Chapter 6

Sharingan II

I woke up in the morning feeling quite confused. I am not sure why. Memories from yesterday flashed in my mind. Arghh! How embarrassing! I cried like a baby. Oh! I remember feeling the burn in my eyes. I quickly went to stand in front of the mirror, channeling my magic to active the sharingan. Wow! I have awaken 2 tomoe for each eyes. Looking great. Hehe.

"Ethan, it is time for breakfast." said Snape while knocking my door.

"I'm coming." I said. I went to bathroom to take a quick shower.

"Do you have anything to do today, uncle sev?" I asked after shallow the food in my mouth. I know that if I talked with the full food in my mouth, I will get scolded.

"Yes. I have to make a lot of potions today. I will mostly spend my time at laboratory. Why?" Snape said, looking at me.

"Hurm..just asking." I said with a poker face. I hope it work but I believe it useless againts a spy master such as Snape because he just raised his left eyebrow.

"I reall hope you know how to behave yourself. Or you may end up with a consequence like yesterday. My face burn with embarrassment. Seriously? I do not need a reminder of what happened yesterday. I just nodded.

Hm. What should I do? I am bored. It's been two hours since I entertain myself after finishing breakfast. Why not I practice sharingan? Hm. I went to training room and pick up three knives. Hehe. Time to test my accuracy. I throw all of it at the same time.

It seems only two hit the target. Huh. I sighed. It looked harder than I imaging. I keep practicing until I managed to hit all the target. But, I managed to cut myself in the process and overused the sharingan. My eyes felt quite burn. When I want to pick up the knife, someone grabbed my hand. Oo.Oh. I looked up and saw Snape with his lips pressed tightly. I am in trouble.

He ordered me to go to living room and waited for him. I just did as he said. After a few minutes, he came and heal my hand. The silence is really killing me. He just stared at me for few seconds before sighing.

"Sometimes I wonder if I need to treat you like a baby or what. Because this is the second time you manage to put yourself in harm way." He said like discussing a weather. I spluttered. You can't do that Snape. Of course I am not going shouted it at his face.

"I..I am not a baby, uncle sev. I know how to take care of myself." I said while rubbing my eyes. I should not overused my eyes. Huh. Right now, I really want to go to sleep. My energy felt drained.

"Did you? You managed to injured youself twice. Not once but twice. From now on, You will stay by my side until I decided you are good enough to be leave alone." He said sternly. I tried to protest but he raised his hand and said that it is not a debate. I just nodded solemnly.

"Did your eyes hurting?" He asked after I keeping rubbing it. I just said it is fine and want to sleep. He just picked me up and walked towards my bedroom. I laid my head on his shoulder. It's feel nice knowing that someone care about you. He put me on the bed and tucked me.

"Sleep well." He said, kissing my forehead.

"Erm.." I said already dozed off.
