Lynx pov)

That night while running around until i came to a stop where the water was and heard Singing. i came down the edge and saw a girl. She didn't look human as she looked more like an octopus than a human, The majority of her body is turquoise with blue and yellow bands around her body and tentacles and one dark aqua dorsal fin each on her forearms. She has blue eyes, She also wears a purple beaded necklace with a dark purple shell hanging in the middle where she places one of her magic crystals.

"Well, you are new, who are you?"

The octopus girl turn to Lynx and giggled

"My name is octobella, it's nice to meet you uh"

"Lynx , And don't worry I'm not a hero"

She said s the octopus girl just smiled

"Wanna play with me?"

She asked making bubbles float around

"Uh, no sorry, I'm kinda busy but I'll play with you next time"

Lynx said and was about to leave until the girl called her

"Wait, I need help"

"With what?" She asked

"I lost my Crystal in the ocean and I haven't found it yet"

She said dramatically, Lynx looked at her for a while

"I can't go into the water"

"Why not?"

"I can't swim or breathe underwater," She said

"Don't worry I can't make bubbles to help you breathe" She said, showing her, Lynx crossed her arms thinking something was up with this girl. She could see she was trying hard to catch her

"Sorry. i'm really busy, but if you need help with that trick, try the PJ masks. The one named Gekko will help you"

"How did you know?"She asked

"I've played that with my brother all the time"

She said with a smirk and walked away, once back to the base she saw wolf chilling in his chair watching TV.

"Wolf..." Lynx called as he looked up at her when she came over to him

"We have a new friend"

Lynx said as he didn't look like he cared

"She's an octopus, her name is octobella and she seems to play with magic from crystals"

"Crystal magic huh, anything else about her?" He asked his sister

"We need to be careful, something tells me something bad might come out of this"

She said worriedly. By the next day at school Tsume was happy when seeing Connor

"Good morning Connor"

She said in a sing song voice as she grabbed onto his arm, Amaya and Greg was surprised by this and didn't know what she was up to

"What do you think you're doing?"Amaya questioned as tsume looked at her annoyed

"Talking to Connor what does it look like,"she said and turned her attention back to Connor"Connor would you like to go to the amusement park with me?" she asked him as he was hesitant before answering

"The amusement park, with just you and me, going out, is this a date?" He asked her as she nodded

"When school is out will head there right away," she said and release his arm giving him a kiss on the cheek and following her brother to the school door, her brother wanted to know what kind of trick she was trying to pull on him but it wasn't a trick she just wanted to be around Connor a little bit longer before she regrets anything else

During math class and science, class tsume spent the whole day sending Connor love notes giving him little hugs, and a little bit of picking on him through class. Every time when Amaya tried to stop her the teacher would get mad at Amaya for not paying attention, P.E finally rolled around and tsume pulled Connor away from his friends and had them play one-on-one basketball. Amaya wasn't happy about this, she didn't understand the twist and turns of tsume's emotion, one day she's nice and the next she's mean

During lunch Connor sat with tsume as the two of them ate together and hung out like they were actually in a relationship, tsume was happy about this, she just ignored the fact of Connor asking her why she was doing it in the first place, she couldn't come up with a good answer but she didn't want to waste any time not being around him and not caring that it was hurting Amaya or pissing her off. As she waved her brother goodbye when school finally came to an end she took a hold of Connor's hand as the two of them headed to the bus stop to the carnival

"tsume I'm not upset that we're hanging out but I just want to know why all of a sudden you are doing this?"

Connor asked as she still held his hand while they sat together on the bus that was heading to the carnival

"Does it matter why I'm hanging around you today? Can you please do me a favor and just let me do this. Let me have this one moment with you"

She asked resting her head on his shoulder, he didn't say anything as he allowed it. once they got to the Carnival the two walked around for a while to see what rides or food they wanted to do first, tsume allowed Connor to choose the rides but the one she never wanted to get on was the roller coasters, Connor never knew she had fear of heights when she was always on buildings when she's Lynx

"Tsume you don't have to go on all the rides" He said when seeing her buying food

"It's ok, i enjoy some rid's as well im just hungry"

She said with a smile, she ordered them hot dogs with pizza and had drinks for them, they sat at a table and eat while talking about movies coming out and videos games, even when it seemed normal but for tsume, she didn't know why she was so happy being around him today she let her guard down and didn't care. What she really wanted was something she knew she couldn't have...yet that didn't mean she was giving up on her own heart

"Tsume are you ok?" Connor asked when seeing her looking at him

"I want you..."

She Whispered making his cheeks paint red, she reached out to him and cupped his face

"I love you, my cat boy but i can't have you yet..please wait alittle longer for me"

She told him removing her hands from him

"So about the movies, wanna go to the movies the next time or maybe have alittle one-on-one at your place?"

"tsume... " He started"Any time you feel lonely just come over," he told her

"Thanks, i will keep that in mind"

She told him, after spending time together at the park, The sun went down as tsume and Connor headed back, they got back on the bus and headed home. They won some toys from the Carnival, Especially the cat toy Connor was able to win for her. Once back he walked her home

"Thanks for the best date ever Connor, " she said to him as she smiled

"Tsume, i want you to know, not matter what happens i meant what i said the last time ...i-" she cut him off by covering his mouth with her hand

"Please stop saying it to me, it's one thing for me to say, but i can't have you tell me "

He took her hand away

"I dont understand," he said but she shook her head

"I can't tell you how much you mean to me Connor, you drive me crazy. But maybe ...this is better than words" she said as she wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him, he returned the kiss. Deeping it as it felt Delicately sweet kissing him, if she could she wouldn't want to stop but had to before she took it too far and broke the kiss

"Good night my cat boy," she said as she blow him a kiss and headed inside "

Connor pov)

Once Connor got home he got a call from his friends on the waki talkie asking what happened on his date

"Nothing we just went out and got on some rides," he said trying not to sound like he was hiding something

"She didn't tell you anything of what Romeo was up to or any of her secrets?"Amaya asked

"No, it was just a normal day for us being together, she wasn't acting weird or showing any signs that she was up to something, and to be honest...I liked it"

He said with a smile prepped on his face, Amaya didn't like the answer. Before the team could say anymore they knew that they had to go and investigate a thing that they saw. They Transformed into the PJ masks and headed to their headquarters, and owlette asked the PJ robot to track the flowing sensation that was happening in the river.

Tsume pov)

During the night tsume and her brother vex was in Romeo's lab watching the show from his computer as the PJ masks made an encounter with octobella.

"Who's that?"

Romeo questions as tsume was sitting In his chair while watching the screen

"Someone I thought that could actually deal with the PJ masks for you, you're going to need a break anyway so why not let someone else deal with it"

"From what you told me, she's the girl that can use magic using crystals, right?"

Romeo questioned as tsume nodded. She didn't know what the octopus girl was after or why she was acting the way she was but she wasn't going to get anywhere near her as she allowed her to take her rage on the PJs instead. As bad as she wanted to go out and play with cat boy, she already knew her place as she had been around him long enough to know that she wouldn't be able to resist not helping the octopus girl.

She watched as the octopus girl flew around bubbles with cat boy and owlette and asked Gekko to follow her under the sea to help her find her Jewel.

"You're itching to go out there aren't you?"

Romeo asked her when Seeing her scrape her nails onto the arm of the chair

"No, I am perfectly fine"

He chuckled at this watching her starting to unravel slowly. tsume tried to keep herself under control when watching octobella toy with cat boy and owlette but mostly cat boy, she continued to watch until she saw the octopus girl distract catboy and owlette and dragged Gekko into the sea, something was up.

"I'm heading out"

tsume said as she tapped her pendant changing to Lynx and ran out of his laboratory as her brother followed as well. She took her brother by the hand and zipped across town coming to the location of where the PJ masks were, they were confronting octobella where was Gekko.

"Oh look it's my other friends"

She said waving to Lynx

"Nice to see you again octobella, I need to borrow something from you and I'm sure as hell know you're not going to like it"

Lynx said and dived into the water, before octobella could stop her wolf threw a zap net at her. Joining her underwater, thanks to the water suits Romeo made they were able to breathe Underwater and found some of her crystals where Gekko was being held

"You free Gekko and I'll get the crystal"

Lynx said she saw in a bundle of Crystals

"Hey! Get away from there!"

Shouted octobella as she was swimming their way

"Hey chill girl or else you won't like the outcome"

I said but she wasn't having it And used her powers to make a Whirlpool blow Lynx away. Lynx ended up dropping the crystals

"My Crystal's!"

She cried and went after them, Lynx forgot how much she had an advantage underwater. When wolf was able to free Gekko Lynx took as many crystals that she found on the seafloor and the three of them had a backup but she saw that. Octobella was not happy by this and she was getting more upset by the minute

" I will get you back for this!"

Octobella shouted. As they resurfaced cat boy and owlette were relieved to see Gekko okay but owlette wanted to know what the hell is going on

" all right tell us what's going on Lynx, I feel like you're behind this"

Owlette said Lynx only smirked and walk past her to cat-boy giving him a hug

" I'll be at your house tonight, wait patiently for me," she said whispering in his ears as she gave him a kiss before she and wolf took off. Once back to Romeo's lab she dropped off the crystal she collected

"you did well Lynx, I'm not surprised I knew you guys could do it" Romeo said looking at the crystals

" I'm so glad you're pleased with me, now if you excuse me I have a date with cat boy," tsume said pressing the amulet on her chest and changing out of her uniform

" you're not going to stay and help me study these crystals?" Romeo questioned as he seemed a little bit disappointed by her already leaving him, tsume only looked at him before she smirked and gave him a hug flirting with him

" don't be jealous my lab rat, mommy will be back to toy with you some more," She said cupping his face and try to pull him into a kiss but Romeo freaked out and back aways calling her crazy. she laughs before I left his lab, when she got to Connor's house she changed back into Lynx and was able to climb up the wall and into his bedroom, She wanted to surprise him as she enjoyed his shocked reaction when she did it, she climbed under his comforter causing him to wake up and lift up the bed sheets to see her looking at him as she raised up looking down at him with a smirk on her face

"T-Tsume, what are you-?! " he nearly shouted as she placed a finger on his list

" It's okay I'm not here to hurt you as I promised, I'm only here for you all night," she said as she leaned down and gave him a kiss pulling the blanket over them.
