl trapping him in Her Luna magnet
"What are you doing Luna girl let me go!?"
Cat boy shouted as Luna girl laughed
"Sorry fuzzball but Lynx needs you out of the picture in order for this to work."
Was all that she said as she took him with her somewhere his friends couldn't reach him.
Wolf spirits pov)
Wolf was watching the PJs give chase to the Wolfie's as wolf went after Gekko, he knew Gekko was strong but he had something to stop him. As Gekko was using the walls to catch up with the Wolfie's wolf used threw a sticky ball to stop him in his place
"Hey, I'm stuck"
Gekko said trying to break free, wolf came over to him and apologize
"Sorry, little guy, I don't want you in this"
Gekko didn't know what to say as Wolfie gave night ninja the single to take Gekko away, the little ninjalinos picked gekko off the wall like a sticker and carried him away.
Lynx's pov)
Lynx was in Romeo's lab watching the PJs Get taken down one by one.
"Wow you were right about this plan"
Romeo said impressed as Lynx smirked
"As I said, if you want to take over the world just listen to me, I'll get you what you want."
She said as her tail swayed,
"How do you know this will work?"
Romeo questioned as Lynx shrugged
"Sometimes you just gotta PLay a little to know the right ones"
"What about bird brain?"
"She hates me so I let her come to me"
Lynx said as she got up from the chair and made her way out of the lab where Motsuki followed her.
"Suki, I'm going to need you as back up if needed"
"Motsuki got it"
She said with a eep, they came to were Owlette was as she realized that her friends was taken and she was the one that remind
"Sucks to be you right bird brain"
Lynx called to her. The look on Owlette's face was pure rage
"What did you do to my friend's Lynx?"
"Nothing, just Put them in a holding cell is all"
"Release them"
"Or else what, you're the smartest in the group so you should have saw this happening and if you didn't then it is your own fault for allowing your friends to fall"
"Why are you doing this Lynx, I thought we were friends?"
"We were never friends to begin with Owlette, and you know that"
Owlette looked confused but it didn't matter to Lynx she just wanted Owlette to fight for what she wanted
"if you want your friends back you're going to have to fight me for them"
Lynx said amused by this as she held her arms out waiting for Owlette to do something. but it seemed like Owlette didn't have a choice at the moment and did what she was told to do and that was to fight for her friend's freedom.
Cat boy pov)
Cat boy struggled to break free from the Luna girls magnetic but couldn't
"Luna girl, let me go"
"No can do furry ball, Lynx told me to hold you until she is finished with the plan"
"And what is this plan?"
Cat boy asked as she sighs
"Well, I'm not sure, she just told me to hold you until she calls me for step 2"
Luna girl said, as cat boy had to find a way to escape. He had a feeling that his friends were in danger and he had to get to them somehow
"You have to let me go, my friends are in danger and I have to help them"
Cat boy said trying to talk to them since into Luna girl but it didn't seem that she was going to let him go anytime soon
"You can't allow Lynx to fulfill whatever she's doing, she's probably just being manipulated by Romeo"
Cat boy said as Luna girl just laughed
"You sure have it backward, Lynx is the one in charge not Romeo"
"What are you talking about?"
"Lynx and wolf spirit broke into Romeo's lab when he stole your powers and was able to get it back and strike a deal with him. But Lynx is the one running the show not Romeo"
Luna girl explained, cat boy couldn't believe this was true, why was car girl doing this and why is she helping Romeo rule the world?
"Let's see what there up to"
Luna girl said using her Luna magnet to project a screen that showed Lynx and owlette fighting
"Oh no, owlette"
Cat boy gasped when seeing owlette skit across the ground as Lynx walked over to her with her claws out
"Ready to surrender bird girl?"
Lynx asked as she grabbed owlette by the collar of her suit
"N-never"
Owlette spoke as Lynx Grin
"That's fine, I'll just clip your wings"
She said as she was about to claw her wings but stopped when hearing owlette speak
"If you hurt me, cat boy won't look at you the same way"
"Your point?"
Lynx questioned not really caring but cat boy listened as they talked
"He hasn't let you go, just think about it...hurt me all you want. What do you think he'll see when you go to school tomorrow?"
"...I don't care what he thinks, I told him to stay away from me"
"Is that really how you feel?"
Lynx was taken back by this and didn't say anything
"You still have feelings for him, and your just mad because he knows who you are"
"He wasn't supposed to know!"
she Said letting owlette go as she shouted
"IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT FOR NOT LEAVING ME!"
Cat boy couldn't take it anymore and pushed the bubble that held him but saw he wasn't getting anywhere then used his supercar speed and spun around fast enough that the bubble popped
"Yes, I'm free!"
He shouted and ran off before Luna girl could stop him. He just hoped he'll make it to stop Lynx
No one's pov)
when arriving Lynx was about to hurt owlette and jumped in between them
"Stop!"
Cat boy shouted as Lynx was surprised to see him
"How did you..."
She started as he took her hand
"Listen to me, you can hate me all you want but please, I'm begging you don't hurt owlette"
He said as Lynx looked at him upset when he said that and kicked him away from her
"How dare you protect this girl"
she shouted as she attacked cat boy, he didn't want to fight her and tried to restrain her
"Owlette didn't do anything, she's my friend!"
Cat boy shouted while the two struggled to overpower the other
"She's the reason why this is happening!"
Lynx kicked cat boy Down to his knees and punched him in the face, sending him flying. He stood back up seeing he had a bloody nose but that didn't stop him from standing up, Lynx looked Exhausted but that didn't mean she wasn't going to fight again
"Lynx, please stop, we can work this out."
He said walking to her, Owlette Tried to stop him but he ignored her and held his hand out to her, cat boy kept his Friendly smile as he waited for her to say anything. She was still in defense and wanted to fight but couldn't bring herself to do so
"I refuse..."
She said and walked away from cat boy
"Don't do this Lynx!"
He called but she kept walking
"Romeo will betray you!"
He shouted again making her stop as she turn to look at him
"Please, stop chasing me"
She said
"Never! I will never stop chasing you...you never gave up on me so I won't on you"
He said feeling like this was an answer she wanted to hear, she smiled but laughed and started to walk again
"Then you deserve to die."
Cat boy didn't know what to say but watch her walk away as Luna girl showed up
"Lynx I'm sorry, I tried to stop him but..."
"It's ok Luna, set the green one free, we're done here"
She said as Luna girl nodded as the 3 left that night. Back home Connor sat in his bed after that harsh mission and didn't understand what to do about Lynx. She was hurting and he had no way of knowing why.
'She's the reason why this is happening!'
Her words echoed in Connor's head as she tried to make sense of what she meant by that. But couldn't figure it out and hoped maybe Amaya would know.
