OKAY! So, thanks to a reader (not sure if they wanna be named or not) We're moving into probably the...2 to 3rd last chapter of this story. HOWEVER I've had so much fun/ like with the concept that I'm really tempted to make a separate one wherein it continues. Like a dabble dump of sorts cause there are some I need to put to paper.
So I may continue just not with the core directive this story has.
Hizashi smiled as he was handed a big ice cream cone.
Strangely in the back of his mind he felt as if he should be afraid of this person but he didn't know why.
They said don't talk to strangers! She knows them too well to be a stranger.
"So, you have a best friend? What's his name? Is his quirk really really awesome?" Her yellow eyes flashed with excitement
"Yes! His names Shouta ands he's got these wicked red eyes when he uses them but he's not a baddie. I thoughts that at first buts not anymore. But anyways, he can likes turns off quirks! I know cause hes dones its to mes! Like his hair raises ands the red eyes happen. Blacks tos reds! Changings Like yours!"
"Reallys!? That's so cool! You know...I have some other friends who'd love to meet you!" She brushed her unruly bangs out of her way.
"Ooooooooooooo! Do theys goes to schools withs Deku, Bakugo, and yous? Likes the specials class yous ins!"
The girl smiled as she smoothed out her dark blue skirt, looking down and frowning. Her red ribbon's tails dipped a bit into her ice cream as she brought her hands closer to her chest.
"No, sadly," the blond teen looked at the ground almost in tears,"a lot of them are too scary looking, so much so people are mean to them. But seeing a nice boy like you would make them smile big and wide!"
"I….I don'ts know. That's seems...I'ms not supposed to leaves without tellings Yagi or the nice doggie or pretty lady ors-"
"Okay! I understand I just thought...well a hero would go and cheer em up."
She smiled as she saw the conflicted look on the boy's face. She thought kids were stupid but not that stupid.
"Um...maybes...maybes I can gets them to agrees. I'll check with thems. Waits...ams I still keepings these playdates a secrets?"
Hizashi said still uneasy but he couldn't figure out why.
"Yes! I know that's bad but...I'm really scared they'll get mad cause...well Uraraka and Tsuyu don't like me and probably made the others not like me. We...it was really stupid of me but. I never made friends well and I thought showing them my quirk and cool gear would make em like me but…"
"They gots scared? I knows thats feelings."
The teenage girl stared at him incredulously before a giant smile broke out across her face, "exactly! I'm so...happy you understand! Most people don't like my power."
"Okays! I'lls keep these a secrets but I haves to goes backs homes!" The two cleaned up and Hizashi made his way back to the others. Wanting to play with Kou and Shouta before kou's dad took them back home.
"Byes Himiko! Same times tomorrows?"
"Bye, Hizashi! Yep!"
She smiled again.
Hizashi smiled back, happy he had made another friend especially when she's so much like him!
Toga smiled at how gullible the kid was. All it took was a fabricated picture and a few quick lies and she was in.
It'd been so easy she couldn't help but look back at how her whole situation started.
Toga was walking the underground, seeing the typical boring junk like quirk enhancers and illegal support items.
Now, a girl her age, her size and with her looks would've been jumped, killed and a variety of other things. But she was with the league and after hearing what was done to the germaphobe beak boi by her dust boy, no one messed with them.
That is until today.
"Hey girl! Wanna be my bae?" a squeaky voice called out.
She stopped in an instant.
Some bitch gonna die.
She turned around expecting to see anything but what she got. What she got was a rail thin 17 year old with big square spectacles and a dusting of acne. He held his hands on his hips, which Toga suspected was so he could stop his pants from dropping to the ground. His sagging showed the knives and skulls patterned underpants. His shirt was a jersey with a graffiti clock on it which was over a white shirt. While the idiot had a denim jacket over it all. He had gauges, new seeing the red skin surrounding them, to top it off he had a thin chain, that wasn't even gold, it looked orange.
She snapped a pic of him, she had to.
"You must be new here and since you gave me the best thing I've seen in a while so I'll give you a pass. I'm t-"Yakuza Toga, I know you baby doll."
Oh...despite not even dropping yet, he's got balls.
"Okay. so what makes you think you even have the right to breathe the same air as me?" she glared at him
"Cause I single handedly took out two, yes two, bigshots of UA. mister Present Mic and Eraserhead." he puffed out his chest, arrogance dripping from his every pore, "the names Osaki Yasushi!"
Mmmmmm...they have been missing. Usually this place is sparsely populated...and Eraserhead never sleeps...and the airways have been missing a certain someone… he may not be joking.
"Oh yeah? How do I know you aren't lying? How did something like you kill two pro-heros. One of them has survived a Nomu mauling?"
"Cause babe," he slings his arm over my shoulder signing his death warrant," I got proof."
Hmmmmmmm….we've been letting UA go unbothered for too long. This could be fun…
Hence she stuck it out, restraining herself from murdering the twink. Sure he was a twink, but an educated twink.
Apparently he'd doubled back after "retreating to launch a counterattack" meaning he turned bitch and ran. Then figuring out if any of the guys got away and he didn't help, he'd be killed.
And showed her a picture of two very disoriented children, one trapped with that annoying speaker around his neck. The other deathly pale and skinny as hell.
And then proving they were still kids, showed a chaotic little league game that'd been uploaded by GrapeyHunk69.
He was telling the truth. As she saw another related video had caught the drunk "hero's" actions and caught the sickly looking one's hair raised and eyes glowing red.
He'd made Toga's whole God damn week.
As soon as she'd gotten as much information about them from the twig of a villain she promptly kicked his ass. And as punishment for touching her deposited the unconscious bastard, with evidence, in front of the police station.
Now on to step one…
This is easier than I'd thought.
Fortunately (and also not) the pros turned into kids hadn't died. However luckily for her, they'd placed them with the most incompetent people.
She'd staked the school out and found they'd taken them to the park every week or so.
the blond one, Present Mic if she was remembering correctly, is off digging in the sand.
ALL BY HISSELF IN AN OBSCURED AREA, AWAY FROM THE UA DICK'S EYES.
Man is kidnapping supposed to be this easy?
Then the smile slipped from her face
This is too easy. So easy it was straight up boring! She wanted a challenge.
It took a few seconds before it came to her.
I'll get both of them to come willingly. That way I won't have to deal with either of their annoying quirks.
Toga quickly donned her disguise, nothing too different that she can't explain away. She undid her hair and changed it to a rich shade of brown and her eyes a nice blue-ish green and then put the frames of some glasses she stole on.
Here goes…
Toga watched as the blond continued digging in the sandbox by himself. The perfect opening
"Hi! What's your name?" Toga got a bit scared when she got no response in return to the question.
The blond staring at her with a pensive face, eyes seeming to take in all her features.
Oh shit, he's had to see my picture around UA.
She put her arms behind her back, grabbing one of her concealed knives. Just in case she had to kill the kid in an instant. It'd still hurt those in UA but she really rather hold them hostage or something.
"Dos I knows you?"
Her grip tightened on her knife's hilt while her smile widened.
"Um….no, but maybe I just seem familiar. How about this, I'll go first. My name is Himiko Toga, but just call me Himiko! You know, adults say if you recognize a stranger, that means they're very trustworthy!" she lied before offering him her hand.
The dazzling smile she got as she held out her hand told her she'd got him.
And then it was a weekly talk, a wave here or there and implanting that she "cared" but she didn't ...right?
She shook her head as she made her way back home. Knowing she'd get a slew of nonsensical texts and gifs (like she had ever since she'd given him her phone number). But it'll all be worth it because they'll bring her beloved Deku right to her!
Nezu sat at his desk, ignoring his work and instead thought of the conversation he'd have to have with his staff.
It wasn't working. Nothing was working and for the first time he couldn't come up with a game strategy. Well, an alternative game strategy. Anything besides what he'd already came up with.
It was at moments like this Nezu wished he wasn't smart. That he'd get to have faith it'd work out and that him wishing would make the outcome he wanted happen.
I'll have to have the meeting. It's been long enough.
"Staff...I hate to do this but we must reassess our situation. "
Everyone tensed, they'd thought the meeting might pertain to their two colleague's situation but they'd hoped otherwise.
"I hate to say it but, we've seen no changes in Shouta's nor Hizashi's conditions and we're just delaying the inevitable. We must figure out what would be the best course of action as it seems they're going to have to age naturally back into their former selves."
"You….you can't mean. We just need to find the quirk user! They'll reverse it!" Midnight quickly blurted out.
"…we already have the culprit, Midnight." The principal informed in a somber tone.
"What?"
"And because of the information given to me, I have come to this conclusion. Upon integration we found out how Osaki Yasushi's quirk functions. It's not going to wear off."
"He's obviously lying!" Midnight's frustration just grew and grew.
"The questioning was done under the surveillance of several people with lie detecting quirks."
"Then...t-t-their quirks malfunctioned or something!"
"Midnight. Stop it or you'll be removed from this meeting." Nezu said in a stern tone, making the heroine stop talking and sit down, "I know very well how much this situation not only affects them but you as well. It's because of this I've let it go on for so long…" the Principal's voice took on a pained sort of tone. This was hurting him as well.
"However we can't ignore the fact they're impeding on the students' studies. We're sacrificing their precious time of learning and honing their skills for this predicament. Something I no longer can adhere to. There's also the fact that this is not a daycare. Despite all our actions this is no place for two six year-olds. All we've been doing is slapping a bandaid on the situation. And the time for band-aids is over."
The principal looked up, seeing the grief and sorrow in his staff's eyes. They knew what he was about to say. They knew what was coming.
"Hence...Yamada will return to his parents, undergo a name change and start over. He'll begin his life as a normal 6 year old all over again. However, regarding Aizawa...we must find a home for him as even if I knew how to contact his parents I wouldn't."
The room remained silent as the oppressive feeling kept pushing down upon everyone there.
"However...there is one thing we must do." He paused as the last part was internally stabbing him and ripping him apart. They'd not only been employees. They'd been students AND friends of his. "We must...kill Present Mic and Eraserhead. Funeral planning will begin-"*SLAM*
Nezu stopped and looked over at Midnight, the woman's chair toppled over, "You might as well start considering hiring another teacher, Nezu, because the second you do that...I-I'm quitting." Nemuri stormed out, despite Yagi's protests.
Unbeknownst to them two little birdies had been listening.
"They wannas gets rid ofs us!? Theys actually wants us gones!" Hizashi stomped back and forth, teary eyed yet angry at the same time.
Shouta said nothing simply clutching his cat plush to his chest, balled up. The only thing proving he was even alive was the occasional quiver his body would do.
"theys don't wants us. We weres toos bad." Shouta curled up even more. Out the corner of his eye he saw the picture he'd drawn for the nice doggy. Having been so eager to hand it over they'd snuck their way to the important meeting They'd heard and seen everybody go.
How he regretted it. Remembering the Principal's words before having bolted (fearing his fantic breaths would be overheard.)
Hizashi stewed until he got an idea, "theys might not wants us...buts I know someones who does! She's bound to take us ins!"
Shouta deep down knew it was a pretty bad idea but at the moment he felt so betrayed. So angry and hurt he'd go anywhere or to anyone if they'd accept him... and not send him back homes.
He felt cheated and lied to by Yagi.
"Shouta...you or Hizashi going missing makes us really really sad and scared. We aren't like your mo- we aren't like Mr. and Mrs. Aizawa."
Because you wanted to send me away yourselves. Can't make sure the nuisance is gone if it's missing.
He lied to me!
"Plus! We'll get to stays togethers this way! You won't go back to your mean mommy and daddy!"
"You'd...you'd stay with mes? What about your moms? "
"These guys are so kind ands cools I can calls and explains later!"
"Himiko tolds me abouts her friends and hows they wanna see mes and yous. We cans goes and maybes hangs there. That ways we haves time before the meanies comes and gets yous! Unlikes thems. Theys want us! Boths of us! Theys tolds me so!"
"Buts…" Shouta felt betrayed but still felt bad at the idea of just disappearing without a note," ifs wes...just dissappears…" Shouta squeezed his cat even tighter.
"Fines," Hizashi huffed and pulled out several pieces of paper and pencil and started writing,"we'll leaves a note ands theys probablys want these backs." Hizashi said as he held up the necklace they'd been gifted by Power Loader.
So with much difficulty, Hizashi wrote up a note explaining why they disappeared and more,
It took several tries but soon they both agreed the letter was perfect and packed their things
Hizashi having to redo his as he packed only toys at first.
Hizashi looked one last time at Shouta, the other boy nodding confident in their decision, and dialed the number.
Ring….
Ring…..
Ring…..

"Hello...Himiko?"
Toga lay about, a bit worried she'd received nothing from her latest source of entertainment and was actually about to text him when she got a call.
"Hello? Oh! Hizashi?"
She sat and struggled to understand as he slowly dissolved into crying.
But she did know one thing for sure: her plan had worked.
Hizashi and Shouta ate breakfast with 1A like usual making sure not to give anything away.
Cause today was the day they alleviated them of them. Stop being a burden.
They'd chosen this day particularly because it'd be the easiest to slip away unnoticed.
They waved goodbye, Hizashi making sure to hug them all before they left. He almost broke into tears several times. Shouta gave Yagi a minute long hug despite refusing to speak to the man.
1A leaves and then the sitter of the day while they were left to wait a good 10 minutes for Kou and his dad to come and take 'em to the park. Well he would've if Shouta and he hadn't borrowed Yagi's phone and texted him not to come. The message having taken them a whole afternoon to get perfect. They'd made sure to delete the conversation just in case.
Hizashi added Kou dad's number to his cell, making sure they'd be able to talk with them when their situation is handled.
"You gots everythings rights?" Shouta asked him for the third time in the last 5 minutes, after he checked his bag for the 8th time.
Yes! I's gots everthings they saids to takes when runnings aways..and maybe a toy ors two", Hizashi then clutched his arm as he looked down,"Guess thes rest goes intos the trash. seeings as...wells theys don'ts want us. don'ts wanna leave trash everyswheres." Hizashi said with a sniffle, trying to hold his tears in. He wanted to look sorta nice for his friend's friends.
It's probablys because of mes...everyone likes mes to be gones.
Shouta thought with a glazed over look in his eyes. He just remembered everyone and every time he was retaught that
Mr. Aizawa
Mrs. Aizawa
His classmates
The list went on and on but the last one hurt the most:Yagi. He'd had him completely fooled the whole time he was at UA. or had he liked him before and he did something to drive him away
Yeah being around you-
Shouta jumped when he felt a hand on his shoulder, pulling him from his self deprecating reflection.
"Lets dos this!"
With a nod, Hizashi put the necklaces and note somewhere noticeable and gave the dorm one last look before closing the door walking out and towards the agreed meeting place.
Shouta clutched his cat tighter as they got close to the meeting place which was the streetlamp at the end of the block.
He didn't feel so good about their plan anymore, like they were making a giant mistake. The feeling worsening the closer they got to the circle of blackness and blond haired girl.
It felt like something was punching his brain, yelling he was forgetting something. Something very very important But if head back he'd have to see Yagi and his continuous lies. So, he buried whatever his brain or instincts were telling him.
The two stared into the mystery tunnel that'd randomly appeared on the wall to the right of them. Toga had assured them that it was safe and even fun, but they were still very apprehensive, asking for a moment alone to gather themselves.
Hizashi gave him one last look, something in his eyes telling Shouta he had the same feelings, "Dos you...wes doings this, right?"
Shouta nodded, "As longs as we makes sure to sticks together. Even if theys mean we cans do it. We haves beat worse things." Shouta pointed to the dumpster pressed up against an alleyway, hinting at their time and struggle they went through to even get to UA to start with.
Hizashi nodded and gave a thumbs up to Toga, the portal materializing again in front of them. He puffed out his chest and with determined eyes, put his foot into the voids' inky darkness.
It was any other Monday
"I'll be right back! I forgot my textbook, Ancient Heroes to Modern, back in my room." Midoya slapped his forehead, not able to believe it took till 4th period (including Lunch) to figure that out.
It was like any other day that is...until Deku realized something
Deku realized how quiet everything was in the dorm.
"Are they both asleep?..." Midoriyah couldn't explain why but he had a really bad feeling in his stomach.
I'll just go check. Just to make sure they're not feeling bad or something. Yeah.
Deku made his way upstairs silently and peeked into the boys room.
His stomach plummeted.
They weren't there.
"SHOUTA! HIZASHI!" Midoriya screamed, calling out for them. The fear and desperation he felt only grew and grew each time he called out to only be met with silence. He ran up and down, checked every single room (even the girls!) and yet there was no sign of them.
Deku whipped out his phone as he ran back downstairs, having forgotten entirely about his textbook and now was worried about the fact two helpless 6 year-olds had disappeared into thin air .
With shaky fingers, so shaky he messed up several times, he was about to dial Iida and tell him to spread the word when he saw something out the corner of his eye.
"What the…?"
It was the two bead necklaces Hizashi and Shouta had on and a paper with hard to decipher writing. Deku read the barely legible letter three times as the color drained from his face.
Like a bolt of lightning, Deku was running to the teachers lounge, hoping his guess was horribly wrong. That he was a thousand million percent off base and that their worst nightmare hadn't actually come true.
That the league had gotten their hands on Shouta and Hizashi.
Ever since the meeting yesterday, everyone had been moving at a snail's pace and not a bit of happiness filtering in their eyes.
But could you blame em? The two were like the heart and mitochondria of UA. Aizawa, and his devotion to his students and their futures inspired many of them to sometimes suck it up. And Yamada always brought a certain lightness every time he'd come in. It was hard not to get a little pumped when he was around.
All might sighed as he continued with the progress reports, looking over to see Aizawa's and Zashi's unoccupied work desks. He'd considered asking them to be removed as they were just depressing to see but then he felt like he'd be erasing them.
Like I amn't already doing that...
Yagi remembered the meeting they'd recently had. Every word much to his dismay.
I wish something would take my mind off the situation.
Yagi thought as he took a sip of his coffee which was exactly when Midoriya kicked the door open, green light crackling around him. He skid to the middle of the room where he hunched over gasping for air
"YOUNG MIDORIYA!?" Yagi spat blood and the coffee he'd been in the middle of drinking, shocked not only at his apprentice's entrance but by the destructive method he'd chosen.
"BAD," Deku gasped as he held up two necklaces and a note, "Really...really bad!"
After explaining everything to the staff Deku was sent back to class, told to keep what he'd found a secret. (they knew he wouldn't but they could hope).
*if you r reading this thens we r gone. We herd what u said, that U cant keep us here. That we r geting in the way. Me and Sho r sorries. Do not worry we r safe with Deku's friend. Also she didn't mean it Uraraki and Tsuyu! Dont bee afrid I talk two my mommys and the.*
Nezu flipped it back and forth seeing if anything else was written, but that was all.
Nezu's frown deepened, "Call all the heroes available NOW. We're going to need to start searching immediately. Without AFO's guidance combined with the personality and mentality Shigakari possesses...we can't waste a second."
Nezu's fur stood up as his anger spiked, "they got away with the last transgression...if they think they'll get away with this one? They're dead wrong."
Midoriya slunk down the hall, unable to believe what'd happen and how careless they'd been.
If only I'd realized I'd left my book sooner!
Midoriya lingered in the hallways, not so sure if he could bear to the dorms. He was told to not tell, and he knew he shouldn't but... well, he wanted to uphold his promise...for a couple more minutes.
He was just passing his History class when he heard a whimper and some gasping for breath, the type you hear when someone tries to stifle their harsh sobbing. He hesitantly peeked into the dark classroom to see the origin of the sound.
It was Midnight, no, it was Nemuri Kayama, crying. She sat with her back to them, but didn't seem to realize he was there. She was hunched over and staring at a picture frame with great intensity
From what he could see in the dimly lit room she was (justifiably) a mess. Her hair now a frazzled mess, eyes reddening as wet trails of tears ran down her cheeks. Her nose runny with snot and a bitten bloody lip.
"Please...I can't lose them. I can't. Not after him." she said though choking hiccups.
Midoriya slunk away, but he knew one thing for sure. They'd find the bastards and make them pay.
I keep seeing the Nami scene with Luffy from the Arlong arc from One Piece. Where she asks for help.
Osaki Yasushi
First name means: "Calm, quiet.
