Hey! I'm back. Just a short chapter this time to set up the next. After that the Valentines Day arc will conclude.

See chapter one for the disclaimer and let's crack on!

There were a lot of things in life that gave Felix pleasure. The sun, the rain, nearly every interaction he ever had, they all made his heart sing. Above all [okay, maybe just below the smiles on his children's faces] was his wife's smile. The fact that the sun literally came out when this happened was just an added bonus.

So for Felix Valentine's day was one of the most important days of the year. Finding her a present every year, however, was a bit tricky. If Felix would be contented with just getting his wife chocolate and roses it may be easier, but he wasn't. Last year he learnt to sew and made her a skirt [which she still wears now], but he could hardly do that again, could he?

He sighed and rested his head in his hands.

"¿Qué pasa, Félix?*"

The older man looked up to see Augustin looking at him in concern.

"No puedo pensar en un buen regalo de San Valentín para Pepa.*" Felix explained.

"Don't worry." Augustin said. "I'm sure whatever you get her she'll like. Maybe just keep it simple? My Julieta is always pleased with chocolates."

Simple...now there was an idea. He had got a complicated over the years, maybe it was time to dial it back.

A metaphorical lightbulb came on above his head and he clicked his fingers before scurrying off to prepare.

*What's up, Felix?

*I can't think of a good valentines day gift for Pepa.
