Keiichi woke up standing up in a misty area. He took a few steps, trying to find out where he was. Last thing he remembered was riding his beemer, going to a store a few blocks away to get tea for Belldandy and beer for Urd.
One bright light later, he was in some misty town.
Eventually, he called out, "Hello! I'm Keiichi Morisato! I'm lost and don't know where I am!"
"Ah, so you're there. It's been awhile since I used this ability! Kinda forgot that humans appear in this part of the program," A woman's voice answered.
Keiichi turned around and saw what looked like Urd, save for the red facial marks, hair tied up in horn-like designs, and a white military uniform.
"Who are you?" Keiichi asked.
"Call me Hildr. I am a valkyrie and I am in charge of reviving the dead," the Urd-lookalike answered with a smile.
"Dead? What? Are…Are-are you saying I'm-" Keiichi stammered.
"Yup! Semi-truck, driven by a yakuza, was paid off by Toshiyuki Aoshima. All to try to get in Belldandy's pants during her grief over your death," Hildr answered.
"He wanted me gone that bad?" Keiichi muttered to himself.
"Yup!" A smiling Hildr replied as she made a slight hop. "But lucky you! I'm here to undo the death part!"
"Thanks," Keiichi replied. After several moments, he asked, "Well?"
Hildr's smile lessened. "I am not part of the wishgranting agencies, so I can't bring back humans for free. There has to be a deal."
"I guess that makes sense," Keiichi muttered. "So what's the deal?"
Hildr produced a small egg. "This will not only revive you, but will give you powers and a partner. The cost is that you will have to seek out evil and deal with them."
"Deal with them…How?" Keiichi asked. "And why?"
"Either make them see the error of their ways or the more permanent ending. As for why, There's a lot of evil and only so many of us to deal with it. So sometimes we have to hire mortals like you to lighten our workload," Hildr answered, looking serious. Before Keiichi could say anything. She said, "Look. You get brought back to life, but at the cost of having to kill off the vile sides of humanity. How fair is it that a nice guy like you gets knocked off the mortal coil, but evil like Aoshima gets to live?"
"It's not right to take lives," Keiichi replied.
Hildr began to study her fingers as she said, "Aoshima thinks it's alright to, as long as it removes his more 'troublesome' dates."
"What?" Keiichi uttered. He knew Aoshima was scum, but to that extent?
"Yup. Also, your sister is on his list as one of his future one-night stands," Hildr said before she looked at Keiichi. "Are you going to let him?"
"What if I try to skip doing my side of the bargain?" Keiichi asked.
"When night falls, your partner will make sure you do your job. Her name is Wasp of the Blue Lance and she's based on Belldandy's data. So you know how serious she'll take the tasks," Hildr answered, extending the hand holding the small egg. "If you accept, then all you have to do is swallow the egg. It'll rewind time and put you in a safe spot."
Keiichi looked at the egg. Eventually he took the egg and swallowed it.
As everything began to fade, Hildr smiled as she said, "When you can, tell Urd that mommy said Hi!"

Keiichi woke up on his Beemer. He was in an alley and watched a Semi-truck drive by. He then said, "Wasp of the Blue Lance?"
From his back, a winged woman appeared. She had a furry bra, spiky brown hair, and her wings were bat-like. Her face did seem a lot like Belldandy's, especially how she smiled.
"Well, do you like tea?" Keiichi asked. Blue Lance nodded. "I guess I'll get you some, then."

Keiichi made Belldandy and Urd sit down at the table. "I have something to tell you."
"What is it?" Belldandy asked.
"I was killed and brought back to life," Keiichi answered.
Belldandy gasped before leaping to her feet and began to check Keiichi over with magic.
"What makes you so sure?" Urd asked as she opened a can of beer.
"I summon Wasp of the Blue Lance," Keiichi said, summoning the entity in question.
Both Norns stared at Wasp in shock. Eventually, Urd stood up and began to stomp towards Keiichi, spitting out, "What the hell!? Why do you have a devil?!"
"Devil? But Hildr gave her to me! She had marks like you and was dressed in a white outfit!" Keiichi quickly said.
"Hildr?" Belldandy asked in a pondering tone, looking off to the side.
"Hildr?" Urd asked in a scared way.
"Yeah. She said to tell you that mommy says hi," Keiichi answered.
The norns looked at each other for a few moments before Urd looked at Keiichi, "Did you make any deal with her?"
"I had to, in order to get back to life," Keiichi answered.
"I did detect revival magic, the old kind that is no longer in use in Heaven," Belldandy added. Urd let out a string of swears. Belldandy said, "Keiichi, Hildr was once a goddess and a Valkyrie. Though I think she still might have her Valkyrie license still active somehow."
"But she became a demon and changed her name to Hild. I don't know the details and I've heard too many rumors, like some say the fall was because of power and greed. Others say Freyja and Hildr butted heads too many times. Others go with the crackpot theory that Hild fell to prevent worse evil from forming," Urd spat. "Not only that, but she's the leader of Hell. And before you ask, my father is the leader of Heaven."
Wasp took a cup of tea and began to drink from it. Urd asked, "So what kind of deal did you make? Don't leave out any details."
So he did. As he did so, Belldandy did another scan spell. Once both were done, Urd looked at Belldandy, who said, "Wasp of the Blue Lance is a devil, modified to also a spirit of vengeance and thus be able to exist harmlessly in a human body."
"Any way to remove it?" Urd asked.
"Not without killing Keiichi," Belldandy answered.

When night fell, Keiichi felt his body begin to heat up and had a superstrong desire to ride his beemer. He tried to resist it, but soon found himself on his beemer. Once his hands were on the handles, his head was engulfed in fire, leaving a flaming skull. His beemer shifted, looking bigger, meaner, and sinister.
As he rode off, Belldandy gasped, "Keiichi! I need to be by Keiichi's side!"
Urd held her, saying, "This could be a trap, Bell."
"Better we live together in a trap, than to sacrifice him for my freedom," Belldandy said, shaking off Urd and flying off.
Urd shook her head and sighed, "I hope you appreciate her, Keiichi."

Aoshima was driving by himself, looking for his next prize. A bright light began flashing in his rear view mirror, so he pulled off to the side to let them pass.
"Aoshima," A gravelly voice said. Aoshima looked and his jaw just dropped when he saw the flaming skull.
"What… are you?" Aoshima muttered as he slowed his car to a stop.
"Ghost Rider. Spirit of vengeance," Keiichi replied in a gravelly voice. "Penance Stare."
Light shot out of Keiichi's eyes and into Aoshima's eyes. The latter began screaming as he felt all the pain and suffering he forced onto others.
Keiichi managed to retain enough control to not kill him and rode off. High up in the sky, Belldandy watched with a lot of concern.
When it was nearing morning, he returned back to the temple. When he reverted back to normal, he fell into Belldandy's arms, trying hard not to cry.
News came around about Aoshima and how he was in a coma.

When Belldandy woke up, she found herself dressed up similar to Raggedy Ann. She looked around and observed that she was in a live-sized dollhouse, as one of the walls was glass. Looking out the glass wall, she saw another giant dollhouse. In that one, was an enraged Urd, who also was dressed like Raggedy Ann.
"Ah, you're both awake," A cold adult voice said, the kind of voice that was both clinical and clearly insane. The owner walked into view. They were the size of a child, dressed in a white shirt, a blue vest, tan pants, and a mask. A plastic mask that looked like a smiling Ventriloquist dummy's head.
"Who are you?" Belldandy asked.
"I am glad you asked so nicely, compared to your sister," The person replied as they slouched a little and put their hands in their pockets like they were a child.. "Call me… the Toyman."
Belldandy looked towards Urd, who was throwing herself against the glass wall and failing to break it. Belldandy tried to form a ball of wind, but was unable to.
"Oh? What are you trying to do?" Toyman asked.
"I was testing to see what I could do here," Belldandy answered.
"Ah. Well, as long as you don't try to escape, I do not mind. It's nice to see my new toys play," Toyman replied. "But seriously, don't bother to escape. As long as you're inside your dollhouse, you are powerless. If you leave without permission, I can't promise your safety."
"Where did you get such technology?" Belldandy asked as she looked around. "I didn't think Earth was at this level."
"We aren't, but I met someone who really wanted you two out of their way and helped me make your new homes," Toyman said.
"I strongly advise you to free us. While I don't remember how you captured us, Keiichi will free us," Belldandy said.
Urd added, "And he'll kick your ass up and down the block, too!"
"I doubt it. He's in Japan and I am in America," Toyman replied. "Even if he was here, it comes down to him wanting his goddesses back and me not wanting to let someone steal my new dolls."
Belldandy muttered, "You plan on killing us if he appears?"
"And you continue to prove to be the smart one of the Norns. The other two may invent machines and potions, but they really don't compare to you, Belldandy," Toyman replied. "It's a bit of a pity I wasn't able to get the complete set, but I may in time."
Urd yelled, "If you even put one finger on Skuld, I'm gonna rip every finger, toe, thumb, and dick off of you, you plastic freak!"
"Aw… I wanted to play with the both of you, but I guess it's Urd's nap time," Toyman muttered as he pulled out a remote and pressed it. Green gas filled the air in Urd's dollhouse, causing her to pass out. He put the controller away as he asked, "Shall we have some tea? I'd be happy to invite Darci."
'Darci? I recall Megumi telling me about an old doll set she had. I think one of the them was Darci?' Belldandy thought. "No. I don't think so. I'm too upset to enjoy any tea for now."
"Very well. I'll wait," Toyman said before he walked away.

It had been hours, but there was no sign of Belldandy or Urd. Even Skuld was getting nervous.
Keiichi headed to his Beemer. He stood in front of it. He looked to the side, where Skuld was waiting. He said, "I can transform and try to sense any sin involving Urd or Belldandy."
Skuld nodded. After Keiichi transformed into the Ghost Rider, the fire on his head dimmed for a little bit. When it lit back up, he said," Metropolis."
"That's the city protected by Superman! We can visit Star Labs after we save Big Sis and Urd!" Skuld exclaimed. Ever since she heard about Star Labs, she'd been wanting to visit one of their facilities, especially one in a city with superheroes.
"We'll get Superman's help, as it might be one of his villains," Ghost Rider said as he sat down and changed his Beemer. He gestured for Skuld to sit in the side car.
Skuld nodded before she put on a helmet and sat in the Side car.

Notes From HotelKatz: A bit of a fusion fic. I have no idea what Hild's long game with Keiichi being Ghost Rider. Maybe she plans on dragging him to Hell at the right moment. Maybe she wants Keiichi and Belldandy to forever wander the cosmos, killing off evil that is able to elude Hell's grasp. Maybe she wanted to play Valkyrie one more time.
As for Toyman, it is the DCAU version, as that one is just plain creepy.
I don't know who helped Toyman. I suspect Darkseid, though.
