Chapter 9

Hogwarts Express

"I am bored, Ice!" I said to my familiar. Ice just looked at me before dozing off. Hm. Seriously, why does this eagle like to sleep that much? How troublesome. By the way, Hogwarts Express are really cool! It's look great. Hehe. I opened my Transfiguration book while hoping someone will come across this compartment. After 20 minutes, I looked up hearing someone knocked the door. It's Harry Potter! Harry asked if it is ok for him to sit. I nodded.

"So, have you read any of the books?" I asked to break the silence.

"Erm..no." He answered, looking uncomfortable. I knew why it must be his relatives. What a horrible muggle. I told him to read the books because it may takes a few hours before arriving at Hogwarts. I saw him taking out Potion book before focusing back at my Transfiguration book. After one hours, I decided to take a nap. I told Harry to wake me up if the trolley cart stop at this compartment. He nodded at me.

"Has anyone see a toad? A boy name Neville lost it." asked a stranger turned out to be Hermione Granger. I managed to dozed off before jumping hearing the door slide loudly. What the hell? Seriously, how can someone be this rude! I thought.

"Do you mind knocking the door? It is quite rude to just barging in without asking permission." I said with an annoyance. Harry interrupted the conversation before Granger can explode.

"No, we didn't see it. Sorry. We will tell you if we see it." Harry said while looking at Granger and a boy who behind her.

"Oh My God! You're Harry Potter!" Granger exclaimed excitedly when she saw the lightning scar. Granger introduced herself and a boy behind him as Neville Longbottom. She really do not know when to take a breath or what? Granger just keep talking about the books she bought 'The Boy Who Lived'. Harry and I exchanged a looked. I mouthed to him to told her to shut up before I exploded in anger.

"Erm..excuse me! Do you mind stop talking, Granger?" Harry said.

"Oh, sorry. By the way, you can call me Hermione." Granger said, smiling at Harry. Longbottom told us to call him Neville. I just stared at Longbottom. Based on what I saw, Longbottom really lack a self-confidence. I sighed. It is a lot of worked that I need to do to make sure not many people suffered when the war happened. Huh. How troublesome.

"So, which house do you think you will be sort? I had asked many people and I prefer Gryffindor! " Granger asked eagerly waiting for our answered. Can you just leave this compartment? My mind thought. Harry told them maybe Hufflepuff or Gryffindor.

"Maybe Hufflepuff for me. I am not brave person." He answered, looking uncomfortable. I told them I do not mind any houses because each house had their own strength and weakness. They just looked at me liked had grown two heads. Seriously, dude? I don't think my answered was stranged.

"But people from Slytherin produced Dark Wizards!" Granger exclaimed. What a prejudice person. I sighed. What can I said? There are still children. I thought.

"Hey, every houses had produced good person and evil person ok? Got it?" I replied, annoyance showing through my face. They just nodded. Huh? I don't think I am that scary, right? Nevermind! Who cares!

They left Harry and I alone after finishung the talked. Glad to have some peace.

Harry just continued reading his book while I decided to take a nap. After two hours, Harry woke me up and point to Trolley cart. I startled but quickly jumped from my seat to buy the candy. I bought 20 Chocolate frogs. Hehe. Harry just bought 2 candies each from different types such as Sugar Quills, Acid pops, Cauldron Cakes and etc.

We ate while commenting about it. Harry offered some of his candies to me. I ate but not too much because I do not want to spoil my dinner later. Snape might kill me if he knew I ate too much candies. Hehe. Sometimes, I thought Snape need to learn to relax about the sweets. Not that I told him about it.

"We will arrive at our destination in 20 minutes!" It seems Harry and I need to change to our robes. So far, what can I said that it was a great experience to take Hogwarts Express. Hogwarts, here I come. I shouted in my mind. Haha.
