This is going to be the best Christmas party ever! Kayla and Kaylee still won't tell any of us what they got for Mary Anne because they think we might gave the surprise away. We can't wait to see what they got for her.
The next day, we all got up at 9:30 am and got dressed before we went up to have breakfast. Mary Anne redid her curls since it was getting fuzzy. When we were ready to go, we decided to hang-out at the mall for the afternoon since nothing's closing until early because of the holiday and we knew nothing would be open for Christmas Day. Some restaurants do open only for breakfast like Ihop. Some people like to stay home for Christmas Day and go to Church. Some people would go out for dinner at a relative's house. Most Chinese restaurants open in the late afternoon.
At the mall, Mary Anne decided to get a cat toy for Tigger. She loves getting cat toys for him every once in a while. He likes playing with them when he gets them. We had lunch at Johnny Rockets. Marci texted her saying she'll be over at around noon after her family open their gifts. Mary Anne replied saying she'll inform her father that.
After lunch, we all went to see a movie. We saw Logan after the movies. He was with his friends, too.
"Hi," said Logan.
"Hi," said Mary Anne.
He planned to come to the party tonight.
"What time is that again?" asked Logan.
"6:00 to 9:00 pm," said Mary Anne.
"Okay, I'll see you girls later," said Logan.
Then, he went back to his friends. Later, at 4:00 pm, when we got back, Mary Anne told her father that the other girls would be here for noon.
"Okay, that's fine," said my stepfather. "Ham probably won't be ready at least 2:00 pm anyway."
"That's true," said Mary Anne.
Then, we got ready for tonight's Christmas Party. Mary Anne and I went to change up. She picked out a Christmas plaid dress: it had red and green. She left her hair loose with a red headband. She helped me pick out an outfit for tonight. Sometimes, we'd swap dresses. I got a yellow one she was letting me borrow. We both came dome after we were ready.
Logan arrived an hour early. His parents were coming with Kerry and Hunter shortly. They both love Mary Anne. 30 minutes later, Kristy's father, Zoey, and her children started coming.
"Merry Christmas, everyone," said Mary Anne.
"Merry Christmas to you, too," smiled Mr. Thomas.
Mrs. McGill arrived two minutes later. After that, Mallory and Jessi's parents showed up together like they had planned. Last but not least, Logan's family arrived after them. Even Logan's cousin, Lewis, and his parents came. They're down from Louisville for Christmas. I'm in a relationship with him although I don't see them much.
"Hi, Lewis," I said.
"Hi," said Lewis.
Then, at six, the party started.
