"Heheheheh."

"I'm going to eat his dinner." Naruto laughed to himself when he saw that dumb, happy-go-lucky, look on Rito's face. He had come home with that look on his face, and it had stayed on his face through out the entire afternoon. He had been practically unresponsive as his body ran on autopilot.

He was very happy to have his crush return his feelings.

"Geez, you might as well, it's going to get cold otherwise." Mikan saw Rito just sitting there. She couldn't even tease him about it yet, since she wasn't suppose to know he had a girlfriend until he confessed it to them. She wanted so badly to tease him, but that would reveal the scheme that Naruto laid to make it happen and her complacency in it. "Hey, Rito, your dinner is getting cold!" Mikan stated loudly.

"Heheheh... Sairenji-san..."

"Geez, and I worked hard on this." Mikan stated, and Naruto grabbed Rito's plate and started to eat everything off of it. Rito just sat there with the same dull smile, his face turning a little red as whatever he was imagining got to him.

Naruto didn't mind.

More food for him.

"Whatever... I put a lot of work into today, and though not everything was needed things still turned out well enough. I deserve this extra-helping." Naruto stated in a way that the out of it Rito wouldn't pick up on.

"Keep going like that, and you'll choke... like that." Mikan stated when he words started Naruto enough that he actually ended up choking on the food. Naruto slammed his hands into the table, and knocked the stolen plate of food into the air, so that it landed on top of his head in perfect unison with him swallowing what he had been choking on. "Your day hasn't been great, has it?" Mikan asked him with a raised eyebrow.

Kicked in the balls.
Nearly choking to death.
Covering himself in food.

Naruto took the food off of his head, and he threw it into Mikan's face without even a hint of regret. Mikan jerked back in surprise, and gave a quick scream of shock, before she gave Naruto a look.

"It's not the best day, but not the worst... that was for the self-fulfilling prophecy. I wasn't going to choke until you started me by saying that." Naruto told her, and she wiped he eyes clean and stared at him dully. Naruto stood up from the table and rubbed the back of his head, where he felt food was dripping down the back of his shirt.

Today hadn't been a great day, but it wasn't the worst day either.

That day still belonged to the day he was born, because no day was worse than that in his life.

"I'll run a bath... what a waste of food." Mikan lamented the hard work lost, and she saw Naruto shrug. "Lets get washed up, and leave this guy here in his imagination." Mikan spoke as she looked at the still out of it Rito. "Hey big bro, want to clean this up for us?" Mikan asked with a sly smile.

"Heheheh..." Rito went on autopilot and he started to clean up the mess that Naruto had made with the food.

Mikan took no credit.

"Heh, that takes care of that." Naruto stated as he started to walk up the stairs. It had been a little over a year since he and Mikan took a bath together, since she started to hit her own growth spurt and puberty. The last time they took a bath together was actually before his own growth spurt actually.

The reason why Mikan was willing to do it now?

It was either take a bath with him, or she would have to wait to go second. She could tell that he was going to argue with her, or maybe lock her in the closet until he was done and make her go second. They had a lot of little arguments like that, where she would get out the baseball bat, and he would pick her up and lock her in the closet later.

"Yeah, I kind of like this Rito. He's super obedient." Mikan stated honestly as she stepped into the bathroom's changing room with him, and she started to strip herself.

Naruto gave her a glance.

"I feel sorry for your future boyfriend... considering that you love teasing people, and you enjoy obedient people. How would the boys at school act if they knew of your latent dominatrix persona?" Naruto asked her as she dropped her skirt, and he raised an eyebrow when he saw normal panties instead of the ones she used to wear that had teddybear designs on them. Naruto shrugged his shoulders and unbuttoned his shirt, tossed it into the dirty clothes.

Mikan took out her small ponytail scrunchy, before she turned and poked Naruto in the side.

"Oh, they would love it if they thought they could get some. There is a reason I don't tell Rito I'm popular with boys, because he would worry too much... and because I have you to scare them off." Mikan poked Naruto, and he jerked and shivered when she got him where he was ticklish.

"Nyayayaya!?"

"Anyway, the boys at school are way too immature, trying to peek at my panties and stuff. I've always got to keep my guard up at school, it's honestly so annoying. I don't like boys, I like real boy's who act like men." Mikan couldn't believe that Naruto was teasing her, when he was practically a chick magnet himself.

He was an ignorant chick magnet.

When Naruto was looking at girls, he could always pinpoint when two people liked each other. He was amazingly observent when it came to the feelings of others, but it would seem when it came to him noticing when girls liked him he was even more dense than Rito if you didn't spell it out for him.

He mocked Rito for being dense, when he was unknowingly denser.

"Meh, that's pretty normal for that age, they'll grow out of it. Kids should be a bit pervy, shows they are growing up properly... it's only a problem if they never learn to properly channel it." Naruto didn't have a problem with perverts in all honesty. He only didn't like the perverts that grew up to be massive perverts with no limits on what they would do. A perverted kid was just a kid still, and their actions should be punished only if they go too far and commit a real crime.

A brat trying to see panties? That deserved a slap on the wrist.
A brat trying to commit a crime? That deserved a real punishment.

"Still, boys still give me love letters all the time." Mikan complained as she glanced at Naruto to see how he would react to that.

He hummed and took his pants off.

"That sounds like a good boost to your ego, shows that everyone thinks your really pretty. Honestly, if I was there age a girl like you would somebody I would write a letter too." Naruto told her, and she puffed her naked chest out in pride in response to his words.

She was happy with that response.

She couldn't talk about this stuff with Rito, since he was prone to overreacting to news such as this. He was much too overprotective of her, and if he knew of her popularity he would worry himself sick. Naruto on the other hand was protective, but not overprotective of her to the point of annoying her. He allowed her to come to him and talk about her problems, and whenever she asked him for help, then was when he would give his help to her. Rito was a very kind older brother, but he was kind in a way that could be suffocating at times. Naruto was very kind as well, but he took a person's feelings and did what he believed would help his loved ones the most.

"Lucky I thought to warm up the bath before dinner, I figured that somebody would take a bath right away." Mikan stated with a nod to herself, proud of her pre-thought on the issue.

Naruto sat down in front of the shower, and she sat down behind him.

"I'll wash you next." Naruto grabbed his body wash and started to scrub it into his skin, and Mikan grabbed her washcloth and soaped it up.

She smiled.

'His back is getting bigger and more muscular, his back makes my hands look small.' Mikan thought when she started to wash Naruto's back. This was her first time doing this since he started to fill out, and she could feel the hard muscle give to her hands.

It was amazing.

Such hard muscle felt so soft when she touched it, showing how relaxed Naruto was around her. People thought that muscles were always hard, but they were actually surprisingly soft when somebody was relaxed. Sometimes, a healthy muscle would be softer than even fat when the owner was relaxed.

"Your turn now."

"Oh-oh!?" Mikan had been so taken in her thoughts, she finished washing Naruto without even realizing it. Naruto stood up and turned around. "... You could have waited for me to look away." Mikan stated to him when she got a full view of his junk.

Naruto shrugged and got behind her, pushing her forward so he could let her wash her front, and him her back.

"Like it really matters." Naruto didn't care what Mikan saw, since they were family it wasn't inappropriate for some naked skinship. "You're developing really nicely, by the way. It's been awhile since we did this, and you're starting to really come along." Naruto saw her half-naked enough to notice how she was developing. While stuff like her chest were all still very small, almost completely flat, but her waist was getting more toned, and her hips were growing wider.

Even her butt was starting to fill out more.

"Thanks, I try."

"What's that suppose to mean?" Naruto asked her with a quirked brow, her words not making any sense to him.

"I try is what that means. I keep all our diets healthy, I like to be active... though it's kind of weird for you to notice this stuff." Mikan tried to tease Naruto.

Naruto just hummed in response.

'Of course I'm going to notice, I love you a lot, and seeing you growing up to be so pretty makes me really proud.' Naruto thought, but he refused to say such embarassing things out loud. He just hummed and was content to wash her back, and even wash her hair for her. He had never been great at saying those kinds of things to his family, since he knew that everyone would just tease him relentlessly for them. "And with that, you're all washed-" Naruto dumped warm water over her to rinse her off.

"AH!? I'm DATING Sairenji-san now!?"

...

"Oh wow, it seems Rito has woken up from his stupor. I'm going to go and tease him over this now." Mikan stood up and turned around so she could pass Naruto.

She had a Rito to tease.

"I'm going to hit the bath now." Naruto stood up and walked towards the bath, getting in with a sigh as Mikan hit the changing room and got her towel to go to her room with. Since she didn't have a change of clothes at the ready.

Naruto just laid back in the water and relaxed further.

"Forever we can make it.
Fall in love with what a woman does.
A teasing glance, oh it's so cute."

Naruto started to sing under his breath as he sang one of his mother's idol songs that he had dug up through the internet. Naruto closed his eyes and, before he stopped singing when he heard the sound of bubbles coming from the tub. He didn't pass any gas, so Naruto glanced at the water with a raised eyebrow.

"What?" Naruto looked at the bubbles in the water.

There was a small glow.

*SPLASH*

"Escape successful!"

This was the night that Naruto's life changed.
