Time Period: A Flashback

Place: Loki and Thor's secret hiding place

Situation: Aurora's difficult home water birth (occurring in the bathroom)

Loki's p.o.v

I have been struggling to deliver my baby whose shoulders are stuck. "I know that the baby's shoulders are stuck. You need my cooperation, but I can't do this. It is too hard" I wail.

Thor kisses my forehead. He rubs my huge swollen stomach. He squeezes my hand very tightly. "You can do this. You must trust yourself and me" Thor encourages me. "OH Brother...The Baby" I moan reaching down to touch Aurora's head and shoulders.

"All I need are some light pushes. Just little bit more effort" Thor motivates me. My screaming doesn't bother Thor because he understands that I am in a lot of pain. Through blood and tears, I bring Aurora into the world with Thor's help.

Before I can hold and nurse Aurora, Thor snatches her away. "Aurora is bluish purple. She is not breathing. I am going to take care of her" Thor explains. I am torn between worrying about my daughter and expelling the placenta from my body.

"I am sorry for your loss" Thor apologizes placing Aurora in my arms. I hate myself, but I blame Thor for her passing. We are on the verge of going our own separated ways until Aurora magically reawakens. Our anger and sorrow turns into joy immediately. She wraps a tiny finger around mine and vice versa. Thor uses a camera on his cellphone to capture the tender sweet moment.

Time Period: An Alternate Universe

Time of Day: Sunrise

Place: The Beach

Situation: Thor and a six year old Aurora are building sandcastles at the beach. They reunite with Loki who had died giving birth to Aurora.

Loki's p.o.v

"Mommy" a jolly six year old Aurora addresses me. I died giving birth to her, but she still remembers me. She jumps into my arms and hold her tightly. I kiss her precious little forehead. We have shared a special connection ever since she lived inside my womb. "It has been way too long, brother" Thor begins our conversation. "I am sorry for leaving you hanging" I apologize.
