1 week after acceptance letters
"Now before we start the tour these IDs are for you" Nezu tells Inko and the kids
"You younglings have student passes as you boys are students and the sleeping young Ms. Soshi shouldn't have access to all the places teachers do, as it would be dangerous, and needs something more permanent than a visitor's pass. And for you Mrs. Midoriya, a staff pass as you will be on the payroll as an assistant caregiver. Any questions? Splendid! Now follow me" Nezu explains handing the passes to the family while not waiting for any questions to be voiced
The group, not actually having questions, reaches the cafeteria after a few minutes of walking.
"Behold the cafeteria manned by the pro hero Lunch Rush, he's not here at the moment as he sponsored and is working at a soup kitchen today." Nezu informs them while Arashi controls Izuku as he starts to gush about Lunch Rush almost foaming at the mouth in excitement.
(A/N skips most places because I'm lazy)
"And here are the dorms in which you will be staying" Nezu finished the tour which our resident 6 year old slept through in her Aniki's arms and wrapped in his wings
(A/N if that version of older brother can't be used like that than oops I don't know Japanese grammar or really any of the language just some common anime stuff)
"It's quite impressive thank you sir" Inko tells her new boss, because yes she is in fact legitimately employed and will be doing a job
"Yea it is and you said we could use our quirks on campus right? Within reason?" Arashi asks the principle excited at the prospect
"Indeed and while I expect reasonable judgment such as not in the hallways or classrooms, you are allowed to use them in more places than just the gym or training grounds. And I would be disappointed to hear of reckless actions from such intelligent young men, it's not everyday someone aces the written exam in record time let alone two people at once." The quirked animal confirms to him
"So you wouldn't mind us going on flights? And is there a specific place we should train in our dragon forms?" Izuku asks
"Not at all, and perhaps the cityscape fields as they are easier to replace than trees Hmm? And less chances of wildfires" Nezu answers the nerd
"I shall let you settle in. Inko should you or the young miss need anything send one of the boys and I shall do what I can, as I doubt they would readily accept help" Nezu mentions to the mother before he leaves
"You have no idea" she chuckles to herself after he's gone

Outside the dorm
A brunette girl with a bob cut and her father walk towards the dorms she'll be living in for the foreseeable future when two dragons touch down in front of the building. Before she's registered what's happened two boys her age are walking towards her from where the dragons just were.
"Hi! Are you a first year to?" The green haired one asks
"Zuzu buddy, why else would her dad be carrying all those boxes?" The dark haired one questions
"Ignore him, he forgets he's smart when it's not hero related or tactics. I'm Arashi Soshi and that's my cousin Izuku Midoriya. You folks need any help moving boxes?" The now named Arashi asks the family
"Your dragons?!" The girls freaks out
"Sorry 'bout her just caught 'er by surprise s'All. 'M Jūroku Uraraka and this is m'daughter Ochako. I'd love the help s'long as you're offering. You boys in the hero course then? Or s'the dorms mixed?" The man asked conversationally
"We are! Both of us are in 1A." Izuku answers with a smile as he takes about half the boxes
"And no the dorms arent mixed they are separated by class so most of the people inside are your classmates" Arashi informs his daughter, grabbing the rest
"Most?" Ochako asks
"Yea, my cousin and I live on campus at the moment with my aunt and younger sister who's probably wondered off" Arashi elaborated
"Shouldn't you be more worried?" Ochako asks clearly concerned about the missing child
"She's allowed wherever the students are and can explore as long as she's back by meal times or tells someone she won't be." Izuku tells her
"Oh" was her only response

At the 1B dorms with Yuki
*achoo*
Yuki sneezes as she explores the woods between dorms
"Onnniiiii-chaaaaaan" she pouts because of course it's his fault
"..." a girl with dark hair tilts her head at the strange child who must be lost
"I am not lost! Or strange!" The child pouts in a rather cute way
*stare* Did she read my mind? The older girl wonders
"You're pretty." The little girl says
" ! " how sweet she's like a little angel...with wings! The silent girl thought
"Mine!" The dark haired girl says as she grabs the winged girl into a tight hug like a stuffed animal
*giggle* " You're funny miss, do you wanna explore with me?" The kid asks
*nod* the older one emoted (A/N?) still holding her
"Hehe, I'm Yuki! Yuki Soshi! We should go find Mr. Lunch Rush. I want ice cream" Yuki says to her new friend
*nod* "My name is Yui Kodai" Kodai tells her as they walk

1A Dorms
Just before Yuki's curfew (just before dinner)
"I'm back!" Yuki shouts as she gets inside having convinced Yui she could walk home herself….mostly Yui left after she seen Yuki enter the dorm
"And why didn't you tell anyone you'd miss Lunch?" Inko asks her walking from the kitchen
"Uhhh I forgot. Sorry aunty I was having so much fun with Yu-yu though and didn't remember to tell Mr. Lunch Rush." Yuki explains to her aunt
"I see and is Yu-yu a new friend?" Inko asks her wayward niece understanding what happened
"Mhmm she's really pretty...and quiet. She carried me all over like aniki does. She and cousin Zuku would be great friends to 'cuz she doesn't talk much just likes to listen, and Zuku likes to ramble, and they both like superman ice cream and anime and" yuki was squealing until her aunt stopped her
"Well you'll have to introduce her to us some day but right now I've gotta call the boys back and you have to think up an apology for worrying us, your brother especially, and you will be writing me a list of all the people you could have told but forgot, that way you remember next time. Okay?" Inko lightly scolds
"Yes aunty" Yuki mumbles and goes to sit in the commons area until dinner
*sigh* "Now to recall the boys" Inko says walking outside
*FEEEEEEOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOIT*
Inko whistles like only a mother can. Moments later the boys land and shift back.
"Was she found?" Arashi asks slightly frantic
Inko nods and gestures them inside
"She made a new friend and lost track of time. She's thinking of an apology and will be writing a list of all the people she could have told so she doesn't forget next time" Inko catches them up as they get inside
"ANIKIIIIII I'm so sorry I made you and aunty and cousin worry! Please forgive me? I didn't mean to, I just forgot because I was having so much fun with Yu-yu and and" Yuki starts to cry before Arashi comforts her
"Sh-sh-sh-shhh it's ok snowflake, you're alright. We aren't mad at you just please let people know next time ok? You didn't do anything wrong, just made a mistake. And everyone does that sometimes, even me. So don't cry, ok?" Arashi consoles his distraught sister
*sniff sniff* "e-even you aniki?" *sniff* Yuki whimpers calming down
"Yea even me princess. The important thing is learning from them and not repeating them right?" Arashi asks her
"Right!" Yuki agrees
"Alright let's go eat aunty Inko's dinner before Zuzu does" Arashi prompts her
"Ya!"

1A homeroom
Next day
"So think we'll have Baka-go or Blue-hard?" Arashi asks his cousin
"God I hope not, but probably" Izuku sighs
"Uh who?" Ochaco asks
"Oh! Cheeks!" Arashi startled
*snort* " and I've got the thinking problems" Izuku rolls his eyes at his cousin
"Yea I'd like to know! Tooru Hagakure" Says...a floating uniform? Introducing herself
"Huh? Well grav-hands, mystery voice girl, Baka-go is Zuzu here's childhood friend turned bully and an all around violent dick, while Blue-hard is this douche who interrupted Present Mic and called us out for fidgeting which nobody else noticed…" Arashi pauses a second *sigh* "and here shortly you'll see them"
Half a second later the The blonde kicks the door open while the robot berates him.
"SHUT THE HELL UP BEFORE I KILL YOU, YOU STUCK UP BASTARD. I'M TIRED OF YOUR FUCKING VOICE!...DEKU!? THE FUCKING HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE YOU USLESS FUCKING NERD?!" Boom boy starts his shit
"Baka-go sit down and shut up. You aren't the best here, not by a long shot. In fact you only placed second because Izuku and I tied for first, you didn't even have rescue points, just villain points and even then not the most, which speaks volumes about your character don't you think? Now, you ignore my cousin and friends and we won't have problems, going our separate ways upon graduation, however, if you try to bully my cousin anymore we WILL have problems, and you are nothing, compared to the 0-pointers. Now get ready for class, the teacher is here." Arashi states deceptively calm, his voice never rising.
"Behave problem child 2. We have things to do and I hate to waste time. Put these on and meet me on the practice field." A hobo tells his hobolings while holding up a gym uniform.

"Hey 'rashi thanks for sticking up for me. I guess I'm still afraid to stand up for myself instead of others…" Izuku thanks his cousin
"Zu-no Izuku, you are family and family protects each other. Nobody will ever fuck with you like that again. You're in UA now this is a fresh start for you with only that idiot as a carryover from your old school. It'll be alright and you will have friends, you might even meet a cute girl. My point is, ignore him and live your life your way, I'll take care of him if he becomes a problem. Now the Teach is waiting, let's go" Arashi tells him

"Too close problem children" Hobo man says
"Sorry, family matter, it's taken care of and we weren't late" Arashi apologizes
The Homeless dude starts to rant about how illogical the middle school tests are because of how they limit the students treating them like the are all the same….bla bla bla Arashi wasn't listening to much
"Problem child 2! What were your results for the ball toss in middle school?" Hobo joe demands
"Huh? Oh! Uhhh like 70-something meters boss." Arashi snaps to attention
"Alright now throw this but use your quirk anyway you can just don't leave the circle." The teacher requests-ish
"You're the boss boss!" Arashi salutes before grabbing the ball
Arashi thinks to himself for a second before smirking over at Izuku. He winds up his arm, takes a deep breath, then throws the ball speeding it up with the gale force cyclone he exhales then sniping the tiny ball with a rock he shot at it when it slowed down.
*beep*" 2.5 kilometers" hobo-kin informs the class eliciting excitement and wonder, plus rage from the Pomeranian
"Don't get too excited. If any of you show zero potential you will be expelled." The caterpillar cosplayer calls causing fear and a comment on unfairness getting Arashi's attention
"Suppose accidents, natural disasters, or villain attacks are fair then? Heh if that was right my parents could have congratulated me on my entrance and my sister would remember what they looked like. You're all training to be heros. You'll be fighting against worse odds with less knowledge so if you don't show an iota of potential now, why wait till civilian lives are in your hands to give you a reality check." Arashi spits, Izuku giving him a sad look, nobody notices the floating tears.
"Problem child 2, you and problem child 1 are excused from these tests so you don't discourage your peers. Go de-stress at the cityscape, I'll tell Nezu it will need repairs." Mr boss tells the boys; all he got was a nod

"Kodai, why is there a child on your lap" a big gray haired man in a red suit Asks the silent girl
*stare* "...mine...Vlad sensei" what kind of question is that? She's obviously here so I can cuddle her like the angel she is.
"She's yours? You're much too young to be a mother that's quite irresponsible. What do your parents think? What does the father think, is he present? Does he know? I will have to inform the principal to find her a home. it's just not right" The oaf starts interrogating
*Shakes head* "mine" *glare* she mumbles, squeezing Yuki tighter. Is sensei stupid? She clearly isn't my child. And who does he think he is? insinuating that I would allow that to happen. No she stays, I'd like to see you try and take her
*giggle* "Yu-yu, he can't read your mind. Mr Vlad sensei I'm Yuki I live on campus with my aunt, Mr Nezu knows I'm here and says I can go anywhere
on campus that a student can! Yu-yu wanted hugs this morning when I tried to find aniki so I gave her some and here we are!" Yuki tells the man with all the exuberance a 6 year old does
"I uhhh, I see well I shall call Principal Nezu to confirm with him" the teacher states

A "few" minutes later
"I will never question your presence again. I'm deeply sorry for the distrust" Vlad is begging and bowing to Yuki who is still in Yui's lap.
*giggle* "silly Mr sensei, people make mistakes. Aniki says the important part is not to repeat them hehe" Yuki giggles
"Bye-bye mister sir!" Yuki calls as Yui carries her away never realizing the fear that the slightly ominous statement caused the man

Cityscape
3 hours later
*CRAaAaaaAAAAaasssssshhhhHHHH*
An emerald green dragon rises from the rubble of a building only to be slammed back down by a black one. The emerald one roars and throws the black one back then headbutt it. Before the black one can take off, Green grabs it's tails and swings it into a building. Pressing the advantage green charges again but is stopped by a wall of sapphire flames, countering with his own red, green doesn't see the stone pillar uppercut him and stagger him back. Shaking it off just in time to catch black with a slash of his claws, green launches black back sending him skidding through a building and dropping it on him. Just as green is about to charge black shouts
"Trues! Trues you win! I'm done I've got it out of my system" the black dragon shifts back into Arashi mid statement
green briefly catches fire before revealing Izuku
"Yea I'm just glad sensei excused us, you likely would have killed someone for saying something stupid." Izuku said brushing off some concrete dust
"Yea it wouldn't have taken much to set me off there" Arashi agreed
*riiiiiinnnnnggggg*
"Hello? Alright thanks mom I'll let Arashi know, yup love you...bye" Izuku deals with the call
"Yuki is looking for you, something about wanting 'aniki cuddles' " Izuku informed his equally banged up cousin
"It is late we should head back" Arashi conceded
"That's the plan" Izuku agrees
So for those curious Vlad was shown the live footage of Arashi and Izuku duking it out with the simple statement of that's the kids brother and cousin followed by confirming she isn't Yui's child. And Yui is here yea! No Yui doesn't talk alot but I show her thoughts so I hope that helps and well she's obviously the cuddly sort
, if slightly aggressively-protective over what (read who) she claims, sorry not sorry Izuku. If Nezu seems over accommodating, look at it this way, he's securing two powerful future heros possibly three and giving them a safe place to train without public property damage. So how was the chapter? Did you enjoy? Don't forget the detailed descriptions in the info dump, I couldn't fit a great description into the main story without sabotaging the flow. Did Yui have a good intro? Is she written well? She will talk more in the future...maybe I'm not sure I kinda enjoyed writing her thoughts as if she was talking. And no, I'm not even sure if Yuki can read Yui's mind. And I'm the author! Was that a longer chapter? I know there was a lot of Arashi's perspective but his character was shown more here, at least I hope so. He's kinda got Bakugo's abrasive personality but not his shitty attitude and I try to keep him from swearing around Yuki. Did any of you catch the possible partner to Arashi? I actually have a good bit of thoughts/theories/head canon about her. Anywho, I hope you enjoyed catch ya next time! Peace
