Giovanni was happy as he managed to make Ash his puppet, Ash and Alyssa served him, and they were the Champions of Hoenn and Sinnoh. Giovanni was able to dominate the world due to Team Rocket's influence on Ash and Alyssa. Unova was under N's rule and Kalos was under Malva. Giovanni knew that Ash killed his agents on whom he spent years of training but in return, he had control of the world. Giovanni then turned on the television and then he saw a match between Misty and Lance and both were down to their last Pokemons, Dragonite and Lapras and the match was soon coming to an end.
"Dragon Claw!" Lance shouted.
"Ice Beam!" Misty shouted.
Dragonite then used Dragon Claw on Lapras while being struck by Ice Beam and while Lapras lost some health due to Dragon Claw, Dragonite lost quite some health due to the supereeffective attack, Ice Beam, and Dragonite then fainted. Misty then ran to Lapras and then hugged Lapras.
"The new Kanto-Johto Champion is Misty!" the announcer said in an exited tone.
"Misty, that was an exellent match. Now, we would go to the Hall of Fame to record the team you used to defeat me." Misty then followed Lance and then Lance and Misty entered a room. Lance and Mizsty then went to tray and Misty placed her Pokeballs. The Pokemons were then recorded in the Hall of Fame.
"Misty, I am the head of G-Men and I am unable to do anything much against Team Rocket as the League is infested by Team Rocket supporters. Alyssa, the Hoenn Champion, and Ash, the Sinnoh and Alola Champion support Team Rocket and so they veto any move against Team Rocket. Now, I lost my job and you get my job so you can deal with Team Rocket in whatever way you want."
"Lance, I will deal with Team Rocket in a strong manner. I will make sure that atleast Kanto and Johto are safe from Team Rocket. Lance, you can be my secretary in G-Men as I would like your advice." Lance smiled on being offered a job by Misty.
"Misty, I accept the job. Unova now does not have a League but still supports Team Rocket, Kalos also supports Team Rocket as Malva who is a Team Flare member beame Champion. As for Galar, Leon is forced to support Team Rocket as that was the decision taken by Rose. So only you are against Team Rocket, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Kalos, Alola, and Galar support Team Rocket. The old guard, Steven, Cynthia, Alder, Iris have lost their positions." Misty realized that her work would be serious.
"I have no allies then. Galar is totaly controlled by Macro Cosmos, Kalos has Team Flare controlling a significant portion of the economy and we know about Hoenn and Sinnoh. Lance, I am going to fire some Gym Leaders for supporting Team Rocket." Lance nodded.
"Follow me to the office room." Lance then walked and pressed a button and the door opened and then Lance and Misty entered the office room which was well organized. Misty then went and sat on the office chair.
"Kano has too much Team Rocket influence, I am firing Giovanni, Blaine, Sabrina, Koga, and Lt Surge as they support Team Rocket. So there would be new Gym Leaders for Cerulean City, Saffron City, Vermillion City, Fushcia City, Cinnabar Island and Viridian City." Lance nodded on hearing that.
"So I will post a message that there would be openings for new Gym Leaders." Misty smiled.
"Lance, you would be Fushcia City Gym Leader. I have decided that Samurai would be Viridian City Gym Leader, A.J. would be Vermillion City Gym Leader, Koichi would be Saffron City Gym Leader, Anabel would be Cinnabar Island Gym Leader, and Paul would be Cerulean City Gym Leader." Lance nodded on hearing that.
"I will then send them the emails for the Gym Leader offer." Misty nodded on hearing that. Lance then left the room.
'Ash, when will you ever come back from your memory loss? Will you ever come back to remembering that Team Rocket are the enemy?' Misty sighed on thinking about that. Misty heard a knock on the door and then went and opened the door and saw Professor Oak, Delia, along with May come to her.
"Congratulations, Misty on winning!" May congratulated Misty.
"Thanks, and Congrats May, on becoming Top Coordinator!" Misty congratulated May in return.
"Thanks, Misty!" May smiled on being congratulated.
"Misty, you have accomplished a lot!" Delia congratulated Misty.
"Thank You!" Misty smiled on being congratulated.
"I feel good that I have given you a Pokedex as that has helped you a lot! Congrats!" Professor Oak congratulated Misty.
"Thank You for gving the Pokedex and for congratulating me on being the Champion." Misty then thought about the tough task of dealing with Team Roket and she was a little disappointed.
"Misty, you seem a little sad! Why?" Delia was concerned.
"The villainous Teams are very successful and I do not know how justice will be delivered." Misty relied why she was a little sad.
"You can deal with them!" Delia made Misty to have more confidence that she could deal with them.
"Thank You, Delia!"
"We would now be leaving, Bye!"
"Bye!" Delia, Professor Oak, and May then left the room and Misty closed the door. Misty then went back and sat on her seat. Misty checked the G-Men page and saw that many members were fired and so G-Men has very less power to fight the villianous teams. Misty then got a call and saw that it was from Giovanni. Misty then picked up the call.
"You hav decided to replace me as the Gym Leader? I knw why you are doing that. Anyways, you are the last of the Champions against us. Team Rocket is present worldwide and you cannot stop our international operations. I have lost in Kanto, but I have won the world. Bye!" Giovanni then cut the call.
Misty then typed a law "If any organization or individual is funded by or supported by Team Rocket, Team Magma, Team Aqua, Team Galactic, Team Plasma, Team Flare, Team Skull, Aether Foundation, Team Yell, Macro Cosmos, Team Star or any other villianous teams as chosen by the rightful Champion, that organization or individual loses all their rights and would have to be dismantled or arrested with the assests will be nationalized." Misty then passed the decree as Article 973.
Misty waited and saw the news and saw several arrests and closures of Team Rocket and other villianous teams shell companies and companies supported by them in Kanto and Johto. Misty smiled on seeing that as she felt they deserved that as they were the ones who made Ash to support them by changing his memory. Misty knew that Giovanni already left Kanto-Johto region before she beame Champion as she saw the notes of Lance.

Paul was training his Pokemons, currently, Paul was making Infernape fight against Electivire to make them both stronger. Infernape abandoned Ash after Infernape realized that Ash supported Team Rocket. Paul then saw Reggie approach him.
"Paul, you are offered the post of Cerulean City Gym Leader by the new Champion, Misty." Paul nodded.
"I accept the post. I will travel to Cerulean City as soon as possible." Paul intended to take the Gym Leader position. Dawn then walked to Paul.
"I support you beoming the Cerulean City Gym Leader. I will also accompany you to Cerulean City." Paul nodded on hearing that. Paul then saw that Infernape won agaist Electivire.
"Excellent, Infernape!" Infernape smiled on being congratulated by Paul.
Paul then went along with Dawn inside the house for pacing their things to go to Cerulean City.
"Paul, you becoming Cerulean City Gym Leader means that you could directly challenge the Elite Four and Champion!" Dawn was happy for Paul as the steps he has to take to beoming Champion were reduced. Paul smiled on hearing that.
"Yes, it has indeed reduced but right now, my focus is to be the best gym leader. I will make sure that only the elite trainers will take part in Indigo League Conference. By the way, ongrats on becoming Unova Top Coordinator." Dawn was happy that Paul congratulated her.
"Yes, I finally acheived my dream after so many years! I am grateful for my Pokemon to help me reach my goal!" Paul smiled on seeing Dawn to be happy.
"We both will make Cerulean City our second home. Although, I do wonder where would Misty's family move to if we take over the gym." Paul did not want to kick people from the gym just because he had the gym.
"We would just stay in Misty's room and allow her sisters to use the gym. They can be our gym trainers and also they often go on vacations and then we would have the entire gym." Paul nodded.
"We would need to remodel the gym. That means no swimming pool as a field would be there instead. Although, making a rotating field would also be a good idea." Paul was giving ideas on how the gym would change.
"I guess that would be a good idea as having a rotating field would mean that there could be many types of fields including swimming pool." Rotating field is what Paul decided to implement.
"I am going to send an email accepting the offer." Paul then took his phone, composed an email and then sent to the Champion's email address. Aul then got a call, saw tht it was from the Champion and then picked up the call.
"Cerulean City Gym Leader Paul, I give you your first mission! Go and collect evidence from all Team Rocket bases in Kanto." Paul was annoyed to hear that.
"Am I supposed to be your errand boy?" Misty laughed on hearing that.
"You are the strongest gym leader in Kanto-Johto, so your responsibility also involves keeping Kanto-Johto safe." Paul found that answer to be a default answer.
"Why don't you do that?" Paul wanted to know why would Misty not go and collect evidences herself.
"I am doing my part whic is kicking out gym leaders who are loyal to Team Rocket. You do your part." Paul knew that Misty pushed the job on him.
"Fine, I will do! Bye!" Paul finally agreed and Misty was happy.
"Goodbye!" Misty then cut the call.
"I am supposed to go and collect evidence about Team Rocket. I know this is dangerous but that is the mission Misty gave me." Dawn was sad on hearing that Paul had to do such a dangerous mission.
"I can also help you in the mission!" Dawn wanted to help Paul in his mission.
"No, you are not strong enough! Stay in the Cerulean Gym, talk with Misty's sisters, leave these business to me." Dawn was disappointed that Paul disagreed.
"If you disagree, I would not join you." Paul nodded.
Paul and Dawn went to the bedroom where they packed their things like their clothes, Pokeballs, laptops, and they soon finished packing. Paul and Dawn then booked a cab with Paul's phone. Paul and Dawn then left the bedroom and then left the house and saw Reggie.
"Both of you, I hope that you have a safe journey!"
"Thank You!" Paul said.
"Thanks!" Dawn said.
Paul and Dawn saw the cab come and then Paul opened the door and Paul and Dawn sat inside the cab. Daawn then closed the door. The cab soon started and then travelled in the roads of Veilstone City and after some time, reached Veilstone Airport. Dawn opened the door and Paul and Dawn then left the cab and Paul paid the money. Paul and Dawn then went and then entered the airport. Paul and Dawn then walked and then reached the stands.
"Two seats in the earliest plane that would go to Cerulean City." the person nodded and booked two seats and gave the tickets to Paul and Dawn.
Paul and Dawn then walked and then reached the place where their bags would be scanned and placed their bags. The bags were scanned and Paul and Dawn were scanned and then Paul and Dawn walked with their bags. Paul and Dawn walked and then they reached the entrance to the plane. Paul and Dawn then walked through the entrance and then entered the plane. Paul and Dawn then went to their seats and then sat there.
The plane soon took off and Paul and Dawn were resting in the plane. The plane flew in air for some time and then the plane reached Cerulean City and then landed in Cerulean Airport. Paul and Dawn soon got up and then Paul and Dawn got up, went and left the plane. Paul and Dawn walked in the airport for some time and then reached the exit.
Paul and Dawn then saw a cab come to them and Paul opened the door and Paul and Dawn sat inside the cab. Daawn then closed the door. The cab soon started and then travelled in the roads of Cerulean City and after some time, reached Cerulean City Pokemon Gym. Dawn opened the door and Paul and Dawn then left the cab and Paul paid the money. Paul and Dawn went and then entered the Gym and walked to reach the large swimming pool. Paul and Dawn saw three girls who were Misty's sisters come to them.
"We would like to stay in this house even though it is your gym. We would vacation often so could you let us stay." Daisy requested.
"Fine, you three can stay." Daisy, Lily and Violet were happy on hearing that.
"Dawn, I know that you also know Ash, the Sinnoh Champion. Ash used to travel with Misty, our Champion sister. I would like to speak with you more." Dawn smiled and nodded.
Dawn then went along with Daisy, Lily, and Violet for speaking with them. Paul then looked at the gym which he found to be decent. Paul knew that he had a job which was assigned to him and he would go and first chek Cerulean Cave.
"Dawn, I would be going to do my investigation. I will come soon!"
"Fine then!"
Paul then walked and left the gym. Paul then walked in the streets of Cerulean City for some time and then he came to a river where on the other side, there would be Cerulean Cave in which there should have been a Team Rocket base but the cave was destroyed.
"Garchomp, go! Use Dig and chek if there is anything in the Cerullean Cave." Garchomp then used Dig and went under th ground. Garhomp then crossed the rivver and was digging in the area where there should be erulean Cave but found nothing there. Garchomp then went back in some time and then reahed Paul and nodded no.
"Fine, you did an excellent job! Return!" Paul then returned Garchomp to the Pokeball.

Ash and Alyssa were in the home they bought in Alola that was seaside. Ash supported Team Roket and was instrumental in getting Team Rocket and in some ways, other team to be as powerful as they are. As for Alyssa, she knew that Ash's memories were supressed and that is why he was with her and she wanted to keep it that way. She could have supported the G-Men against Giovanni but she felt that Team Rocet were correct.
"I am happy being with you and I love supporting Team Rocket along with you. I really love you." Alyssa smiled on hearing that but knew that if he got his memories back, he would hate her.
"I also love being with you, it seems Misty is the Champion of Kanto-Johto. She really is a thorn in our path. She has removed gym leaders who supported us and placed gym leaders who support her." Ash was disappointed on hearing that.
"We have most of the regions. She is the last of the Champions who opposed us. We dealt with Steven, Cynthia, Alder, Iris, Diantha and Lance is now gone only to be replaced by her. She would not do much." Alyssa hoped that she would not do much. Ash then got a call and then Ash picked up the call.
"Ash, I am informing you that Team Rocket will lose the main base which is Kanto as Misty has decided to close down our operations. We cannot do anything in Kanto-Johto and we are being kicked out of the region from where Team Rocket started. I instruct you two to make a main base in Alola." Giovanni said.
"Yes, we will do that." Ash agreed to what Giovanni said.
"Goodbye!" Giovanni then cut the call. Ash then switched on the news.
"The Kanto-Johto League has nationalized a huge percent of its economy on charges of them being funded by villianous teams." Ash was disappointed by hearing the news of Team Rocket being kicked out of their home regions and wished that did not take place.
"Alyssa, why is Team Roket accepting that they are being kicked out of their home regions?"
"Ash, Team Rocket has a plan. We can develop the base of Team Roket in Alola. We can find an oppurtunity in failure."
"That is good then." Ash relented to what Alyssa said. Ash and Alyssa sat and saw the sea from the house they had in Alola which was a seaside house.

It was another day and Misty was currently going to address the Kanto-Johto gym leaders on her policies. She was waiting for this day as she couls see them face to face for the first time after becoming the Champion of the Kanto-Johto region.
"The villianous teams have won in Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, Kalos, Alola, and Galar. They had a victory here in Kanto-Johto but I made them lose here. The Pokemon League is only functional in this region thanks to my efforts. I have arrested the gym leaders who supported the villianous teams and I guess you all know that. I anticipate a war between the other regions and Kanto-Johto for us being free of crime. They want us to have crime but we will not! Not under my watch! Prepare for a war with the gym trainers and the trainers in your city." the entire group was silent on listening the onimous message.
"We all support you, Misty! Kanto-Johto is united in going against the villianous organizations." Clair said. They suddenly heard a blast sound.
"Team Rocket is leaving, but not before a final blast off!" two Team Rocket grunts shouted and then left rapidly in their flying Pokemons.
"Yes, like I said, they would be leaving. There would be a war and we would not be the first to attack but we would be the first to defend against an attack!" Misty said. Misty spent the rest of the time answering questions. Misty then noticed that Unova has started an atttack on one of the Sevii Islands from an alert in her phone.
"We declare war on Unova! Unova controls Alola also so we need to mobilize rapidly against Unova. We would start by capturing the islands of Alola." Misty said.
"We will go and mobilize." Pryce said.
Soon flying Pokemons with trainers as well as planes carrying trainers were flying in the direction of Alola. Misty soon noticed that there was an all out attack against Kanto-Johto and she knew that there would be a large war which would take place.
"Also mobilize to conquer Hoenn and Sinnoh." Misty said to the gym leaders present.
"We would do that." Falkner said.
Kanto-Johto soon found itself in a war with Hoenn, Sinnoh, Alola, and Unova. It was not a war that they could afford to lose and they had the intention of winning and placing Kanto-Johto authority over the regions which are controlled by the villainous teams.
