Wow! That was a much better reception than I was anticipating! I'm super happy I've got my first question review. I know it's weird to be excited about but it tells me people are actually interested, much better than numbers, thank you so much for the feedback Ryuujin96 and to reply.

While I toyed with the idea Izuku won't be getting OFA atm he honestly won't need it
I'm glad! And yes her and Arashi both are OCs
I plan on it but it won't be a major factor I'm not certain who it will be just yet but I'm currently leaning towards Yui Kodai to avoid confusion between her and Yuki other characters will mostly call her either Kodai or a nickname and I'll refer to her as Kodai when she talks.
Now I realized I forgot to mention a time frame as it doesn't line up exactly with the anime. The first chapter happened a week or two before the All Might encounter in canon. The exact amount doesn't super matter , it's just for reference. This chapter will pick up where the last ended. Oh and if you're interested in the lore behind the story I'll be posting a side story that has various lore elements that I might not fit in or explain well here. It also avoids bogging down the author's notes here goes! Enjoy the chapter!
Kal's cafe with the family
"So Izuku, what is it you want to do when you grow up?" Ryuko asked the green haired teen
"Well, my greatest dream is to be a hero! Just like ALL Might!" Izuku replied to his new aunt
"So you must be applying to UA right Zuzu?" Arashi pipes up
"Zuzu, really? I guess it beats deku but still" Izuku questions the dragon boy
"Yu-p, if you haven't noticed I don't call most people by their name, nicknames all around" Arashi replies
"Don't pay him to much attention Izuku he thrives on irritating people" Ryuko cut in
"Must thou wound'th me so my lady aunty Ryko? For thi words strike'th mine soul and I wither...ith" Arashi dramatized with sarcasm that could sink a ship
"Keep it up and I'll ban you from the agency's gym." Ryuko levels Arashi with a glare
"Gym?" Comes Izuku's inquiry
"Of course didn't you realize that being the family of a pro comes with perks *OW* what was that for Yuki?" Arashi asks his sister while rubbing his shin
"You're annoying Aunty Ryko and distracting me from ice cream aniki" was the 6 year olds response
"Oh, Zuzu, we should train together to get into UA! There's this beach that's been getting used as a dump that we can clean for conditioning and we can practice our quirks at Aunty Ryko's agency!" Arashi shakes his cousin as he asks
"Please stop! Sure I'd love to train with you and I could use some quirk training!" Izuku finally answers when Arashi stops shaking him
"Yea let's goooooo!" Arashi shouts dragging Izuku with him as he runs to the beach
"They didn't even bother to ask permission" Ryuko grumbles to herself
"Well boys will be boys, I'm just glad Izuku has someone to hang out with now" Inko tells her
"Aunty? Can I have another ice cream?" Yuki looks to her aunts
"What happened to your almost full one you just had?" Inko asks her
" 'rashi wasn't distracting me" Yuki told her
"That didn't answer my question sweetie, but I suppose you can as long as you eat dinner later" Inko informs her all the while Ryuko grumbles to herself about ungrateful brats
A few days later in principle Nezu's office
"So you have a gut feeling that, should both boys be accepted, Mrs. Midoriya and your niece will be in danger? And while you're unsure of what the danger originates from you don't wish to prevent either from achieving their dream. Thus you are requesting I make the dorms that have been being constructed be an option for student housing from the beginning of the year as well as offering your sister-in-law and niece a place to stay in said dorms with your nephews? Did I miss anything Ms. Tatsuma?" A small rodent like being in a suit asks Ryuko
"No sir, that's everything" Ryuko confirms
"Well I suppose it's possible, however I can't justify doing this for nothing. What do you offer in return?" The chimera asks
"What do you require of me to make this even? My family's safety is my top priority sir" Ryuko asks evenly
"Wonderful answer my dear! Simply offering your services as a guest lecturer will suffice" The being answers delighted
"Gladly Principal Nezu sir" Ryuko agrees
"Wonderful, I look forward to their participation!" The principal claps
Ryukyu hero agency gym
"Woohoo that's the way Zuzu. Keep it up!" Arashi cheers his cousin
"Hey 'rashi, explain how to transform again?" Izuku asks
"Sure, just remember our quirks are different so it may not be the same. Anyway look inside yourself and reach for your power and try to pull it to the surface" Arashi explains
"Ok here goes!" Izuku shouts
As Izuku focuses the room heats up, and as he pulls, flames start to spiral around him into a flaming vortex. Suddenly the vortex expands and after reaching about 9ft in diameter the flames dissipate revealing a curled up dragon with scales that match Izuku's hair, 4 powerful looking legs and a large set of wings, foot long pitch black horns sprout from the back of his head matching the membrane of his wings, the smaller dorsal spikes, and his talons. When he stands he reaches 25ft tall
"Holy shit dude! Badass" Arashi yells
"This feels weird" Izuku says in a much deeper and more powerful voice
"You get used to it, my dragon form is about that size too but I stand a little shorter because my front legs are my wings so my torso is a little lower. If you couldn't guess I'm black with blue accents but my spikes and talons are silver. Now change back we gotta go show the adults" Arashi tells the dragon
"Right!" Izu-dragon replies before fire spirals around him and dissipates showing Izuku with singed clothes
"Lets go" the now boy says before they leave

Strong like unrivaled at the beginning due to the upper limit of their strength however they will be challenged and maybe even underdogs later in the story. So tell me how I did! What you liked, what you didn't, thoughts? So no I didn't go into detail on Izuku's quirk or Arashi or Yuki's but they are similar to Izuku but where his only affects his eyes before transformation they've got dragon features hope you enjoyed catch ya next time!
