Chapter 3 Poke Stoked
Raku Ichijo and Jin Mazama were in their Pokémon battle between Raku's Bellsprout and Jin's Lycanroc. Since Jin Mazama had some more experienced being a Pokémon Trainer than Raku does, Jin made the first move. Jin was giving a lot of pressure to Raku Ichijo in the middle of the battle. But somehow, Raku Ichijo was calm under the pressure and gradually starts to get in sync with Bellsprout and seized the upper hand. Right when Raku told Bellsprout to use Razor Leaf and Jin told Lycanroc to use Accelerock on each other, Bellsprout almost collapsed but it was Lycanroc who fainted.
So Raku Ichijo won his first Pokémon battle with his Bellsprout against Jin Mazama with his Lycanroc. While aiding his Pokémon and returning it into its Pokeball, Jin stood in front of Raku he admits defeat and congratulate to Raku for his first Pokémon battle. Raku Ichijo shook Jin Mazama hand as in being respected as a friend. But soon then Raku Ichijo and Jin Mazama took their Pokémon back to the Pokémon center to get healed. When they got there, Raku Ichijo asks Jin Mazama to tell about his adventures in the Pokémon world as a Pokémon Trainer to him, while waiting for their Pokémon to be treated.
Jin Mazama was gladly pleased to tell Raku Ichijo about his journeys in the Pokémon world as a Pokémon Trainer. Although, Jin Mazama say to Raku Ichijo that it was not well boasting about it, but it taught him very much. Jin Mazama talks to Raku Ichijo about his journeys as a Pokémon Trainer of his catches, his training, his battles and many other things. Jin Mazama continues tell to Raku Ichijo that there were times that he fights off many fiends with his Pokémon. There were times of trials, challenges, and so forth he had to face. But then there other times of happiness and enlightenment that Jin Mazama says to Raku Ichijo about his journeys in the world of Pokémon so far.
After Jin Mazama conclude his storytelling to Raku Ichijo, Nurse Joy with her assistant Chansey say that their Pokémon treatment was done and they got their Pokémon and head out to find Ash Ketchum with his Pikachu. But when Raku Ichijo, Jin Mazama, and their Pokémon were about to leave, Raku Ichijo ask Jin Mazama where to find Ash Ketchum with his Pikachu. Just then Jin Mazama thought that Raku Ichijo might have any ideas Ash Ketchum with his Pikachu might be. So they were both clueless to where to find Ash Ketchum with his Pikachu. Hence Raku Ichijo and Jin Mazama were lost until Jin Mazama remembers something and got back on track.
Raku Ichijo, Jin Mazama with their Pokémon walks along side each other, to find Ash Ketchum with his Pikachu. But then it was getting dark and a rainstorm came out of nowhere and starts to pour down on them. Just then while Raku Ichijo, Jin Mazama and their Pokémon were fortunate found a cave under the rain, Raku Ichijo spotted an injured Pichu inside the cave. Jin Mazama suspected that this injured Pichu might be wild or left by its trainer. Raku Ichijo with his Bellsprout looked at each other and Raku Ichijo decides to care for it. Luckily somehow Jin Mazama caught a Chansey and asks it to used heal pulse to heal the injured Pichu. Raku Ichijo tends for the injured Pichu while it was resting and recovering.
When Raku Ichijo, Jin Mazama and their Pokémon were sheltered from under the rain and Raku Ichijo with his Bellsprout was caring for the injured Pichu, Jin Mazama tells Raku Ichijo how he met Lycanroc when he was a Rockruff. Jin Mazama says it was due to a bad trainer that abandons Rockruff and that although Jin Mazama didn't wanted to be friends with Rockruff at first. But then Jin Mazama accepted Rockruff to be his partner and friend. Raku Ichijo was inspired by Jin Mazama's story but then Raku Ichijo, Jin Mazama and their Pokémon fell into a deep sleep.
