He killed a man.

'... I would think I would be more bothered by this.' Naruto thought to himself as he sat in class, able to control his strength again. He had accidentally ended another life, but he didn't feel nearly as bothered by it as most would expect him to be. He had NOT killed on purpose, the kick had been meant to disable not to kill, but since he had not been able to control his strength he ended up putting far too much force.

Then again, that Ghi Bree wasn't the type of person that Naruto would feel bad about being dead. Naruto would guess that part of the reason he didn't feel so bad was because the guy wasn't human, or didn't look similar to a human like Lala. The fact that he ended intelligent life just didn't hit him nearly as hard.

"So class, in 2 weeks the classes in your year will be taking a trip-"

Naruto was used to tuning out announcements for certain trips that he always ended up skipping anyway. He wasn't one who even liked school all that much, though he rarely if ever skipped school, but he had even less of a liking for school trips where he was forced to spend so much time away from home and what he liked to do.

He could see Lala was excited, and even Rito and Haruna were sharing shy glances at each other, showing that the two of them were looking forward to taking a school trip together. Naruto just looked at the clock in the room and waited for school to be over for the day.

He was WAY more excited for what was happening after school today.

"Hey Naruto... think during the school trip... you could work some magic, since these trips always have a Test of Courage... rig things so that me and Sairenji-chan can..." Rito whispered to Naruto, and he trailed off while glancing over at Haruna. Naruto looked at the girl, and he just waved to her when she smiled at him.

He shrugged, and Rito did a tiny fist bump in response.

Also, Naruto didn't like Tests of Courage that happened during school trips, which was just more reason for him to not be looking forward to this.

*The Bell Rang*

"YEEEES!"

Naruto and a two girls from the classroom shouted out at the very second the bell went off, standing up from their seats and looking towards each other. Naruto ignored the two girls, since he didn't pay much attention to who was who in class anyway. He recognized one of them from the Tennis club with Haruna, and the other as a girl who always hung out with her and Haruna. Other than that, he didn't know who the two were.

"See you guys later, I've got something to take care of!" Naruto called out to Rito and Lala as he left without another word spoken.

He was already out the door.

"Eh?" Rito questioned with a raised eyebrow, and he made eye contact with Lala, expecting her to have some sort of explanation for him on this strange behavior.

The two girls left after Naruto as well.

"What was that?" Lala asked, since that was the most excited that she had ever seen Naruto before. "Want to follow them?" Lala asked Rito with a growing grin. She could use this as a chance to prank Naruto, and all they would have to do was follow the girls who had followed after Naruto.

Rito looked nervous.

"Well-"

"That sounds fun, I was curious what Risa-chan and Mio-chan were doing today anyway. Why don't we follow them Yuuki-kun?" Haruna suggested as she walked up on the conversation. She knew they had plans to go to the park after school, but this sounded nice to her as well. She could clearly see that Rito was curious about what Naruto had left in such a hurry to do.

He had no choice but to agree.

-Much Later-

"Sneaky sneak, I go sneaky sneak." Lala chanted to herself under her breath as she followed after Risa and Mio, who were both not bothering to hide themselves. She wore a trench coat and forced both Rito and Haruna to wear them too, since they were all tailing after the girls to figure out where Naruto went.

These girls and Naruto had the exact same reaction after school ended after all, and they all hurried to leave school as quickly as possible.

"It's not sneaky when you say it out loud." Haruna noted for Lala.

Rito just stood silently.

'This is really stupid.' Rito kept his thoughts to himself, knowing that both girls were having fun with what they were all doing. He had no choice but to keep himself as quiet as he could, otherwise he would be the one blamed for what was going to happen. He didn't want to hurt any feelings though, but he knew better than anyone that they weren't going to be able to easily sneak up on Naruto and spy on him.

They stopped when they saw that Risa and Mio walked towards a small crowd that was standing outside of a store.

There was an idol.

"Oh... I guess those two weren't chasing after Naruto." Rito realized when the two girls stopped and joined the crowd, while the small time idol held a mic up to her mouth and continued to sing. "... that voice is kind of familiar, but I don't recognize that idol. Oh... I recognize the song though." Rito stated when he heard the lyrics of the song.

This new idol was doing a rendition of Red Hot Inferno which was Kushina Uzumaki's number 1 song that she sang. Rito sometimes forgot that Naruto's birth mother had been an idol, and a very popular idol for some amount of time. It wasn't odd for people to sing her songs, or do covers of her song. Kushina had, according to his parents, been really cool with other singers singing her songs.

"This was my parent's favorite song, my mother played this song when she did housework." Haruna realized when the song started to hit parts that became very familiar to her. Lala just tilted her head in confusion, since Naruto was nowhere to be seen. "Oh, they are leaving! They might have just stopped to listen to the music a bit." Haruna pointed out when the targets for their stalking started to make a move again.

-With Naruto-

"-and thank you Uzumaki-kun, our new idol has absolutely no singing voice, but she idolized your mother." The Idol Manager spoke as he started to hand Naruto some money for his work. Naruto started to count the money that he was being given, since this was what he was being paid to do. He had blown through his allowance, and nobody around the neighborhood had anything they needed him to do, so he decided to get some work.

Naruto was good at fighting, gardening, and singing... that was about all he was good for when it came to his marketable talents. Nobody would hire him anyway with his looks, at least not any place that he wanted to work for. Places that didn't care for his looks, because nobody would see him anyway were best.

"No problem, I don't mind being her voice... but this is only part-time work for me. I can't do any live events that would interfere with school, so if you need me to record anything, just tell me... and do not tell anyone I'm doing this." Naruto stated as he looked at the man, putting his money in his wallet. He wanted to go on another date with Lala, and he had a need for money to do that. Money he did not have.

The manager nodded.

"I completely understand, and we don't want it to be known our idol lip-syncs either."

Naruto looked out the window, and he saw Lala, Rito, and Haruna were following after the two girls who had shouted out at the same time as him. Naruto raised his eyebrows up when he saw that the trio were all wearing trench coats as they followed their fellow high schoolers.

Right into the adult book store.

"Wonder what that is all about? Did some great new book come out?" Naruto asked as he looked over at the manager, who was often in this area. He could understand the two perverted girls going into the store, but Rito and Haruna were as repressed as they came, and Lala might be seductive but she was just as innocent as she was sexy.

Those three going into a book store must mean some GREAT new book just came out.

"Don't know, but I do know if you keep up this great work, I might just hire you to join us as a male idol full time."

"No thanks, being an Idol isn't my dream. I'm just doing this to make some money, anyway, I've got my mother's temper in me there is no way I won't kick the shit out of somebody." Naruto summed up why he should not be an idol.

The manager rubbed his fingers together.

"You would be surprised, a lot of fans like that treatment."

"Well, thanks for the offer, but I don't want to be an Idol." Naruto stated once more to make sure that his point sank in. He was done for the day now that the idol's last song had been sung, so he might just see what was going on with his friends and family.

He didn't get the chance when ALL FIVE of the high schoolers were kicked out of the adult book store, though two of the girls had their hands on some pornos that they paid for. Naruto just chuckled to himself, before he whipped his phone out and took a picture of all of them.

Mikan was going to get a kick out of this.
