CHAPTER 18 – EPILOGUE + SECRET MOVIE

SOFIA CASTLE | THRONE ROOM
Meanwhile, Alm was wandering around the room alone with no one else at sight until Celica showed up.
"So this is you where you were."
"Huh? Oh, hey Celica." Alm greeted her.
"You aren't going to be late to your own coronation, are you?" Celica reminded him about the big day.
"No… Of course not, I'm just still wrapping my head around sitting on your father's throne. None of this feels real." Alm said as he looked skeptical about taking Celica's father throne.
"It isn't my father's throne." Celica clarified him that it didn't longer had to do with her father's misdoings and all. "This isn't Sofia any longer, Alm. It's the One Kingdom of Valentia. And you're going to be its first ruler."
"Celica…"
"Please don't misunderstand. I don't bear any grudge. Not now. I just think he was very sad man. Perhaps if I'd been there with him, I might have helped him change. If I have any regrets, that's that." Celica declared not having any problems with his late father despite his wrong doings. She was a kind girl who didn't hold any grudge against even evil people after all.
"I know what you mean… neither of us could stand by our fathers. If we'd been given the opportunity to learn more about each other, maybe things would've turned out differently for us." Alm understood what she meant, they would have been able to do something about the situation and maybe… stop that senseless war and bloodshed.
"Perhaps it was the same for Milla and Duma." Celica mourned the deities.
"Hmm… I wonder. They'd been fighting for centuries, right? Seems like a lost cause to me." Alm said something that Celica didn't like to hear.
"Alm, that's a terrible thing to say!" she scolded him for sayin cruel things about them.
"Ah, sorry!" Alm apologized and took his words away. "I didn't mean any disrespect. But they are at peace now, you know? Asleep… Together."
"Yes. They'll look down over this new Valentia forever from their mountaintop graves. …And the trees. Do you know them, Alm? They say that where divine dragons sleep, sacred trees take root and grow."
"Wow… must be some trees." Alm said managing to remember them as he could.
"In time, yes. They grow for hundreds even thousands of years. Who can say what Valentia will look like once they've matured? Will man's endeavors continue without the grace and strength of the gods?" Celica spoke having a little bad feeling about the future. "They won't continue on their own. We have to make it happen."
"We'll forge a land where we can do just that. All of us—together." Alm said with determination to make a Valentia an admirable place where people are born a warrior.
"That sounds lovely, Alm." Celica cheered up after hearing his statement. "And you're right, I know we can do it."
"We can… and we will. I think Mila and Duma gave us one last gift… the strength to trust in our own abilities." Alm acknowledged their will to trust each other's skills. "Anyway, it's time. Let's go, Celica."
"Gladly." She smiled as the two walked towards balcony to meet people who were awaiting them, including Roxas and Liprica, who were in the middle of the crowd.
"Look, Alm and Anthiese are up there!" she said pointing at the couple.
"I see them, they look happy together." He replied giving a warm smile at the two.
AND SO THE LONG WAR DREW TO A CLOSE.
AFTER COUNTLESS SACRIFICES, AT LAST, A NEW PEACE DAWNED IN VALENTIA.
WAS IT INEXORABLE FATE THAT SAW THIS CONFLICT ERUPT?

FEW DAYS LATER - DIVE INTO THE HEART – LIPRICA'S DREAM
Liprica appeared in the realm as she was sleeping inside of one of Alm's and Celica's castle bedroom… she was walking alone upstairs, there were no heartless, nobodies, not even terrors getting on their way…
It was just silence… the whole place was silent.
"I guess I'm alone… Anthiese survived thanks to me and my actions… the hell I had gone through was worth it, I'm just glad Alm is okay and happy with his couple." She said expressing a melancholic smile, she looked sad but also glad for her other self and Alm.
And she looked at her keyblade and place a hand on her chest, knowing that no beat would not be heard. "If only I had a heart… If I only wanted to be just like my other self." Liprica said as she let out a tear scrolling down from her eyes and was about to cry when...
"Liprica…"
"Wh-what?"
"Liprica… look at me…"
With that said, Liprica lifted up her face only to be surprised at somebody whom didn't expect to see!
"Mi-Mila?"
"Yes… Liprica… I have been waiting for you this whole time, I am well aware that I'm not longer alive physically but i never said that I would not come to see you in your dreams…" Mila said as she went closer to her. "I can tell that you completed your mission alongside Roxas and the others."
"I have. This is what I needed to do to redeem myself after making a lot of mistakes in the past, as long as Anthiese is happy, I'm good." Liprica affirmed recognizing that huge mistake she had made before.
"Don't blame yourself anymore, whatever is done, is done. You corrected your mistakes by making sure of your other self and Alm's survival. Now… focus on writing your own story and build your life however you want to." Mila comforted her as they embraced each other's arms.
They separated each other and Mila did something that Liprica couldn't believe…
"Listen up, Liprica… this is the last piece of me… once you hold this heart… I will disappear but don't worry, I will always be with you."
Mila formed with her hands a brilliant in green shape which looked like a heart… a heart that she was willing to give Liprica…
"Mila… why?"
"Because of your good deeds and noble actions… you need a heart to be just like your other self and the others… you have earned your right to become a person who holds a goddess's heart to become a powerful warrior…" Mila explained her reasons to give up her existence. "Are you ready to make a good use of my powers and be a strong warrior?"
Liprica hesitated for a second, she didn't think that Mila would come to give her heart to her of nowhere, but she went through too many hardships and saved Valentia… She saved Celica from her terrible fate at the hands of Duma, in other words, she SAVED herself…
So she received a huge offer she could not reject…
"I'm ready." Liprica accepted her proposition.
"Very well… embrace my heart which holds powers that shall help you wherever you go…" Mila proceeded to implant her heart into the redhead girl's body and then… like the goddess had predicted she disappeared in white-green particles, leaving her alone.
In exchange… it was the first time that Liprica, Celica's nobody heard a heartbeat… she felt a heartbeat! She felt herself complete!
Also… Liprica felt her powers increasing and was able to summon a new keyblade holding same themes as Milla as well, and also said the magical words coming up from her heart:
"Give me strength, Mila!" she exclaimed as she changed her form, now her coat was all green and proceeded to make some swing attacks and techniques.
And then she finished her demonstration pointing her keyblade at the keyhole, which revealed the place that Roxas was planning to go… Fodlan and besides… The Garreg Mach Monastery, and then she came to see somebody with brown spiky hair and somewhat intuited who the guy was, it was Sora! The guy whom Roxas had told her about.
Liprica now had a clear mindset: to go to Garreg Mach Monastery and meet Sora and the Black Eagles, that was her new adventure as a now Mila's heart bearer.
[Liprica has obtained the Mila keyblade]

BACK TO THE PRESENT – EARLY MORNING.
Liprica yawned up before getting up top dress herself with her usual black coat attire, but not before making a little exercise to warm up.
She went downstairs to meet with Roxas and the newly become king Alm and Queen Celica at the table to have a breakfast.
"Good morning." She greeted them as she sat down with them.
"Good morning, Liprica, how is your stay going? You seem relaxed." Celica replied giving her a warm smile.
"Well, it's just I dreamed of something incredible last night." Liprica remembered the moment when she had encountered Mila in Dive into the Heart realm in her sleep.
"Could you tell us what kind of dream did you have?" Roxas asked her out of curiosity.
"Well… I was in a kind of a weird but also mysterious world where I had to walk through a lot of stained glass pillars, and then… I came to meet with Mila." Liprica told her friends about her dream.
"Mila?! Did you meet with Mila? What happened next?" Celica was surprised of her tale.
"She… she decided to sacrifice her existence so I could have a heart… like yours." Liprica proceeded to tell them sinking down her face.
"Did she… give you her heart?" Celica asked if it was true, which her counterpart shook her head in response. "I see… I can feel a heartbeat echoing through my ears."
"Thanks… now I have a heart like you and the others." Liprica thanked her for understanding her feelings.
"So… What are you two going to do from now on?" Alm asked out of curiosity.
"Well, we finished our mission in saving Valentia, so looks like it's time for me to leave, I need to head to Fodlan and aid Sora." Roxas answered his question, which made Celica quite melancholic.
"Are you leaving Valentia? Oh that's right, you had told me that when we saved this land, you would definitely go. We had a good time while it lasted… Thank you, Roxas." Celica said as they all finished their breakfast and sat up to walk the pair to the door.
"You guys are welcome to come back if you feel like to." Alm was bidding them a good bye.
"Thanks, Alm…" Liprica replied in the same way as she hugged him.
"Take care, guys." Celica also hugged Roxas blessing them a good luck in their adventure.
"We will, Celica." the keyblade wielder shook his head.
"And Liprica… I would like to make you a request." Celica spoke to ask her one last favor.
"Yes, Anthiese?"
"Well… it will sound strange to you but… How about you carry my Celica name from now on?"
"What? No! I don't wanna steal your identity, Anthiese." Liprica blushed as she replied awkwardly.
"Come on, We are the same after all, so it would be convenient for both of us if you carried my nickname they all have been calling me my whole life, I already accepted my true name, so I think you should shape your own identity this way." Celica explained her reasons to make her nobody a huge name on her own.
That didn't sound so bad, Celica had her real name Anthiese hidden for a long time but she opted to use her nickname instead, so Liprica would have to do the same by using the same nickname as her real counterpart.
"Fine, Anthiese… I accept your request, I shall be known as Celica from now on." Liprica accepted to rename herself as her real counterpart did in the past.
"Good, Celica." her real self hugged her nobody. "I'm gonna miss you so much, we'd have been like good sisters if we had the chance to meet ourselves more."
"Same for you, Anthiese."
After saying good bye to each other, Roxas and Liprica, now known as Celica, parted ways with Alm and the real counterpart to walk away to the outskirts of Valentia.
"So, what are you going to do from now?" Celica asked him.
[KINGDOM HEARTS 3D: Dream Drop Distance BGM: -Link To All-]
"I'll go to Fodlan to meet with Sora." Roxas answered her. "What about you?"
"Well…" Liprica leaned her arm close to him. "I have made a decision. I would like to go there too."
"You..." Roxas blushed feeling her partner embrace their arms. "Want to go to Fodlan with me?"
"Yes! I want to go meet the others, and see what being an adventurer feels like." Celica affirmed her initiative to meet and face the whole world.
"Alright." Roxas said as the two found the ship to finally leave Valentia. "Are you ready to embark, Celica?"
"Ready, Roxas." She replied climbing up to the ship with him together.
It wasn't unusual that Celica and Roxas were excited to head for their next destination and meet with Sora and the others.
The ship still had one more spot so Celica took over and sat down comfy.
"Wow… this is… so much new for me." She said scanning the whole place, having her first time seeing modern technology. "Where did you get this?"
"A friend of mine lent this to me, it's a ship from his." Roxas explained to her. "Don't worry, I know how to drive." Roxas giggled as he turned the ship on and the engine began running.
"I trust you." Celica put her trust on him kissing his neck, which made Roxas blush a bit...

OUTSIDE OF GARREG MACH MONASTERY – NIGHTTIME
24th of Wyvern Moon.
While everybody was sleeping, a portal appeared from the sky and a ship emerged from there to land precisely closer to the entrance to the monastery.
Roxas and Celica got off the ship and had a beautiful view of the whole Fodlan without anybody watching them.
"So… This is Fodlan, isn't?" she spoke as she checked up the whole place.
"Looks like it, Celica." Replied Roxas who was looking at the monastery.
"Then we're already here, Roxas." She realized of the place they were. "Are you sure your friend Sora is there?"
"I am. I can somewhat feel his presence, but it seems we are tired, we need to sleep." He affirmed her to be certain of Sora's presence, aside of suggesting to have some sleep, they had a lot to do in the next day.
"Yes, my eyes are really tiring me." Celica agreed to sit down against the wall, followed by him.
The duo sat down against the wall of the monastery and embraced each other until falling asleep… anticipating upcoming events being unfold.
THE END
SECRET MOVIE – ANOTHER SIDE… ANOTHER BIRTHDAY
[KINGDOM HEARTS HD 1.5 ReMIX BGM: Another Side]
The movie highlights Fodlan… a war torn and darkly cloudy continent in an apparent stalemate, there were lots of destroyed houses and buildings everywhere, all of them covered by the rain.
A tall and attractive woman with blonde hair in black coat shows up from nowhere to search or investigate something, apparently.
Suddenly, a group of grotesque monsters emerged from a crumbled house, they were not like the heartless, nobodies nor unversed, they looked horrifying.
But the woman wasn't scared, she was ready to take them down so she summoned a Desert Eagle handgun and proceeded to shoot one headshot one of those monsters and quickly hot swaped weapons with an AK-47 to shoot the other enemies in a spectacular, strong and swift dodge-jump in slow motion…
EVE… I HAVE SAVED YOUR LIFE, NOW I WILL WRITE MY OWN… *each bullet she fires, triggers some of the wedding massacre from the 3rd Birthday flashback*
And then, she summoned her keyblade and performed a Strike Raid on the rest of the monsters clearing the area.
WHERE IS SORA?
WHERE IS BYLETH?
The woman in black turned around to see a recently grown up Yuri and the rest of the Ashen Wolves wearing the same black coats struggling to destroy the heartless and the monsters that the girl had defeated.
Constance and Hapi were about to be killed but few bullets fired by the woman saved their lives, and with the woman's help, the gang battle those creatures…
The next scene cuts off to Edelgard, who is sitting down on her throne chair awaiting somebody who dearly loves so much. And then, the focus shifts to Dimitri… who is sitting all alone with an eyepatch, wanting to get a revenge on someone.
Meanwhile, Cloud and his gang focuses on fighting the monsters just before Sephiroth shows up and Cloud begins fighting his arch-nemesis in an intense swordfight.
The movie ends with Roxas and Celica slicing few monsters in half…

A/N:How did you like it? It took me a loooong time to finally finish this story, there has been a lot of things going on in the real life and besides, I have seen the Three Hopes trailer and I dunno if I wanna add that guy who apparently is the villain of that game to Young Xehanort's Neo Organization XIII or gotta put a big plotwist. Anyway, I hope you have liked my KH shadows of Valentia story. Because there's still a lot going on in Sora's story, anyway, thank you for reading and peace out.
