Introduction - Amy's message

Dear fans,
I hope you'll understand now the reason why I left the performance. Thank you that you are supporting me against all hate mails. Newspapers and reviews can be cruel….Thanks for your wishes, I really need good luck!
Of course, the choreographer was furious (about the distractions, actually) and this season, I won't dance Aurora anymore. And also no other part. I was quite shocked. But I'm caring now for Beth. She is going to be released very soon from the hospital. I visited her today and there was also a young man chatting with her. At first, I thought it would be Fred because he had the same blonde hair and face, but it turned out it was his twin brother Frank! He is a quarterback and broke his leg, so he has to stay at hospital. In the photo section, you'll find the selfie with Beth, Frank and me (Beth feels responsible for me, so she actually wants me to post it).

I'm now practicing in my studio at home (actually, at the barre in front of a mirror). And as always, I won't give up my dream! Laurie is a darling, he supports me a lot.

Love,
Amy!

„No, I'm not fired. Perhaps I am suspended from this stupid ensemble. I was hoping anyway for something different." Amy replied, annoyed.
"That is my girl. Glad that you are not so perfect anymore, sis!" Jo said grinning and kept on chewing her apple on the backseat.
"Then please take your feet off! And why are you not using a kindle ebook reader at last?" Amy asked and sighed. Jo wouldn't have to take three books with her – at the same time!
"Just calm down and focus!" Laurie said with a smile. He was driving the car and didn't seem to be disturbed by the quarrel between both sisters. Amy answered the smile, turning around to him. She was sitting next to her boyfriend, who was also befriended with her sister Jo.
"Are we already in New York?" Jo asked.
"Yes, we are." Laurie replied.
"Great! I can't wait for writing my article on the new ballet production! And have I already told you? I want to do research on it – I want to write a thriller with this theme. Like this movie with Natalie Portman – Darth Swan?"
Amy could only react with face palm. "You mean Black Swan. You shouldn't mistake it for a Star Wars movie."
"Well, but both is about black and white, good and evil. White princess, Black Baddie; and yeah, Star Wars is actually exactly one hundred years younger than Swan Lake!" Jo explained with a triumphant tone in her voice.
"Jooooo!" Amy sighed.
"Actually, this is very interesting, but we should focus more on the actual ballet, right?" Laurie said.
"Of course! I could imagine the first scene of my ballet novel - night, a lake, pale moon light - and a lonely swan swimming on the lake. But soon he would feel danger, a storm will rise and a ..."
"Please, stop, Jo! And when I am thinking that Fred and Flo got accepted….I am so afraid that I am only a loser…" Amy whispered.
"You are no loser, Amy. Actually, see it as big chance to get in touch with the ballet world with New York. Good, old reporter Jo will open the door for you!" Jo said.
"Well, actually a true gentleman will open the door. I think we'll be soon at the Lincoln Center!" Laurie said.
"Or a true gentlewoman!" Jo grinned, and Amy smiled and tried to relax...for now.
