"The enemy force appears to be four carriers, twelve escort battle-craft, and an unknown number of fighters on the carriers." Fox informed her team, "Be careful. They appear to be using some sort of limited stealth to hide their defenses."

"What's the plan?" Fara asked.

"We initially keep our distance from the larger craft." Fox told the team, "Focus on the fighters until we can more safely deal with the larger craft."

The four Arwings split up as enemy fighters poured out of the carriers.

"Monitor the larger craft, Krystal." Fox commanded as she effortlessly avoided enemy fire, "Alert us to any changes or vulnerabilities."

Fox effortlessly took out a pair of fighters. She quickly took out a third fire before Krystal detected something.

"The escort craft are preparing to open fire." Krystal alerted the team. The four Arwings had barely enough time to avoid the cannon fire.

"Well, there's that." Falco told Fox, "We can barely dodge that at this distance. How are we going to get close enough to take them out?"

"Those cannons appear to need to cool down after each shot." Krystal informed the team.

"We'll have to attack during that cooldown time." Fox told her team, "They also seem to have an exploitable blindspot fairly close to the ships. We'll have to get close and stay close."

The team took out a few dozen more fighters when the escort ships fired again.

"Five minutes." Krystal told the team, "Those cannons can only fire once every five minutes."

"Clearly designed to take out larger ships." Fox observed, "We just need to thin out the fighters a little more and it'll be safe enough to take out the escorts."

"This is too easy." Falco told Fox, "This can't be much more than a scouting party."

"Do you think they're just trying to test our capabilities before a main attack?" Fara asked.

"That is a possibility." Fox told her.

After about ten minutes, Star Fox had reduced the enemy fighter numbers significantly.

"Attack after they fire those cannons." Fox commanded. After the team dodged the next salvo, they raced toward the nearest escort and opened fire. While the ship's armor showed no signs of damage, its weapons were quickly rendered permanently inoperable.

"Our shots aren't doing anything against the armor." Lucy alerted Fox.

"Focus on the weapons." Fox commanded, changing her strategy, "We'll have to let the Great Fox take out the escorts."

With the last detectable weapon destroyed, Fox realized the other ships would be able to fire again soon.

"Everyone, fall back." Fox told her team, "They're about to fire again."

The team flew back just in time to avoid another salvo. The team focused again on taking out the enemy fighters until another salvo fired.

"Now's our chance." Fox told her team, "Attack the escorts."

The Arwings rushed in and started attacking different escorts. As soon as those ships' weapons were disabled, the team retreated to avoid another salvo. They repeated this process until all the escorts were disarmed.

"Bring the Great Fox closer." Fox commanded Rob, "Fire on the escorts."

Rob complied, bringing the Great Fox closer and opening fire. One by one, the escorts were destroyed by the Great Fox's powerful cannons until only the carriers and a few fighters remained. All the carriers fled with the lone exception of one.

"The Great Fox's cannons need a few minutes to cool before they can be fired again." Rob told Fox, seemingly anticipating her next orders. The carrier didn't seem to have any weakpoints for the Arwings to exploit.

"Not bad." someone on board the carrier told the team via their communicators, "Our commanders will be happy with the data we collected."

"Move the Great Fox a safe distance away." Fox told Rob, unsure of what the carrier was going to do.

"Our leader says he will cage you like the filthy animals you are." the person from the carrier said before the carrier jerked suddenly. The carrier then exploded, sending out large fragments that cloaked almost immediately. All that remained was a fraction of the original carrier as well as a few fighters that ran out of fuel. Before Fox could contemplate how to capture the fighters to later interrogate the pilots, the cockpits burst into flames. Fox scanned the area for signs of the carrier fragments, but they were long gone.

"Everyone, return to the Great Fox." Fox ordered.

"Did we win?" Falco asked, perplexed at how the seemingly undamaged carrier could just explode seemingly unprovoked.

"All I know is there's no sign of the enemy besides all this wreckage." Fox told him as their ships flew inside the Great Fox, "I'll have Rob scan for signs of the enemy. In the meantime, relax while I send a report."

The team landed their ships and climbed out. While Fox headed to the bridge, Fara and Krystal headed to the recreation room.

"So what now?" Fara asked.

"Now I get to enjoy our 'third'." Krystal told her, "I don't know if the Lylat System has a term for it and Cerninia definitely doesn't."

"So what's the plan after the wedding?" Fara asked, "With your chastity belts removed, you won't really need a 'third'."

"You never know." Krystal told her, "Especially if Fox and I get especially attached to you. Though it's not final if we're staying here or going back to Cerinia."

"I'd hate to leave Falco short-staffed." Fara explained, "I could pay a 'friendly' visit on my days off, assuming you two don't stay. It wouldn't be the same without you."

"Though I'm sure Falco would be thrilled to be promoted to team leader." Krystal pointed out.

"I'm not sure how I feel about that. He's competent, but he's... Falco."

"He'll mature." Krystal assured her, "With the entire team's fate on his shoulders, he'll mature fast."

"...Do you want to invite Fox over to my room for some fun?" Fara asked.

"I do." Krystal replied, "It's a little unfair her fun was interrupted."

"...What's it like?" Fara asked after some hesitation, "Locked up in chastity all the time?"

"Terrible and great." Krystal explained, "You have an urge that can't go away. You learn to ignore it to the point you hardly notice it when you're not reminded of it, but it's always there. There's also a feeling of trust. You hand the key to someone you trust not to unlock you too early and to not lose the key."

Fara nodded. Krystal was definitely different from her, but she could see the blue vixen's point.

"If I had to choose, I'd definitely do it again." Krystal told Fara, "You learn to love it, though I do regret letting Fox get locked up too."

Fara briefly wondered how it really felt. Could she last as long as Krystal or would she go insane?

Moments later, Fox walked into the room.

"So, what have you two been up to?" Fox asked.

"You didn't get to have your 'fun' last night." Fara pointed out, "We feel this needs to be corrected soon."

"That won't be necessary." Fox told her.

"We all know you want it." Krystal told Fox, "Think of it as a reward for completing that last mission so quickly."

Fox considered the offer.

"I'll do it." Fox told them. Fara smiled and led the others to her room. Krystal watched excitedly as Fara undressed and sat onto her bed. Fox gave the fennec a long, passionate kiss.
