Steve and Danny ran to take cover behind the vehicle that was riddled with bullet holes and returned fire and only took few minutes until it stopped. They carefully moved to where found two dead and they called HPD there to see if could find anything. Chin said would be there soon to lead the whole thing.

"What think that was about?" Danny asked. "Think their somehow connected to the whole thing?"

"Catherine is going to run their prints and photos through the system to see if can find them."

Danny looked around, "So, you really think there's a mole in Naval Intel?"

"JJ thinks there is so believe him and Cath may smoke out."

A few hours, they all got back to headquarters and seems that Catherine was sitting in her office working on something and she looked up when door opened. Steve stepped inside handing her a cup of coffee which she took and looked up, "Thanks, you good?"

"My arm is doing okay but good you two are okay."

He leaned against her desk, "Find anything on there that might help?"

"I'm trying to dig into who might be the mole but nothing that's going anywhere."

He kissed her, "If anyone can find the person would be you."

"Would be easier with some more help...you know."

He shook his head as took the offered laptop from her as sat down so both of them were typing away.

Danny walked in a while later, "You two good in here?"

Steve nodded as followed him out, "I think were getting somewhere but slowly."

"I forgot that you both were in Naval Intel."

JJ walked over, "Put those them together and could do about anything."

That night, Catherine had left a while ago to check on the kids for the night but Steve kept working. Kono looked up as he moved to stand at the smart table and called her over, "I think that found something that may break this whole thing."

She took the tablet and hooked it up, "I can run him through the system and see what come up with."

He pulled out his phone, "JJ, need you here with Jax."

About twenty minutes later everyone on the team was back there along with the two seals, "What we got?"

Steve swiped the table, "Was running everything that came up on this case and the two dead guys and found a connection."

Jax looked it over and started typing at his tablet, "Commander you still got it."

JJ pulled out his phone and spoke to someone, "Got team four on standby if sure he's the mole."

Chin had left and came back, "Seems that he's connected to everyone and can tie him to the shooting of the Taylor and the cousins."

A few hours later, after they took down the mole who turned out to be the killer everyone determined would get together to get some dinner. Steve invited everyone over that night to try an unwind and they all got there with the kids running around having fun.

JJ found Catherine sitting outside looking at the ocean, "So what now?"

She shrugged, "I don't know."

"What you two is better than have seen in a while. I seen you working with Smooth Dog the last few days and that's the most happy that have seen you in a while. I think should keep working with Five-0 and maybe trying what Billy and you were attempting to do."

She smirked as watched the kids, "I was thinking maybe the same thing and this is why left."

"I can see why and don't blame you for choosing here."

A woman walked over with a little girl, "Jessi nice to see made it."

She kissed her fiancé, "Catherine been a while."

The two hug, "He doesn't bring you around that much anymore."

"Emma has been keeping me busy with him gone so much but wouldn't miss chance to see you guys."

Steve walked over hugging her, "You know always welcome around here even without him."

JJ huffed at him, "Stop hitting on my girl."

She set the girl down who ran off, "Will you boys play nice."

"NEVER!" they said at once.

Steve smirked, "Have no idea what you mean."

Catherine shook her head, "They never grow up, huh?"

"I am glad was around to see you retire but sorry about what happened to Billy was a great guy."
