A/n in this story things will play out differently than canon for obvious reasons. Izuku is going to be really the same besides the fact he's in the support course and smarter than canon . Bakugo will also be different as to how I won't say yet . Also izuku x Melissa fanfic because izuku won't meet uraraka until much later because he won't take the entrance exam also it makes more sense for it to be Melissa cause in this story they are both similar bright kids who are insanely smart. This is also based off the iron man Armored adventures show as it has a similar idea for tony rhodey and pepper being teen superheroes. On a final note izuku will not be making any armors this chapter But he will meet all might and who gets one for all you'll see a name drop at the end of the chapter.

Chapter 1:Izuku midoriya origin
You can be a hero. In another world I would hear those words from all might himself. These five words would launch my journey to become the number one hero and become the new symbol of peace,but like said that's another world not mine. My name is izuku midoriya and this isn't the story of how I became the new symbol of peace. No this is the story of how I became something more than a symbol of peace. This is my story of how a quirkless boy became a hero and how I became a symbol of hope for those without quirks to show anyone no matter their quirk or lack thereof that anyone can be a hero. I am izuku midoriya and I am Iron man.
A green haired boy thirteen year old is shown defending a girl with blonde hair and aqua and wearing white shirt and pink shorts, she's quirkless much like the boy defending her ."leave her alone kacchan she didn't do anything to you." The green haired boy told the taller blond boy. The blond boy looks angry as he sends an explosion at the green haired boy who protects the girl from the boy.
"Whatever you useless deku also stop calling me that it's katsuki bakugo." As the boy named Katsuki yells at the other boy . "Besides why bother your quirkless you'll never be a hero so stop trying you damn nerd." Bakugo shouts as he grabs the green haired teen and let off an explosion straight on the other boy's chest knocking him to the ground. Bakugo decides the nerd had enough "Now why don't go run along and be useless somewhere else deku, deku? DEKU !"
Bakugo shakes the green haired kid again and again trying to get a response.the blonde girl ran to get the nurse. When the nurse came she looked the izuku over. After realizing he was hurt more than she thought she calls 911 to inform them and soon an abundance takes the broccoli haired boy to the closest hospital. After arriving the doctors contact his mother and bring the izuku into the intensive care unit. After hours upon hours of work they finally stabilized him. The head comes and asks "is there an inko midoriya here for an izuku midoriya,inko midor- ah there you are ma'am.'' The doctor spots a squat woman with long bangs and her green hair in a bun wearing a pink shirt with a blue skirt. She quickly runs up to the doctor and begins asking questions a mile a minute the doctor finally calms her down.
"C-can I see my baby I wanna see him I wanna make sure he's okay please" Inko pleads wanting to see her precious izuku. The doctor leads Inko towards Izuku's room when they see izuku in a hospital gown breathing slowly with a breathing machine while connected to a heart monitor . Inko looks at her son in his blissful and she can't help but feel relief that Izuku is okay in some way. The doctor is distressed as he sees Inko so relieved, he doesn't want to drop the bombshell that her son needed a heart device to continue his day to day life. Finally deciding to rip the Bandaid he informs Inko of the news of the heart device.
As expected she faints to the floor in an almost comedic fashion before springing up and going back to speaking a mile a minute until the door of the room is opened by a man with brown hair and facial hair wearing glasses as he walks in the room he wearing suit pants and classy white shirt covered by a jacket vest behind is the blonde haired 12 year old girl izuku was protecting. He introduces himself,"hello my name is David shield of shield industry and i-island is this the room of izuku midoriya". The doctor responds with a nod. David smiles and continues"well I would like to offer some help for the young man here if that is alright with this young man's mother of course". David motions to ms midoriya to see if she'll let izuku receive treatment."It's okay he can go but I wanna come with Izuku,I wanna make sure he's okay" Inko tells David. The cleanly dressed man smiles as he leads nurses and inko to a helicopter waiting to take them to I-island. When they arrive Izuku is rushed to the medical unit as David and Inko walk to an observation deck over the operation room. A man looking sickly and thin like a skeleton was a few rows behind the pair.
"I really Appreciate you doing this for my son Mr shield" Inko tells the taller man as she overlooks the doctors performing the operation on izuku."but I have to ask why not that I don't appreciate this,It just seems a bit much for a kid you've only known for an hour or 2."inko voices to David he replies with a chuckle. He tells something that surprises her,"actually i-academy was looking for bright minds to attend and I was out looking for students izuku was quite the bright kid according to my observation and I guess him saving my daughter was icing on the cake for him to attend a school here and this with the heart device is my way of thanking you mrs midoriya for your son defending my daughter and for izuku this is my way of helping a young man who deserved much better but was dealt a bad hand in life". As the operation continued David's daughter now changed into a clean pink shirt with grey pants and black sneakers joined her father and Inko as the operation was starting to wrap up with the doctor sowing back skin and making sure the device which was called the affordable, robust, compact(1) or A.R.C reactor was ready to be activated.
Soon Izuku slowly began to wake. He felt light headed then he felt pain but it wasn't that bad actually he felt healthy. When he began to look around he noticed that the room he was in was more advanced than a normal after some time he found some clothes his size it was a green t-shirt and black shorts. After he changed izuku decided to leave his room when he did he was greeted by 2 familiar faces first His mom and second the girl he had protected as well as a man dressed cleanly wearing a business suit minus the jacket with a vest replacing it, the man had brown hair and a beard to match with some glasses. Izuku being as observant as he is already shoots off with "I'm guessing I'm not in my home city currently am I mr-". The man quickly answers "Shield,David shield and you're correct very quickly you noticed you're not in a standard hospital." Izuku is then informed of what happened with katsuki and how he had the heart implant. Izuku being him was gonna freak out but figured it wouldn't be good for his heart to panic like crazy. Izuku Decided to ask about the tech implant helping his heart instead, "so anything is there I should know about the a.r.c reactor mr shield like what it runs on or if something were to happen what should I do or if it needs to be replaced". David chuckles at the boy at the boy already asking the questions in a logical way. Finally deciding to answer izuku David answers all his questions at once "1st it's electric based so it uses electricity, second should something happen that is not too major you'll be able to replace the pieces needed for it and third it should be replaced every 2 months". With his questions answered, Izuku looks down at the glowing chest piece and starts thinking and in his head. Finally izuku looks up and asks David "Mr shield is it possible to make adjustments to the a.r.c reactor and make it rechargeable with a plugin that gives it power so it doesn't need replacement unless absolutely necessary". David looks at the young man impressed that he had come up with a system for the chest implant that would work he smiled as he considered the idea before speaking "it could be done but it'll take time about about year so you'll have to get your current reactor changed at least 6 times before we're finished and I need you to stay here on I-island while this is done and I have to ask you something would like to attend school here at i-academy". With the question asked to the young boy izuku quick to answer agrees to attend and asks about his quirkless status affecting anything schooling wise was quickly dismissed when David's daughter melissa shield states she herself is quirkless with all questions and answered and a new friend to boot he was good with living here on I-island.
1 year later.
In a lab a curly green haired 13 year old kid wearing a grease stained green tank top And black baggy pants with loads of pockets filled with tools,through his shirt a soft blue glow can be seen in circulator shape. He's currently sketching down spec for different support items for heroes. While sketching a blond haired kid walks into the lab she's wearing hite short-sleeved dress shirt with plaid cuffs, a large bow of the same design at her neck, and a dark raspberry pink waistcoat. Accompanying these are pale gray capri pants, under which are a pair of plaid pink socks as well as a pair of heeled brown boots. Her name is Melissa shield daughter of David shield creator of shield industries.the blonde sees her friend and goes to get him so he can get ready for classes. "Izuku midoriya if you remember school is still a thing you should go change and be presentable we're getting 5 transfer students today okay" Melissa sternly tells the messy greenette she had grown close to him since the day he had protected her from the bully at izuku's old school, their bond had grown as they went to school and izuku came to have his a.r.c reactor replacement installed until he got the new one that could be recharged. Still she cared for izuku. "Alright Lissa calm down I'll get changed and before you ask yes I recharged it gonna last for the next 2 days." Izuku tells his friend before leaving to get changed. After changing he's wearing his uniform a blue blazer over a grey dress shirt and black dress pants on the right side it's stamped with I and A on a badge when he finished changing he looks at Melissa and flashes an innocent smile . Melissa couldn't help but think how cute he was as blush crept up on her face.
After locking up his lab Izuku headed to class that being hero study Melissa joined him later with the new students some were rich kids 2 dudes Dressed up In a white polo and khaki pants the lady was also wearing a polo but had blue skirt on they were tenya iida of the ingenium family and Momo Yaoyorozu of the famous yaoyorozu family and shoto todoroki son of the number 2 hero. One of them transferred on recommendation from his old school he had purple hair and he jumped at the chance because his school was just well his school and There was one other transfer student, a girl who had pink hair in thick dreadlocks about shoulder length. Melissa sighed and izuku knew why the kid who was named mei hatsume was covered in grease stains and was wearing baggy pants and a black tank top and had steampunk goggles. She basically acted like izuku but he would at least sleep and get food when needed and changed after work as Melissa would find out hatsume did not. Classes went on as normal with izuku showing the quintet of students their classes izuku,Melissa,and hatsume split from the group when quirk study came up as the three made support items and thus had to prepare for any form of quirk to make support gear. The group met again for lunch and gym izuku had less taking activities as recommended by David shield. When approached about what happened in gym class izuku responded with heart problems.
The final class of the day is music and some kids hated it. Melissa was indifferent towards the class. Hatsume could care less about this class, iida and yaoyorozu enjoyed the class, It was a way to relax. Todoroki was brooding in the corner while shinso and izuku sat quietly they seemed quite enjoyed the class it was another way they could express himself beside through his support work, the teacher usually let students choose what to do for the next hour or so, nobody really knows what to do so izuku decides to spice up the class all the extra students look at izuku like he crazy. Izuku find a guitar and microphone and gets setup as he begins to play the guitar and begins singing

The clases begins to look as Izuku starts singing with a passion none of the class knew he had and they all listen content as he continues.

Izuku's guitar playing begins to pick up as and the class listens expecting him to start playing more like this but izuku slows and quietly sings

Melissa Looks toward the green haired cinnamon roll as he plays and sings his heart out for them he smiles during his pause before continuing for his classmates

Izuku's guitar playing picks up again but he holds it this time and sings more

Izuku slows his pace again as the crowd listens content even the brooding todoroki turns to watch green haired teen sing

When the music slowed to a stop everyone believed the song was over and were starting to tell Izuku he did well.
"That was nice, that was very full of soul," Iida tells izuku.
"I enjoyed it very much so quite the Musical piece" yaoyorozu compliments the green haired singer
"Very enjoyable midor-" todoroki was about compliment the green bean when
Izuku begins playing once more.

Actually finished singing izuku, put the guitar down and went to sit in his chair. After sitting down the class rushes him but Todoroki,Hatsume,and Melissa make it past all of them and are in front of izuku.
" Like I tried to say before the music was enjoyable I normally don't pay attention to stuff like that but it was nice" todoroki voices while smiling shyly.
"That was awesome I normally don't care for music but that was great" hatsume squeals with a grin.
Melissa just stood trying to find words but her mouth was left agape as she blushed trying to figure out what to say to the adorable green bean that had been her friend for the past year. She really couldn't remember if izuku had been this cute or not. Before she could say anything the bell rings and school ends for the day.
izuku meets with todoroki and the others and they head out to explore i-island with izuku as the guides as they live there for longer. Izuku and Melissa showed them many shops and restaurants that had great food from around the world,with a hero for each izuku taking them to an all might themed one.
Todoroki and yaoyorozu and iida all expected Japanese food but were surprised to see American looking at izuku quizzically. Izuku gets the idea and quickly although begrudgingly explains "all might spent a good chunk of his time in his early years in America it's where he started his hero work hence his costumes have red,white,and blue America also made all might one there favorite heroes. Hence why it's all might themed". Everyone ordered something different izuku ordered ordered a hotdog, todoroki and yaoyorozu ordered cheese burgers and fries. Hatsume ordered fried chicken and a biscuit with iida getting some juice not being too hungry. Melissa ordered cheese fries. Izuku picks up the food when a robot saying YOUR FOOD IS HERE puts the food on the counter. For the next hour or 2 the five students relax and have fun
Later that night 10:00 o'clock
Izuku and Melissa had changed into the night clothes. Izuku was wearing boxers and a green shirt. Melissa was wearing an oversized shirt and sleep shorts. The pair were with David Shield who was wearing a sleep shirt and pants. They were all awakened by a crash and a loud thunderous I AM HERE. Melissa was half asleep again. Izuku was holding a pillow wanting to go back to bed and David was not amused and knew it was all might but it was too late for this. All Might jumped up onto the balcony wearing a white shirt and green cargo pants with a large belt buckle to greet the trio. All Might gave a wave and greeted them all " greetings David it's been a while ah young Melissa how you've grown from when I saw you last and oh" All Might looks in izuku's direction as teens stares back they weren't on the best terms especially .David realizes and answers the question with a yawn "oh that's izuku midoriya the kid I told you about last year he was sleeping as was I and Melissa when you arrived remember the time difference." David really just wanted to go back to sleep. Luckily izuku's mother wasn't here, she'd lose it on All Might even if he was number 1 hero.
"Sorry about that I just needed to talk about something I'm looking for a successor to pass my power onto and I figured here would be a good place to look" All Might informs the group. Melissa and David are confused while Izuku is thinking of the reason why the number hero would need a successor but besides that Izuku stayed silent according to All Might he could pass his power onto another where was this during aftermath of the villain attack izuku jumped in to save someone when no one else did.All Might starting to steam before becoming minimight. David and izuku saw this but Melissa had passed out on a chair near the door to the balcony and the symbol of peace could feel izuku glaring. Izuku considered but decided to decline any speaking. "It's a great offer Toshinori but why come here" David ask as toshinori motions towards melissa who passed out on the lounge chair izuku felt something inside of him twinge and David noticed.
"No I'm sorry but no toshi no way in hell not even if you payed me leave melissa out of that world I know what it means." David stands his grounds as he meets Toshinori staring him in the eyes "besides if you wanted to pass your quirk to a quirkless person you missed that chance 2 years ago".
Izuku smiles at David doing that not many people could stand up to the symbol of peace. The statement took Toshinori back David basically said if this is how he wanted it he should done it already it was surreal David was an All Might fanatic and being his best friend all might just pumped back up into muscle form
"Well then I'll be off then see ya dave"'I have seen that kid before' All might think before jumping off into the night sky.
"Thanks David that meant that meant a lot to me" izuku thanks the older shield before the both grab melissa and bring her back to hero room and shut the door as the pair both make theirback to the kitchen for late night snack.
"Honestly it was nothing though there only three people with ability to stand up to him I'm one of em but yeah that was a bullshit move on his part seriouslyignore one kid in favor of another just like the first that man is a good hero but he's kinda stupid at time but really izuku I know you and you know I say it's time you em it time you become a hero" David proclaims as izuku stares in aw

A/n: alright first chapter so I decided to give Momo one for all because of a future,part of the story and shinso and hatsume came in early in because izuku will interact with them a lot and bakugo will actually be more relevant next chapter because that's when things set up for izuku and katsuki U.A. High. Also I decided to have Izuku and All Might have no real good ties and while izuku doesn't hate All Might he can't stand him
