A/N: Not Drakgo! Drew and Eddie in college, this time. Just a tiny bit of nonsense.

Drew turned with an exasperated sigh at the slam of the door, knowing without looking who had invaded his college dormitory.

"Eddie. What's wrong now?"

"I don't think I got that job I interviewed for today, 'Cous," the younger man declared with a sad shake of his head.

Drew sighed. "What went wrong this time?"

"Well to start with I was over an hour late—"

"What!? Why?"

"Well, you know Delilah..."

"Your 'ride or die.' Yes yes, what does she have to do with... Oh no, did you try to fit in a romp before your—"

"Nah, man. She got hit by a bus."

Drew stared at his cousin, his former thought fading as another rapidly took its place.

"She's gonna be fine, man!"

"Is this going where I think it's going?"

"Nah, nah, wait. It gets worse. So then at the interview they ask me where I see myself in ten years."

"Oh no, Eddie, you didn't—"

"And I said, I see myself in the mirror admiring this glorious mane. Cuz in ten years this baby's gonna rock, seriously! You feel me 'Cous? I mean, where else would I see myself, seriously."

"Eddie, did you—"

"But then... I think this is what really sunk it. They asked me what my last job was and why I left..."

Drew pinched the bridge of his nose as he sighed and shook his head, wondering less how he could be related to this man but more how he'd made it into the doctoral program before he'd even finished his bachelor's.

"And I told 'em, well, up until about two hours ago I was a bus driver."
