"You think she'll like hanging out with Gwen, dad." Shocket asked Rocket seeing him nod in reply since Gwen Stacey was around Casey's age so Casey needing friends, Rocket decided to set them up on a playdate.
"Yep plus Gwen's excited about meeting Casey, plus Casey was up a little past her bedtime which was when the sun comes up so I had her take an nap so she'll be bright-eyed and bushy-tailed by the time Gwen web-slings over." he replied
It was a few days after Casey was feeling better after leading Shocket and the other kids on an adventure and being Raccoon Girl but had been up past her bedtime unaware of her uncle setting up a playdate for her with Gwen Stacey otherwise known as Ghost-Spider who was part of Team Spidey.
Rocket was making Casey a snack for when she woke up, to boost her energy for playing making Shocket grin knowing that Casey might be shy with Gwen seeing her friends outside joining them making Linda relieved as a few days ago the female duckling had learnt from Shocket not only Casey was Raccoon Girl but they had teamed up to rescue Shocket from Tazer-Face which had made Rocket chuckle. hearing Cassie asking Linda why Shocket was doing with her dad.
"Sorry guys, my dad needed help with Casey, to take an nap." Shocket said.
They were impressed seeing Ghost-Spider show up, making Shocket understand hoping that Casey was almost done with her nap making the blonde-haired youngster excited seeing Rocket there chuckling saying Casey was nearly done with her nap making Gwen get it, listening to him explain a few things about his niece so she could become friends with Casey which she got hearing laughter seeing Casey was up.
She was in awe that Gwen was here but feelijg shy which Gwen was alright with letting Casey take her time with her until hearing that Green Goblin was causing trouble so following Gwen as she wanted to help using her powers impressing Gwen as Spidey and Spin agreed seeing Green Goblin fly off.
"What's that guy's problem, who was that." Casey said.
"That was the Green Goblin, he always causes trouble." Gwen said.
"Ohhhh I get it, are these guys your friends, Gwen." Casey asked.
"Yep, Spidey and Spin along with me make up Team Spidey." Gwen replied.
"Cool you guys do what I do but I do it at night." Casey replied to her making Spidey realise that she was the superheroije from the morning-news making Casey grin at his realisation but promised her to keep her secret that she was Raccoon Girl which impressed Spin wondering something.
"Shouldn't you be asleep, if you were up all night." he asked her.
"She took a really long nap, which she woke up from when I got there." Gwen assured him heading to the park after this having fun playing on the playground making Casey giggle as she normally slept during the day after being up all night being Raccoon Girl.
"So, how was things did you have fun." Rocket asked.
It was early evening and Casey was having dinner with the others at Avengers Compound as the adults had ordered in from Shwarma Palace makingthe female-kit happy wishing Gwen could have stayed, however Gwen along with Spidey and Spin had to get home for dinner before their parents worried, which she understood.
"Yep, we had lots of fun, dad so shwarma helps after workijg up an appetite, did Shocket and her friendshave a good day." Casey replied seeing Rocket nodding in reply knowing she was probably goijg out later as Raccoon Girl, hoping she would be okay doing it.
"She will, but she might not be out all night as she was up during the day." Shocket reassured him seeing him guess that was true taking deep breaths plus saw messages from Lylla which was relieving him, as Shocket knew how much her dad cared about her and Casey seeing Linda here, as she was sleeping over which made her excitable distracting hervfrom wanting to put on her armour and follow Casey.
"Maybe we should leave Casey be, you know." Linda told her.
"I guess but my dad is worried about Casey." Shocket replied.
