Mermaids' Promise
"After all this war and chaos, I would love to take you on a date." The indigo shell on the blonde mermaid's Promise Necklace shimmered, reflecting off the ocean's light and her own determination.
The purple-haired mermaid smiles softly before a playful grin tug on her lips. "You mean parfait date~?"
Eli chuckles as she lets her tail playfully glide along Nozomi's, her light blue eyes held a shine Nozomi fell in love with more times than she can remember. "Yes."
Nozomi felt her heart flutter. Her fiancée's straight forth and unwavering tone giving her the reassurance that she has a fighting chance against both their parents.
The purplenette swims upwards, slipping her hand into her partner's.
They shared a knowing and loving gaze before their tails swished, almost in-synced, towards another battle – together.

This is an ocean-wide scale project. :P And this is a teaser because NozoEli has been pestering me for months to write for them. w
We'll be swimming for quite some time.
