"Holy cow, we're getting our own house, not just sleeping in the store." Timmy asked seeing Tom nod at him and Tommy.

"Hai as I figured that with Tina your birth-mom joining our family, we needed an actual house so I hope you like it." he said.

It was a few days after they found out about their birth-mom who was wantingto be a part of their lives which Tom was alright with, seeing them and Cherry packing as they were moving and an Nook Homes moving van so they were putting moving boxeswith all their stuff in it, which Cherry had helped Timmy and Tommy pack the stuff they wanted to take to the new house.

"You excited for the new house." Cherry asked Tom.

"Yes, as it will be the perfect home for our family." Tom said.

They got into the car driving away from town which made the Nooklings curious and excited that their new house was in the forest ofsorts only Cherry sensed that Tom was quiet while she, Tina, Timmy and Tommy were very excited guessing it was the change thing so would talk about it later, as they arrived at the new house.

"It's huge, no more sharing a room at the top of the store." Timmy said.

"Yeah plus we can run wild in the forest you know." Tommy added.

Tina chuckled at her boys being excited about the new house, seeing them helping bring things inside from the moving-van which they would be unpacking seeing Cherry had packed a picnic dinner as they wouldn't be cookimg because they needed to bet settled in noticing Tom was a little distracted on his Nook phone.

"I have to go work, Isabelle just texted me." he said getting in the car.

"Is it my imagination, or is daddy not jazzed about our new house." Tommy asked.

"That's a good question, honey maybe it'll take him alittle while, to get settled into here compared to us." Cherry said confusing Timmy and Tommy, it had been their dad's idea to get a house in the first place, which Tina understood the looks on their furry faces.

"Hmmm Aunt Cherry might be right, your dad along with you two have been living at the top of Nook's Cranny since he adopted you, it might be harder for him than us to adjust to this big change." Tina told them.

They had a feeling she might be right, remembering the look on their dad'sface when they had been packing, only he was concealing his feels about this change as they needed an actual place to live and sleep in, thinking maybe him saying he had to work was so he could savour being in the Nook's Cranny just not live there making the boys get it.

They saw there was a basement, knowing their dad always wanted a guy-cave whatever that was and was getting to work on it impressing Cherry and Tina at how fast they worked.

"You do good work, I see why you had your own store." Tina told them.

Tom was surprised coming home hearing excitement from the basement, wondering what was going on until he got there making him surprised that his little Nooklings had made him a guy-cave seeing Timmy and Tommy giggle at his reaction, explaining that Cherry had told them how he was unsure about the new house, but saw he was excited now.

"Arigatou my little Nooklings, I'm so proud of you." he told them seeing them grin.

"You're welcome daddy, but we're kind of hungry, let's go have dinner." Tommy said.
